Well I unfortunately didnt even get the opportunity to come in. I scheduled a Deva cut and was very happy at the time because I was able to get an appointment in just before my brothers wedding. On the morning of my appointment I received a text from the stylist at 5am cancelling the appointment. Receiving a cancelation at 5am on a Saturday morning felt a little... odd. Its upsetting because they were unable to rebook before the wedding and other Salons in the area are of course already all booked up for the weekend.

Meh, go elsewhere for your shellac manicure- not the best and overpriced for the quality of a manicure I got. The edges were all uneven and I literally had defects of bubbles on a couple of nails 😓

I had a fantastic experience with Catherine, my first color ever and haircut in over 10 years. Grew out the beard and hair, and she dazzled me with her skill and personal attention. Thank you for taking care of me and reassuring me the whole time!!

I LOOVVVEEE the hair cuts I get from Grace. I havent asked her for anything edgy, but she does amazing classic cuts. Shes done both short and medium short cuts for me. I can go months without getting them redone and my hair still falls amazingly. If you wanna look like Audrey Hepburn, this is your gal. PLUS shes fun to talk to.

I love it here!! I have had Alicia cut my hair a couple of times now, and she is simply amazing, I wont go anywhere else. The salon is in a great location, and a lovely space. All of the staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful when you arrive. I would recommend both North End Salon & Spa and Alicia over and over again, I cannot speak highly enough. North and West End never fail to disappoint! Alicia did an AMAZING job on my hair. My friend cut and colored it into something experimental, but I had a job interview the next week and needed it fixed ASAP. Alicia worked magic out of what seemed unsalvageable to me! She thoughtfully listened to what I was feeling and made me feel beautiful by the end of our session. I cant believe she made my hair so incredible out of something that felt so hopeless. A+++ I LOVE my hair!!! Best haircut I have ever had. SO WORTH IT.

Love this salon! VERY spacious with many services offered, and is an excellent location with ample parking. Alicia is my preferred stylist, and I leave every time thinking this is the best haircut I’ve ever had!

After a long day of work and midterms all I wanted was to relax and get a hair cut. I was able to walk in without an appointment and Jody took me right back. Jody was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through every step. My hair has never looked better. Thank you again Jody!

What a fabulous second location that The West End Boulder recently opened. Plenty of free parking and the staff is a treat to work with!! Pricing is also excellent for Boulder. This is a full service spa and salon that I highly recommend 😊.

I go here for occasional nail services and while the experiences have been good or fair (depending on the tech), they seem to have trouble getting a reliable, knowledgeable receptionist at the front desk who knows how to make an appointment and use the computer. Its really odd and comes off as unprofessional. I came in one time and waited 45 minutes for an appointment and finally left. The person I talked to on the phone ahead of time completely missed the boat and was confused as to what she was doing. How hard can this be? Anyone in business knows the front desk is the first stop - and first impression a customer has. They really need to address this.

I went to North End Salon for the first time having seen on their website that womens haircuts are $45 to 55,. I was charged $85 for my hair cut. I got a simple bob, removing 2 inches from from my straight hair. I did not get a shampoo or blow dry. This feels unfair and I am ashamed I did not request the listed price. I paid and left. If this type of treatment and price works for you, go for it. I will not recommend NE Salon.

I had a service done by Desiree Cde Baca and it was great! She was super friendly and very understanding of what I wanted done. I will definitely be going back to her.

I had a miserable experience here this morning. I called yesterday to make an appointment for an eyebrow wax and was given an 11am time. I showed up a few minutes early, was seated in the waiting area, and it took 15 minutes for the receptionist to come back and inform me there was a mixup and the aesthetician wasnt scheduled to arrive until 11:30. Fine. When Izzy arrived, she was extremely apologetic and sincere. She was actually the best part of the experience - I have no complaints about her - and I feel bad she looked bad because front desk staff cant schedule properly. She took her time and did a good job. When she was done, I went to the front to check out, and the receptionist was standing with her back to me, on her phone, and it took her a full 5 minutes to notice I was standing there. I actually took a picture of her ignoring me and she didnt even notice. I also had the time to send it to my husband and explain what was happening without her being aware. After she finally got her face out of her phone, she informed me she was new, had no idea how to help me, and had to go get someone else. This place is a joke. Unorganized, unprofessional, and disappointing. I will not be returning.

Aaaagh! This place is a nightmare –– please stay safe and keep away! First of all, they advertise natural nails on their website, which is a complete lie...they do nails in the far back of the salon, where there is *no* ventilation and there are tons of chemical smells. They use jetted (i.e., germ-laden) foot-baths, and the scrub and lotion they use smell and look like they are straight from Wal-Mart...terrible chemical perfume smells that you wont be able to get off your skin no matter how much you scrub later. They also have harsh fluorescent lighting, just in case the other things didnt already give you a migraine. But the worst part was that the nail tech was so rough and was chopping away at my cuticles like she was trying to win a race...I mean, dude...everyone knows you have to go slow with something so delicate, and she cut my skin so badly I was bleeding onto my flip flop afterwards. My poor little toe! How are these folks allowed to practice?

As of last year at 42 I’ve actively sought out a suitable esthetician and have finally found TWO that I absolutely love, Love, LOVE..both Sasha and Drea are ah-mazing. Drea is a master at derma-planing, every time I leave her room my skin feels like it did when I was 10 years old, smooth and dewy. She always has great advice for me and her spicy personality makes getting a facial from her relaxing and fun, yes FUN!! As for Sash, she has this sweet device that uses electric currents to lift and firm the muscles all around your face and neck. I’ve finished my second treatment and weird stuff I can only assume is associated with hormones has cleared up, my neck is firmer, my checkbones are look higher and my blotchy complexion has cleared. She has all the science-y info for me, which I find fascinating!! She’s a total skincare nerd and her scalp massages make my day!! Honestly, get in with either one or BOTH for the most perfect skin you can imagine. For real, tho.
