My first time @ this salon, last Friday and it was amazing, was attended right away and greeted with a smile, very professional staff, the place is very clean and great variety of colors, Tanya is the best! She did an amazing pedicure and Nexgen, and has a great personality. The prices were very reasonable, will be back soon

I come here for Andy, he does great work. The location is nice and the place is big and clean. There is a young girl that does pedicures she does great work. The only issue is i made an appointment and spent 3 hours, I was seated at the pedicure station after my feet were done for almost an hour.

The people working there were extremely nice and welcoming. The place was very well kept and social distancing procedures were in place. 11/10.

The owner female is the most rude and unprofessional person, I made an appointment and the last minute she told me that they not have time to do my nails. Very rude… please don’t use place.

I loooooooove this place. Bambee is great at what she does with spectacular customer service. I am always happy with my toes when I leave, I just sit down tell her my color and she goes hard in the paint. Boynton nails needs more good press, the business environment is so comfortable that complete strangers always end up laughing and joking each time I’m there. I look forward to my bi-weekly pedi’s because Bambee has set the bar high in quality and satisfaction and I’m not even a nail type person. So stop going to the basic place you go to, don’t cheat yourself, just treat yourself, Boynton nails where everyone gets along. Why are you still sitting and reading, you should be on your way to the car.

Walk-in appointment, they took me right away. The nail tech did a fabulous job on my pedicure and if I lived in the area, I would go back regularly. Massage chairs were heavenly and they had lots of reading material. Perfect pedicure! Oh and they prefer their tip in cash.

I went here because Kathy my favorite nail technician is temporarily working here while the roof of the building where she works Fancy Nails is being repaired. Turns out the owner Bambi is sisters with Heidi from Fancy Nails!Super nice people. Super nice establishment.

OH HONEY, These people are terrible !! I paid For nextgen a week ago and it has lifted already I even Got an infection on my ring finger due to them not being cleaned everytime you go there they always talking especially the lady who sits in the first chair she don’t do anything they’re lazy there and they rush you pay for full set it comes off within a week don’t go here but JADE ? she’s good but she doesn’t work there anymore ..

Prices aren’t posted. I took my god daughters (8 and 15 year old) for pedicures. Bambee left my eight year old in the water for an hour and took other customers. Dried her feet off and painted her toes and told me she’s not going to charge me to design her toes. When I got to the register they wanted $20 for eight year old which I felt was ridiculous considering the fact that all you did was dip her feet in water.Overall good work but slow service and unjustified kids pricing.

They just lost a customer. Not only are four of my fingers sore and bleeding, but my toes and fingers DO NOT match and this is not the first time. Instead of an apology, I get an I told you so, which is not the truth. If all it needed was a third coat to match, as you say, you should have offered to do so. Also, why would the color be on the rack of polishes that have matching toes and finger polish???

They always do a great job on my nails. When I get my nails done, I can keep them for more than a month if I want to and just get a fill. But I always have the same person do my nails. I dont recall her name, but she is Hispanic with dark hair. She always does a great job. I even took my friend to her and she felt the same.

When I went I hot a gel acrylic set and didnt have to wait long. The lady that did the shaping of my nails was kind enough and didnt show me any disrespect. The woman that painted my nails was also decently kind, but neither of them talked much, which was okay. However I did overhear some of the employees arguing with clients about misunderstandings, because they were Vietnamese, and I think they have sometimes had a hard time understanding what a client wanted. But overall, my experience was okay.

Got my eyebrows done with my cousin on Thursday she was wearing a grey dress we had a very bad experience due to the long wait and the rudeness of the employees there. my cousin was asking for a full gel set her toes and a eyebrow contour instead we were left ignored and the the lady was catching a attitude with her we waited there for 2 hours and never got any service except for my eyebrows waxed.so we decided to go to sea nails where we had better service.

They have comfortable prices and thats about it. Owners are really rude and they make you wait like you dont have anything else to do. I made an appointment and was 5 minutes late so they start taking the walk ins ahead of me.. they wrapped my nails and let me sit for 45 minutes... I started getting frustrated and they told me I could just leave!! This really made me upset since I been going there once a month for almost 2 years and they didnt seem to care to lose a loyal client. I will not go back there again. In the future Ill prefer to pay a little more for professional service nd dont feel like I am an inconvenience as a costumer. Also they speak Vietnamese among each other and talk about the clients. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

I like coming to this salon Bambi and her husband are very nice, in my experiences there I think everyone is very pleasant, clean, and they all listen to you in how you like things done without actitud, opposed to other places where everyone is rude. I being coming here for years and recently moved to boca . As result, to be honest I rather drive to boynton to get my pedicure and mani than getting it done at another place, “believe me “ I had tried and I had not luck . You can have you pedi and manicure with anyone here because the are all good, just tell them what you want

I had the worst experience ever in my life! I had to go back 2 times to get my nails fixed when I just gotIt done not even a week ago.

I called in advance to make sure they used the SNS nail product. The owner Bambi said yes the scheduled me an appointment. When I arrived she said they do keep t use the SNS product, they use NextGen. The reason I called is because the NextGen product does not work on my nails as well as SNS brand. I walked out, I will not contribute to people who do not tell the truth and make you drive across town only to not have the product.

Ive been coming to this nail shop since October and this experience was the worst customer service I have ever had I came in at 5:30 p.m. to get next-gen nails and a color change I had a color change then when I came up to a man with short hair who had on a gold necklace with a cross he began to do my nails when I told him I wanted to coffin shape when he cut my nails I told him that they were done incorrectly so he got offended and told me to wait until the next person could get me they took two people ahead of me then when I finally sat down at 7 p.m. with the next attendant I was told to come back the next day that was the most unprofessional thing to do was to tell someone to wait for almost an hour and then tell them to come back the next day when they didnt like the service I will make sure I never come back here and no one else should come because they treat every customer comes through the door very poorly
