The place is very clean and follow the CDC guidelines. Katie does a great job. I would recommend this place.

I usually do my own pedicures, but with a recently herniated disk, I cannot reach my toes, so I made an appt at Deluxe Nails. The staff was friendly, courteous and thorough! I received a lovely pedicure and was in and out quickly! My feet and legs feel awesome!

I had a great pedi today!! This is the cleanest and most friendly salon in the area.

I just found this gem today.. went in for a full set and eyebrow wax. First of all the place is absolutely gorgeous! It is very clean and they are practicing the CDC guidelines for COVID. The quality of work is impeccable and everyone there is SO nice and pleasant! They have my business for life! 10 out of 10!

The old lady who was doing my pedicure was very slow and she’s Don’t know what she was doing I’m very disappointed I’m not coming to this place anymore!

My first visit here. Super kind, pleasantly surprised how relaxing my experience was. They practiced social distancing, had guards at pedicure chairs ( so comfortable ) and at the manicure tables. The techs focused only me, informed me what they were doing and guided me to where I was to wash my hands - with clean towels to dry off.

I love Deluxe Nails. All the technicians are wonderful. I’ve been going to Deluxe Nails for 15 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very clean environment and friendly staff. They are practicing social distancing with checking temperatures as you walk in, setting up partitions and requiring masks for all staff and customers. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because as I was checking out a woman came in with her mask around her neck. She made her way back to the manicure table and no one asked her to properly put her mask on.

Tim is a great Nail Technician! Friendly, chatted with me but not too much. Pedicure and Manicure both look great!! I’ll be back for sure!!

Theresa is very professional and she has done Nexgen nails and Pedicures for me for the past 18 months with no problems. The salon is clean, quiet, and friendly! I highly recommend to everyone. A rewards program is also available. You will not be disappointed with Theresa taking care of you! Karen

Went for a pedicure. The person doing my nails dremel stopped working so she used a emery board to sand the toes.....sanding all of my skin. Huge communication barrier so she didnt understand. Ask to end the service ...... Manager was not helpful.

I would avoid this place totally. The customer service is awful. They rarely take you at the time of your appointment and have no respect for you or your time. I’ve made appointments and I guess they neglected to write it down because when I showed up for my appointment they told me I didn’t have one and would have to come back another time. Also even though I’ve had an appointment with a specific technician I was given someone else because the person I requested was too busy. At times some of the owners and staff are rude, unfriendly and only concerned about $$$. My last visit there (and I really mean last - I’ll never go back) they charged me extra for the same 2 services I always get. When I questioned why I was told that I needed a lot of repairs when in actuality all they did was the same exact thing they always do for me. There are so many nail salons in this area why would anyone go to a place like this where you aren’t treated well? I, along with a lot of people I know, have had enough and are writing this place off!

Absolutely disgraceful, made an appointment for mani pedi two days in advanced. Upon arrival the manicurists requested was “unavailable “. Then got the WORST manicure of my life. Nails filed are uneven, there are bubbles, missed corners, my nails were in better shape before I got them done! To add, i never even got a pedicure because no one was available. WASTE OF MONEY!

Friendly salon! Have been a client for over 5 years of Vickie and, needless to say, am very pleased with everything!!

The treatment of customers especially the elderly was so poor I would never support this business again. They take average of the people in this area and quite frankly treat them so rude and with such disrespect it was untolerable. If I could give negative stars I would!
