Had a great experience renting with Mapleton! Dale was super relaxed and kind as a landlord, charges were very fair for the area, and we never had problems communicating if we needed to. Wish I could have lived there longer!

I’m surprised to see such low reviews as I’ve had a great experience with Mapleton Management! Dale persevered with us as the heat company kept messing things up and made sure it got fixed, they also installed an extra lock when requested, in addition to many other helpful things like this. Dale even responded promptly to an email I sent on Christmas Day concerned about a burst pipe. Mapleton Management has been great and we love the house we’re renting.

My friend dealt with Mapleton and had an incredibly negative experience. Communication was abysmal. When Dale did communicate, he was rude and disrespectful. Took advantage of the tenants being young and inexperienced renters. Health issues with the house (mice, bugs, radon, etc.) would go ignored for months. Seek any other management company, especially if it’s your first time renting.

Made an appointment with this company for a showing. Was super excited and brought a few of my potential roommates. Showed up and waited 10 minutes, I called the company, and Dale who had set up the appointment had forgotten to let us know that a deposit was already put on the apartment an hour before. Super unprofessional and disappointing.
