I reeeeeally do not want to do this.. but I have to. The first time I went here it was great, had no issues. My last mani place had incorrectly done acrylics so I was getting moisture under the nails (very bad). I was glad to find someone who saw the issue and corrected it.Second time I went was Memorial Day weekend and it was extra busy. He was rushing and I understand why- but this gel work was sloppy and I cant even fix it myself now. I notice more wrong with it the more I look.I know he is meticulous enough to have noticed these things, too. Just disappointed. Clients, if you see any issues, speak up. Dont walk out with them like I just did because Im non confrontational. Im sure hed be obligated to fix them if I did speak up. Bleh.

Drove all the way from riverview to go there because heard good things. Came two hours before they close and there were only two people in there and three staff members to be told they were too busy to take me. Apparently only one person does nails and she couldn’t take me even though she was half way done with the client. All good never going there again. Will share the word that walk-ins are not welcome!

Fabulous job have gone twice now they do an awesome job on my nails I dont get any breaking or cracking and they last. Staff super friendly and the prices are good. 🤗🥰🙃

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Staff is very friendly and professional. They do a great, my little girl and I have been going to them since September and not once have we had a problem. My daughter loves having the ladies do her pedicure and I always get a pedicure from them. Every once in a while I get a set of acrylics and I have always been happy with the outcome. I recommend this place to everyone. I would certainly call ahead to schedule an appointment to get the person you want to do your nails, Tony has always done mine. For pedicures, Im almost positive all of them have done my toes at some point. Very good job. They usually are busy, but that is due to the amount of clients they have coming back. You will not find another nail salon like this one. They take their time with the customers and do a wonderful job. The chairs are amazing, the chair even massages your arms. Customer service is excellent. I went once based one seeing someone elses nails, I have not been anywhere else since. This is my second home.

First time coming to this nail salon and I loved it! Best pedicure Ive ever had by Mary! The chairs are amazing too. My pink and whites are perfect by Peter. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend :)

I consider Great staff and good customer service when they offer you to use a message chair, by the way, they got the best chair message ever! My arms, my legs are been massage while Im receiving a good massage on my feet? Terrific! What a relaxing moment, ommmm!!! 😇

I went to their shop for the first time today and had an absolute wonderful experience. The staff was super sweet and I love how they knew all their customers and treated them so friendly. My nails look amazing.

I love love love this place, they are clean, friendly, and great at what they do. Tony is the absolute best and I wouldnt let anyone else touch my hands, Diamond and Mary give the best pedicures. I highly recommend this place. To touch on the person who was upset they couldnt accommodate 5 people on the fly, thats right. They are a smaller space and have limited techs on the floor. Just call ahead and you should never have a problem. I never do, my schedule is tight and I have to squeeze in my appointments when I can get them, they always get me in same day if I call in the AM and get me out in an hour max with the best nails. I love this place.

Went there today and left very pleased with my nails. They took the time and did a great job. Ive been to many nail salons in Brandon and this is one of the best.

Tony and the ladies are fabulous! Diamond, Mary and Annalise have all done my nails and every time, I am happy with the results. They are a very friendly team, they have respectful conversations and I like that they remember who their clients are. Keep up the good work!

Im a newer client to Foxy Nails and let me say the customer service is amazing they make you feel like family!! I had the most amazing pedicures by 2 of the wonderful ladies that work there and Peter does amazing work with pink and white or what ever you like! Its awesome and I will keep going back! I highly recommend it!

Stopped by here to get my nails done. Tony took his time to make sure I had just what I wanted. I am getting married on Saturday and my nails came out awesome. Will be back for sure!

Wow.. Sat for an hour. Nobody asked or said anything to us. However people were coming in and getting service. Smh. They do great work an used to be good about walkins getting service. Had i known we needed an appointment i would have done so. Not again.

Great first experience!!! Pedi was BOMB!!! The guy took his time and did a great job. He also did a great job with the Shellac on my finger nails. This is the first time Ive gotten Shellac and it didnt come off at the tips. Id definitely go back and recommend.

My nails looked awful. They layered the polish so thick that hours later, my nails were still wet and every time I touched something, the polish would move, bubble and get creases. The next day was my graduation and a bubble popped and I got black polish all over my fingers. It looked terrible in pictures. Next time, Ill save myself the $50 and do my own nails.

Great place! Tony and his wife were very nice. If I wasnt moving to Raleigh, NC I would frequent this nail salon.

The guy at the front was rude. The woman who actually did my nails was nice but was constantly on her phone throughout. It took forever and yhe final product was messy and not well done. Will not return.

It was my first time ever getting my toes and nails done, and Im not from the area but the people were good, gave me a nice foot scrub. It wasnt bad at all.

Diamond did an incredible pedicure. She took her time and she is such a sweet person as well. The pedicure was really incredible. The place is spotless as well.Analiz did a wonderful manicure. She didnt miss a thing.

I love being pampered and they sure know how to do that at Foxy Nails. Diamond spoils me every time I go. Highly recommend to all!

Got there 40 mins before they close. Sign said open. The man asked a woman sweeping in the back if she wanted to do a pedicure. She didnt look very happy about that. He told me they couldnt take me because it was too late. Really annoying when I paid a babysitter just so I could finally get my toes done. I went to Nail Extreme right down the street and luckily they were open to customers 30 mins before closing.

The lady who did my nails was very friendly, very talkative with me, told me about herself, got to know me and also stayed very focused on my nails. I loved my experience!

Was not impressed. My pink and white nails lifted after 3days and became dull. 😑

Dragged my dad along for a father son pedicure, excellent service we enjoy it. We will definitely be coming back.

Run down the staff was nice but the polish the next day came off my feet hurt because the girl took the dead skin off but never put any cream on them no message it was expensive which I never care but the products and service was not up to par I think we went to late and they wanted to go home

I get my eyebrows waxed at this nail salon because the lady does an awesome job. She pays attention to detail, is meticulous, and I always love the final product.That said, I think the salon needs to get more employees because I am often TURNED AWAY because they are too busy!!!!Im sorry but that is just bad business practice to turn away clients. Yet I continue to go...why? Because finding a salon that does a good job at eyebrows is hard, and rather than suffer through bad wax jobs I just suffer through being turned away and try to come by at off-peak hours.If its on the weekend, save yourself your time and gas and make an appointment or call ahead first!

I did not like that place at all, they charged me a lot of money for my nails and it didnt even last but 2 weeks. I will never go back there again and wouldnt recommend it to my friends.

Very nice staff. But I was new visitor, gave it 2 tries to get acrylic nails and twice I got shabby nails.

I walked in at 6pm they close at 7:30 And stood there for about 5mins before anyone acknowledged me they said they were closed with a pretty nasty attitude I then told them that it said online that they were open until 7:30 p.m. when they said they were too busy to take care of me and there was literally two other people in the nail shop so I would say they have about the worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life
