Today I got my nails done at polish nails and they were able to get me into an appointment that day! The lady doing my nails told me I could not get the design I wanted with regular polish, so I had to pay $20 more for gel and ended up with a poorly done design. The rest of my nails turned out good and she really took her time. I would have rather her just told me she couldn’t do that particular design than have it done how it was. She also did not put a second coat on my design nail so the color is not as vibrant as the rest. For reference I wanted the design of the white nails. I don’t think I’ll be coming back if I want any sort of design. I also have gel polish on my skin. It was very disappointing.

I had Haley do my nails and she was fantastic! Very patient and attentive to details so that my nails turned out perfect. Everyone in the salon was very nice and did a beautiful job on other peoples nails. The salon was very clean and well kept and I saw them actively sanitizing and cleaning after every client, which I appreciated. Overall, loved the salon and Haley! Will return soon.

Wow! This was my second time ever getting dip nails, and my first time at this particular salon. The technician did a much better job than the first time I got them from another place. I had a most lovely experience. The attention to detail and the friendliness and warmth of my technician was the best I have ever received. There were dozens of dip colors to choose from, and I got a gorgeous blue color. I am completely satisfied and delighted with the entire experience, and I cant wait to go back!

I had delux pedicure and regular manicure and I was finished in 1 he and 10 minutes with 2 nails needing to be done over and heels still not smooth and I don’t have rough feet. Massage was so short and manicurist put her tools right back in drawer. Very rushed. They gave me 2 differentmanicurist and neither was very professional.

Polish is the best nail salon in Boulder. Ive gone there for over 6 years. Im grateful theyre still in business. Its a warm and welcoming atmosphere and they do an excellent job on your nails.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in boulder and almost always they did a poor job or my nails broke within a week which is why I’m so grateful to have found this place. They always do an amazing job and everyone is so welcoming and kind. I always have Anthony do my nails and he’s always incredibly accommodating. My nails never break even though my job requires me to do a lot with my hands. This is by far one of the best nail salons in boulder!

They always manage to squeeze me in, even last minute and every time Ive left so beyond happy with the services. You can tell they really value their work and it shows- from cleanliness, to quality of service and even remembering clients names. They are funny, sweet and the overall atmosphere is just lovely! I am so impressed. Ive had less than great experiences in the past from other salons and Polish Nails is absolutely top notch- I hope I never move so that I can continue to go here. Accommodating, fast, polite, safe, all the things you look for in a nail salon, and for me, located in a very convenient strip mall.The salon was following all CDC recommendations and was limiting people in and out. They cleaned each station and even was diligent about wiping down the chairs.Decent color selection, but seemed to have a lot more no chip colors over traditional manicure colors and that would be my only complaint, which really isnt one!

Wow the woman who work here are some of the nicest people I’ve met at a nail salon place! Plus they did an excellent job with my manicure and pedicure. Overall they went above and beyond with the customer service and did a top notch job on my nails! I’ll certainly be coming back here.

I started going to this salon out of convenience and keep going back because of the service. The whole team is fantastic and always do a wonderful job. They recognize me and are super friendly. They’ve gotten busier and it’s no surprise! But the wait usually isn’t long and they still care about every detail for each customer. I always look forward to my bi-weekly trip to relax and be ready for a solid two weeks. I also rock climb and work as an optician so I’m rough on my hands, my manicure always lasts two weeks at least and I get compliments on my nails every time. Thanks for being wonderful!

Hands down the best place to get nails done in Boulder! Got acrylics put on and just went in for my first filling and both were a pleasant experience. My nails look phenomenal. Jesse does an outstanding job! Will 100% be going here for all my nail needs.

Had my nails done with dip. They lasted 3 days then chipped on several fingers. Went back and they redid them. Again but this time after one day they began to chip. Dip polish is expensive and takes a long time to get done. It should last more than one week. Every other time Ive gotten dip polish from other establishments I have not had this problem.I do not have anymore time to waste having them redo my nails every couple days. I wont be back. I am bummed becuase I wanted to make this my salon as I get manicures monthly and its close to my work, but I guess I will need to find a place that will do a professional job.

Best pedi ever!

The women here are true gems! They were persistent about matching my matte nail color (which I painted) to my toes that they were doing. They provided water and asked how I was doing every so often. It was such a heart warming experience - go!!!

Polish Nails is following ALL guidelines including plastic shields between technician and client for a manicure. Polish Nails is exceptional in their commitment to only using high quality products. The salon was sparkling disinfectant clean. Go get a mani/pedi and keep THE best in business.

Polish is the only place in Boulder I get my nails done; and I tried many other places. Anthony, Jessi and team are all lovely, attentive and do an excellent job. The spa is perfectly clean and relaxing. They really take pride in doing an awesome job, and always take care of me. I’m lucky to have found them!

I was beyond impressed! Jessie waxed my eyebrows and lip. She also did a deluxe pedicure for me. Not only were the prices decent but the attention give to every service I received was amazing! Im from Missouri and I havent had that much attention give to my eyebrows, lip, or EVER on a pedicure (seriously the pedicure was incredible) If youre looking for a great place definitely go here.(I noticed that most of the workers gave good attention and not just rushed you out the door)

Cindy has years of experience at high end salon, so I am not just paying for a nice ambiance but true pros. Next up, I need to try a Pink and White or wax with Jessie! Heard shes amazing too :)

I love Polish! When I moved here from NY over a decade ago I was looking for a great nail salon and in Polish, I found it. I consistently get a fantastic manicure and pedicure; all of their technicians are great. And its a calm, clean, comfortable atmosphere.

This place is wonderful because of the people that work there.Long story short, I had to get my nails done very quickly and I was a walk in. Not only did they fit me in but at one point, 2 people were working on me to get me done in time for my next appt. AND they told me to come back if they got smudged. Which they did because I rushed the whole process. Jessie did them and fixed them and a gentleman (I didnt get his name). Both really nice and helpful, I strongly recommend them!

Recommend making an appointment. Will be back again. Cindy did my nails and she did a fabulous job! Also, the salon is clean and hygienic that I truly respect this spot!

First time and cant say I’ll be back for the following reasons:- no attempt to disinfect/sanitize or avoid contamination. 7 jars of Barbisol but everything came out of & went back into a common use zip bag 😱- the tech nipped too close cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding- it was very difficult to communicate my concerns about my nail integrity and ask questions about the service I wanted (gel vs manicure vs dip)- no attempt to pamper ... sry but I do go partially for the massage, very meh.- the one star is for the staff, they are really really sweet and welcoming.

Ive been going to Polish for a few years now, and it is the best place Ive ever gotten a shellac manicure. They know all of their regular customers (and they have quite a few regulars — always a good sign), and it is very much a friendly, family-owned business. My manicures from Polish are better quality and last longer than any other salon Ive been to, period. Im a customer for life!

Like most women ... I am extremely particular about my nails and Cindy always help me every time walk- ins! She is friendly and does an amazing job! Also, the salon is clean and tidy! Will be back!

This is my go-to place when visiting Boulder. The pedicure room is great, and I’ve managed to walk in without appointments. The price is reasonable and the finished product is as good as at home. Very clean!

I have my usual nail place, but the last few times Ive gone, my gel chips within a week! so i ventured off for a new place. I tried this place and initially I wasnt happy because i felt my gel mani was expensive at $40. hands down the best gel Ive ever had. Didnt chip until I tried to remove it! very impressed and would go back and pay a little extra to know my mani would last longer than im used to. Ive only been once, so i may have an update unless it continues to be awesome!

Best pedicure in town! I have had a lot of horrible experiences in many of the local salons and until I tried Polish, it was always a gamble. Kelly and team are wonderful to work with, take great care to do my nails exactly as I like and are always super friendly and personable. I call Polish the grown up nail salon because the atmosphere is peaceful, quite, clean and the clientele are a similar demographic to me. No hip music (yeah!), no college girls talking loudly on their cell phones (yeah!), and no reality TV blaring in front of my chair (yeah!). Just a nice, relaxing, comforting experience all the way around. Thank you Polish!

I got my nails done here as well as a pedicure and it was the biggest waste of money. I paid 35 for a pedicure where the lady did nothing but rub my feet for a couple minutes and paint them. The the set of acrylics I got were not even on each hand and some of the nails were crooked. Then I had them painted matte black and within the first day it had chipped. I went back and they repainted the 2 nails that chipped and 2 days after that 3 more nails chipped. I will never go back there.

Kelly and her husband have great attention to detail. The place sterilizes and is very clean. The chairs for pedis are the best Ive ever seen.

The worst job ever . I had them do my acrylic nails and honestly the worst 40 dollars Ive ever spent on a full set . They used a dirty nail file, my nails were all a weird thickness, and my nails werent even fully painted all the way . THE ABSOLUTE WORST SPOT FOR ACRYLIC NAILS .
