We are new to area and bought a condo,it needed a new handler and air and stumbled on Coastal comfort of tampa, We called for estimates and Thomas responded very quickly and I believe that it was a fair price.We handled everything long distance and are completely satisfied with this company.We had small issue after moving in and Thomas was there within the hour.Nice young man starting a business. You cant go wrong with this company. You may find cheaper but you wont find better professionalism. He will do what he tells you.Nice to see a young man with this kind of attitude.

We called Thomas on a Friday - he was at our home within an hour. He was very kind and extremely professional... wore his mask the entire time. He didnt even charge us for the service call. Highly recommend Coastal Comforts of Tampa Bay.

Did a system cleaning and was amazed at how clean everything came out, and Ive noticed a lot less dust on the countertops since.

I own a condo in Bradenton Beach that has a rooftop A/C. It began failing on June 5th. I had renters coming in on June 15th and I was flying home to Michigan June 11th so I needed to get the A/C replaced by June 11th. I called four A/C businesses in the area. Two never returned my call and one, the original installer, said they couldnt do anything until July. Thomas from Coastal Comforts called me back and set up an appointment for July 6th. He checked things out and gave me a quote, which was fair based on estimates I received previously. He then said hed get everything installed on June 10th despite needing to get a crane in place. He showed up at 6:30am and finished the job by 2:00, with everything working great Coastal Comforts was prompt, professional and completed the job on time and complete at a fair price. Highly recommended!
