Well I have been going to d&b muffler since 1985. The current owner rj is extremely knowledgeable. He just finished up a catback exhaust system on my 2012 ram. Professional work at a fair price! I highly recommend d& b muffler.

Took my car to the last exhaust specific shop in town. Left the car all day to get a call near the end of the day saying they never got to it and they would need to keep it over night no problem just excited to get my exhaust done. Get a call first thing in the morning saying that they think the car is to low mind you a 2021 Camry sits lower than my car. End up getting a call later saying they cant do the car because its awd and the lift they have cant pull awd cars up on the lift. In my head thinking 4 bolts and drive line can be strapped up. Pretty bad experience here at the last exhaust shop in town luckily Toms alignment had no issue and busted it out in 5 house perfect fitment. I do not recommend using this business they seem pretty lazy all around.

Very nice guy, was very helpful the price was right, had a engine light came on, went toOReillys had them check, thank God they dont charge people to plug that little machine in to your vehicle. Then back to D&B Muffler & Brakes made appointment, got in and he fixed the catalyst system on my muffler. In and out. Thank you for being so kind

Coming here is the best decision I have made in awhile. The extent of my knowledge was “my car sounds very loud and wrong” before getting anyone to look at it. I was able to drop my car off in the morning, and before I was even done with the workday, got a call that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Car now drives great. Everything was wonderful, and price was waaaay below what I had expected. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and friendly people. Great place to go. 10/10.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. RJ is beyond rude and full of excuses. I wouldnt let him put an exhaust on my lawn mower let alone my vehicle. My car was is worse condition when I picked it up from him.

I was traveling through Bozeman from CT when my car started making awful noises. I took it to Subaru who said it would cost over $500 to repair any they suggested taking it to D&B instead. I couldn’t be more happy that I did. They got me in the shop immediately and called back within two hours letting me know it was ready. I was expecting to pay a few hundred for quick turnaround but was charged less than $100. I wish I was local to Bozeman because I would use D&B every time I had an issue. I recommend their services to all.

Came in an hour before close, had the exact random part i needed, out the door in about 5 minutes. Good service, friendly, knowledgeable. Ill be back!

Took my car here to get it straight piped from the center of my car to the rear. He got it done relatively fast. The guy who did my car was pretty rude. I asked if he could put on an exhaust tip for me and he rejected it even though I offered to pay more. And even then I felt like he was judging my decisions that I want done to my car. Wont come here again if he cant do what I want at a heafty price like that.

Recently came in to get a custom exhaust. RJ helped me out quite a lot and gave me good ideas and advice for an exhaust system—which ended up sounding perfect. The welds are fantastic, and the exhaust is well put together. No leaks. Overall, high quality work for a great price, I would strongly recommend.

I just had an exhaust system installed on my truck. Usually I do work myself on my truck, so when I am paying someone to do the work I feel like I hold them to very high expectations. RJ, the tech didnt mind letting me see what was going on when the truck was on the lift, and he didnt try to do any unnecessary repairs. I was in and out in less than a couple hours and my truck sounds and runs great. The price ended up being very reasonable, (not a surprise I get often with auto repairs. In the end, the crew at D&B met my high expectations and I would definitely recommend their work.Thanks again.

They have done 3 exhaust systems for me now on three different vehicles. Not only do they do a good job but they only do what is necessary. Twice I have taken it in and asked them to completely redo things, thinking it was all messed up, only to have them offer to salvage the good parts and charge me half of the quoted price. They will always get my business for any exhaust need I ever have.

D&B has done several exhaust systems for me and Ive always been very satisfied. Theyre honest about pricing, do quality work and are willing to look for alternative solutions that will save you money or serve you better.

(like updates to cost, whats wrong, what morons had tried to do to fix the problem before me) They replaced my exhaust manifold on my terribly rusted truck.Mechanic took be back and explained in detail what he did, what problems he encountered, and things like that.I very much appreciated the explanations and being shown what a huge pain in the ass it was.
