Lovely ladies and excellent service! The calf and foot massage was so relaxing and the hot rocks incredibly soothing. I made an appointment for my mom and I ahead of time to make sure there were not too many people. The salon was very respectful of controlling the number of customers in the store and everyone wore a mask at all times. I felt safe and taken care of. Overall a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I have been coming here for five years and it is consistently the best nail salon I have been to in Colorado. I moved here from NYC so I am very picky about nail salons and I have to say that there is no better nail salon in Colorado than Charming Nails. Mira is so friendly and welcoming and she remembers everything you tell her! Im pretty sure she has known my name since my second appointment here. I have never had anyone do a bad job at this salon. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

This is by far the best nail salon in Boulder. Mira and the staff are friendly and professional, and in all the years I’ve gone there, I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure. The salon is comfortable and spotlessly clean, with classical music playing in the background. I highly recommend it!

I came here to get a shellac manicure and pedicure before my wedding the next day. I found this place on google from a quick nail salon search. Were visiting from Nebraska and Im generally pretty nervous about visiting new places. Everyone that worked there was very nice and inviting, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was given a chair right away. I really appreciated the friendliness and speed of service! I only gave three stars because I felt that it was a little unclean. There was clutter and things everywhere including nail UV lights on the ground behind the manicure station. The tools that were used didnt seem clean either and after they were used on me were just put right back into the tool caddy that was made of fabric and definitely cant be fully disinfected. During my manicure I did get a couple of cuts on my cuticles but thats okay, I know I had a lot of cuticle skin which makes it hard for them to see where theyre cutting. Overall an okay experience, the cleanliness just made me a bit nervous.

I love this place. It is so relaxing - no tv - just relaxing music and a back chair message if you are having the pedicure. Very professional manis and pedis. Always pleased with the result.

My first and last visit.Not clean.From the armrests in my seat to every surface, smudge marks and assorted visible grime everywhere. Then another client with a large dog arrived. With zero consideration for me, this dog was right next to me, digging through my personal belongings! Can you imagine if I had allergies?Totally unprofessional.I have been in many nail salons in my lifetime. I will never return to this one simply because it was not clean. Is the Health Dept. aware of the conditions in this place?

I have been going to this salon since the owner Mira opened it! She runs a beautifully clean shop, gives a great pedicure and excellent service. She plays calm classical music and the place doesnt smell of chemicals.I love the foot massage with hot rocks! I recommend Charming nails to all!

Worst nail salon ever. They double booked themselves and instead of actually doing a good job they rushed through my friends and my nailsThis is the ugliest and worst manicure I have ever paid for. She charged me $10 for a design, the jewels on my nail. Paying $44 for this was a complete rip off and when I tipped her she didnt even say thank you. Unbelievable. I would never recommend this place nor will I ever go here again.

I really wanted to like this place. I gave it multiple opportunities to give a decent impression. I love that they do hot stones, hot towels, and scrub with everyone. But! I have never had a job that I thought looked good; crooked nails, shellac that came off a day later, poor choice of shellac colors, and it doesnt seem as clean. I hate having to reach over my body so someone could do my nails while someone else did my toes, its uncomfortable and my nails always look worse than at a station (not saying they look good at a station). Theyve been nice but the prices are so much higher than the product.

I came here 2 weeks ago to get my nails done just a rebase and they completely ruined my nails wrong shape uneven they were just awful and the nail salon is NOT CLEAN. My friend was coming here again and asked if Id like to accompany her I said sure, I really needed my eyebrows done so figured $10 why not after all it isnt nails but OMG THEY BOTCHED MY EYEBROWS!!!!!! If it gave me the option to upload a pic I would one is all round the other a completely different shape. Im so embarrassed to be out and about now 😭😭😭

Charming nails is the best nail salon in Boulder! After moving here from Chicago I tried 5 other nail salons and wasnt happy with any of them until I found Charming. The ladies are so nice and they do a high quality job. I was so scared that I would never find a great nail salon in Boulder but I finally did and I couldnt be more pleased!

I have been going here for several years. It is one the highest quality salons in Boulder. If you want a relaxing pedicure/manicure this is the place to go. Im not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, I have never once experienced those. The owner is friendly and qualified. Everyone that works there is experienced. If you are looking for a place that is a little more than the quick/cheap nail salon with the pink lotion :) in town I highly recommend to try Charming nails.

Hands down (pun intended) my favorite nail salon in Boulder. These ladies do such a nice job. Very friendly atmosphere, thoughtful and well-trained staff. Well ventilated (and if you get your nails done often, you know this is actually important.) They also seem to do a good job with staffing, as I rarely remember to make an appointment ahead of time, yet rarely face a long wait. Great place. Prices are average for the area.

My wife and I love this place. She has been going here for years, always has a great experience, and says they treat their customers like royalty. Also, if she accidentally chips her nails the next day, Charming Nails has fixed it for free. Very nice people!

Ive had pedicures there only about five times, but they were so good that they could have grown out without any chipping, ever. Literally lasted for months. Charming Nails is the gold standard in my opinion. Have never found any place better. - Kathy

Charming Nails is expertly run: all staff are extremely professional. I went for a pedicure and gel manicure one day when I couldnt get into my nail shop of 15 years in Estes Park, and I was so happy with the job that I have not been anywhere else since! And thats even though Boulder is not convenient for me! Ive never had to wait when I have an appointment, Ive never had anything other than a perfect mani/pedi, and I enjoy the extra little perks Charming Nail offers.

I was initially excited when I walked in and there was only one other person in there. But I was disappointed with the quality of nail service. I went in for a quick polish change. Not only did it look like I did it, not a professional, but I have bubbles on two nails. All but the owner seemed inexperienced. The price was also outrageous! I was charged $25 for a polish change. In most asian salons Im charged $7 - 10 for each toes and nails. So, I was a bit surprised. I will not be going back.

I have been a client of Charming Nails for 10 years. I have always had a wonderful experience when I enter the salon. The staff is wonderful, attentive, careful, and sweet. They remember me, know my preferences, and always make sure I am comfortable and happy. The work these women do is impeccable and super detailed. For manis and pedis, the massages are unbeatable. The lotions and solutions they use are incredible. I think the best part, and as someone who is super sensitive to smells and chemicals this is so important, is that the salon NEVER smells like a nail salon - no chemical smell, no acetone smells, no acrylic smell. They play classical music at a very reasonable level and just foster a relaxing time. I go at least once a month and always feel special while I am there.

I love this place! It is near my house and I ran in for a quick manicure one day on the spur of the moment, they got me in immediately, its very clean with a good selection of polish. My technician didnt talk much but she did an immaculate job on my nails and without pinching/poking at my cuticles, which I hate. My hands looked so great when I walked out, and they were very nice about fixing a (self-inflicted) smudge just before I left. My manicure easily lasted a week, no chips or missed spots. The price was reasonable. Not a fancy spa-type place but comfortable, clean, great quality of service. I was very impressed, especially for a smaller, reasonably-priced nail shop.

It was a relaxing experience compared to other boulder salons. I did not feel rushed and i felt like they took their time. I would recomend this place and i look fordward to going back.

The Only place to go in town! I didnt used to be a regular mani/pedi girl... but because of this place, I am. The ladies always remember me and ask about something that I talked about the last time I was there. I find that to be sweet and that little touch keeps me coming back. The prices are fair and their gel manis last me about 2 weeks, which is good for me as Im used to chipping in

Absolutely horrible experience. To start off, the ladies didnt ackowledge myself or my friend. We had to wait for about 15 minutes for them to reply back to us (we both had said hello a few times).During the pedicure, the lady working on my feet clipped my toenails extremely short and didnt even ask me what shape I wanted my nails to be in. Later on, it would hurt to walk/run because my toenails were incredibly short.Afterwards the pedicure, I went to pay. The price the lady charged me was different from the pricing on the website. Confused, I asked her only to be ignored (again). So, I paid her the amount without a tip (because there was a 6 dollar difference in what was charged versus what the chargewas online). The lady then asked me for a tip, (A tip for all the hard work I did?) And wouldnt let me leave until I tipped her.Two weeks later, the polish she put on my toenails chipped off completely.The ladies that work here are unprofessional, the service is not up to par (i.e. cutting toenails too short to the point where theres pain whenever I walk/run; not seeing if the client wants their toenails in a certain shape; poor application of polish), and lastly the discrepancy between the amount charged in person versus the amount they said they would charge online.Im extremely disappointed. Especially with how many good reviews I saw for this place. I hope people look elsewhere for a place to get pedicures/manicures. This place is definitely unprofessional and gives poor service for a disgustingly high price.

Worst manicure I have ever received. No base coat, one layer of polish and no top coat. To top it off I have bubbles on every single nail. My pedicure was lovely but the manicure was atrocious. When I asked her to remove the polish that was all over my thumb she told me to take a shower..... Also she made my nails bleed so much that was blood in my polish on my nails. I made an appointment and I when I got there the lady told me that her employees just didnt show up. Instead of giving the service I was expecting they decided to tag team me and do my hands while I got my pedi. Not only was this uncomfortable but I had to reach my hand across my body for her to do a terrible job on my hands. I would not recommend this place very disappointed. I feel bad because the lady who did my pedi was wonderful and really did do a good job however the manicure was so bad and the experience was awful and painful.

I love this place and have been going here for years. The ladies are professional, my nails always look great and they often give you a neck rub while your nails are drying, an added luxury. I have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from. They must be from their competition. I have been to multiple other nail salons in Boulder that were very unsatisfactory, one that put nail polish all over my toe, another that played Judge Judy or some other annoying crap on TV and another that was twice as expensive as Charming Nails. Believe me, I am picky! I enjoy the soothing classical music and sweet, kind women at Charming Nails. I highly encourage you to try them for yourself before listening to the negative reviews. If waiting is a concern you can call ahead to schedule an appointment.
