We needed new return and supply flex duct replaced in our trailer home in Paradise Bay estates. The old return duct work was old and would take in water when it rained. The big challenge here was getting underneath our trailer to replace them. This is not a newer trailer home that sits 4 off the ground, as a matter of fact if its 15 off the ground thats pushing it. I am thrilled to say we hired the right company!! Pat provided us with a reasonable estimate, we okd it and after less than week the work was scheduled. Unfortunately the technician that came the first time was too big of a fellow to get underneath. The work was rescheduled and Nick and his helper did what needed to be done. The following morning the office sent Joe to our place to just make sure everything was running as it should! I am really impressed with the outcome. Our unit is running much more efficiently since this work was complete! Thank you guys !!. I also want to thank Melody and Shannon in the office for always keeping me updated with the status on the job and sending the photos the guys took. Keep in mind during this entire project my wife and I were up north awaiting our new granddaughters arrival so these guys were also very thrust worthy and respectful with our home. When the time comes to replace my 2009 unit AC Warehouse will definitely be called on again.

One year ago I was very unhappy with AC warehouse. I scheduled a maintenance appointment. The technician that came only wanted to sell me a new system. He said there was a leak and I might as well get a whole new system. I had to practically make him do the maintenance, which was minimal.This year AC Warehouse called wanting to schedule the maintenance again. I told them what happened and they promised the technician will not try to sell me anything and the visit will be free.I was very happy with my service today. The technician Ivan Nieves was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He did find a leak like the other technician found. He explained that I needed a new capacitor and even hooked it up to the meter and showed me why. He did more things to my AC than any other technician has ever done before and I am very pleased!However, I didn’t need a new capacitor. After paying $178 for the part I found out it was only a $12 part! I am very unhappy about the high mark up and disappointed.

I called yesterday regarding my new install. Due to not being home the day of install, I had questions regarding water and condensation coming from unit. Ivan was here first thing this morning to go over all issues and concerns. He explained what I should do regarding cleaning the drain and furnace filter. He gave me such good information. He was kind, caring, professional, and so informative. He also explained about an extended service warranty, which is very important when issues occur. Thank you Ivan.

Had a brand new system installed a week ago by AC Warehouse. Had an issue with the new system within a week and half of the install. Grant came to take a look at the system. Within a few minutes he figured out the issue and fixed it. Oh and btw he came at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night.. Thank you Grant!

This was the first annual service. A 4 hour window from 2-6 is what I scheduled. Technician was over scheduled so he arrived 6:30 which was fine except that I took off work early to make sure I didn’t miss the appointment.The technician was knowledgeable and friendlyand answered all our questions.

Be very careful when buying a new unit. The tech only pushed a high interest 10 year loan that would cost $17,160. I asked about a 0% loan and only paid $6,350 over 18 months. If you have good credit - use it. Otherwise, the company is good with maintenance and the new unit is fine.

Had my HVAC maintenance yesterday by Ivan Nieves. He is very professional & informative when it came to maintenance tips and answering all my questions. Ivan is a great asset to AC Warehouse and I hope to have him as my technician for future maintenance visits!

After purchasing an older home it didn’t take long for me to realize the air conditioning system was struggling. I did my research and decided to have A/C warehouse come over and look over the A/C unit. Pat from A/C warehouse came over and he answered all my questions, agreed to move the fan from outside of my bedroom window( who would agree to put a big fan outside of their bedroom window!smh!) and move the A/C handler from my Florida room into the house!I really did not want to wait until my A/C broke down possibly in the hottest months of summer so I decided to buy a new A/C and ductwork from A/C warehouse. The installation took all day and I was told it would. They sent out about four a/c technicians and I really was so impressed with their work ethic! They had so much work to do and they worked the whole day, they were professional and they cleaned up after themselves. They finished and the a/c handler looks great after being relocated! The fan was relocated and is on a slab of concrete onconcrete ( going to help in case of hurricane) I love the new place the fan is in . I was running my a/c on 74 and now it’s running on 77 and feels wonderful and not as noisy and the older unit. All they have left to do is change out these older vents and patch up the holes where the old a|c handler was . Again, I am very happy with the company and the employees! They worked hard and did all the work stated in our contract.

AC Warehouse charged me $199 for a capacitor that is worth less $20. This is in addition to $89 service charge.The technician did not know how to use a nest thermostat which is a shameOne star for this business is too much. I must say the appointment is initially did not go over well when the technician arrived he was told that he was only to bring me replacement filters. Well my system had not been maintenance since before Covid. I had got a really bad cold and sinus infection and I know it had to partly due with my AC unit needing to be cleaned and the filters replaced. Well needless to say I was not happy that he was only to bring filters so once the dust settled my maintenance was done I did expressed to the technician how unhappy I was and how the situation was being handled he assured me that if it was up to him he would do what was needed although he had to do what he was told by the company. Well after much venting on my part I did apologize to the technician throughout the whole ordeal he was very professional listening to me not responding just wanted to do whatever it took to make it right.Jose is by far one of the best service technicians I have ever come across. Our AC went out today (a Saturday). Chuck came out and had us running in under 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We will be requesting him for all of our future maintenance.

Installed a new unit. Within the first week of having the new unit I noticed a lot of water coming out of the back. The tech said it was normal and offered excuses. When I purchased the unit I was told I would get a free year maintenance. Six months later, they sent out a tech to inspect the unit and again I pointed out the leaking unit outside and he said it was normal.The thermostat was 85 inside, I called for a tech to respond ASAP and had to go through a very unprofessional answering service and dispatch, which record lines without asking. Additionally, they were defensive and stated the “year contract for maintenance” was for one visit only (a six month check up). I had to call back 3 times. Only to get some guy who wanted to tell me how busy it was today and he would send out someone if I continued to listen to him. Which I was sick of doing at that point. I actually hung up on him after I said, “ I had to call several times only to get nowhere and now I’m out here in the yard shot vaccing the lines and I had to pour bleach in the system since the annual maintenance contract - actually means you never come out to do maintenance and now I have clogged lines and gunk in my coils..... ps, the unit outside is still dripping “ he then informed me of how I just damaged the coils and foil would corrode and I likely caused damage to they system by actually trying to maintain the system myself. Now the house is cooling and guess what- I hung up on them so I will he calling another AC company to actually do the maintenance and make a diagnostic on the brand new system I just installed from AC warehouse.Thanks AC Warehouse. You guys are absolutely awful!!!!

But the answering service got Grant Spann out to us after hours, he arrived around 7pm was very kind and understanding he immediately went to our unit to see what was going on and also to ensure our spec it was taken care of or what he needed to do to take care of it, we had just got it replaced he spent over two hours at our house taking care of the job that the previous tech Todd did not do the unit was a mess he went above and beyond and provided the upmost quality service ever and he explain everything to us in detail took pictures of when he arrived and the pictures when he left if we wouldn’t have got him we would no longer be using this company he will be the only tech that will come out and service us the company needs to make an effort to recognize him as a top-notch employee he’s very efficient and knowledgeable and you can tell he’s very passionate about his job despite the horrible experience earlier in the day were ending the day on an excellent note thank you again Grant you are by far more than phenomenal and I’m sure we will see you soon.

Technician Jose Gonzalez came to my home and I explained the situation. Our AC was non responsive. I went to bed last night and it came back on in the middle of the night. When he arrived, it had shut off again. He checked the system out, and quickly identified the issue. Jose made the necessary repairs and had me up and running in no time. ACW bought the business and paperwork from First Choice who originally installed our system in 2011. When Todd came out to service the unit, he discovered a leak in the air handler. He called the office to check on the validity of the warranty and then proceeded to write a proposal for repair of the coil v. new air handler. The proposal was $6600 for a replacement. I said I would talk to my spouse. I was reminded of the fact the system was installed in September, 2011, and it should be under warranty. I called and spoke to Nate who said they could not tell if it was under warranty. I then called the county permitting department and found the permit to install was submitted 9-2-11. We called another company, and using the serial #, called the manufacturer of the system and found out within minutes that the warranty was still in effect. So, we didnt bother calling ACW back because they couldnt be bothered to take the initiative to find out. (Spouse wasnt home so I did not know where the warranty papers were.)

AC Warehouse installed my new AC system a few years ago, but they are the only ones I use to.maintain and service my AC unit. Always professional, great dependable service.

The thermostat on our A/C, installed a week ago, went blank at 10 this morning. after checking the breakers, I called A/C warehouse and explained the issue. The lady was pleasant and without question told me a tech would be out this afternoon. The tech, Kurt Guerrero, was here a short time later and, after I explained the issue, had identified the issue and had the unit up and running great. Timely and efficient and a big relief!! Well done Kurt.

My AC was not blowing any cold air and was making a strange noise the technician showed up on time let me know that all he had to do is clean the EVAP coils. The service was expensive and now 2 weeks later the same exact thing is happening and they want me to pay them again to come out for round 2. My unit is only 3 years old and if they cant figure out whats wrong with it then they have bigger problems than I do

Zero communication. Bad office management. Set up service to be billed for moms service when we called to schedule. Literally 10 mins after service, I was called to pay and yelled at that the tech should have collected payment. Then another office loser called mom out of state for payment. The big whopping $39 service was paid via credit card literally 35 mins after service. The office then proceeded to call my wife for payment and then call mom 2 more times for payment that was already completed. They even emailed a receipt for the payment. 3 hours later mom was called again for payment. Then they called wife again for payment. Will NEVER use this Mickey Mouse service and will NEVER recommend to anyone.

Darrell Albritton was here to find out what I was upset about and to try to make me happy. I was very happy when he finished working on our A/C.Darrell explained what he did and checked what he did to make sure everything was okay. The short of it is Darrell is an attribute to A/C Warehouse and stands out with his knowledge and his communications with customers. A/C Warehouse is lucky to have him.
