I used this service and was highly satisfied. My carpet looked brand new after the service was completed. Michael was able to remove pet and other hard to remove stains. We used M & J Cleaning to wash the carpet, tile, & grout on our property. I must say the service was exceeded our expectations. The carpet and tiles were left looking brand new! We had water seep into our home after the Eta Storm because of the high winds. They were able to clean, sanitize and dry the effected areas and clean the entire house of carpeting as a full service offering.

From the first email requesting a quote, I was impressed with the response and professionalism of M&J Professional Cleaning. They had the best rates of all the companies I contacted, and I was able to reach Michael immediately to schedule a time to have our carpets cleaned. He was friendly and worked well with our schedule and time frame! A day or two prior to our scheduled cleaning we realized we needed the hardwood and tile cleaned, too. This was not a problem at all for him! What a relief! Michael showed up on the day and time of the appointment and began working. He was super friendly and I felt comfortable with him at the house.
