This was my first time at Majestic Nails with Tara who was suggested by a few customers on Google Review. I was very happy with the service and quality of work.I particularly liked that they have a booking system which seems to run efficiently as I received a call to advise that Tara was running behind by 10 mins.Tara was able to match the colour of my choice and love the way she shaped my eyebrows.I would highly recommend this Nail Salon and Nail Technician (Tara). My only criticism is the lighting is a little dim.Tara also mentioned that she is very good with ingrown nails (did not have this service so cant advise on the treatment).I was just going over your prices on your website after leaving my review and noticed the Gel Manicure & Majestic Pedicure Combo together with the eyebrow waxing that I received should have been $73 but I paid $92? Not sure if your prices on your website is accurate but worth looking over as this may cause some confusion.

Me and my daughter went in for pedicures they was so nice the lady did my daughter manicure and pedicure I also got my eyebrows wax everyone was great I appreciate how patient she was with my daughter that wouldn’t stop moving 🥰

My 1st time coming here at Majestic nails ..front desk customer services .. man Not so friendly but the lady owner yes very nice. Girl work on me ..her nameAnna or Ann ? She nice but my nails.. not so good 😕I noticed my nails after I got in my car.. 6 out of 10 was crooked... my total $65I had toes polish change.. full set dip powder.. loved the colors does..I would of given 5 Stars 🌟.. because of this experience first time..Im not sure if Ill be back

Highly skilled, helpful and caring technicians are in abundance. My personal favorite is Nancy who I have had a weekly standing appointment with for well over a year though others have provided me with services at times. Their website makes booking appointments and closing a provider (choose Nancy) easy and rescheduling in case of emergency is easy on their site. They even remind you of your appointment 24 hours in advance via text. Walk-in appointments are available too.

I have been going there for 3 years. friendly and great nail techs. I have been going to same nail tech Lee1 for these past 3 years. I have been to others in the area. And I have stuck with Majestic Nail. 🥰🥰🥰

My son took me to get pedicures and we googled this place. They have all the Covid-19 sanitizing standards including the station separators. They were nice and affordable. We got the majestic pedicure which was amazing. The next time I go I have to inquire about the drink that was brought to another patron but wasnt offered to us. But otherwise it was a good experience.

My daughter and I walked in there just to ask for information about the shop. Someone walked in right after us and it was like we were invisible. He Didnt even acknowledge us. Whether we have an appt or not he would not know because he didnt even greet us. Very rude and disrespected. He made my daughter (13 yrs old) feel like we were not important enough to be a customer.

Would absolutely not recommend this salon. I had a terrible and uncomfortable experience. I had mentioned to nail tech that the oil she had used caused extensive burning to my nail bed and her response was that she needed to finish regardless how it felt and looked at me like I was crazy. I had to sit through an acrylic fill with burning nail beds for an hour and a half. I had never felt this type of burning pain from a product. Unbearable in fact. I had tears in my eyes from the pain but didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask her to stop once again. I had expressed my concern to management and he had no remorse for my experience. He actually did not believe I was having any discomfort and made sure I paid for my painful service after attempting to argue with me. Terrible customer service. Mediocre work too.

Tom would not give me time to pick out my color. He kept saying he has another appointment to get to. Why would you take me if you have another appointment to get to? Why not just let me wait for another tech to be available? The lady at the front got upset with me for saying I didnt appreciate being rushed and I no longer wanted services. Not a good place to go to unless you like being disrespected.

After much research and reading many reviews for a good salon. This is the worst salon Ive come across.From the moment we walked in we got bad service at the front desk. The entrance of this salon looked so unorganized and messy. Boxes and trash everywhere & extremely cheap partitions.I wanted to treat my mom and myself for both a mani-pedi and we after 10 minutes we decided to cancel our manicures! The nail tech working on my toes was so creepy. He made some remarks that were completely inappropriate. I dont know if he thought that flirting with us would result in a better tip or whatever but he made us so uncomfortable and after taking a look at our pedicure we knew we could not get a manicure here!We asked them to fix our nails as the paint looked so thick and visibly old and they got polish all over our toes since the edge work was really bad. The nail tech spilled acetone over my foot and didnt do a thing about it and this was just such a bad, uncomfortable experience. And the nail work was so bad. I would not recommend this placeI thought it would be semi decent with the mixed reviews but don’t bother.Trust me. Just look at the picture attached.

Was horrible. Had an appointment got everything mixed up! Sat down and I felt like when I asked for design it was a problem or too much to ask for! I felt they were rushing and weren’t doing a great job. Asked for very simple design with small heart and they put on a sticker instead that was crooked and ripped! (All four were) Even my boyfriend saw that they were not what I asked for completely! Took off the stickers and painted my own hearts and it looks much better.

Majestic Nails is amazing and recommend it to everyone. My daughter, my mom and I all see TT. She does a phenomenal job with any and all services. The entire place is clean, kind, end accommodating. Definitely recommend.

I have been coming here for 3 years. On July 17 I had an appointment to get my nails done for my bday... They looked great as always, but within 2 hours one of the nails had cracked. I sent TT a message about it and she told me to come in a week later to get it fixed. Why would I wait that long when my bday was the next day? I glued it back together myself and moved on. Over the next few days several more nails cracked or just simply came off. I reached out to her again and she said there was nothing she can do about it. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AND IM MISSING HALF MY NAILS?????????? I have been spending money here for 3 years and this is what I get?? I used to highly recommend this place but now only will I no longer recommend, you have lost my business and all of my friends that go there.

Excellent place; the only one I visit now. I see Nancy every 2 weeks for mani/pedi and the most relaxing neck/back massage. She is always on time, professional and an expert. The ambiance is relaxing and all safety precautions are in place. Definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! I booked an appointment with Tara for the first time, and she was awesome. If you want a deep clean pedicure, she is your girl. Let’s start with the nails. Pedicure was ok, I got the majestic pedicure and there was nothing majestic about it. It was very fast. I went with my cousin and I was done 20 minutes before her. The lady doing my nails was making calls and not really into doing her job. They clean the nails on top but don’t look for ingrown nails even if you tell the tech. It was just cleaning the cuticle and painting. They added some exfoliation and mud and then wrap in hot towels and it was like less than 10 mins for all three. The gel manicure was ok, I had an issue with the color because it didn’t come out like how the display was but they fixed it with another color. The tech didn’t seem to care if her job was good or not and when I told her she seemed frustrated. It’s $65 for feet and gel nails, I want a good job. It felt like very rushed service. The bowl where I was soaking my hands was taken from the table and the water poured in the sink and then placed under the sink without washing. Now, the guy that is walking around I don’t know if he is the manager or owner was very forward and loud. He was calling me and other customers baby and saying “I love you”. He would also touch the nail techs hair and shoulder when he would pass by. He seems playful but there are boundaries.

Worst nail salon visit hands down. Nail tech was very rude wanted square nails they were round had to have paint touched up and nails shaped and filed somewhere else. I had gel polish on my toes so he used drill to get it off put several cuts in every toe. Will not recommend or return not worth the prices either quality isnt so good

I booked an appointment based on other reviews with Min . I was disappointed when I arrived I was given Diana with no explanation why there was a change in nail technician. My toes were polished very sloppy . I was so unhappy with the service I received .This review was done for my wife .

They are COVID 19 compliance by separating and taking temperature. Although, sometimes their isn’t any one up front and people sign in without temperature check. However, they do really great work! They are polite. I enjoy my visits. Definitely considered as my nail salon💅🏾

My second and last time using this salon came here with a friend. Both got nexgen my pedicure was great but as far as my hands go i noticed the nail tech didnt use any base powder on my nails normally they do a base coat clear powder they did 3 coats of color dip only no clear coat on top either so once they were done filing my nails were so thin it looks like its only one coat of dip. Now i know why the 1st time i went my nails lifted within 1week 1/2 🙄my friends nails came out just as thin.

My nails and toes ALWAYS come out clean ! TT is always on time, clean, and does the best nail shaping ! Every nail is even and she does the absolute best nail ombre and nail art ! My nails last me three weeks and never break and never any lifting . She’s quick an efficient And the sweetest and can do anything you ask for .

Massage was great, dollar a minute but pedicure was only decent. Seemed to move way too quick through pedicure. Prices are good though.

The place is large, pretty, and clean!! Joe did a fantastic job on my nexgen set. I’m so pleased. He’s very funny, sweet, and talented. He listened to what I wanted and delivered! I wanted a pale pink, coffin tip nail... they didn’t have the color I wanted so he said he would combine white and pink. It looks like it’s basically a long clear coated nail with wonky coffin tips. Very expensive for how my nails came out.

I’ve been coming to majestic since they first open and the service is always great, the staff is friendly and always welcoming. They always greet me by name, and offer me a beverage. I go to Lee1 he’s very friendly and always make sure I’m comfortable and satisfied! He also always get me in and out in a timely matter just like I like, all while paying attention to details.

Horrible SNS, so thick! Lee did a messy job, rushed through the manicure. So uneven, very thick and bubbly, loads of hardened powder on the inside of the nail and around the nail. The worst SNS I’ve ever gotten.

Only 2 ppl out of the staff can do designs, I asked for marble on two fingers before they started I asked the receptionist who can do the design she sent me to this guy who did a horrible job very bubbly, and not clean and my design was trash. They DONT TRUST. I will never go back((.))

I walked in looking to try this nail salon and asked for nexgen and a regular pedicure. I was sat immediately given the salon was completly empty. I sat in the massage chair and the nail tech assembled the foot tube incorrectly which resulted in me getting SOAKED! After my pedicure, it was time to start my nexgen. His technique of doing the nexgen was completely wrong. He put different colored powders over the color I requested, which resulted in the craziest nailes I’ve ever seen. There were white dots all over my nails which made the red color look unappealing. He didn’t shape my nails to look natural, instead they looked like wide press on nails. I asked him to make them more natural and he ignored me. After sitting there for 3 hours, I immediately let them know I was unhappy and went to a different salon to fix the nails (they laughed when they saw what Majestic Nails did to me). First and last time going to this salon.

I go to this nail salon pretty regularly and something occurred today that will have me spending my monthly $200 elsewhere. Dear Majestic I do not need to steal your $2 masks. The little boy you had helping you at the front desk was so concerned with you not forgetting to charge me $6 on top of my $92 bill that he neglected the other customers who came in. I have a choice where to spend my money and I definitely deserve to feel like a cherished customer. It’s tragic that this little boy is only perpetuating beliefs that are being instilled in him from his parents. But please remember. You came to our country not the other way around. Ciao!!

They have up guards over their stations, ALL of them. Wearing masks and following proper pro cautions! Friendly staff and did my nails EXACTLY HOW I ASKED and wanted too!! Thank god I found this place, has a mix of racial staff in there which I LOVE seeing in that industry! Spend your money on places like this, prices are fair and reasonable! Worth your time for sure!

We had an issue and they fixed it! They re did my moms nails for free. It’s a great salon many salons won’t go out of there way to say come back for free. They were also very understanding and kind about the situation!

I love this place they are super clean and safe. With everything going on with Covid they make sure that you and there employees are safe. When you walk in you have to take your temperature then wash your hands after you nail tech will come and get you when you sit down they have a curtain between you and your nail tech also everyone has to wear a mask. My nail tech is amazing her name is Boni she always takes her time to make sure that my nails come out perfect.

The staff is very rude and very sloppy job and told the front lady and she got mad and wouldn’t give me a refund and won’t let me get them redone when half my nail wasn’t pained. Do NOT recommend this awful gross place. Ew

They raised their pedicure prices by $10 and did not update their website or tell customers until we were already in the chair. Toenails are not even and this is defiantly not a $35 service. I’m supporting small business all the time but expectations should be met as well.

Love this salon I’ve been coming here since they opened. It’s clean and has a relaxing vibe. I’m reviewing finally because I found my person! I highly recommend Lory she is really nice and does amazing work. She does gorgeous acrylic. She also does a clean gel polish which eliminates me picking at them. I highly recommend booking a service with her.

Updated** This place is beautiful & clean. However, there have been two incidents where a white customer with no appt has been seen before me when I was there first. It’s really upsetting. This has happened back to back so I’m certain it was never a mistake.

Ive been coming to this location for about 2 years now..but lately I feel as the service and quality of the nails has gone down. I understand that covid hit alot of business hard but for them to raise their prices and give poor quality of nail service is just overrated..I went from paying $65 for pedi and and nails to paying $75..I save all my receipts so I know over been overcharged. Each person in their set their own prices..and lets not talk about the quality.. as I said Ive been going to them for 2years but been getting my nails done since I was 9years old..Ive never had to go get my nails done 3 times in one month because of breakage to my nails. I dont do hard work I seat at desk so there is no reason for my nails to be breaking every other week..then when I do come in to get it fix the young lady tells me I need to get my hands all done over which is more money to spend then what needs to..I wont be coming back to them if your a new customer beware..

My first time there I was greeted to a very clean and beautiful atmosphere. I had an appointment and Lory was going to be my nail technician. She was very polite, sweet, understood exactly what I wanted. She did a great job with my nails. I then had my eyebrows waxed and shaped by Mai. She did a great job. I was very happy with the service and will definitely go back to Lory and Mai. I totally recommend Majestic Nail Salon and Spa.

My first time choosing this nail salon and I was seen by Jessica my nails were $70.00 Within 30 minutes of me being home after getting my nails done 4 nails popped off one by one I immediately called the salon they told me to come back the next day they will fix it when I went she said they couldn’t take me come back another day as if my life revolves around there nail salon so I said fine went back 3 days later the nails I chose this time were 40.00 but they not only refused to give me my credit but now an hour later and the paint is chipping off not worth spending your money here.

I love going to see Lynn every two weeks for my gel manicure. She does any amazing job and always takes her time. At other salons I’ve been to, they always rush through to get to the next person, but I never feel that way with Lynn. Highly recommend!

Great service and clean

I see Bonnie and she’s lovely. Always does a great job. I have 2 daughters and one sees Ann and loves her work. The other sees Titi and swears by her. Lynn is also excellent. The salon has gone to great lengths to protect everyone’s safety and well being. I feel perfectly fine visiting the salon and so should anyone.

Rude, the lack of customer service skills in this nail salon is beyond. I have never seen such sloppy work. This place should find some new techs who actually like what they do, they all seem miserable.

My new favorite nail salon! I came first thing in the morning and immediately felt relaxed. The salon is very inviting with its dim lighting and zen like atmosphere, i felt super comfortable. The minute i sat down in my massage chair, i felt like a queen. The massage chairs are top notch, not those cheap ones you find in other salons. My pedicure experience was stress free. Usually I’m worried about having a technician go to town on my nails, ripping out every piece of what they they think to be dry skin they can find. Its been over a month since my last pedicure and my big toe is still sensitive. My technician was super careful, but detailed enough to make sure she didn’t miss anything. My pedicure came with a massage, which not all salons do, which to be honest almost put me to sleep. Her delicate hands along with the massage chair were enough to make me forget about my everyday woes. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the everyday chaos. Even if it is only for an hour.

It is my favorite salon in the area. Michael is my nail tech, and he does a great job. I show him an inspo pic of what I want and he gets the exact colors. If the length or shape is wrong he fixes it without any grief. My nails always come out beautiful.

Moved to the area at the end of summer last year. Went to 5 different places for my nails and didnt like any of them. Luckily, I found Majestic Nails and read the reviews. Everyone RAVED about Lee #1. Took a chance and made and appointment and couldnt be happier!Lee #1 is AMAZING!!!!! Not only is he great at doing nails and pedicure but hes so genuine, sweet and easy to talk to!I look forward to getting pampered by Lee #1!Hes the best!

I have been to Majestic nails twice and have had a differnt nail tech each time. Both times I have been able to get in on the same day as I called, if I requested a tech I might not be able to get in as easily. I am very pleased with the shape of my nails I have been to several nail salons in the area and have not been able to get my nails in an oval shape. The polish has lasted about two and a half to three weeks each time ( untill it grew out) with no chipping

Awful service!! I’m never coming back. They charged me $65 for a really bad job. The lady kicked my toe while she was doing my manicure and didn’t bother to fix the polish. The nexgen is not smooth and she drilled my skin a couple times.

I’ve been coming here for the last year! I always see Titi! She’s just so amazing, she takes her time to listen exactly how you like your nails done and takes her time making them look AMAZING never getting my nails done with anyone else! On top of that the place never feels crowded (even when they are really busy) the nice decoration and mood lighting makes the place so relaxing, like it should be.
