Came in to view a car for sale on the site. Was given to Victor. The test drive was a turn around half a mile up the street and back. Definitely not far enough to determine any road handling or alignment issues. Car hadnt been serviced, certified, nor detailed and wanted me to work a deal on it to push it through service without a definite date of completion. The car shouldnt even been out nor listed on the site if its not ready to go! Dont try to sell me a dirty, unserviced car if you wouldnt want someone to sell you one in that condition. I dont care how bad the current market is....

Bill was patient with me and let me take multiple test drives till I found the vehicle that fit me.All the staff at the dealership were great too from the Sales Manager, to financing, and even the cashier and receptionist . I got to Bob Boyte at 7:15 and was third in line. At exactly 7:30 the service doors opened and the service people came right out. Matt Shackleford came up to my car and introduced himself and asked why I was there and what service did my Honda Pilot need. Matt was very nice! He did not act rushed or harried or that attitude you sometimes get from people that act like coming to work was the last thing they wanted to do that day! He treated me like he sincerely wanted to help me. He told me it would take about an hour and a half but he came back in less than an hour. My sun visor was replaced and has worked perfectly since. I am very impressed! People can be professional without being kind, but Matt was both.
My salesperson was David Wilkinson and he was the best, also Milton work with me too. They both work with me and what I could afford and they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Bought our car brand new in March of 2020 also bought a few oil changes and tire rotations. When using my oil changes my car was left taken apart and screws not put back this happened after two separate oil changes. Because of the carelessness my engine plate cover almost ripped right off my car. Tommy (service manager) was very helpful in getting me a brand new underside and engine plate cover. But I insisted that I received a call once it came in and that I’d like to install it myself. I just don’t believe in letting someone mess up the job twice and get another chance especially with me getting charged for the install. Over all great with customer service terrible with vehicle service. Just lazy enough not to put 2 screws back and that’s just enough to get you back in the door paying hundreds if not thousands to fix their mistakes. Buy a car from Bob Boyte but do the service yourself.

Super nice during original conversation. “If we can’t help you, we will find somebody who will.”Further into the conversation where we stated our financial situation, never heard back. A few days later, I received a follow up email just “making sure we were satisfied”. No more than 5 minutes after I replied no, none other than Bob Boyette dealership calls me. Needless to say, I did not answer that call.Update: Although the dealership posted a response, there was no call today to reach out to “rectify the issue”.Update. 3 days after their response. No phone call. NOTHING.
I brought my vehicle in for an airbag recall and was in and out in under 2 hours and the service department was pretty busy.
I just bought a Civic with a trade in. Chris “Soup” Campbell worked with us until we were satisfied. He was so nice and not pushy. They gave us a very good amount on our car we were trading. I purchased Honda Ex-L Odyssey. We agreed on price and when I took delivery two days later few accessories was missing. They promised they will take care later. Next Manager told me they are not going to get me accessories. Do not trust this people. Manager told me bring the car back after all paper work everything is done.Absolutely not trustworthy.

Do NOT waste your time here. I had Andrew as my salesman and he was super nice on the test drive but when it came down to it, he was rude and did not even try to work with me. When he told me I would be paying $600 for 72 months for an Accord. I wanted to laugh in his face. When I told him that there was no way that I was paying that much, he told me that if I could not afford that, then i needed to go down to the lower package model. I walked out and went straight to Patty Peck Honda. They really wanted to work with me and gave me .9% financing for 60 months and i got $500 off for graduating college this year. I will never shop at Bob Boyte again.

They only service your Honda if you meet all their prerequisites. Why do I get taxed on owning a hybrid but then if I need it fixed I can only take it to a dealership that won’t take it unless it’s can be repaired.

I was looking at new/used cars online as I was considering trading my current ride in and received a call from a salesman here. I told him I was interested in a new or used vehicle, informed I had a vehicle for trade-in and I also was pre-approved by a lender for more than enough to cover the cost of a new car plus I was willing to put a down payment down if needed. He dismissed my pre-approval stating that he could put in a new car at a better rate (he didnt even know the details of the pre-approval just brushed it off) with no problem. The next thing I know my credit was hit with two inquiries by them, despite me having a pre-approval I wanted to work with. I was never contacted back and when I called to speak with the salesman, he rushed me off the phone stating he would call me back and ghosted me. About a week later, I got a call from the Internet sales manager, calling to see if I was ever contacted after my inquiry online. I explained the situation and he assured me he would get an update and get back with me. He too ghosted me as well lol. I took it as a sign that I obviously didnt need to do business here.

I will never own anything other than a Honda, and I will only buy from Bob Boyte. Just cannot say enough great things about them. I have done business with them for 6 years (2 vehicles and service only from them) and have never been disappointed. They are honest without being money hungry. I purchased a 2014 Chevy a few months ago from Bob Boyte Honda. Recently, I had an issue with the tail light. I took it to local chevy dealer thinking of course it will be a warranty issue. Turned out to be wiring and should have been covered under warranty. However, the previous owner apparently tried to fix something and voided the warranty. It was about to cost a couple hundred dollars to fix. I called Bob Boyte Honda and Larry Beech was amazing. He said that even though I did not purchase an extended warranty, since I only had the car a few months it is only right that they help. So THEY paid my bill. Bob Boyte Honda didnt have to do this. They chose to put their customer above their bottom line. This small investment just gained them a loyal customer for life. I love when people are just good.
I should had wrote my review last year but I never sat down to just write it. But I want to share to everybody what had taken place at the Honda dealer and people should be aware of it. I took my car to the Honda dealer to get my air condition fix because it wasnt working. When I pick up my car they had the air blowing very high and it look like it was working. The very next day the air conditioner was not working. It was blowing out warn air. I try contacting the owner they told me a lie that he wasnt there. Another worker told me he was in a meeting. The staff at Honda had lie and told me that it must had been a rock or something hit your car when you drove off because we fix your car and it was working up here. They didnt offer to fix the car at all. They charge me more money to get my air conditioner fix. So I lost my trust with them and I wouldnt recommend nobody there. I couldnt never get in contact with the owner because they kept telling lies. To this day my air condition is not working properly.
Left with the same problems I went in with. Two stars are for the great customer service I received from Lewis only, and the lady who helped me get my loaner set up.Speaker problems I’m dealing with and issues with noises while driving my car were not dealt with at all, but they still tried to charge diagnostics.Cashier acted like it was my job to hunt down my check out papers, so I did.Geez. I’ve never.

My father n law got ill and my husband took my 2018 crv to get his father well. The battery died 2ce while at the hospital. My husband went to a auto parts store and bought a battery and it still wasnt working. Took it to the dealership to hv it checked out and said they could try and reimburse us back for the service and battery. They sent us a check for the battery. We were hoping for the service charge as well. Thats what we talked about. They were kind in doing what they did. We were happy to get their help. Thank youCissy Bass

I have taken my 2019 Honda Pilot to Bob Boyte Honda twice. The door is making this popping noise every time I open and close it. Both times I was told the issue was fixed. It wasn’t so I took it back a third time today. This is getting ridiculous. If I could give zero stars then I would. Mind you that I purchased the truck from Bob Boyte a few months ago, brand new so they should do whatever it takes to fix it. I am very disappointed and very frustrated that I have to take it so many times to have the same issue fixed which hasn’t been fixed. I will not stop until they fix it. Whatever I have to do to be sure they rectify this issue, I will because this makes absolutely no sense.To be continued...

I thought I had done business with a reputable dealership until I called to report that the 2017 Certified Honda I purchased in November had previous damaged. Then I was treated with so much disrespect. Larry Beach the used car Manager stated that according to his files the car had no damage. But I tried to explain that after someone backed into my car on Nov 25 2018 and the car I purchased was taken to Classic colision and the bumper was taken off it showed the car had been previously worked on...the compound used and the tape lines and the clamps that was missing was obvious that someone had tried to fix the damage.....I asked that the car be properly fixed Larry states that there was no previous damage. I asked did I have to get an attorney to get this issued fixed he stated to me good luck with that and hung up the phone in my face. I called back twice and the phone just went to voicemail. I left a message but he never called back. I called and left a message with Tiffany Boyte and she has not returned my call either. BOB BOYTE is selling certified cars that has been damaged and showing disrespect to customers. Milton when having conversations with you doing the purchase of the car you appeared to be a great person to do business with but, when talking to you on Friday December 14 2018 I can tell you was a bit uneasy because you too was aware of the damage to the car. I asked before I purchased and when I first took the car to the body shop and it was told to me some work had been done to the car even before they took the bumper off, it was stated to me about the tape lines and compound and the paint didnt match, Milton stated they took the car to have scratches taking out.I am so sorry I did business with this dealership.....PEOPLE BE AWARE OF BUYING CERTIFIED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP......SO DISAPPOINTEDJANICE CRAWFORD

We purchased a new Honda in 2010, with that, we also purchased a warranty they told us we could get every penny back when the Honda was paid for, IF we didnt use it...Well, we didnt use the warranty, made the last payment, asked for the money back, Bob Boyd Honda told us they had no idea of what we were talking about..we produce the paper work, they looked at it, and told us they would have a check ready by 1:30pm that day.. we called back, they had no idea how that happen, but it was a mistake..bottom line, they robbed us of $1500.00 with a pen, not a gun.. and we could not get that money back, Little did they know, we had another Honda on the table to buy from them... total $44000.00which we canceled after finding out they crooked / stole $1500.00 from us... So, we are now buying Nissan. My wife love her new Nissan Pathfinder.
