The first few times I’d been here it was great, really good service and the technicians always took good care. I hadn’t been in about a year and decided to come back to treat myself to a gel pedicure and acrylic nails with design. This last timewas not good. The pedicure technician cut my nails so short that both my big toe nails became in-grown after a week. They barely massaged my feet and legs- it was no where near what I was used to for service here; not relaxing and my feet were slipping in my slippers when I walked. I was also given a bit of attitude after I said I wanted gel instead of regular polish. The acrylic nail set I got was okay, the design I wanted turned out nicely but the technician didn’t clean my cuticles, didn’t massage my hands and did a really slap dash job of keeping my hands clean from the gel polish. I also got a cuticle burn during the filing process. I left spending way more than I should have had to with polish on my skin, slippery feet because the pedicurist didn’t massage the lotion in all the way, and dry skin still on my cuticles and nail beds. I thought I’d be more gracious the day of because they were busy and it was a Saturday but quality should not be sacrificed if you’re charging full price for services. I’m pretty disappointed with this last visit here and I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s pretty clear they don’t handle pressure well and what I got is not worth the price.

The first time me and my sister came here they did an excellent job doing a dip and gel for us. Sadly, my sister went back and they did not provide the same level of service. She spent two hours getting dip and gel nails that came out bubbly, and totally uneven. She wanted a white V on the edges, which didn’t all start from the same place on the nail. There was another part that didn’t even cover her real nail. So disappointed, especially considering our first experience there which is why I still gave this salon a three star; this experience alone is a one star. She immediately removed them when she got home.

The reason I am only giving this place 3 stars is because the receptionist is very rude. When I called to schedule my appointment she was rude on the phone and when I came in for my appointment she was rude when I arrived and when I left. Sometimes a person of color can be another person of color worst enemy. The only reason I say this is because I am Mexican. This place does a good job with dip power but not with pedicures they don’t clean the inside of the nails very well like other places do.

Ive been here before but this is the last time. I made an appointment for my daughter for her 12th birthday to get a manicure and me a pedicure. the check in girl was not friendly. My pedicure had ZERO massage of my legs and felt incredibly rushed. Then to top it off, the lady doing my daughters nails cut my daughter and didnt even apologize when my daughter said that it hurts. Such a subpar experience. Ill be going elsewhere

I’ve come to this salon about five times now and each time they do a great job. Staff are friendly and are really thorough. My polish always stays on for two plus weeks for Shellac and I’m really tough on my hands. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had come to this salon two weeks ago and got a pedicure done and decided to get dip nails done as well. The pedicure was fine but when I went to do the dip nails, they didn’t tell me that that the coat they put on top didn’t require a UV light. So I waited 30 minutes for my nails to dry and tried touching it and ruined it. I asked the lady to come back and she redid it but it got ruined again. She redid it and then checked after 5 minutes and said I was free to go but it ended up getting ruined again. I called later to ask for a refund and the girl at the front said she would have her manager issue it and I should receive it in 1-6 business days. It’s been two weeks and I still have not received my refund.

My nails were cute, but fell off within a week. And pricey for what I got. Great nails, but only for a short period of time.

I’ve had trouble finding a good nail salon in this area and white lotus truly sets itself apart I felt welcomed from the second I walked in until I left. The nail tech was very sweet and easy to talk to which was very nice and refreshing. This will definitely be my new nail salon 😌

This is my job to nail place. They do a great job and the polish always lasts at least 2 weeks! They are friendly and covid conscious establishment.

My daughter and I went to the Bothell location. They were phenomenal, paid so much attention to our nails, took their time and I didnt feel like it was rushed.I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back

So unprofessional! If you are getting any of there deals on Groupon, stop and go elsewhere! It’s not a deal! I was extremely disappointed with my service here. I called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. Told them what I was there for and after my manicure, the lady at the front desk tells me I needed to pay more cause what Groupon charged me wasn’t enough???! They tell you one thing on the phone and after your service, they tell you something different! I was extremely overcharged then to make it worse the lady at the front desk tells me she wasn’t the one who spoke to me on the phone so she doesn’t know?! Such scammers! Ruined my entire day.

My go-to nail salon! Ive been to a handful of nail salons in Bothell and this is the best combination of quality and price. I typically get the SNS powder and it lasts between 2 and 3 weeks, plus Im usually able to get in and out in 45 minutes. The staff are friendly and the equipment is clean. But it has gotten pretty popular, so if youre looking for an appointment on a Friday if recommend calling a few days ahead to schedule an appointment. They also have a rewards program so after a couple visits you can get a discounted service.

Honestly the best nail salon Ive been to in the area. Lee does amazing nail art and has been able to recreate anything Ive given her and put her creative spin on it. The dip powder nails last well over two weeks but Im always so excited to get a new design that I go every two weeks anyway! Definitely recommend!!

Great spot. Super clean. Everything is sanitized and removed from autoclave packages or single use. Nail polish was really well applied and lasted a long time with out chipping. Footbath and massage were heavenly.

Finally able to make time for a dipping powder and it was magical. Thank you for the beautiful nails and relaxing experience. Good vibes, relaxing music and Lee (the owner) was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back for a dipping powder.

I have been coming to White Lotus for a couple months now, and I would just like to say that LEE is AMAZING. The most genuine and talented nail tech Ive had. And keep in mind Im the most picky and critical person. But there hasnt been a time that Ive left unsatisfied. She goes above and beyond with my nails. Gooooo see her!!

Second time here. I thought I was very happy that I found a more modern place for good design and service, but this time left me so disappointed. Not only did I get a friction burn from the nail file on the tip of my finger, I HEARD gossip that no one should ever hear. I am Vietnamese and I can understand it quite well. I, however, do not look Vietnamese and the nail techs there do not recognize me twice now that I have gone in. I had high hopes for this place thinking it would be different, but like most other salons, they gossip about clients thinking no one will know. I KNOW. It taints my entire experience and it makes me feel sick that clients dont know that theyre talked about. Im not writing this for compensation, I want them to know so they stop.
