I’ve gotten my screen fixed elsewhere before and it was cheap color wasn’t the same and I was having issues with the touch screen constantly. These guys did it everything right the first time, great screen quality, and my phone was ready when they said it was going to be.

Perfect repair on my Note 20 Ultra. Pricing was about as much as my deductible but instead of having to wait 2 business days, I got my phone back in a couple hours. Dylan was absolutely amazing! I’ve had to go in there multiple times over the years and every time they give the absolute best customer service! They’re also extremely prompt and get whatever is broken rectified usually that day sometimes in just an hour or two! Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I manage a business and work from my home so need to be home or at the office. Thought I’d use their mobile come to you option which would have been a life saver rather than sitting around for an hour while they fix my phone. It was 12:00 and they scheduled my appt from 1pm-3pm. So cool..... 3:15pm rolls around and no call the 30 minute warning like they sent in there confirmation email NOTHING. I call customer service to find out an ETA.... not only were they not sending someone because the “mobile tech” called out but didn’t bother to call or anything. But wait... there’s more. They also decided to charge me $30 for my “deposit” to use the mobile come to you. Cool so you can take my money but not provide me with the service or even a phone call notifying that you can’t. I guess this is what I get for dropping my phone and having to deal with this low quality customer service.

Greeting was very friendly and welcoming, with the information that was given to him he knew exactly what was needed, and he checked it before we left and the quote was very reasonable and did not change and even better was no taxes on the price he quoted us. On April 22nd I came in distraught with a cracked iPhone screen and home button. I couldnt access anything without the home button (thumb print). The gentleman was able to turn on Assistive Touch so at least I could access my settings screen. I didnt even know that existed. I opted not to get the screen repaired since I was eligible for an upgraded phone through AT&T, but his helpful (and FREE) tip made a HUGE difference in saving the data on my phone. My phone had an easy fix that they were able to take care during diagnostics, but they didnt charge me for it. As with any Samsung or Android dominant shop they have a chip on their shoulder but if you just vibe with them I believe they can work wonders.

Do not take your phone to this location. I brought in my Samsung Note 20 to get the screen fixed. They stripped a screw while attempting to remove the midframe. All they said was sorry and that I had to contact Samsung. Samsung will only allow me to mail in the phone, causing me to be without a phone for days. Please just be careful taking your phone here.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S9+ for a screen replacement using my insurance. He told me he could only replace it if I replaced my finger print scanner because he claimed its broken (its not; the finish is worn away, but it works just fine and this manufacturing flaw is well documented on the internet). It will cost me $70 for a repair that is unnecessary. He claimed Samsung requires it due to the warranty. Well....the warranty is void after a screen replacement, so that really doesnt make any sense. They changed my screen 18 months ago and all they did about the scanner was make sure it still worked correctly (it does). This does not make sense and I will buy a new iphone before I will pay for an unnecessary repair due to a voided warranty.

They did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it. So far The repair has held up

If you have a Samsung do not take it here. If they strip the screw in the back they will not offer compensation then wipe their hands and tell you to ship it to samsung

Had my phone for a week, didnt fix it then gave it back and told me I had to deal with google to get it replaced. Didnt successfully backup my data and I lost it all. Would not use them again.

Very rude, tried conning me from battery replacement to saying also have to replace whole screen though it had no issues, etc. They were also very discriminatory and rude in regards to disabilities. I wish I had my camera on so could sue, but unfortunately just word against word.

Went to get my camera screen cover replaced because it was broken. Told me $120. Get there and then told me $380 more to replace whole camera assembly even though nothing wrong with it...I wasnt born yesterday....went to cell store in mall and had it replaced for $150...they are scammers, beware...

Took my Xbox to them as it was not powering on, they just returned it back to me without resolving the issue. I got a message after 24hrs saying it is ready for pickup, my expectation was they resolved the issue quickly and all I need to do is pay for it and bring it home but was totally disappointed. Until I asked the person at the lobby, I was not told the reason why they couldn’t fix it. They don’t seem to care if they can’t fix it as they don’t make money on just running diagnostics.

I stopped by two locations the first one was Lakeland the second one was Brandon. Lakeland one was professional but didnt have the screen in stock the two they did were insurance claims. Thats fine I go home find another in Brandon, I called to see if they had the screen they said yes and if I got there by 4 itll be done by six.When I got there I explained the issue and the guy told me that itll be noon the next day before I will know anything about it. I explained I was told if I got here by 4 I could get it back today. He acted as if he didnt want to work on it. Then forced his nail under the back glass and said you see this. The back is coming off as well.Told me he would have to test everything and make sure there were no more issues. Later I get a call said he tried two different displays and they were unresponsive but works with the s pen. Said I needed to send it into Samsung.This dude didnt even attempt to fix it, everything is exactly the way it was. Same broke screen and now a gap where he forced his nail under. Dont waste your time.EDIT: So when he called for me to come get it he mentioned touch didnt work. Said I have to send it into samsung to have it fix. Well I called bs, I ordered a screen and replaced it myself and will you look at this.He lied, he didnt even attempt the repair because Im doing this edit from my note 20 ultra the exact same phone he said wasnt fixable. Someone with no experience fixed it.

I took my laptop in to get repaired and it was ready the same day he found the problem in 5 minutes. It was very nice and clean and the service was excellent they even wiped down and cleaned my computer. The only place Ill ever go to get anything electronic fixed.

Theirs are the best quality I have experienced as far as replacement screens go. They can order or use actual Apple screens also. Moral of the story, once you get it replaced use a really good case to protect your investment.

I was referred to ubreakifix by a salesperson at my carriers retail store as I was thinking I needed a new cell phone, it was a simple and easy fix and best of all no charge..so, thanks you again for the honesty about my problem it was greatly appreciated.

What a gigantic waste of time that was. I found this place on Google Maps, so I called in to get some basic information whether they could repair my TV. I described the problem, and the guy on the phone said it was a motherboard issue, but they could do a free diagnostic to make sure. I asked him if he could give me a general ballpark figure for replacing motherboards, and he said they couldnt give any estimates without looking at the TV first. So I took my 42 TV out of storage, lugged it outside, loaded it into my car (it barely fits in the back seat), then drove to the plaza where this store is located. Took it out of the car and lugged it all the way across the parking lot, because the layout of the plaza is such that theres no parking anywhere near this particular store. And this is an older TV, so its not particularly light. But you know, it had to be done, because they said they couldnt give me an estimate until they examined the TV.Well, thats what they said on the phone, anyway. When I got inside, I explained the problem to the guy who was there, he said it sounded like a motherboard issue, so he just got the model number (which I was prepared to give the guy on the phone), and then gave me an estimate right then and there, without ever doing a diagnostic. The estimate was more than I am able to pay at this time, and I dont expect them to just lower their prices whenever someone cant afford it, so there was no way we could do business. Which means I had to lug the TV all the way back across the parking lot, squeeze it into my back seat again, drive home, unload it, and put it back in storage. All of that considerable time and effort, all for an estimate that they couldve just as easily given me over the phone.I have no idea how good they are at repairs, but as far as being considerate to not waste their potential customers time and exertion, they failed miserably.

Those guys are the best! Free diagnostic, repairs done in less than 24h. They fixed my hard drive for the same price Dell wanted to charge me but without 14 days shipping and payment for diagnostic. They even fixed my display connection for free by replacing couple screws instead of making me pay for an imaginary problem! Definitely recommend, thanks again! Keep up the awesome work you rock!

Professional, quick, and honest! Thought it was the proximity sensor and the rear camera that was damaged, was quoted the price to repair both. When I went to go pickup my repaired cell phone, I was told it was only the proximity sensor that needed to be repaired and it had affected the camera, but the camera itself was not broken. To make a long story short, they played it fair and honest and just charged for the proximity sensor and it was half the price that I had originally been quoted! Very happy customer here . . .

Honesty is the BEST Policy! - went in because, I thought my Pixel XL screen was broken......they simply removed my screen protector- viola ! screen was not broken and they came back and gave me my phone back in perfect condition - NO CHARGE because there was not need for a service! Again they are honest and reliable....trust them with your gear!

If your computer or laptop is not working properly you can take it to uBreakiFix in Brandon, they will check it for you for free. They also repair them at a reasonable price. Put my daughters laptop in on Sunday and it was ready to p/u today. I highly recommend this company.

Let me start by saying, Wow what great service. They had a lady yelling and freaking out over something she did and they still tried helping her but she was not having it and stormed out, they kept cool and greeted me kindly. I just wanted to check to see if my PS4 was worth fixing and I got a show. He told me it would be $100 to get back up and working! Two days later Im playing my games again. DEFF RECOMMEND this place!!

I had a broken HDMI port on my PS4.They replaced the broken port in about 24 hours. Would have been much more expensive to buy a new or refurbished unit. I would consider bring in a broken cell phone some they repair them as well.

My PC was running slow - they ran diagnostics on the PC and concluded there were no issues with the PC and offered some other suggestions on what the issue might be. Very professional and very willing to share their knowledge. Definitely recommend this service and will be back if I run into issues again.

Went in because my charging port wasnt working. I was helped quickly, in 5 minutes the lady at the front desk told me that there was just lint build up in the port and it was perfectly fine after having it removed free of charge. Honest, excellent service. When my phone actually breaks I will definately take it here!

The prices are low and very tempting to get your phone fixed. My wife had a Galaxy S5 that needed a new camera lens protector. Repair total was $20. Staff was helpful and if they have the part. Go watch a movie and get your phone fixed.

Unbelievably displeased with the end result of our service here.My seven year old cracked his iPad screen. It worked fine but he wanted it replaced and we told him he would have to save up the $150 to get it fixed. After saving Christmas and birthday money he was able to get it fixed. It looked great and worked fine when we brought it home but the glass they used was so thin that my husband cracked the screen when he was squeezing it into the protective case. No drops, no hitting the table. The two corners where his thumbs were broke the glass. Thats crazy.My husband brought it back 4 days later and they said they wouldnt replace it because it still worked and the glass is not covered on the warranty. We were really unhappy but it did still work and we werent going to pay another $150 to replace it again.Now its been 2 months and the home button doesnt work. That is covered under the warranty. BUT, they say that the cracked screen is what is causing the button not to work and that is new damaged so not covered.But hey, they offered us 10% off so I only need my seven year old to save $135 for a crappy repair this time.Terrible product and terrible service. Stay away!

Ive had two excellent experiences here.I dropped my phone, a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, and cracked the screen. Thankfully, I have insurance, and there was a fix or replace option. I chose the fix option because it was $100 cheaper.I brought my phone in on a Monday at 4:30 p.m. They advised that it would take about two hours, but they had it fixed in only 30 minutes.A previous repair had knocked a cable connecting the antenna a little loose, so my phone had been having data issues and they got worse after the screen repair on Monday. I brought it back and they found that problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. My phone works perfectly fine now.They are a very welcoming, friendly, and professional location. Thank you, guys!

Went in to have back glass repaired on my note 8 and was informed that all of a sudden my charge port is bad and need a new one in able to change the back glass and its an extra $100 to change..Ive had and still have zero problems with my charge port and second of all there is ZERO reasons they need to connect to my port to change the back glass on a note 8.Nice try on an unnecessary up sale.

Our iPad Mini screen broke just weeks after the repair warranty expired. The drop wasnt even as bad as the original screen break and it was in a Lifeproof case. Wont be going here again.

I broke the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus. I called a few places in the area, this place price matched another place even during a promotion. So I got my screen replaced, but because of the apple update it didn’t end up working well! I brought it back 2 weeks later and they swapped my screens with a different iPhone I had for free! They honored my warranty, and explained a lot of tech stuff for me! They employees were so helpful, easy to talk to, and they didn’t even mind my 3 rowdy children! I walked out with a new screen and a better understanding of my device. I will be recommending ubreakifix to all my friends and I will definitely get my devices fixed there again!
