I recently had my Toyota Land Cruiser towed to the shop for a repair. The tow truck driver had to push the truck and left a hand size dent on my rear tail gate. I provided a photo of the Toyota that was taken minutes before the tow showing no dent. Marvs has assumed no responsibility leaving me out of pocket to repair damage they caused. I will no longer use Marvs and I would not recommend them. I would recommend using your insurance company to get a tow. If anything happens your insurance company will be able to support you in case anything happens. Marvs has poor ethics and has lost a customer. Both photos provided for your reference. I will be filing a claim with the P.U.C.

I cant say enough about this towing company! From the guy answering my call to our tow truck driver Kyle. Outstanding company especially Kyle. He couldnt find us broke down so he called and when he found us hooked up our van and got us to our place. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and made this long, horrible day better talking to us on the trip home. They were fast, professional, and great to work with. I ended up hitting a pot hole and popped my tire. We ended up having to tow my vehicle to Discount Tire because my lug nuts didn’t match the spare rim. I did have some concerns but after speaking with Brandon, he made everything great! I broke down in a spot on the hill in Boulder, so I was worried it would be too tight to get it out easily. Matt showed up and got my truck up on the wrecker in 5 minutes flat. He got it towed back and into the exact spot I needed it. Just over $100 from Boulder to Lafayette. Highly recommend

Needed a tow to my house. When I got home they’d dropped my vehicle facing the wrong way on a residential street. Seems lazy, literally would’ve taken them 10 seconds to turn around and drop it properly.

I have had to wait hours on Marvs multiple times. Apparently they are the only company that services the mountain areas and are spread too thin, yet I see them on my street at least three times a week towing vehicles for being ugly in public. One of the most predatory towing companies I have ever seen. Perhaps ownership getting their car stolen repeatedly would show them who they really are.

A problem never encountered-getting a car bumper tangled in an automatic garage door frame. Abe appeared, surveyed the problem, and applied the perfect solution. He did it carefully, quickly, and without the slightest attitude about the peculiar situation. Very happy we called Marv’s, who asked all the right questions before dispatching Abe and his creative thinking!

We had an emergency call at a job site with one of our big trucks breakdown not only was Michael super friendly and very helpful the driver Brett was probably the nicest dude I’ve ever met in my entire life they were the most professional tow company I’ve ever came across and their response time was super quick because I was trying to get back to Englewood I couldn’t be more thankful of how fast they showed up and how nice they were if I ever need any kind of tow I don’t care where I’m at I would call them

A man named Ron came and helped me out tonight after I spun off the road. Not my first experience with a tow truck, but BY FAR my best. Ron was very friendly, very time efficient, and had excellent communication. He really seemed to care about my well-being and made sure I was comfortable while he loaded up my car. He also did an amazing job at not causing any more body damage while loading and unloading, even with my bumper ripped off!!! This company knows how to get it done!!

I am a 23 year old woman who was needing a tow at around 10 pm, and Ron made me feel so safe and taken care of. He was kind and sweet, and managed to not be creepy or patronizing in the process (which i know my fellow ladies can relate can be a hard balance to strike sometimes in these sorts of situations). Ive honestly never had better, more genuine customer service than I did with Ron. Its clear that he knows his trade well- how to treat a vehicle, and how to put its owner at ease. I cant speak for the rest of the company since this was my first experience with them, but I wanted to write a review so that hopefully Ron specifically could be appreciated

This place was great! My daughter crashed my car last night and they ended up towing it to their place. The driver last night was very helpful and understanding of our situation and kind to my daughter. Everyone with whom I interacted with today was kind and helpful. When the driver told me he picks the price.(The price range for the tow was $85-130 I was told by woman on phone.) I was told it’s only $85 on site by the driver. I gave a $20 cash tip for such service. When I got the receipt in my email (I had given card over phone prior to tow.) the bill was $135.When I called about the issue the boss would not work with me, and mentioned to me how he had to send another truck with a jack. The driver I had said that his jack was missing because his tow truck had been worked on recently. The boss told me I could have been charged another $85 for a second truck to show up. Wow. Is it my problem that the truck doesn’t have all the usual necessary equipment on it? Should I pay a price not told to me?In the end I paid $135 + a $20 tip for what I was told would be $85. They should clean up their act. Unacceptable.Driver good guy. Boss not so much.

They keyed my car after I made a suit on them for towing my car wrongfully. Have to get my lawyers involved now.

Technician showed up quickly, was very professional, got me off the highway and out of danger in a flash.

My car broke down on a difficult-to-access road in the mountains. When I called Marvs, the dispatcher was courteous, friendly, and totally professional. Unlike other tow truck companies, they didnt B.S. me with a false ETA. They arrived very quickly--to literally the minute of their ETA. They gave me a ride home and a bottle of water. This is the best towing company in Boulder. Period. If youre broke down, call these folks immediately.

Marvs was called to tow my sisters car that my son was driving. It was a dispatch call to an accident, my son had a medical emergency and went off the road into a small ditch. Since neither my sister or myself had seen the car we both individually called Marvs to ask if the car was drive-able. We were both told no and were given an auto salvage referral. The tow and impound fees added up to double what the auto salvage place was willing to give. Upon arrival to pay for the fees and sign the title over it was obvious that the car was drive-able. Unfortunately it would seem that a huge mistake had been made by Marvs employees and the auto salvage person was very upset and rather rude. The end result is that there is only some cosmetic damages to the car and it was easily driven home. The auto salvage company wasted their time as well. It is my opinion that if someone is not sure of the status of a vehicle they should not make judgement and tell the owner something that could turn out to be false. In this situation the owner could have lost a lot of money selling a car for much less than its value. Luckily my sister is a very wise person and didnt just allow the auto salvage company to take her car! Be careful with this place, not sure they are very knowledgeable or even worse there could be some shady motives going on.

Its after dark when my engine overheats on the side of the road just a little outside BFE, still in Google Where The Hell Am I Territory. Google recommends these guys and Im so glad I called them. Very kind, considerate, & professional. Worked with me over the fact that I couldnt hold my Lyft driver until their guy got there. They took my card #, we passed instructions back & forth and the next day the mechanic got to work and found my car and my voice mail. The price was FANTASTIC for the miles they came to where they left my car in Longmont. I hope I never need talk to you guys again but if I gotta, Ill be glad its you.

We got stranded about 3 hours from Denver at 2 a.m. in the morning, very rural area. The guy arrived there to pick us up exactly 3 hrs after we called, so that means he left immediately to get to us.He towed us to the next car shop, but they couldnt fix the problem within our narrow time schedule so he offered to tow us to another car shop that could fix the car faster.Afterwards, he gave us a lift home.Really nice guy, and good service.

Had a great experience with Marv’s Quality Towing and Mike in particular this Saturday night when my car wouldn’t start. The response time was under ten minutes around 9:30 at night. And Mike immediately out my distress at ease. He was able to negotiate a very tight exit from the parking garage my car was in and explained everything he was doing. My car arrived safely to Audi Boulder for repair. Highly recommend Marv’s and Mike in particular. Excellent experience!

These guys were incredible. I came in here asking after some tools to fix my winch cable on my 4x4. I had recently broke the cable and crashed the truck in the process (long story). Michael and others at Marvs fixed my cable AND helped me spool the cable back onto the winch. It was dumb hot outside and this took about an hour. They did this out of the kindness of their hearts and just told me to pay it forward. I was almost speechless. Thanks guys!

My motorcycle broke down earlier this week while in Boulder. Lonnie from Marvs came to my rescue very quickly. He loaded my motorcycle safely on the back of his truck, and made sure my bike along with me made it safely back home. Lonnie made my bad day much better with his sweet personality and kind heart. Thank you Lonnie for treating riders like me so well. Ill always call you with my needs when near Boulder.

My 1963 Corvette stopped and would not come out of reverse, so there was not even a way to push it. Lonnie and Ron were very attentive and made sure that the car was not dragged along the pavement or harmed in any way getting it on the flatbed. Very professional and certainly knew their job. I would highly recommend.

Marvs has always served me well whether it was a lock out or flat tire the required a tow or not.

I was planning to leave a 3 star review for poor customer service, until the end of the phone call I just got off of. The person I spoke to informed me of $25/day fees I had not been told about when my car was first towed to the lot, which I didnt want done in the first place. He said the tow was a private impound when my insurance provided the service because of an accident that made the car not driveable. For this reason I was charged an extra $300. I was never informed about fees or given an invoice. I wish I had never requested my car to be towed anywhere, much less Marvs Quality Towing.

Needed a tow from a repair shop to my apartment, and this place was very timely with getting my car to me. Plus it was one of the only companies that would tow my car without plates on it (they were stolen from the car).Also Richard is the BEST tow driver... he is super professional and friendly! My work van overheated in Boulder and I needed a tow to my home in Westminster. I called Marvs and Clay promptly showed up. He was very professional and friendly and obviously taks pride in his work. He even removed the electrical contractor for my trailer so it wouldnt be damaged (in this this case it was an actual tow, not a flat bed). We had a nice chat on the ride and when he set the van down he was very careful to see that it was legally parked. He was going to replace the trailer connector but I said I would take care of the. I had the unfortunate experience of needing towing services and of course it was on a Sunday, when no one in the tire business was open. My insurance companys roadside assistance dispatched Marvs Quality Towing, Inc. And Quality they are. My initial contact was Clay, and when he and I discovered my car doesnt come with a spare and that I need to be towed, he called their dispatch to request a tow truck, and within about 20 minutes Glenn W. appeared and towed me to the dealership where I bought the car. Both these gentlemen were so professional, personable and courteous. I hope I dont have the need for these services anytime soon, but if/when I do, Ill call Marvs.

Lonnie came quickly in 90 degree heat and towed me 50 + miles back home to aurora. Offered to take me home from the repair shop. Good guy .fast efficient safe. Considering how far it was it was not as expensive as I thought. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Two stars for dispatch: 45 min estimate turned into over two hours. Apparently handling drunks vehicles for the PD get exclusive priority to all tows. Just wish I had been updated with a call as I was told I would be, twice. Would have found somewhere else vs sitting for hours in subfreezing weather with no heat. They were pleasant at least.Five stars for Glenn W: once Glenn arrived he efficiently got my vehicle loaded and dropped off safely. Had the best towing experience -- said nobody ever -- with Josiah earlier this week. He arrived to my car shortyl before I did, lined up the car so the only thing I had to do was put it in neutral, and it was done in less than 5 minutes of my time.Most importantly, he did it with an incredibly jovial attitude, and seemed to be having the best day of all time, even with lots of snow on the ground and Im sure a long list of inconvenient tows that day. I had a really awesome experience with Marvs towing this morning. Unfortunately, my car was towed because I was parked in a no parking zone, but Sean from Marvs was extremely professional and really kind. I was obviously not in a good mood due to my car being towed and was freaking out about how to get about my day without a car, but Sean was extremely kind and listened to my concerns, and tried hard to assure me that my day would get better. I run a small transport business, when I needed an inoperable vehicle loaded onto my trailer he was actually at the car before I was and was already working on getting it loaded onto his truck. There was some creative winching to get it from his truck to my trailer and I was on my way home in no time. Leroy is awesome!!

My cars gear shift got stuck in one position as I was starting my car this morning. I found Marvs Quality Towing online after an interminable call with Roadside Assistance and gave them a call since the business is locally based. Glenn Wilson arrived around 30 minutes later and got my car to the shop and I could get on with my day. The charge for towing service is reasonable and Glenn was courteous and highly competent. I hope to avoid another tow in my future, but would definitely use this business again.

After one company had previously come to our vehicle and not been able to assist us, Leroy and Ben not only were able to get our car started after E470 couldn’t, but they did it in an extremely efficient manner, unlocking the cars security system. Marvs showed up in about 30 minutes when my truck wouldnt start. The driver checked cables and work to see if he could identify a quick fix and he was extremely friendly. Unable to get the vehicle started he towed it to a local mechanic. Really appreciate the effort and great customer service Marvs showed me.

I got a tow back on Valentine’s Day and never got around to writing a review until now. I got stuck in an icy parking lot in a very tight space. Not only was the tow truck driver quick to respond despite it being a high volume day for accidents, he got me out of space I almost didn’t think possible. It definitely required some finesse and I was nothing but impressed.

Leroy arrived quickly, worked effectively and efficiently, and overall made the entire experience painless. He was super friendly and did a great job. Having clients who sometimes need to tow their cars in to City Lock over a period of decades, I get to see many towing companies, and how they operate the back end, as well as the skill of the drivers. I have NEVER seen Marvs mess up a car, or have an issue with placing a car where we need it. I can not say the same for too many other firms, who I have had to call due to the behavior or lacking skill of their employees. Never a problem with Marvs

Thieves! My car was totaled and towed to this place, since Boulder Police Department uses them. I went to recover my personal property From my car and my $600 Uniden trunktracker V scanner was STOLEN!!! And if you see these guys picking up your vehicle after an accident, make sure to take all your valuables before they tow it away. Otherwise its going to be a picking-fest from your vehicle before you can even get to their shop.
