Amazing customer service! My key broke off in the lock as I was trying to close my storage unit. Despite it being only minutes from closing time, the very sweet woman working at the office not only helped me remove the broken key (which was an impressive feat), she cut the remaining lock from the door and got me a new lock to keep the unit secure. I give my highest review to this storage company. Thank you for making a bad situation good!

My moving experience has been challenging and the folks, both in person and on the customer service line, have been absolutely wonderful to me! I booked my unit online and didnt realize that the door would be too small for my needs. The customer service rep. helped me get into a new unit with a bigger door size (within 30 min) over the phone after hours. She was so kind.In person the next day I was helped so much by Sheila! This employee went above and beyond for me answering my questions and then later selflessly stopping what she was doing to help me jump my car. I accidentally left a light on. If she hadnt jumped me it really would have thrown off my whole day. Thanks Sheila! :)This facility has made my moving process a little easier and I am super grateful!

Life Storage is conveniently located on Arapaho Ave on the edge of Boulder. Their rate is reasonable, and the facility is easy to use. Electricity is available on some buildings, but my storage did not have it...

First class service, super nice people, clean, accessible and all around great!

Ive had two storage units at this place since April 2018. There are only two reasons Im giving it four stars and not five: 1. they decided to pave and not tell the tenants, and I could not get to my space. 2. they have monthly contracts, which sounds good for clients, but my rent has been raised twice since Ive been renting here. The staff is great, no issues!

I reserved a storage unit over the month of August, during my transition between houses in Boulder, CO. I was surprised by the great space available on short notice. I had no issues over the course of my lease. The unit was clean, dry and safe. I highly recommend Life Storage to fully meet your storage needs and I will have no hesitation to lease again in the future.

Incredibly quick response time. I had a very good experience with Life Storage. I called inquiring about a reservation and while I was still on the phone with a regional operator an employee from the Arapahoe Rd location called to make sure I understood how things would work and what I would need to start using my storage unit. A neighboring storage company didnt get back to me for 5 days. Life Storage answered immediately and helped me get started that day when I had an emergency and needed a quick place to store belongings.

The manager and staff there run a tight shipwhen it comes to maintaining the facility and the overall cleanliness and daily operations of running a largeoperation as this. They maintain each and every unit there as if they had their own personal belongings stored in them.But yet for as large as it is, they still make you feel like you are their main and only customer. The fact that they are therefor you seven days a week means that if you ever do have any matters or concerns, you wouldnt have to wait untilMonday to get anything accomplished, not very many storage places offer that convenience.I would highly recommend the Life Storage on the 6000 block of Arapahoe Blvd in Boulder to anyone who is lookingfor a clean and secure storage unit for their belongings. This place deserves six of the five stars i gave them.Talk to the manager (Lisa) about the size unit you may need and she will see that its a perfect fit for you.

Have had a unit here for almost seven years. There is a competitive storage market here in Boulder, but I have been happy with this location. Easy to access, well-lighted at night, and clean. Had my belongings here during the flood of 2013 even & nothing got wet!

Rented a 10 x 10 ft unit for a few months over summer. clean area, seems well maintained, and didnt have any problems with my unit (nothing stolen, broken, gate code works, etc.) drive slowly in the parking lot, there are no mirrors at intersections so its somewhat blind.

I give this place four stars because of the employees who work here. I rented here through three owners I believe and although the staff changed the good attitudes and dedication to customer service was there. Cant say much good about LifeStorage as a company, but the employees at this location always smoothed the experience as much as possible.

They helped me out a lot, and when they were out of a certain size room gave me a bigger one at the same price. Very nice people and very helpful. 5 stars!

I have been at this storage facility on and off about 4 years or so. Consistently stored my personal belongings there for the last two years and I have seen this place change hands two times in ownership. This facility is fairly large, and it takes quite a bit of work to maintain it to keep it looking as beautiful, and clean as as it is. The restroom is always clean, the staff is super helpful with all f my request. They have really taken care of me since day 1. This facility is very secure and you always be assured that the staff is always out on property, and always ready to assist! I am a very happy customer!

Their website was set up to make it easy to reserve a storage unit online. When I showed up with my reservation, Lisa was ready for me and had everything ready to go.Units are built with cinderblock rather than metal sided, so much more secure.Prices are very competitive and the staff is easier to deal with.

Came in last minute to do a move in and Kelli was very professional about the situation. It was super cold and windy and she went show me the unit and also had a flashlight to make sure I could see inside. Would highly recommend this location.

On line registration was easy. Check-in process was good. Office personnel easy to work with and friendly. Site was clean and attractive.Chose not to have insurance on line, but found it was mandatory upon check-in. Name on rental property was confusing as it was not LifeStorage.

The office staff is very helpful and friendly and the storage units are large and secure. The office staff even found a coupon that made my first month half off, which was fantastic. I would definitely use LifeStorage again and recommend them to anyone needing storage space.

Price is great. I had problems with my entry code and called. Apparently they changed it and it couldnt get fixed until I went in during office hours. But, no one on the phone told me this, so I went 3 days with my stuff after office hours only to not b able to get in. Also, gate hours listed on the website 5 am-11 pm are wrong. They are 6 am-8 pm I went several times outside of those hours believing the website :-(Office manager is sweet, though :-)

My mom had made payments on our unit and the worker did not process the payments properly and accused my mom of not making payments even she knew she did and also tried to charge my mom late fees even though she made the payments. I believe it was kelly who was managing the payments. Anyhow so because we were both broke my mom was not able to pay the same payments and late fees again. So they took our stuff. There was a dining room table that had a eagle puzzle in the middle that my dad Built for my mom and that her most special possession, we couldnt bring it to our new place at the time because we didnt have enough space for it. Well now my dad is dead and my mom lost her best friend and the table he made for her. I would never recommend this place. A company with no morals and workers who just want to take your money and your stuff even when you pay. Selfish and money hungry.

Life storage has been very helpful. They got me into a unit within an hour of me calling (when I was in a time crunch). Lisa stayed late to help me open a storage unit due to my situation.The positives: good safety, close to boulder, two entrances, autopayment.The negatives: high price, storage unit was not as clean as I had hoped for when I opened it for the first time (oil spill on ground, leaves in unit), the gate was broken for a little bit but I bet it was fixed.Overall a good choice in boulder!
