Very professional, friendly and welcoming. Came with my mother and aunt for girls day. (We are from out of town visiting) We did not feel rushed like other places we have been to. Very attentive to our requests and questions. Great atmosphere and smelled good!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I came in and signed in and wrote manicure . Ken set up my nails for dip which I did not ask for then got frustrated that I wanted acrylic (which I already had on my nails) when I looked at my nails my cuticles weren’t cut and I asked him if he cut them and he said it’s only included in a manicure I was super confused because I had asked for a manicure. Long story short manager got involved and just whistled and looked at his cell phone and said he told you the price already which was $49 FOR A FILL AND GEL TOP COAT. Which according to their menu was supposed to be $22 + $5 for gel top coat. I literally got tired of arguing with them and paid and left. Absolutely would not recommend.

I came in because i’ve gotten this one color that is a shade of pink 3 times before here because i loved it! well i go in today and looked at the colors and asked for 106. Then he starts doing my nails and Dip sometimes looks different after it’s all done. But when he was done, it was not the color on the fake nail where i chose the color! He told me it wasn’t his problem that it wasn’t the same color. He told me the color on the mail was faded but it’s not, it has sparkles in it and he had put plain pink on my nails. When i pay to come in and get my nails done, i EXPECT it to be the color i picked out and the color ive been getting for the last few months.

Amazing job, was taken quickly even though I was a walk in and i LOVE out my nails came out. Also, it was the same price as another place i usually go to but way better outcome.

I have always used pink and white nails, but this will be my last time. I paid for a gel manicure and after 3 days a few nails were already chipped. I called and they said come in and we will fix them. When I called and when I arrived I was told they would fix the whole set, but then a women came up to me and started to be very rude and unprofessional. Their customer service really needs some improvement.

Ive been going here for years and they are best. Lots of choices and services, the staff is amazing and prices quite fair. With the pandemic, they have you wash your hands and sanitize when coming in, they space you out perfectly.

They have been out of a certain no polish for quite some time. I was choosing another color and one worker said to try them out on my nail and right away another worker yelled at me for it. They put clear polish on my acrylic nails and charged me the same price as gel. I have always had a good experience until the last two times.

Went into the establishment today with my daughter to get a pedicure there were two young ladies Linda and Tina that did my daughters and myself pedicure did not received soaking crystals in water just warm water spoke to a manager and he stated they have not use the crystals in over a year and I have been to this establishment before. Lack of professionalism The only reason why they Do the service to see if they get a big tip but whatever service I get the service should be done no matter about the tip

If you are getting the SNS nails or the chisel powder dip, not a bad place to go. Most of the nail techs are pretty good. This place is always busy on the weekends. Pedicures are a hit or miss.

This is the only local place where I get my nails done. Every time I make an appointment they take me right away. Its a relaxing atmosphere, and they welcome my little daughter when she comes with me to get her toes done!

I have been coming here for years and never had an issue until today and because of it I will never be returning. I get acrylic nails because I’m very insecure about my nails. Today Tina did my nails and started to not only make fun of them but also bring her coworkers over to look at them and also decided to take a picture of them. She never asked me if that was okay. I urge people not to come here unless you want you day ruined and want pictures taken of you without your consent.

Everytime I come to this place they never acknowledge me when I come in. They are never welcoming here. Then when it was my turn to get a pedicure, the lady didnt even greet me and barely said two words. They dont even offer water at least. Every other nail salon does. We are supposed to be social distancing yet they sat this lady right next to me despite there being other seats available. Theres still a pandemic going on and yet they always have it crowded. Also, this is honestly the only nail salon Ive been to where they have the nerve to ask me for a tip. They rush through the process and they are just money hungry. They wont be getting any more of my money. I suggest not wasting your time and money here.

Antwan was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I have no complaints. I literally walked in for a pink & white full set and left with a flawless yellow, blue & green ombre. I’ve never had the SNS powder so this was definitely something new for me and it came out amazing! I am so so happy with the way my nails came out. From now on the only person i want doing my nails is Antwan. I will definitely be recommending him to a friend.

My daughter and I got a pedicure for the first time a month ago and they overcharged me. So today I decided to give them a second chance well they did the exact same thing. I chose the number 2 for my pedicure that was supposed to be $39 plus an eye brow wax for $10 my bill was $64? So I wont be going back due to the price list that is presented to you doesnt show the REAL price!

Ive been going here for years and they almost always do a great job. Ive discovered a new manicure called the dip method and its amazing! I couldnt get back in for four entire weeks and my nails were still perfect!! Theyd just grown out. Im very rough on my nails and have chipped the gel polish after a few days. I cleaned my house and patio furniture and painted with the dip nails. They still looked brand new. I had the French manicure and love it. Solid colors would look amazing too.

Super fast service for dip manicures. No appointment and I only waited five minutes. The whole process only took 45 minutes...but I didnt need dip removed.They use SNS dip but they dip right into the container which isnt very sanitary especially since they dont ask you to wash your hands first or anything.The price is pretty standard, $35 basic dip manicure.Im overall happy with the manicure although the were a little sloppy with the cuticle (see middle finger in picture) but only on the one nail.

Do not go here they do a horrible job the first time and when I come to get it fixed they harass me and ask me where is my receipt( which they didn’t give me because i paid cash) after I told them the day, time, and show them pictures of when I came. Horrible been coming here for years and the new staff is out right rude I will NEVER be back!

MY did my pedicure today. Worst pedicure of my life. It was my first time here and won’t be back. She was very rough and also rushed the pedicure and to top it all off my toes looked like my 8 year old cousin painted them. Please save your money and your time and just go else where.

First time I went here I brought a picture of my own nails done by a little man in Temple Terrace. A design that took him less than 20 minutes... and my nail tech said she couldnt put more than one color on my nails and she had a heck of a time trying to do a zebra print which didnt turn out very well. Second time I told them I wanted a design before they even sat me hoping for a more skilled technician. The first hand turned out great, on my other hand the tech struggled with my not very complicated zigzag design and ended up putting so many coats of polish on that one finger it is now as thick as an acrylic and totally bumpy... after she finished painting she filed them more, so they are nice and rough. Both techs I got were very sweet and gave it their best efforts and wait time was minimal, but im not going to try a third time.

I am in loveeee with this place. I got my nails done 4 WEEKS AGO and they still are intact. They have great costumer service, always offering food and water, being so kind to actually go out of their way to talk to you. This is the only place I would ever get my nails done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED👍🏼

I got my nails serviced here today and they look horrendous. This place is literally hit or miss. Leaving a nail salon should not require you to correct your nails elsewhere or at home. The nail tech did not clean up my nails, I have white polish literally all on my skin on multiple nails. The nails are very uneven and the French manicure is totally different on each finger. When she was done with my nails she got up and said ok were done meet me at the register without giving me the opportunity to even look at my nails. At the register I advised her their was white polish all over my skin by my nails and she said “it will come off with lotion”. I get my nails done regularly and have never left with my nails looking this bad. It’s safe to say, I will never return here nor recommend this business to anyone.

This was a recommendation from a friend who always says she comes to Pink and white nails to get her toes done. Someone like myself I am the type of person who will get a mani and pedi when a special occasion is happening or someone else is paying for me. When I first walked in I didnt expect it to be so spacious. I did call and make an appointment but the person I asked for was off. When I arrived it didnt really matter that I called for an appointment and was helped by Kay. I did like how the inside was designed with 2 huge chandeliers, blown up photos of different city skylines and while getting the pedi I found myself getting lost in the wall straight ahead that had this 3D effect. From what I can tell everything in there is very up to date. Kay offered something to drink, and I appreciated her just letting me take my time with choosing the colors I wanted. I got a gel manicure and was very pleased. Right afterwards I went to order take out and the cashier mentioned how good my nails really looked. I told her it was $69.00 ( I chose the deluxe pedicure and gel manicure) and said it was a little pricey. She said she was from Miami and that is a normal price so she is used to paying that out here, but is having a hard time finding a good salon. I told her where it was and at first she thought i was talking about the same place she went to and when I mentioned the name she knew exactly where it was . She goes to the nail salon next to Publix which is the plaza next door. She said she is going to try Pink and White nails next time. I guess the down side for me is that i like to have my space and I felt that the nail tech just wanted to be close to her friend at work so she could just have someone to talk to. It was not very busy and plenty of open chairs. Even though she was engaged in her own conversations the nail tech is experienced enough to still do a good job. Next time I will just go with a basic pedicure to see what the difference really is and maybe try this dip nail.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!! Ive been going to them for 3 years and overtime they have shown who the really are. They only care about the money. They dont listen to what the customer wants. We are getting the service not you! And they rush through the pedicures.I ONLY gave them 2 stars because some nail techs are nice but overall customer service matters! I gave them chances but nothing changed. Do better and you wont lose loyal clients!!

I came for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and got right in with Yen. She was very nice and offered me water, coffee, or wine. I chose wine! It was very relaxing and she did a great job on my nails. I will definitely go back.

Dalila gave me an awesome Pedicure. She did an amazing job. My feet came out so pretty and the pain I had in my feet disappeared after she gave me an awesome foot massage. She speaks English and Spanish and is very sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend her and the place overall.

Not satisfied at all, all I wanted was ombré nails and the guy told me he could not do it. That I should pick a color it looks better. First of all it’s my nails second if you can’t do nails don’t work here third he didn’t want to finish my nails and another person had to fix his mistake. So I’m not done here, I asked for a pedicure and the older lady was rude and rushed and didn’t even coat my toe nails with the ear nail polish. She rushed just to go back to her tablet. I have been coming here for 7 years. I can’t believe how rude some of the workers are here. Not coming back anymore. Save your time and money!!!!!

I had the most amazing facial at Pink and White today. My skin is very sensitive and the Murad products they use were perfect. The spa facial room is lovely, very quiet and relaxing. Helen did a terrific job, I will be back for another one next month!

I went in for a pedicure and the lady rushed through it, I wanted a deluxe and she said It’s too late next time. Also I got a nail infection a day later. Please clean your tools when you do pedicures.

I highly recommend calling to make an appointment ahead of time between the hours of 3-6 or you’ll be waiting for a little while. I’m from out of town but come every time I am in the area. Amy is pretty awesome. She gives a nice massage with your pedicure and is detail oriented.

Yen was awesome! I told her I was in a hurry but needed my gel polish removed and she did it in 15 minutes and with no harm to my nails!

Absolutely AMAZING you want beautiful nails. Regardless if you have an idea or not (I never really do) they will take care of you love my nails and my feet are ready for a week if court in heels.

Ive been getting my nails and toes done at this salon for many years and I absolutely love it!!! The shop owners are great and they have made such huge improvements in the salon over the years. I get my nails done by the amazingly talented Aaron, he is by far the best nail tech I have ever had. His work is meticulous and he takes such great care with each and every one of his clients. He is careful and thorough when it comes to providing a beautiful finished product for his clients. His work is always immaculate and the care he shows is clients is amazing. I always get compliments on my nails and will not hesitate to refer anyone to the salon when they ask where I get my nails done. They always comment on how good they look and how long they look good for, and I think that is a great testament to the quality of Aarons work. I would follow Aaron to any salon, he is that great!!!

I would like to say, that on normal days, this place is awesome. I have been coming in there for my nail services for a few years.However, the last visit I was completely disappointed on how I was treated. Might I add that I get my nails done the exact same way every time. But on this occasion, apparently the nail technician stated he couldnt do my nails like I want them. Say what??? This guy has done my nails before and they looked great! I just get the pink and white fill, with the white part thicker and a little thick with the acrylic so I dont break them. Nothing complicated. So I sat back down with another technician to do my nails. The next lady I sat with was pretty rude and questioning me on why I get my nails done the way I do as they wont look natural. Once again, are you serious?? I like what I like and Im paying for the service on how I like my nails. at first she was doing a great job, then she got sloppy on the last nails. Im assuming she was just ready for me to leave and it showed. I even still tipped her as I know that is her livelihood, but I didnt want to give this salon any more of my money. Much less tip someone that did a sloppy job, while being rude. I honestly dont think I will be back as there are plenty of other nail salons that would love to take my money and prepare my nails how I like them.

The lady was extremely rough on my nails and when I asked her to fix the shape because they were not shaped nicely she told me “it was my nail” so I started messing with them and instead of fixing them she handed me the nail file myself to fix. The color came out cute but my nails are roughed from not properly being done

I always get dip on my nails and they only charge $35. Theyre pretty fast too. People complain about the customer service but I normally dont care to talk when getting my nails done so maybe thats why I havent run into an issue here.

Went in for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was fine, however I wasn’t offered a drink like the other customers which I found odd. Then to the manicure. All I wanted was for the tech to clean up my nails and paint them. I sat under the nail dryer for 20 minutes and left. 2 HOURS later, my polish starts to smudge. It’s so tacky and not dry, nor does it feel like it ever will dry! I took pictures of the polish smudging and tackiness. I went back the next day and explained the situation. All I wanted was a new polish put on. I was told that it must have been the particular nail polish I chose and that the salon was not responsible for the polish being bad.... ok. Makes no sense. Manager comes over and says someone will paint my nails, which I was glad for. The nail tech was clearly annoyed she had to paint my nails and rushed. The polish looks horrible. It’s uneven and there are crumbly polish pieces stuck in it. I’m never going back there.

Ive went to this salon for years and went in last evening at 515 or so. Not super busy and had to wait. Helen comes over to get me and sets my feet in the bath while its filling up with hit water. Then take polish off cuts nails then abruptly gets up and said I have an appointment someone else will help you Im like what? I sit there for awhile and no one comes. I ask is someone going to help me and ignored at first then helen looks over and says yeah someone will be there in few minutes. I sat there for about 15 minutes and I wiped my feet off and walked over to numerous workers at desk and said I wanted a manager. Every single one ignored me but were talking rapid fire to each other?!. I said what do I owe for taking polish off and I left. Helen, you need to go and management, start monitoring your reviews. Go elsewhere...

This location is clean, the employees are professional and friendly, and I noticed everyone kept a smile on their face. Amy went above and beyond to find a particular color for me and seamlessly suggested additional services. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable. You have gained a new loyal client. Thank you!

I have only been to this nail salon 3 times. Yesterday was the 3rd. Not sure that I will be returning. I will say Aaron is outstanding nail tech; professional, efficient and experienced. My nails have never looked so beautiful. I really appreciate & can tell the difference now that he has done them; shape, texture, really spectacular. 5 stars for Aaron. Unfortunately I have to say pedicures are really sub-average. Yesterday I decided to splurge on a deluxe (I wont mention by whom) and it was really terrible. She scrubbed the inside of my foot with a coarse yellow puma so hard it is bleeding, it is so sore now I am getting worried. Nail polish is lumpy on one toe, nothing deluxe about this experience.

I visited this salon for the first time a couple weeks ago. Its very nice inside! I stopped in for a pedicure and waited at the front for several minutes as the lady was on the phone. She finally acknowledged me - she ended up being the one who did the pedi. It looked pretty bad, very sloppy and nails were all uneven. I actually went home and had to trim and clean them up!

Their work is phenomenal!!! My daughters and my nails always look amazing when we leave there. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. The fact that they have complimentary drinks is a plus. They just need to work on having workers there on time.

It’s a beautiful nail salon with very nice a polite employees. It is also very clean with great costumer service.

Came in to get a cleanup manicure, I let my nails go for 3 weeks. It was an hour from closing and the place was at about 30% customer occupancy. There are about 20 pedicure and 20 manicure stations. I was attended to about 5 minutes from coming in and telling them what I wanted. Lisa was very friendly, quick and did an excellent job. They offer complimentary drinks ( see pictures ) Price was on par with others in the area. Ill probably make this my go to. Come in, be polite, and just make sure what you want is understood. That advice you should use everywhere.

I have been visiting this place for the past 3 years in the last month I have had the worst experience after being there twice in the last 2 weeks my gel continues to fall off. I just got my nails done 2 days ago again completely off my nails. On the search for a new place highly dissatisfied with this place.

I had the best experience here. I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure add will as eyebrows done and was done in less 1.5 hours. Kathy have great service and also gave me a glass of wine. It was the perfect way to start my vacation and relax! Thank you!

Ive been here a few times and always enjoyed my experience, but the last time the woman doing my nails was so rude. A very simple misunderstanding of what I wanted done turned to her giving me such an attitude and making rude remarks under her breathe, to the point where I wanted to leave. Paid $40 for nails that I didnt even ask for in the first place! I will never go back here again
