The nail tech didn’t do my cuticle nor did she scrape my feet. She argued with me when I said I wanted my cuticles done & told me to apply cuticle oil instead. So why would I need a spa for that?? She argued with me & didn’t agree to apply gel on my toes & applied the normal nail paint. She said she won’t scrape feet as the dead skin would come back again. Isn’t that the whole point of coming to a spa. Worst thing is she applied nail paint for my fingers & then did the scrub. I hated every second of my stressful spa day. It was a total rip off.

Jonathan was so great for my 85 minute massage. Left feeling relaxed and so much better. Will definitely be back!

It was my first time for body wrap and I’m impressed how soft my skin is . The place is very clean and the staffs are friendly. If you’re looking for a nice spa, excellent service with decent price. I highly recommend Amai day spa. I got a package which include body wrap, scalp massage and body massage. I love every bit of every service.

My custom facial was beyond amazing, and definitely the best that I’ve ever had in over 10+ years of getting them regularly. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but I would book another in a heartbeat.

I love the Amai Day Spa. I have had their monthly special pedicures and a massage. They always choose exciting flavors for their monthly pedicure and the women who give them are meticulous in their care for your feet.Reina is the best masseuse! She does an amazing job!

Absolutely loved it. I was lucky enough to be treated with the Head to Toe Indulgence package (massage, facial, hand & foot treatment) plus a 35 minute light therapy session. Best four hours I have every spent. I even have my next appointment scheduled for the following week. Great spot!

I come here for waxing services regularly, I typically see Rebecca who is awesome! The place is super cute and inviting, they do a really good job at reasonable prices, and theyre always really friendly :)

Been going to this spa for quite awhile, the staff are professional, fun and really care about making every experience great. Its unfortunate that someone lost something and decided to assume it was something other than that. Sounds like it was found, seems to me there should be an apology to the staff. I know these people. I am a regular, these are some of the best spa professional Ive ever known.

Ive been going to Amai Day Spa consistently for about a year. I found them as a place for my Aunt to redeem her SpaWish gift card and gave them a try. Well-trained staff and wonderful customer service. Ive had a mani/pedi done for my wedding, of which did not chip until I returned from trip to Hawaii three weeks after having the service done. Ive been seeing Julie for my facials and hair removal, a thorough magician! My problem areas would be taken care of and they products recommend are well incorporated into my skin routine.Honest service with spa professionals. Be certain to let them know if you need another appointment or to re-schedule, they can text you reminders the week of your appointment AND its at the bottom of your receipts.

The massage, facial, and mani/pedi that my husband treated me to was the best treat! I was so relaxed during the massage and facial that I fell asleep several times and woke up feeling relaxed and rejuvinated. The mani/pedi was one of the best I have ever received. I will definitely be going back!

This place doesn’t know how to answer a phone or return a call. Not sure how they stay in business.

Long story, but to summarize, dishonest staff stole from me (a necklace that was my first mothers day gift), lied to my face, and were extremely rude. The necklace was recovered after I got the police involved. The owner did not even apologize to me after speaking with her several times over the matter. Also, the treatments were sub-par and overpriced. Please take your business elsewhere.
