We stopped in because we had a nail in our tire. We are visiting from Pennsylvania and didn’t want to drive further with the nail in there. They promptly repaired the tire and didn’t charge us!! This doesn’t happen in Pennsylvania!!! This is amazing customer service and this owner should be proud of his employees. I own 4 retail stores and work hard on customer service… so when I get the same level of service from others … I have to commend them. We’ll done Eagle Tire. This is how you treat customers.

We were in Bozeman for a very quick trip when we needed our rear brakes replaced immediately. After calling many places and the dealership, we were told over and over that they were booked and could not fit us in. I called Eagle Tire and spoke with Sandy who immediately said they could get us in the next morning when nobody else could or would - she was our angel that late afternoon! We drove by the shop that same evening to make sure we knew where to go the next morning and Jake saw (more like heard!) us pull in. Our parts were in the shop and he replaced our brakes and rotors right then and there - another angel! Sandy and Jake, thank you SO much for your help!

Under New Onership. I was recommended Eagle because of a quality former employee known personally by a friend. Unfortunately, he was no longer there.Quality of work was very poor, even dangerous and lawsuit worthy, according to Auto Works, a reputable shop in Four Corners who fixed the problems created by Eagle. I have a Manila folder documenting the problems, their costs to me, and the costs to repair. My total (which I calculated conservatively and attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt whenever possible) came to $1,282. I received a $413.55 discount for my trouble (this is a very arbitrary number that covered about a third of the cost to me to fix their mistakes). I will happily answer any questions and supply pictures of invoices and issues as soon as I figure out how! If they cannot be found here, I will attempt a Yelp review as well.Most of the service was performed by the brother of the new Manager, William Baker. His brother has since been mysteriously “transferred” to another sister company.3/30/21- Gary, who seems to be a regional manager, has been in contact with me.5/19/21- It seems Gary was unwilling to rectify the situation. I have since reached out to him a few times, but have not received a response.

I came in for a flat tire that another shop told me was not repairable. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and very happy. Made my first time being here instantly amazing. The tire techs were quick to pull my car in even though they had a few other vehicle in. That is when i noticed they had 6 tire bays. The manager came out a few moments later to tell me my tire was repairable and that it would only be 10 minutes and they would have me back on the road. There was a mechanic who also came out and told me my brakes have about 60% life still in them. My battery was reading a bit low but not enough to need replaced immediately. They all made sure my vehicle was fixed and safe to drive with no issues before I left. This whole experience has been incredible and really fast. When they were done they informed me tire repairs are free! Its so nice to have a place in town we can go to that is friendly, fair, and honest. I will recommend them to everyone and they have earned my business. This group of people really go above and beyond.

They didnt do the work they said they would do over the phone, lost my paperwork, no communication, wasted my time when I needed this work done for the next day. But to make up for it, they said they wouldnt charge me!I called ahead and gave specific info for the used tires I had purchased and wanted put on my vehicle. They said the tires were older than they advised to put on, but theyd put them on whenever I brought the vehicle in. The tires had no weather checking, punctures, cracks, or tears in bead area, etc., 6-7/32 tread depth all around.I bring in vehicle, give them from 11am to close to do the work.I call in at 4:15pm after not hearing back. After a long hold, Im told they lost my paperwork, then that the tires are too old and they cant do the work. I had previously given them the manufacture date of the tires, so, there should have been no surprises.There was no attempt to contact me after deciding they couldnt do the work I asked for. Huge waste of my time and terrible service from them.Will never go back nor recommend.

Can not say enough wonderful things about this place! We were driving a Mercedes back from North Dakota and had trouble with the front tires rubbing and the cable in the middle of the front passenger tire came off. We limped into their business and even tho they didnt have the tires, they called around to many tire shops until they located some for us. They didnt talk down to me for not knowing the technical terms and never tried to upsell or schmooze where I have to play the hold on let me call my husband card. Finding a shop like this in this area was extremely surprising. So if your here from out of town or a local that just doesnt know about them, I highly recommend.

I stopped in today hoping for a tire repair around 2pm and could see they were very busy. They still found time to squeeze me in, remove the nail from my tire and patch it up. Even though its probably their busiest season right now they still had me in and out in under an hour. Super professional and friendly staff. They also gave me a card for 10% off an oil change from their sister company. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and will be coming to them for all my future tire needs! Very impressed by their customer service and grateful to them!

My van got bouncy on the road called them in the morning they got my van in within 5 min after I got there and then they found a big lump on it from the tire being old, got me new/used tires for 👍 price and I was on the road within 45 min

We were traveling for Thanksgiving when we got a flat tire. All of the tire shops were very busy including Eagle Tire and there was a snowstorm, so we were very concerned about how we would make it home for the holidays. The staff at Eagle Tire were so friendly and assured us that they would not let us leave without fixing the tire. The tire ended up being unrepairable and they replaced it with a brand new one for a reasonable price. Not only did they do this quickly without us even having an appointment, but they were so professional and helpful and kind! 10/10 would recommend Eagle Tire.

I definately went in when they were pretty busy, seems like good people at the counter and they are fast and responsive. Two things, the new tires they put on were over inflated by 15psi equaly in all of them. Also I asked them to attend to the dents in the winter wheels but I dont think it was even attempted. Overall not a bad frontside experience but left a bad impression from those two things. Luckly I know my car and how it should feel so I sorted it out quickly.

I called Gary, the Regional Mgr. and he will order a new tire for me. I appreciate how quickly he got back to me after my initial post. He is going to follow up on the miscommunication at the Bozeman store. Thanks Gary, I appreciate you making this right!

Linus and his brother have sold out and retired. Linus generally worked at getting me any tire I ever wanted. I called down there the other day for some specific tires that Linus has always gotten for me. The woman on the phone simply said that they didn’t show that particular tire in stock in their warehouse, period! Pretty much –we don’t have it, we’re not even going to try to get it for you, so beat it...I wish Linus and his brother a happy retirement. They deserve it!

Eagle Tire does fine work but the staff is generally only average in their politeness. Also disheartening was not a single staffer wearing a mask at the height of COVID cases.Prices for service there are very reasonable but like most anywhere local prices for tires are a bit high. Id recommend Eagle but there are other places with more polite staff and similar prices all within a few blocks of this location.

One of my teen-aged daughters mistakenly filled up the gas tank of our Murano with diesel rather than unleaded fuel. Part of making that right involved her calling ten different mechanics/garages to explain the situation and secure price and time quotes. Eagle Tire & Auto was one of the only businesses that treated her with empathy on the phone, as well as came in with the best price and quickest availability.The procedure, however, was not quite as easy as any of us hoped - taking twice as long (four days instead of two) - but we were impressed with their diligence and communication, as well as their taking responsibility for the process (the starter ended up burning out because of all that it took to flush the lines, so they charged us for the price of the starter but not for the labor). They also threw in a tank full of the proper gas, as well as a can of something that we are supposed to include in our next fill-up.As we were in the market for one, we just found our new neighborhood mechanics. Well done, Eagle Tire & Auto (and thanks).

I am working in Bozeman from out of town and my brakes started grinding. Every other brake shop in town told me they are backed up a week until I called Eagle Tire and auto repair friday evening. The lady that answered said bring it in and we will make sure to take care of you. My wife had a slow leak in a rear tire on a trip out to Montana. After being told by TireRama they couldnt get to it for a day or so, we stopped by Eagle Tire. They got right to it, found the source, fixed it, and when we asked how much it would be, the repair guy said nothing! And was hesitant to take a small tip. Couldnt be happier, treated really well, much appreciated!

Tried to charge me a ton for a simple tire repair that was done free at tire center behind them. Used to come here for my tires but found out they are over priced.

Just had my struts replaced at another shop heard a new noise in the front end of my car. The shop wanted almost 700$ to repair the noise. Decided to go eagle tire and met mike talk to him for 5 seconds before he grabbed a wrench and tighten the strut mount. Apparently they didnt tighten them. Really pleased to see a honest mechanic.

The gentlemen at Eagle Tire were great in getting our tire fixed and us back on the road. We had a slow leak in our tire stem which had become signficantly worse. Been doing business here with Linus as long as I can remember. Came in this week and got the very unpleasant experience of meeting the new general manager since they are new ownership. Never have I met someone as rude as this man. The kid definitely needs to get off his power trip and learn how to at least somewhat treat his customers before he runs this place right into the ground. I absolutely have loved doing business here in the past but i think I’d rather go do business with Walmart now and that’s really saying something.

We limped into Bozeman with a brake issue on our vintage travel trailer and Mike and his team went out of their way to see us right away, and even tho the needed part is no longer manufactured, they were able to find an alternative and get us back on our way. When other places were giving me 4 hour time-frames for a screw in my tire, Eagle had me in and out in 15 minutes. Fast and friendly as well.Edited 7/13/20: sent my wife for brake issues, apparently it was very minor and they had it fixed in 10 minutes and never tried to take advantage of her(she knows nothing about cars). Came in for a broken turnsignals. The manager was friendly enough and told me the mechanic was very busy and didnt have time but could schedule me for a repair. Luckily the mechanic was near by and heard about my issue fixed my wiring proplem and replaced my light bulbs for free. in between the work that he already had for today .happy I got my fix it ticket resolved

I just went in to see if my flat tire was salvageable. After telling me it wasnt, they hooked me up with a used tire, put it on the rim and rotated my tires as well as taking my old flat tire. They just switched ownership and the crew seems very happy and were very helpful. Dexter and Ryan defintely earned a lifelong customer!

I brought my truck in early in the morning for a simple tire change and they told me it would take 3-4 hours . After 6 hours of waiting I call them to have them tell me it wont be done till 6, 10 hours later.

One worker came in on his off day (Which was the day the business was closed) to work on my car. Extremely professional employees who have more care about their customers than any other auto repair place Ive ever been to!

Stopped by when brake warning light came on. They examined the brakes by removing the tires to discover that its the result of a sensor mis-fire. Brakes are fine, no charge. Would have been easy to sell me brakes I didnt need. Appreciate an honest local shop, will recommend them to anyone looking for the same. Thank you!

Had a front wheel bearing go out on our way to Yellowstone and we can’t say enough good things about how the staff at Eagle helped us out. Everywhere else we called before we found them said they could not even look at our vehicle till mid September. Shady pricing. Was quoted $16 over phone per tire to mount and balance tires I was bringing in myself. But after the job was done, I was charged $20 per tire since I brought in my own new tires. Pretty sneaky pricing tactics that dont inspire confidence. I should have been charged what I was quoted. I would have gone a few doors down to one of the other two shops if I had known. Next time I will....... Quality of install was fine, but I expect good customer service as well. So long Eagle tire.

I recently replaced my struts on my minivan and needed to get a alignment done. I was looking for a small local shop to get it done to avoid the mainstream tire shops. I was the last job of the day and during the service I was called and told that both lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods were bad and needed replaced and perhaps even my steering rack needed replaced before they could align my car. I knew that my sway bar links needed replaced but that doesnt interfere with an alignment. Im a former mechanic so I gave them the benefit, maybe they noticed something that I didnt while I changed out my struts. I wasnt charged for the inspection but as soon I got home I placed the jack under my van to check for any play and there was NO PLAY AT ALL. My bill for them to replace my lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods was a whopping $900.00. Needless to say I will not be going back due to their dishonest service and I will highly NOT recommend them for anyone else.

Wow excellent customer service. Im from Indiana, the tires on my truck were not in great shape - I called Eagle Tire they were able to get new tires in the next day when I would be in town. I called the shop the next morning said I would be a little later getting to Bozeman than I thought - they said not a problem. I got there at 1:00pm. They got me right in and I was driving out of the shop with 6 new tires at 2:00pm. I cant get that kind of service at home. I drive for a living and its comforting to know their are great places to have service done. The next time I need tires for me is will be worth the 1900 mile drive to Eagle Tire in Bozeman MT to have Linus and his team work on my truck. They are #1 in my book and I have saved their phone number to my phone.THANK YOU
