DO NOT REPAIR YOUR PHONE HERE! Took my iPhone X for screen repair and to replace the battery. One hour later they called and said that the phone was ready, but that for some reason the new battery does not have any charge, no problem I can wait, theres no rush. Two hours later, got there to discovered that the screen was not installed all the way into the phone frame and it was moving up and down and making sounds like it was not attached to phone correctly. When questioned, the Tech responded, Well, thats how these screens fits, even if you take it to Apple, it would be the same. I still wasnt happy and he continued making excuses and with every excuse he sounded less and less professional. Him trying to compare his work with other businesses and making unreasonable excuses made him sound rude, and unprofessional.He, the tech, ended up replacing the screen, and this time the screen was all the way in. As he was replacing it, I suggested him to use the screen adhesive that comes in the box with the new screen, this way I will not have issues with the screen moving and making sounds as I press on it. This adhesive comes with every new screen, its place in between the screen and the phone frame, this helps to attach the screen to the frame and it gives some sort of protection against water and dust. The tech once again made another unprofessional comment and said, I can use it or not use it, it doesnt really need it. At this point I had to laugh because I was being lied right on my face, and he still didnt use the adhesive, which is a simple step.Sorry, but I left it at that, paid my $207.00 and left, since I was not going have an argument with someone who is willing to skip the proper steps on a screen installation in front of a customer.Overall, I cannot say all the employees in this location are as incompetent as this guy named Lance. I will not return to this location for anything else, since I felt like this is what he does to everyone and since some people have more or less knowledge about technology, they will buy it.

Dropped my kids cell phones off in the morning. They were fixed by the late afternoon. No hassle! Associates were very nice and answered all of my questions.

The employees are friendly, honest and do great work. Getting my phones camera fixed was the first time I had to get my phone fixed ever, and I am incredibly pleased with the experience. The guys working there certainly know what theyre doing and really care about making sure your device functions at its highest peak. Im definitely going there if I ever break something again.

Buy batteries here quite often so when needed granddaughter’s iPhone battery replaced I took it here. Called prior to arrival and was told price and time required to complete. Arrived to courteous staff, required paperwork filled out quite expeditiously and repair began. Finished in 20 minutes and my way. Repair cost price point was well within my price point! 6 month warranty so will be looking to see how well new battery stays viable!

Staff was great and good repair. Only reason for not giving 5-star was because I thought by scheduling an appointment, the phone repair would be done while I waited. Instead, I got there before my scheduled appointment only to learn that I should come back three hours later. When I got there three hours later, it still took about another half hour before the repair was completed. I would still go back, though.

Good customer service. Got me in fast. I had a cracked i phone 8 screed. It had to have the latest update witch I thought should have been mentioned with the on line Appointment . So this took longer, the phone is cloudy I have to have the brightness up all the way to see. Before it was about a quarter way up can’t see the screen at all in the sun or bright light.and people kept telling. Be I sound like I’m in a tunnel.

Went in to have my iPhone 7 Plus camera(s) fixed. I dropped it on my tile floor! After several hours on the phone with Apple and to no avail, I gave up and called Batteries Plus. Since my husband had taken his cracked screen to get replaced there a month ago, which he was super happy about, I figured they would be able to get the job done for my predicament. They ordered the part which took a couple days to arrive. But once the parts were at the local store they fixed it in less than an hour. The guys worked as a team and got me in and out in less than an hour! A couple of months ago I got my screen fixed and recently it started glitching and my screen wouldnt work! Working with Sprint next door and Batters & Bulb they made my trip to the store so much easier than I expected. Got me a working phone and didnt have to buy a new one!

We brought my son’s iPhone 6s in to have the broken screen repaired, and the service was top notch. The guys were very friendly and the repair took less than an hour. We also booked our appointment online and saved $15.00. I would bring any broken device to these guys for repair. I hope I don’t have too, but if I do, I know the job will get done right and quickly.

What a great find! My husband rarely uses his iphone and the battery was shot (my old phone handed down). They replaced the battery and reseated the glass. Perfect. So happy they are available.

On-line appointment, arrived 20 minutes early and were seen immediately. Were told the switch out could take 1-1/2 to 2 hours but was called in about 1 hour (ahead of schedule). Phone looks great and works as advertised. Great Service ~ highly recommend these folks!!!!

The front guy and repair guy were nice but the guy in the front was excruciatingly slow. Im pretty sure I stood there for 30 mins with nobody in the store waiting for a recipt. I couldve done the repair myself faster than time I wasted doing all that. Repair was done fine.

Great people but the online reservation is useless. Reservation made 6 days in advance did make battery available nor labor reserved. Nice staff but 26 hour turnaround on cell phone battery replacement was same as walking in!

I have the part for the screen I need replaced, and the guys couldnt fix it because they need to source the parts themselves, good god I wouldnt recommend. let me say it again: I literally only needed them to replace the part because I did not have the tools.update: got some tools, Ill replace it myselfguess the repair business is in charging more for the parts THEY source.

Got my iphone battery replaced and now my phone randomly shuts off every 5 minutes and doesnt charge. Also the battery percentage jumps around from 3% to 20%, and when it restarts it always says 1% remaining.
