Youve got to use them! After the first technician came and didnt truly complete the job to a standard, the owner himself came and made sure to do an outstanding job on the loveseat and couch I just purchased from someone! They were so patient with me and understanding although I was not there the first or second time they came, but they were willing to work with me while my mom was at the house when they came in to work. They also offer military discounts! The couches are now pristine and I cant believe the night and day difference from when I first bought them!

Lee was amazing to work with. He and his crew cleaned and resealed our concrete floors in a house we had just bought. It looked great until we had a fridge delivered a week before move in and the delivery guys scratched the finish pretty bad. Lee came back late one night to fix what the delivery people messed up. We were able to move in pretty quickly because of how flexible he was to make it right (even though the damage had nothing to do with him) Great company, cant give them enough stars!
