Have followed them through 3 moves over 30 years. Only mechanics I have ever trusted.Always add me to the line within a day or so if I drop it before 8am. They have always accurately diagnosed the issues or know what maintenance needed by site inspection, not mileage. Then, for a fair price, they will do quality repairs with quality parts.They know a lot about cars and how to tell and/or show you the issues so you really understand! Yvonne and Bill were great! The AC went out on my Jeep Patriot so I took it in to Leasure Automotive based on a recommendation from my sister (her mother in law took her car there). Bill did a diagnostic and thoroughly explained everything to me and gave me options for the AC repair.. I wound up deciding to do the complete AC kit.. was a great price and my AC was blowing ice cold when I left. Yvonne was very friendly and helpful. Had a great conversation with her while I was waiting. Would definitely recommend Leasure Automotive to anyone I know and will definitely be bringing my Jeep there for any other services I need.

I have always had on time courteous service from making an appointment to having the job completed. The techs in the shop have gone beyond the call of duty at times as when they clean my windshield on the inside as I am just too short unless I practically crawl onto the dash.So all the employees get my thumbs.

This place is great! Found them online and they were in a convenient and easily accessible location and they had good reviews so I tried them out. Clean, large, breathable waiting area. Great service, good prices. I had them replace my washer fluid pump and diagnose my a/c issue and then got the a/c work done by them. I like the owner, Dennis, a lot, hes kind and straight forward, no bs with him. His mechanics are cool guys, respectful and seem to enjoy working there. Front desk lady is a sweetheart. Definitely going back for any car work needed.

Dennis is an amazing mechanic. My06 Ram 1500 was in another Brandon automotive repair shop for new motor and fix my floating front end. After new motor had continuous motor issues, other shop said my computer was no good and frame was bent and couldnt fix front end. Funny because Dennis said the motor is bad and called other shop letting them know it was bad. And he fixed my front end and it drives like a brand new truck. Thank you for your professionalism and your excellent mechanical skills. I will never use anyone else.

I just want to thank Leasure Automotive for the work they did on my husbands truck! They were more than accommodating and very honest!!! We replaced the engine and rear differential. They kept the truck under lock and key when the first engine fell through and helped us locate a great deal on a replacement. They took care of the delivery and core returns too!! Cannot rave enough about this business and ALL of the employees! Dennis did an exceptional job on our vehicle! We had it towed from another shop that was sitting for almost 2 weeks....Dennis has our vehicle diagnosed within TWO HOURS of it being dropped off and out of the shop the next day! Had A/C problems which they quickly diagnosed and fixed. During the test drive after repairs they realized that that left front end wheel bearings were shot. Replaced and saved me money on parts that wouldve been effected if it didnt get fixed. Very friendly and professional family business.

So grateful we found this shop. We had an intermittent transmission problem with our 96 Ford and it has been to multiple shops for the past 3 years. No one could figure out the problem. After extreme frustration, we were sent here from a transmission shop in Brandon. Dennis figured out the issue in 30 minutes. It has been fixed and running great. Very reasonably priced as well. Great shop!

If you need reasonable car parts, this a good place to start. This does wide range and variety of items. Prices are reasonable compared to places. They have name brands and off brand. Service is not bad at all.

Ive been taking my used cars to LEASURE AUTOMOTIVE since 1992, and Ive never had anything less than 5 star service and treatment from Dennis and his technicians. Even when I push him to sell me services or parts that I think I need, if he feels otherwise, hell prove to me why theyre not needed. The last vehicle I bought was new, but the warranty is now out. Even so, my spouse insisted that I take it to the dealer when the AC went out. The new car dealer not only quoted $1286 to replace the compressor, but also proceeded to convince me that, with 92,500 miles on my otherwise well running car, I needed a total of $3401.38 (including tax and other charges) worth of work and repairs. I called Dennis and gave him the list of work to be done and how much they were charging. Now, all he had to do was beat them by a little, but but he beat their price by over $1200! Then he said I may not need all of that work. He needs to see for himself. He looked, and I dont. Not for quite awhile, anyway. The AC, yes, but its going to be a better job for less with a lifetime warranty, which is good nationwide. Thats my man! If hes not yours, he should be. Ive sent a number of people his way over the decades.

Bill and team are good in all of the ways I need them to be. They are really reliable and timely and the customer service is really good. I found out about these guys from an uber driver that mentioned them and although they arent the cheapest, Bill has never done me wrong. I trust him and have no problem paying a tiny bit more for his hourly rate because he gets the job done right and the guy is quick about it.

They are tremendous! I took a trailer hitch there for them to install, and as it turns out it was the wrong one. They not only found me the correct one, they picked it up for me and installed ASAP. I dont take my car anywhere else. They are honest and go out of their way to help people out.

Honest and ProfessionalLong story short: You can feel people here want to fix your car, and want to fix it in most reliable way. This place feels like family indeed, like your grandpa is trying to fix your car. I will come back here again if my car need something, rather than dealership.Long story: My Ford Mustangs passenger door window wont lift. Ford dealership costed me $600 but yet not fixed it(It is a small but tricky problem). Dannis here spent a whole day trying to diagnose what was wrong. He cannot find out at that time. So he called me telling me he is not sure which part is broken(Being honest). Right after I picked my car there and went back to office, Dannis called me again sounds excited saying he might understand what was wrong now. Considering he being honest at the first time, of course I am willing to bring the car back and give him another chance. He figured it out this time. It was the loose connection of the door wires caused by Ford dealerships previous repairment. He re-wired the cables and the problem is gone.The qualities of admitting I dont know whats going on with your car and being patient and investigating the problem even when the customer is gone, are gold these days. This is the reason why I think this shop deserves a golden star.

I brought my vehicle to them late in the afternoon, and did not expect a call until the following day. Dennis called me within two hours and had already finished the work! I was able to pick the car up the same day!! He personally gave me instructions on a couple little fix-up items that I could do myself, which he normally would charge $100 per hour to do, so he also saved me money there. On top of all that, he gave me a 10% discount for the first time I used their service. I will definitely trade with them again in the future.

I was coming home from Tampa on the Crosstown Expwy and my clutch lost pressure ..I was lucky and coasted off the Expwy and right into the parking lot of Leasure Automotive...Dennis quicky diagnosed the problem right away and could have easily sold me a new clutch but was honest unlike many other places and told me it was only a minor problem of a rusted line!! its not everyday that you find an honest mechanic let alone one that has as much experience as Leasure Automotive does. I was very satisfied with my service done at Leasure and highly recommend them to anyone. They rescued me in my time of need and did not take advantage of me. Their prices are very reasonable and they have excellent service..Spotless clean garage and waiting area as well. Very easy and great people to deal with. Fast service too!! My car was barely able to make it into the lot so I parked in front of a Bay to figure out what they wanted me to do. The employee literally laid on the horn in a vehicle behind me instead of offering assistance. I walked by him and instead of offering help he shook his head. Mind you at this point I’m in tears. I walked in and stood without a greeting or acknowledgement for 10 mins. NEVER AGAIN

Run from this place they charge 120.00 per hour for diagnosis fee thats way more than Brandon Ford charges a flat fee 98.00 no matter how long and it goes towards the repair if not pay 98.00 not all shops are honest we have strayed so far from the good ole days of helping

I brought my Camry here to have a thermostat replaced in my engine, everywhere else Id been wanted way too much. I also needed the transmission fluid changed, the coolant flushed and a few other assorted minor repairs. I had been to 4 other repair shops in Tampa before my friend told me about this place. They charged me about 2/3rds of what anyone else wanted and got it done about 1 hour. Ill bring my car next time I need work done.
