I was in and out in no time. Which was great as I had my two toddlers and infant with me. Their prices are as to be expected. I always use Midas anywhere I go.The only thing was... me and my kids seen a cockroach. But in places like this, sometimes its expected.

I absolutely love this place. I have a Lexus GS 350 and was skeptical about taking my car here but I have been proven wrong time and time again. If it wasn’t for JAY always looking out and being transparent I wouldn’t have made this place my cars home when she needs fixing. Trust me!! Got my oil changed and it didnt take forever OR cost a weeks salary!!!! Friendly service, I was assisted moments after entering their office (which had TV and magazines). After giving information about my vehicle, the cost was explained to me as well as options. A full inspection was done on it (tires, lights, fluids, brakes, etc. ) and recommendations were made. All this took under an hour! Very pleased!

My significant other needed his AC fixed right away because living in Florida you can imagine how crazy it gets driving with no working AC. All the boys at Midas: Joey/jay/Shawn got us in very quick and they did the change for him over the weekend. I’d like to pay a big shout out to Jay for answering me quickly. We were happy to have working AC again!! Even when there was a little noise, he listened to my concern so professionally and said he can switch out the part no worries to make sure we were fully satisfied. They truly care about their clients and get you quality service for great prices!!! We Will forever be returning here for any future car needs. After spending over a thousand dollars with another local exhaust installation company i went here to Midas and was quickly aware of the difference in knowledge. The people here help me right away and what the others thought i was being picky about they let me know it was clearly a problem. In no time it was fixed and and I’m back in love with my truck. This place is terrible. My husband was one of the first people in the door, and it still took over 2 hours just for an oil change because they were on their phones or taking excessive cigarette breaks. They wrote the wrong mileage for my next service on the sticker, they did not reset the timer on my dashboard. Then they drew a sad face on my car, now I have to go get a car wash on top of it, costing me more money! I am definitely calling corporate because Im not even sure they put the right oil in my car since they didnt do anything else right.

This review is about 2 months to late, but better late than never!! I took my care to Midas for a quote on a repair after Tire Choice quoted me almost $3,000. Jay assisted us and inspected the car in a quick and timely manner. Tire Choice quoted us for parts that werent necessary or damaged!! Jay corrected their mistake and identified our exact problem. The price was just about half the cost of tire choice and we have a BRAND NEW Car!! Jay was awesome and the work done here is amazing. Thanks team! Ill be back!

Super friendly guys helped me out. Had an out of state car after just moving here and had a lot of issues from the drive down. Checked it out for free quickly. Not the entire car but underneath where the problem was. Had some rusted areas on the muffler and they patched it up quick and free for me.

My experience at Midas today was a rare treat.Jay the shop manager was friendly, honest, and well informed.I needed breaks pads and rotors on all four tires.I went to firestone for a quote and then to MidasI got top of the line rotors and pads installed for half the price thatFirestone was wanting to charge me for their run-of-the-mill parts.Because of Jay, we will most likely be lifetime customers.

My experience at MIDAS was excellent!!! Woop Woop to those guys in Brandon off of Robertson st.

I have gone to this location twice now. The first time was just for their wiper blade BOGO special. The second time was for actual service (synthetic oil change, new tires, alignment, and brake check). I was expecting to go in and have to get new brakes and 4 brand new tires. After the inspection, they said my brakes were actually in good condition still and they didn’t recommend that I pay to get the pads replaced yet. They said that 3 of my 4 tires were needing to be replaced because of worn tread and that one of the tires was still in like new condition because I had replaced it about a year ago when I hit a nail. So I purchased the three tires and they threw one in for free and used the good old tire as a spare in my trunk (this was not on special - they did it to provide great customer service), and they also took off an additional $20 in discounts. They charged my cabin and a/c filters at cost without markup pricing so that I didn’t have to make a trip to Walmart to get these, spend the same amount, and put them in myself. These guys took amazing care of me today and I recommend them to anyone needing maintenance done for their vehicle. This is also especially important, as I am a 30 year old female. It feels good knowing I wasn’t taken advantage of or recommended anything that wasn’t necessary. Five stars!

Very expensive $50.00 to check which fuse was bad for windshield wipers.

Waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. Struck up a conversation with the manager I plan on bringing my car back for all the maintenance here as opposed to the dealership.

Brought my car in complaining of a noise coming from my front left tire. 750 dollars later still not fixed. Took it back, they assured me they figure out the problem and replaced something else... for another 300 dollars. 1050 dollars later. Noise is still there. Took someone else ten minutes to diagnose it as a bad strut. But guess what? I can’t fix it because I’m maxed out after Midas. Ps. After 1050 bucks the least you guys can do is put the panel back on by the tire. I had to stop in at an auto shop to buy the pins and put them in myself because two of them were missing and the panel was just flapping around

Every time I have been to this Midas store, I am always greeted with a friendly smile and professional attitude. Tobey and Mark at the desk are always so helpful and caring. Clay has been the mechanic working on my car, and he is always so wonderful. I have never had a mechanic that I felt I could trust, and Clay is just that! I love how at this store, they show you exactly whats wrong with the car, not just tell you what needs to be fixed.

The guys here are great and have a great attitude and love to have fun while they work. Quick service, honest prices, and dont try to pad everything with finding sixteen other things wrong like most repair shops tend to do. Ill be back!

I told them exactly what I needed to do and gave me a price for the job I wanted then when I got there and bought the car in they changed the price the price went from 180 to 275 so Im not happy with Midas plus wasting my time

Came in for brakes, they got me in quick and went the extra mile so I could spend LESS money. Theres a clear window in the waiting room so I could see them working on my truck. They stayed after 6 (their closing time) to finish the job. Very pleased

The gentleman at the front desk was great but, the staff in the back was a different story!Slow paced individuals.- show up to work late- smoke while working on cars- spend most of time just chatting or on phoneNOT complaining about wait time or prices, just lack of management and productivity.

Worst service Ive ever had on one of my cars. Having to call corporate cause another shop had to redo everything they did. Horrible at welding. Anthony is the only nice one but dont take your car there! It took 5 times of me going there for them to fix it before I took it somewhere that actually knew what they were doing. They can change oil...maybe. Im gonna check that today too. Dont use them! Unless you wann get ripped off and youll be bringing it back. I wish I could give them zero stars.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had an AC leak around the compressor. After taking my car in THREE times and watching THREE mechanics look at my car, they couldnt find the leak. It was warranty work. I honestly think they purposley did not want to find my problem, because one of the employees said that they would make no money off the work. I took my car to a reputable repair shop and they found the leak at the AC clutch within 15 minutes. My air works PERFECTLY no thanks to Midas.

I took my Civic there for an oil change that was supposed to include a tire rotation. I quickly got the oil change but then I was told it didnt need a tire rotation even though my tire warrante said I did. Since then I keep getting e-mails that my Cadillac may be due for service. I have never owned a Cadillac. I have called several times to tell them but they still keep sending me e-mails. Im not sure what kind of car I will be asked to bring in next time for an oil change.

I stopped by to check the sound in rear wheel, they suggested to change the brake pads, caliber and rotor and provided the prices for parts and labor. I asked them to go ahead and change. Later when I compare the part price in auto zone(Same part number and company), midas charged 3 times more than the price. I asked the one of the person in front office about the price and whats the difference in the parts, he replied badly, different places different price and we are doing business. I wont suggest to go here for any changes.

Tried to buy a 10.oo exhaust donut at this place and they said they wouldnt do it.

Van broke down and wouldnt start. Had it towed to a national auto service company and was given an estimate for $2100 after discount. DIdnt want to fork over all that money so had the van towed to Midas after talking to Jay. Final result- Out the door $1300. Jay kept his word. This is the only place Ill go for service now!

These guys are total rip off artists..I went here to get several things done for my truck including brakes..they called me to inform me that I needed new calipers,rotors,and pads with a price tag of 1400.00 ..??.. Because 2 of my calipers were locked up..so I went to see what they were talking about,apon arrival I was shown how my rotors could barely turn because of the brakes pistons were locked open had to be replaced... Im a hard working person trying to raise 3 kids and could not afford such a expense...so I had them go ahead and change the oil . I took the truck home and called around for parts and got the parts I needed for 180.00 minus the calipers..I wasnt convinced they needed replaced..the next day and about 4 hrs I replaced my rotors and brake pads..and was able to compress my brakes that were locked up with no problems...so I was able to the work for a fraction of what they wanted and didnt replace parts that they said I needed that I didnt need...Watch out for these guys!!
