Great place to live overall! Staff is friendly and helpful, nice pool and gym, and good rent prices. Yes, there are certainly cheaper places to rent in the area, but Bradenton Reserve is worth the money because of the community. I always feel safe walking my dog at night here, neighbors are friendly, and there are two small dog parks. Maintenance also responds to service requests IMMEDIATELY.
My partner and I lived here for about a year, and it was our very first apartment. Management was wonderful and attentive to any problems we had, the park areas were always clean, and the property itself stayed well lit at night. We’d take management with us if we could! I highly recommend Bradenton Reserve as a great first place to live if you’re just starting off on your own.
By far the best experience with an apartment I’ve had. Maintenance was quick to fix issues. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I have been with Bradenton Reserve for 8 months now. And I am pleased with the whole staff. A situation occurred with the AC unit in my apt and from maintenance to the office staff, everyone was on board about resolving the matter. Much appreciation. I am Thankful to call Bradenton Reserve home. Right on everyone. 👍Bravo........
I have lived in two different apartments at Bradenton Reserve over the course of 4 years. It has been an absolute pleasure! The maintenance department treats you more like family rather than a tenant. Overall, I am glad I choose BR to call home!
I loved my second floor apt with the balcony overlooking the pond with the fountain. Great white noise to sleep by. So zen. The high ceilings and layout were just perfect. I loved the screened balcony space. The manager and maintenance staff were so fast at responding. It was easy to request service through their app. If I am back in the rental market I would consider this place again.
Ive had the pleasure of living at Bradenton Reserve 3 years now, and Im sad to be leaving! Dawn and Frazier were the dynamic duo- they and their team were incredible- friendly, informative, and always helpful! Great location to SCF Manatee for students, I could walk or skate to class when the weather was nice. The gym had a great set up, and the pool was a great way to relax and get to know a few neighbors when given a chance.
***HONEST REVIEW 2019***I moved here with my bf and service dog two months ago. From the moment I toured the complex to signing the lease and moving in, the staff and maintenance crew have been very accommodating and welcoming. This is my first apartment and I am very pleased in many different aspects. The home itself is on the smaller side but has every amenity you would need to feel complete. I have a 1/1 with a patio, walk in closet, wood floors, new appliances, plenty of storage and a washer/dryer. I love the neighborhood, it’s in a safe location, no sketchy people, in fact everyone I have met so far is extremely friendly, and there’s no noise. I have not had a single complaint since moving in, everything is perfect in my apartment so I have not needed to request maintenance. The staff made it so easy and fun to move in. The community pool and fitness centers are both small but nice. I am so happy with my decision to lease her. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, small, overall great place to live. I signed a 14 month lease and if things stay as great as they are now I plan on staying here for a while. Don’t listen to old reviews, Bradenton Reserve has new management who know how to do their jobs very well. :)))
The price is standard for this area. The apartments are a decent size and have nice upgrades. Maintenance and Office people are very nice. They get things done quickly and efficiently. My neighbors are nice too. The only negative I can think of is the gym - wish it was larger but they have nice new equipment. Ill be renewing for another year - thanks for a great 2 so far!
My boyfriend moved in to the apartments in 2017 and had to vacate the apartment due to circumstances out of his control. He was told that he would not be charged to exit the lease, however it showed up as a collection on his credit. So in the process of trying to get it cleared up he went to the office to ask about getting a letter stating either that there was no debt or no record of him in the system. He was told by the manager Dawn that she would not do that. He asked her why and she said something about its not her problem. She was very rude to him and the assistant manager from the apartment complex he was trying to get into. She was uncooperative about everything and even cussed him out at one point. Very unprofessional to say the least.
Had an awesome experience living at Bradenton Reserve – From the process of moving in to when I moved out of the area, Dawn, Frazer, and the rest of the staff were great to work with and could not have been more helpful. Apartment was very nice and affordable, had no maintenance issues, and location was great (easy drive to Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria Island). Would recommend to anyone moving in to area!
Despite the old reviews, the new management staff here is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. This is a small community and everyone seems to look out for each other. Dawn and Tony are extremely friendly and the staff overall is really caring. Grounds, pool and gym are always kept clean.Ignore the old posts, you’ll love living here!
Ive lived here since December of 2017. The move in day was hectic because our apartment wasnt ready despite them pushing the move in date on us (we wanted to move in January). After several complaints to corporate the new manager (Dawn) got the apartment ready on time. After that debacle, everything has been pretty much OK in my years here. Honestly I would stay if they had 3 bedrooms and werent so overpriced. $1240/mo for a one bedroom is absurd no matter the amenities. The rent was reasonable when I first moved in and they jacked it wayyyyy up. Its just not worth it for what it is. But the maintence folks are super nice and usually pretty timely (including the morning when my toddler managed to lock me out of my ONE bathroom and I desperately needed to go). The neighborhood itself never gave me any problems, usually pretty quiet and friendly. Good location. Fraser and Dawn usually try their best to accommodate you and Dawn did me a solid by extending my lease a few days until my new apartment is ready elsewhere even though I already signed the vacate notice. All in all a good place, the prices just need to be more reasonable.
I have lived at Bradenton Reserve for a year and I absolutely love it!!!! I just signed a new lease and happy to do so!!!! Dawn is fabulous very professional and always willing to take care of any concerns I have. I cant say enough for the maintenance crew they are on top of things and very efficient. The complex is very clean and always looks good. Tony is fantastic!!! I feel safe here and have never had any problems with neighbors. These two things are very important!!! To me.!!!Thank you for making my home comfortable for me!!!!!Dorothy H.
Bradenton Reserve is conveniently located on 34th Street W in Bradenton, FL between IMG Academy and the Southern College of Florida. The property management team does an excellent job of keeping the grounds and buildings maintained. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issue. The amenities are well maintained. Weekly trash pickup is provided at your door.
For the overpriced one bedroom apartment with wall paint that chipped very noisy neighbors and old appliances I moved ed into a beautiful house with new appliances in a great neighborhood for the same price. No more stomping trashy upstairs neighbor in bldg 3$🙂🎈🎉
Ive lived here for two years. Not a bad place to live, quiet and clean. No frills though. The pool and gym are very small. You can get more for your money elsewhere as far as amenities are concerned. Its a good location, hop onto 41 to get to Sarasota in 10 minutes. Its not gated, which to me is a plus. Ive always felt safe here. They make you pay for the valet trash service. They respond to maintenance requests at a decent rate. Overall, a good place to live, but my rent did increase to a point where it made more sense to move to get more for what I am paying.
This place was terrible, #1 nothing seemed to work properly #2 the roof leaked and #3 I felt totally shafted when they shafted us out of our deposit and tried to tell us they were doing us a favor. Okay so we paid a dog deposit $300.00 then your surprised when it smells like dog in the apartment ???? We were good teneants who paid our rent and stayed through the entire contract even though these apartments are totally overpriced. I would let everyone know when looking there is better for the price and the renters may actually try not to shaft you out of your deposit when u leave.
My home has nice upgrades and the neighbors are nice. The people in the office are helpful and maintenance is good too. This is also a good location.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. This place is HORRIBLE. They went through 4 landlords since Ive lived there. My ac constantly broke, they come into your apt without notice, one time I was naked and they just walked in!!! The manager is rude and doesnt resolve any issues and after you move out they charge you two months worth of water bills even though you paid them every month!!! The only people who where nice where the Maintainance guys. Always cool. Place raises rent 100$ every year. Discussing place to live. Ive emailed the landlord and he literally ignores all of my emails. This place sucks do not move here!
Living at Bradenton Reserve has been such a pleasant experience. Dawn & Fretz (office administrators) are so attentive, friendly, they genuinely care about their residents and make people feel at home during their stay at Bradenton Reserve. I highly recommend this place! [May, 15th, 2018.]**DONT BE FOOL BY THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS**
So Ive been here a little over a year. I have had ceiling leaks multiple times. My toilet has had leaks from the bottom where it connects to the floor multiples times. My washer has stained multiple different outfits of mine despite changing detergents 5 times (the office said it must be my detergent.) My dishwasher brackets that hold the dish washer in place just broke. And they decided to put people with children in the apartment on the second floor above us which should be common sense to put children on the a first floor so that when they run around it doesnt bother the residents. On top of that they have raised rent $100. I have had no attempt for them to reimburse me for my clothes. I was told my new ceiling leak would be fixed today and it was not. Save yourself a huge headache and dont move here.
It suck! They refuse to fix in patio. We have no light and storage light not work. They cut power we can’t use it we piss off. They didn’t finish it before we move in. I’m unhappy !
We lived here almost 5 years and finally we moved out and are so happy that we did! In the close to 5 years being here we when through about 4 different property managers and 2 owners. The property manager can careless whats goes on,we had illegals living in 210 who work for a construction company ( construction company was the leased holder) and the workers had not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 YES 4 pick up trucks and took up all the parking spaces near my apartment! Then you got crazy lady in 302 who slams her car doors and apartment door every night she when as far as blowing the horn at 10pm at night because she couldnt get a parking spot. Overall dont move here! Now theyre trying to charged me for almost $3,000 for 2 months rent when we paid our rent on time and gave our 60 days notice! Bunch of crocks too!
This place is a jokeNothing was true. I paid less in N.Y. for more room. The pool is small although the picture makes it seem huge...the apartment is tiny which makes it seem bigger on website & they charge for EVERYTHING. Valet trash??? REALLLLLY?theres dog poop all in the parking lot. If I wasnt forced to take this place because I had a big dog I definitely would be elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
To be honest please find another placed to live. Brandon the Manager is no help he doesnt care about any resident or their issues. we live next to this crazy lady next door who slams her door EVERY single night, she parks incorrectly all the time and she speeds thru the parking lot when she leaves every morning she leaves her trash by her door every week that causes a smell and animals get into. ALL of this has been brought to Brandon and Michelle Downing attention and they say things like our policy states....... blah blah.... and dont do anything about it. Our roof leaks so much so that it created a hole, which took them 3 weeks to repair and than it created a hole again they fixed it quickly because I wanted out of my lease. its not worth the headache to pay 1000$ for nothing.
So sad, they closed it.
Disappointing experience with staff.
