Honestly i went in with no idea what i was looking for, besides needing a storage unit. I didn’t know there were so many options. Noah did an amazing job explaining the differences and also provided his own opinion which was greatly appreciated, since it helped me make my decision. Their units are okay its good that they have climate controlled but the last time that I went I noticed that they had no garbage and no public restrooms for their guests so overall I guess I would give it a three star.... Oh and the lady is never in the office when you need her shes never there

Im very grateful to Megan and the rest of the staff for helping me get my familys belogings back after a death in the family. They were so helpful and above all KIND. I appreciate the hard (and sometimes surprisingly emotional) work they do!

Bait and switch on pricing! Reserved at $173 a month for 10×20 and after almost giving my unit away to the customer in front of me I finally go to see the unit and leave my brother to unload what little I brought over, then get told its going to be $234 a month. Spent 3 hour in this dump and get told theres nothing that can be done, come back tomorrow but youre gonna have to get the stuff out of the unit. Left and went to Extra space storage for $40 less then their quote. Will be speaking to district manager and filing BBB complaint on the obvious bait and switch.

Great “contactless” experience! Simple I went online, found a unit, reserved, paid and moved in. Upon arrival gate code was texted to me, along with storage unit. Went directly to unit which was sealed, we popped like instructed and keys and lock were inside. Unit nice and clean.

I’m trying to buy a house so I need a place that looks and feels safe to store my stuff. Guess I’m just ocd on how I take care of my things. Well the gentleman that runs this place is doing a great job. He advised me to downsize from what I reserved online to get and it benefited me on space and it was better priced per month. He keeps the place clean and safe which is what I wanted and his rules are simple and reasonable for any common sensible human being that understands Jeff Epstein didn’t kill himself. Highly recommend this place.

My key broke off in my padlock and Megan tried to get it out, to no avail. I was worried that Id have to purchase a new one. Megan checked our records and found a receipt showing we had purchased the padlock from them and replaced it free of charge. Now thats customer service!!! Thank you, Megan!! You made my day!

The property manager, Debi has a good attitude and provides good communication. We stopped by to look at a unit and she worked with us on pricing to upgrade the unit which would have been more beneficial in the long run. Public Storage is lucky to have someone that is customer oriented and sales focused.
