Felt a little left out in the cold, Brought in my 1975 Chrysler Cordoba mostly interested in making sure the engine was sound and fixing the AC prior to going into summer. had it with the shop for around 3 weeks and revived a bill for over 3k. My AC still doest work, leaks and sounds awful, I was told they were looking for the new ac part and that theys be in touch- never heard back. Also when I got it back the oil was old so it was never checked/serviced. Had to go back in due to it being ran low and the engine knocking: Bill provided below:CHECK OVER FOR USED VEHICLE INSPECTION, ADVISE.$66.00 Diagnostic Testing$69.76 Wiper Blade - Force - Front$99.00 TRANSMISSION OIL FILTER Remove & Replace MIncludes: R&I Oil Pan.$12.22 Automatic Transmission Filter Kit - Cork and Rubb$31.84 Dexron III$77.00 DIFFERENTIAL COVER GASKET Remove & Replace M$18.00 RTV Sealer$14.32 Gear Oil$99.00 ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY Remove & Replace M$96.24 Belt - Air Conditioning & Alternator$41.60 Belt - Fan & Power Steering$99.00 RADIATOR HOSE Remove & Replace M$21.56 Radiator Hose - Lower$32.44 Radiator Hose - Upper$110.00 RADIATOR Remove & Replace M$412.78 Radiator$11.38 Radiator Cap$41.28 Antifreeze Coolant$55.00 IDLER ARM Remove & Replace M$186.00 Idler Arm$55.00 PITMAN ARM Remove & Replace M$123.60 Pitman Arm Assembly$88.00 SHOCK &/OR STRUT ASSEMBLY Remove & Install or Remo M$154.20 OESPECTRUM CAR SHOCK$88.00 SHOCK &/OR STRUT ASSEMBLY Remove & Install or Remo M$77.56 Shock Absorber - OESpectrum - Rear$198.00 DISC ROTOR Remove & Replace M$16.64 Wheel Seal - Front$69.10 Brake Pads - Front - Ultra-Premium - OE Organic$202.76 Brake Rotor and Hub Assembly - Front - PremiumNote: M - Labor Database, Copyright, Mitchell International, All Rights Reserved------------------------------$1,034.00 Labor$1,633.28 Parts$0.00 Sublet$50.00 Shop supplies / EPA$0.00 Charges$0.00 Sales Tax (Tax @ $0.00 * 0.0000%)------------------------------$2,717.28 Repair Total

I had them perform an oil change for my college daughters 2014 Jeep Compass. They charged $107 for an oil change using a synthetic blend. My daughter also commented that they were not friendly when dropping off the vehicle. In todays world of customer service, this is very disappointing, specifically when the service they performed is 30% more than the market average. Will not use Keysers again!

This business is honest. My daughter was told by the local Toyota dealership that all fluids were bad....brought it to these guys and they told me the truth...thank you. We need more mechanics like Keysers.

I took my 2004 Toyota Tacoma to Keysers after I had an estimate from the dealer. The dealer charged me for the estimate and then wanted to fix a major steering issue. Keysers diagnosed worn shocks, sway bar links and sway bar bushings and did the repairs the same day with no charge for the estimate. The truck steers, tracks, and corners like new again. The front desk staff is friendly and there were no dealer games (dealer wanted to charge for incindentals - grease and rags??). Excellent experience!

I made an appointment because my truck was leaking something and told them it was likely a water pump failing or coolant leak. They were able to get me in the following week.Despite the appointment, they had my truck for two days and never initiated a call to give me an update on their findings or progress. They charged me $104 to read the Service Engine diagnostic (which Ive never been charged for anywhere else), had my truck for two days, couldnt find the coolant leak, and sent me on my way. Three weeks later, I arrived at a friends house, way out of town, in a snow storm, with smoke billowing out from under my hood and a huge puddle in their driveway. Not happy...

They are just in the business to screw you over-- needed my front differential taken apart and looked at. Left with him all day and told me at the end that I needed to replace my ring and pinion- $3,000 and 5 days in the shop. All of this based on NOTHING. Never took my differential cover off to look at the gears. Took to blacksmoke deisel for a second opinion and had my truck back in a day just for a $200 bearings repair. Nice staff but NEVER going there again.

Be careful going to this shop! I had a 2000 Chrysler 300M with only 103,000 miles on it. I paid over a $1,000 to get my timing belt replaced keep up on car maintenance. 3months later I developed I loud wining noise. So I took itI backstop this shop. They charged me $54 to tell me my car was blown up. I asked of they tore into the engine to see what happened he said no. But the guys in the shop say its blown up. I asked for any recommendations of what to do next since my $3,000 car with a brand new timing belt randomly blew up.The response I got was take it to Pacific. I called Pacific they stated they would give me $100. Needless to say that auto shop is full of dishonest people. I decided I would parts my car because I could get more money for it. Luckily didnt take it to the scrap yard amd instead drove home to park it and try and sell it. On my quick travel home from the shop the whining noise stopped.I later discovered my car wasnt even blown up!. I almost scrapped it because I was so mad that it blew up. I trusted Keyser. But wanted to write a review to warn you. Always get a second opinion! My low miles 2000 car was NOT blown up!
