Jeanie and staff at Storage Max Grants Crossing are wonderful! I was set to check in and move in my belongings on a Saturday but due to some moving mishaps I decided to move in my things on Sunday not realizing they were closed Sundays. I called the facility on Sunday morning and Jeanie actually answered and told me I could move in my things that day and could complete the paperwork on Monday during office hours. She also made other exceptions for me that made my move in process easier. Highly recommend using this facility!

I have parked my vintage camper at the Grants Crossing location for a couple of years. Jeanie, Resident Manager, is the reason I am still there. Other places may be a few dollars cheaper, but what Jeanie brings to the table is worth every penny. Customer Care is her middle name. She has called several times to let me know the cover came off my camper. She didnt want it to get water damage. She is always looking out for my best interest. She CARES about everyone and everything. The facility is always clean and well maintained. So, when we needed another spot for an RV, we called her. AND, it was after 3:00 pm on LABOR DAY. Not only did she hold us a spot, but she printed up the paperwork and had it ready for me to sign when we arrived after 8pm, on a HOLIDAY, just so I would not have to come back the next day to do it. This is the first review that I have ever written. I was so pleased with the manager, Jeanie, that I had to express in words how professional, thoughtful, and courteous she has been. Jeanie was so helpful because I had a big unit for a few years and later needed to reduce to a smaller unit. She advised me that a small unit was close by so that i could easily transfer from the other unit.I highly recommend Storage Max!
