People are very nice and helpful.. the only problem is the hours you can access your storage unit.. 10pm is not late enough.. atleast stay open until midnight.. I cant get to my unit cause I work until 9pm which really sucks when all the other storage places open 24 hours.. other than that its perfect

Great place, friendly staff, clean and secure. Id say 5 stars but the immediate rent increase wasnt that appreciated. Atleast let a guy get comfortable. Overall still affordable. Still a great, convenient place.

I called the office beforehand to know what steps I needed to take to get a storage unit. Keri advised and we agreed Id be there at 3:30.Keri was thorough and detailed about storage rental, went over everything with me, visited the unit and advised which would be the best entrance to get to the unit.Keri was wonderful and a very good people person.I appreciated her help on my first storage rental experience.

Got my second unit today. Very happy with this storage facility. Clean and safe. Ms. Carpenter was awesome. Came in late, a few minutes to closing time. She helped me even if it meant her going beyond her paid hours. Very satisfied!

First let me just say Laurie (store manager)-Brandon location provided exceptional service. The convenience of my move was smooth and easy. I originally rented the U-haul but the fact that Laurie got me in & out (which I was on my lunch break) just made me decide that I might as well get the storage as well. The availability of the size I needed was available w/climate control & I was able to purchase moving items as well while there. This was really a 1-stop shop experience. The unit was very clean and easy to get my items in just perfect. Laurie was very professional and I would honestly refer any family member or friend to her. Its easy to reserve and pay for everything online but in person is not time consuming at all.

FREE! I got my first month free… What a great blessing. The place is so clean and secure. I can’t imagine doing business anywhere else. The employees are so helpful and have a great attitude.

This is an excellent storage facility. The price and location is very convenient and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Laurene and Kim are very nice, kind, considerate, and professional. I relocated from New York to Florida. This was my first time ever using a storage unit so I didnt quite understand, but thanks to Laurene and Kim explaining everyting I understood and felt comfortable about putting my items into storage. The moving company that I had was very rude and disrespectful to me. Laurene even stood by my side and informed them she would call the police if they continued to act unprofessional as they were. The price Istorage charged me from the beginning remained the same, everything was explained to me by both Laurene and Kim when I arrived in a professional manner, Kim professionally directed the moving company to the unit and I even received a ride by Laurene from the office to the unit I was renting since I didnt know the area. The locks they sell are excellent and heavy duty. Theyre really worth the price. I also like how I was able to select climate control to keep my items safe. Kim and Laurene are excellent managers that gives excellent service. This facility is very neat, clean, and safe. When I removed my items from the storage unit I didnt have any pest problems at all. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

Just moved my stuff out of my unit. Ive been with istorage for a year and a half. Great place to store your things. Also staff is great.

Edit: We finally had enough. Climate control has been iffy at best and on several occasions non-existent. They, of course, dont tell you or give credit for over 85 degree storage and upon move-out (or move-in for that matter) dont expect prorated charges. And oh, my God, the amount of cockroaches we found upon move-out!! All we ever stored there was furniture. And for this and you pay more than any other place in town!?! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!Initial Review: Facility is pretty clean and well kept, but they have significant issues tracking payments. They called me 2 months in a row to tell me our payment was late. We had already paid and had a copy of the cancelled check both times. Second time they told me payments had been put on the wrong account.

I originally went to iStorage because I reserved a 20-foot truck on U-Hauls website, so I went there to pick up a truck when I found out that they did not carry 20-foot trucks they only had 10 foot trucks. I was originally moving from one storage in Brandon to another storage in Tampa. However when I arrived at the office to pick up my truck the employee whose name is Erika was waiting on a current customer who was a new move-in to iStorage. When I entered into the office she greeted me with a smile and immediately behind me another customer which was a move-in also came in, and she also greeted her with a smile. Although Erika had three customers in such a very small space standing in front of her, she exhibited professionalism, friendliness, and she acknowledged each and every person and let each and everyone of us know that she would definitely be available to assist us momentarily. She took the time to call U-Haul for me to explain to them that this was the third location that I have visited for a truck reservation which was not available. In the meantime another customer came in for a move-in as well, so now Erika had four customers in front of her and again not one time did she appear to be annoyed, irritated, or bothered. She continued to acknowledge each and every person that walked in and assured us that she was going to assist us. As a result of her great customer service skills and professionalism, I went out to my car, went online, and booked my storage through iStorage instead of the original reservation that I had for another storage across town. iStorage earned a customer on Saturday June 29th as a result of an outstanding employee performance. I returned to complete the paperwork for my unit on that same day, and I was also pleased with the cleanlines of my 12x20 unit. Thank you Erika and iStorage ....job well done!!!!

We first originally wanted 1 large storage container once we arrived they said we no longer carried those and we would have to get 1 once we have one available. We never received our notification when one was available, when we called today to make a payment she told us there was a late fee on the storages and attempted to charge us for two storage late fees when we should only be paying for one. When we attempted to get an understanding through KERI, I didn’t happen to obtain her last name because “ her name is keri and that’s all I deserved to know”, the manager consistently said there was nothing she can do and continued to raise her voice and over talk myself and my mother during the ENTIRE conversation. She then began to hang up the phone about 6 times during my conversation with her once I began to overtalk her... when I finally was able to speak with her about the issue I said hello, no reply, I say hello again she says “yes how can I help you” I asked her if she heard anything I said and her reply was “yes I GUESS I heard you”. This Keri person who never once spoke to me with respect and consistently raised her voice with me then proceeded to hang up when I do the same. someone with a character as herself should NOT be in a managerial position. I feel disrespected by the company in all and I DO NOT appreciate how I was spoken to and how she refused to let me speak unless I was giving her credit card numbers which i believe mother should not do until her situation is heard and understood... because of a fault on THE COMPANIES end she has to result in paying 2 late fees. Nasty women with a nasty personality who feels like she can do anything she wants because she has a manager title. REFUSED to let us speak to her supervisor or give any verification that our complaints have been received by her supervisor. And after how I was just spoken to your word isn’t to trustworthy in my book.

Customer service was great! Storage rental process was quick and easy, payment schedule and gate access was explained, walkthrough in storage unit, etc. They even had locks for cheap in the office so I didn’t have to go out and buy one.

I would highly recommend finding a different place. My storage payments have increased at least once every year since I got the unit. The price is becoming outrageous!! I moved out on the 5th of the month and they refuse to prorate. They want to bill me the entire $337 for the entire month even though I only had the unit for 5 days!! And good luck finding anyone in the office!

Love, love, love IStorage, Brandon. We have had two units there for several years. It is always clean and the staff is responsive and great to work with. They have supplies for sale in the office and they are at a reasonable cost.

I used the truck like 2-3 hours max, parked the truck in the proper spot, gave the keys to a property manager. She said she will take care of it. But I received the email with receipt like next day or in two days only and THEY CHARGED ME FOR TWO DAYS!!!How???I called them numerous times, they say: they see only charge for one day and I have to contact the U-Haul customer service. Spoke to damn customer service-they said:we’ll figure out. It’s been like a month already. I don’t have any refund!!Avoid this storage and uhaul!!!

Without a doubt the best storage facility I have ever used. Public storage treated me like a door matt (after 2 years at $400+ per month), i went over here and for the same size u it it was about half the price AND included air conditioning AND insurance! I get nothing but a receipt emailed to me monthly, just the way i want it. No ridiculous rules or fees, unlike the corporate guys.

Laureen at Istorage provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us with urgent storage needs. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the website quoted $62 a month for 10 X 10 and it is actually $83 a month.

This place is conviniently placed and the staff there is amazingly helpful. This has been an enjoyable and smooth experience this far and they will have my business Everytime. This facility was also very clean.
