This place is super great! The staff is super nice and they have lots of colors and options to choose from. The inside is super modern and has a super comfortable chic setup, as opposed to other more cramped and stuffy salons. There is a great view of the mall from the inside as well!

I was a walk-in on a busy Sunday morning and was helped right away! The pedicure tubs were very clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I also had one of the best leg rubs of my life. The staff is very friendly too. The only reason Im not giving them five stars is because a pedicure costs $39, whereas other places in the area Ive gone offer them for $25. Overall, however, it was a great experience. Ill be back!

I really dont understand the negative reviews! For $39 I received one of the best (non-spa) pedicures. Hot stone, exfoliating scrub, and a 10-minute lotion massage. After a long morning hike, it was exactly what the doctor ordered. Fantastic all the way around.

I’ve been here about four times now and it’s always the same thing. This last time I went here will be exactly that, the last time. The customer service is awful. I came in one night after work to destress from a long day and felt even more stressed leaving. I came in a little after 6:30 to get their gel manicure that included the massage. I also opted to get my ring fingers done with a different nail color than the rest which they made a big deal about and charged me an additional $7 for. I picked my nail colors out quickly and then they put the solution on my nails to take of the gel I already had. They left me like that for over 30 minutes. Why? Because about 5 minutes in another customer came in to get gel but just had regular polish so they helped her first and let me just sit there with burning fingers because the person helping her was the person helping me. I was getting to the point where I was about to rip the foils off my fingers because not only was I in pain but I should’ve been helped before the woman who came in after me and the foils didn’t need to be on that long...this is not my first time. So finally the person who I believe is the manager saw I was getting frustrated and had one of the other women start the process of removing my gel while she finished painting a customers nails. Once this young lady finished cleaning up my nails and massaging my arms the manager switched back in to paint my nails. She didn’t do the worse I’ve ever had, but I could’ve done better at home. Long story short I didn’t end up complaining about it because the whole time I felt rushed because they took too long too start and didn’t finish til a bit after closing. I arrived at 6:30 and the didn’t finish til around 8:20 because they took for what felt like forever to actually do anything. I was fine leaving with a mediocre nail job because at the end of that interaction I had already decided I wasn’t coming back. $49 before tip for a “super” manicure that included a different nail color on my ring fingers, the solution had been on my fingers for so long they were burning and the tips were completely white and dry, I felt rushed even though they were the reason we were there after closing, the way the manager behaved and treated her employees and then a terrible paint job on my nails. Here is the kicker, I got my nails done on the 27th of February..they just started chipping yesterday. THREE DAYS! It has been three days and they’re already chipping. I will not even go back to try to get them fixed because the customer service was so atrocious. I still tipped $10 because the first young lady who took my gel off and massages my arms was super sweet and felt bad for the way the manager was talking to her. This place is a waste of time and money. Overpriced gel manicure that chips within just a few days. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. I went here out of pure convenience even though I knew historically I haven’t been super satisfied with how my nails turn out. So much regret.

First time here. Location was convenient. Cost was EXPENSIVE. French manicure and French pedicure cost $72. The whole process took nearly 3 hours. The one person. Who could do French tips did a very rushed job. And when I asked for a flower on one toe, it was disappointing and we decided to just erase it. Chairs were very comfy. Would not go back.

Had a totally lovely pedicure here. I called ahead for myself and my friend and we were attended to pretty promptly. It was not a fast process, but we werent in a hurry. I got a classic pedi and my friend went with the hot stone. The chairs were comfy, my pregnant feet were grateful, my nail polish still looks awesome two weeks later. The price was reasonable to me. Theres another place in town that I adore but cant afford on a regular basis and this might take its place as a reasonably priced, totally solid pedicure experience.

Charged $10 for a polish change and $15 if I wanted my nails trimmed in any way. I asked if I can just use their clippers to cut one nail myself, and they said no, it would be $15 if I do that. I come from San Francisco where I pay $10 for nail polish, trimming, filing, buffing. Why is this place in Boulder so much more expensive? There were bubbles and flaws in the polish job. I pointed them out and was told “Those are not bubbles”. It does not matter what you call them — they looked bad! There was also pooling of polish at the nail tips.I am relieved to be back to my regular spot in San Francisco.

Worst nail place ever!! My cousin and I went we thought it was good at first but the service was so bad. The girl working on my cousins nails was nice and talked to her. But mine was so mean and gave a cold shoulder. We went to pay(very expensive) they wouldnt let us leave till we gave full tip. I gave 7 dollars because my cousins was good but my wasnt so I didnt give full tip. They wouldnt let us leave till we payed full tip the girl held up the calculator of the tip we should pay (10.50) and she didnt take the calculator back and didnt give my credit card back till I gave full tip. Including the .50 cents. we think they did this because we are miners (both 14) dont go there its terrible and just shouldnt be in business.

Called to make sure they were open until 9pm, they said to just come on by, no appointment necessary. I showed up at 7:30pm and they told me that they were done for the day even though there was only 1 customer there. If you advertise open until 9 and tell a customer over the phone to come by, then you need to honor that. Will not be going back or recommending to a friend

I was in Boulder, on business, and went in for a basic manicure and pedicure. Since the area is prestigious I assumed this establishment would do a quality job, but they didnt. The technician didnt clean my cuticles, or soak them, and for the finish she used a buffer for pseduo gloss. She later reported they dont use electric equipment for the service I was obtaining. My pedicure would have been decent but she cut my cuticle and now.... a week later I am treating my toe to ensure it is not infected. I was later referred to Angel Nails, or Tiffany Nails and Spa which is in the same vicinity.

I had a similar experience as many of the 1 star reviews. I stopped in on Saturday for a gel mani and pedicure. My gel polish is already peeling off (Monday). The color I chose was a light robins egg blue and it looks terrible. Very unevenly applied and lifting on the edges. Just very sloppy work. I did a regular polish pedi and the girl barely did a pedicure! She she glopped the polish on and ended up spilling some on my toe then got some on my sandal. Not to mention the prices are very high. I dont mind paying this kind of money if the quality is good. I wont be going back. :(

This is my go-to mani pedi spot. I’ve tried all the places in town and this is the best non-spa place. The ladies are all very nice and they give amazing massages, and my nails always look great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great, affordable, basic mani pedi.

Overpriced, rude, and lazy.Got a gel mani and a pedi. They charged $70.First the gel mani has already started chipping and it’s been only 5 days. Second, I didn’t want anything fancy just may nails polished and well polished. The head women acting like I was wasting her time because I didn’t want a massage total package from their menu and flew thru my nails like I was bothering her. After finishing she got up & sat across from me in the opposite chair checking social media.Waste.

The service was the lowest I ever had on a main-padi place. I was in Boulder for business and decided to go there since the good location promises good service. WRONG!!!They are also very expensive! I never paid that much in Denver .I was there yesterday at 4pm and today I have 2 of my nails chipped already!!! For my pedicure, the big toe nail especially, looks sloppy. I complained at time they finished my pedicure and she answered to me: sorry but it is because this is a very light color and it doesnt work very well on pedicure REALLY???? She never offered to re-do it, neither to change the color. It was also painful when se cut my cuticles and i was uncomfortable most of the time. anyway, I can keep going but bottom line is...I will not recommend this place at all...

I decided to get a pedicure and manicure today from this location....wish I read some reviews first. I got the worst mani pedi Ive ever gotten in my life! I spend $60 on something I could have done my self and peony would have had better results. The woman who did my mails barely scrubbed my feet and left feeling like I had walked on sand paper....then rushed through my mani and didnt even color my entire nails....save your money people and just get a kit from target. Im never going to to waste my money like this again, hopefully you guys up your game soon!!

I was unable to get a parking space at my usual nail spa, and I had been meaing to try 29th street nail spa. Way too expensive, $49.00 for a french manicure gel, NOT including tip. You pay for a lot of frills -stone message, lazy boy chair. Not so comfortable for the customer (having to hold you hands so that the technician can work on them) but must kill the backs of the technicians! I got a gel manicure that had only 2 coats, base and top, it peeled that night. I will never go back, most of what you are paying for is the fru-fru unneeded decor. I think there was a reason why there was no one there. I wont have to worry about wrapping in foil and remover to get it off, as it peels off easily!

I went in as a walk-in for a mani-pedi and an eyebrow wax. I walked in and there were five employees working and only four customers that were being worked on and I was told to come back in fourty-five minutes (a little ridiculous of a wait time for a normal weekday afternoon I thought). I come back in fourty-five minutes and they seat me in a chair with only two of the original customers that were there when i came in. They didnt say hello or tell me how the massage chairs worked and made me sit for 20 minutes until finally someone came over to start the water for my feet. One of the employees didnt come back for 10 minutes after that (still no acknowledging that I was there) and proceeded to greet a new customer and said she would be with him in 10 minutes before she even started my pedicure. She rushed everything but the polish in 10 minutes, not saying more than to move my feet a certain way. I sat there for another 20 minutes until another employee did the polish and then moved me to do the manicure. The second employee didnt speak any english at all and it was frustrating to convey a simple shape to her. After she finished, I went to the drying table which all it was, was a large blowdryer. It was me and one other customer on the floor and all the employees were hanging out in the employee lounge. Finally 30 minutes later, an employee came out to service new customers, completely ignoring me once again, and I had to ask if my eyebrow wax was still being done. They had written it down but completely forgot! By then I was getting irritated. The waxing room is a tiny closet and only one employee is certified to do it. Overall, I was there for over 3 hours (Eeek!). Even with my student discount, I still felt it was way overpriced compared to the smaller salons around town. They didnt ask me how it was and didnt listen, or even understand, what I even wanted. They rushed me through the checkout and once I got to my car I realized my fingernails were completely botched and looked awful. I came back the next day to complain and they made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about and they wouldnt offer me a simple refund. They kept trying to come up with excuses that werent even true and tried to throw discounts in my face to keep me from upsetting the customers they were currently servicing. This is, by far, the worst service I have ever had and will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.
