It was incredibly easy to take care of getting a storage unit, it is vlean, well irgamized and big elevators. The manager Aquina was absolutely wonderful when I was moving in, she is a real gem, showed me the best way ti use the lock etc.I would have given 4 stars except, I thought it was odd there was no ramp leading to the storage areas! My movers had a small ramp to use, but most people dont have that. I watched these two girls struggling to get there things down the 8 inch lip before we put the ramp down. Their things spilled out. What a mess. You really should consider a ramp, poor planning for a storage company.

Met Aquina and she was amazing! Her service was impecable making it very easy for me to rent a storage space at StorQuest. Loved the process because it was fast, simple and straightforward. Once I arrived with my stuff, Aquina was very helpful. The space is new, clean and has all the services one needs. I’m very grateful to Aquina and all the staff at StorQuest.

The facilities and staff are nice and the location provides a high level of security. Would give higher rating but the main issue with this location is access. There are no ramps to get in the building with the rolling carts which makes for a very difficult move. This should be fixed ASAP!!!

StorQuest is a fabulous storage facility, and its close to town and parkway cafe. Its brand new and smells fresh. Before I found StorQuest I was dreading putting my stuff in storage but this place has restored my hope in life transitions and has made moving much easier.

Aquino (store Mgr) was very friendly and fast at getting me signed up for a spot. The place is very clean and seems to be very secure. I would give it a 5 star but they have built very few parking spaces that are 20ft. I had to take a 40ft space which is more money than I wanted to spend. However they currently have a 2 months for the price of 1 special going on. Thanks Aquino!

I love that the entire facility is climate-controlled, and rates for the units are comparable or better than other facilities in the area. It is very clean and secure, and the customer service so far has been excellent!

My name is Conner McClure and I very recently signed up and acquired a lovely 5X10 storage unit in the StorQuest Boulder facility.(Right off of Foothills Rd.) The store manager Aquina Rogers was a 20/10 star employee! It was literally 7 or 8 minutes tops until closing time for her facility (for new customers at least), and she was not only able but was absolutely willing to help me 100% get signed up and gave me a tour and everything! (I had gone to 2 other places before stumbling upon this location and I desperately needed a storage unit before everywhere closed that night at 6PM due to unexpected situations requiring me to move a third of my belongings out of my apartment by the following morning by 6am tops! The other 2 facilities I went to first closer to my house were both closed over 30 minutes early! What a joke! I am extremely grateful that Aquina was there and ready to help me! This establishment has my business for as long as Im living in Boulder!Much love,-Conner M -

Ive never received such good customer service from a storage facility before. Aquina, the manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would rent here again, solely based on if she was still the manager. Rent here with confidence!My rent was going to be increasing, right as I was moving out, so I would’ve been unhappy with the cost. However, I moved out before the price increased.

Top notch storage facility. Brand new, clean as a whistle, secure as heck. Aquina at the front desk was so helpful and courteous when we were asking question on the phone we decided to stop shopping around. As a small business owner I wish all employees could be as great as her. Just parked our 30’ travel trailer there in a 35’x 12’ covered bay with 20’ high roof. Epic. Took 5 minutes do paperwork. Bring on the snow!!

Recently moved to Colorado from Rhode Island and was looking to store some personal items as a result of downsizing. I had a hard time finding this location but when I did find it my experiences couldn’t have been more pleasant. Addie was very friendly and honest when it came to unit sizing and helped me decide on a 10x10 unit when I originally thought I would need a 10x20. I was very impressed by this because she could have easily sold me the bigger unit and I wouldn’t have known any better. The store itself is kept very clean and seems very safe and secure, overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to store some stuff in the area.

I dont actually have a unit here, so take my review with a grain of salt.It seems very very nice. The gates are pincode entry and exit, and theres a ton of big parking spaces for large vehicles, which youll usually find big Mercedes vans. The location is a bit out of the way, but this means youll have no trouble parking. The climate controlled storage area is definitely nicer than any other storage unit place Ive been to, and offers a very large elevator to get things up and down. The units themselves are rather tame, but the smallest ones are very tall and deep, perfect for a motorcycle and some extras.

The gal that helped me check in was very helpful in assisting my movers go through the doors and closing up when they were done. I was in a rush and she did her best to get me in and out so the movers could do their thing. The premesis seems very safe and secure, requiring a gate code to go in and out and the access to the building itself also requires key code access, so I feel pretty confident in the security of my items.

Aquina at the front desk has been amazing! She was so helpful and signing up was seamless. The facility is very clean. I would highly recommend using StorQuest.

Great customer service, my daughter dropped by to sign all paperwork and they helped her through the process- great- the one issue I have is there is no ramp to wheel up the carts from the parking lot- all the carts tend to roll off the sidewalk- can this be fixed ?

My dad recently moved out of Colorado. He made the mistake of hiring a 3rd party company to deal with the move. The whole headache was eased by Addie who had my dads best interests at heart. She was determined to protect my dads property and fully explained the problem and how she would help fix it. She refused to let the moving company take advantage of my dad. I cant thank her enough for helping my old man. This review is well overdue but nonetheless I hope people see how great this facility and its staff are!

Im a part time mover and moved my friends ex into a unit here. Ive dealt with literally 100 storage managers in my past moving career in S. Florida, and Aquina is one of the absolute best ever - polite and professional. The facility is brand new, super clean - big wide halls and open ceilings make it easy to move. This place is great.
