If you need your hair done, Paul is the one! He is a professional hair artist. After going to a high over priced salon last time that did everything wrong, Paul took what I gave him and did magic. Got a haircut at this location yesterday and was happy with the results overall. This is one of the few locations that is open until 7pm and an online check in will speed up your waiting time when you get to the location in person. My haircut was in line with my expectations and pretty quick from start to finish ( ~15 minutes or so)

Kathy did an amazing job on my cut and color. She colored my roots and then did foils to lighten chunks of hair and then added the red/violet color. Also super conditioned it so it feels better than before. I love it! Thank you Kathy!!

Stylist Jennifer- Never go, I showed some pictures and the result came was entirely different and they ask you to pay for redo, worst service so far.now there is no highlights in my hair but I paid $140 plus $14 tip for nothing.I spend my money for it and a good tip and that’s all they do. I called back and they will only redo it again and I have to pay for it again. God bless them. I hope they ignore my feedback too!

They cut my daughters hair using a comb and electric trimmers. She has long hair and just wanted a couple inches taken off. It was very uneven and we fixed it at home aftwewards

I paid 55 dollars that I really couldnt ever afford to get 121/2 inches straight chopped off of my hair, literally she put it in a rubber band and chop chop chop chop chopped until she cut off a little too much hair. I wanted a lot cut off but I thought with her being a professional that it would at least look cute but apparently shes blind or something but Im not very happy about it

I decided to go from shoulder-length hair to a pixie cut. Walked in to this Supercuts and got an amazing haircut from Jennifer Medal. Not every stylist can do a good pixie cut - but Jennifers cut was fabulous and exactly what I was looking for. Ill definitely be back.

Both Kathy and Lillian (she did my eyebrows) are so nice and talented, it really was a positive experience. the salon is clean and the prices are very affordable. will definitely go back. sending my husband in this Saturday.

Went in to get a haircut with my boyfriend. He wanted a haircut, trim & shampoo. Went to tell the stylist when he was in the chair that he needed to be at the airport in about 1 hour, she then refused to even do a quick haircut (no shampoo, no beard trim) because he had to be at the airport in an hour, and he couldnt even explain that it would be okay if he were a bit late because she repeatedly refused to continue and cut his hair.We only needed to pick up a friend from the airport, but he couldnt express that it wouldnt be a problem if our friend waited on us because she continued to talk over him and said that he needed to leave because she wasnt comfortable cutting his hair no matter what.I was planning to just stay behind to get mine done while he went to pick our friend up but clearly that was out of the question as well.#1. its seriously not any of your business what our plans are afterwards. Youre not our daily planners, youre a salon! A mild level of concern, fine, but to REFUSE service to a customer because YOU dont feel like they have time for what they had planned after their appointment with you?#2. continuing to talk over your customers and ignore what theyre telling you is so incredibly rude. Honestly I wouldnt have even believed this happened if I werent RIGHT THERE witnessing it.Im fairly confident well not be returning.EDIT: In response to the reply we received, we made it to the airport just fine, in 30 minutes. We waited an additional 45 minutes for our friend to finish unloading from her flight after arriving. We had time for the haircuts as we had planned on. Though, again, its certainly not your problem if we WOULD have been late anyway (which, again, we wouldnt have)

For all the folks who use to go to the Supercuts in Woodinville and had Theresa as your stylist; I FOUND HER!!! She is now at this Supercuts and still doing outstandingly work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER and know you won’t be sorry! She is as good as she is nice. She always is heard working and the salon is lucky to have her!!! The salon is much nicer than Woodinville too! Clean and organized- what a great change! Please pass along this information to your friends. I know some of her past customers have found her but not a lot. Thank you!!

See Im used to going to the Nascar pit crew. In and out in less than 8. Sure I pay a little more for way more value. Very pleased.

Super happy to have chosen this salon! I was in town for a meeting and picked this Supercuts because it had decent reviews and the owner has responded courteously to the few complaints. Madhulika gave me great advice on low-maintenance styling methods for my naturally straight, fine hair and took the time to make sure I was 100% happy with the cut as she worked. She clearly knows her stuff! Very happy; will return when its time for a trim.

I am very, very, picky about my hair yet simultaneously fear salons. I had the opportunity to have my hair cut and balayaged here yesterday. It was the first professional colour and cut Ive had in over 3 years.Felicia did an amazing job. Better than I could have ever hoped for or imagined. As a stay at home Mom to 3 little boys, I dont make a lot time to pamper myself and I dont feel pretty very often. I left feeling like a million bucks!The owner Bing is also incredibly sweet and makes you feel so welcome! I would recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for great experience, beautiful results, and an amazing staff.

Poor service, I check in online and end up coming into the shop (before my scheduled time) and proceed to be ignored for 30 minutes as others after me come in and get served. I must not understand the Checkin system but as others come in 20 minutes after me they get a hair cut first and my name on the list moves further down as I watch the monitor.

Located in the same shopping center as the QFC. I have gotten several haircuts there since they opened and I have been extremely happy with each one. Employees are all very friendly and the store is very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful new salon in downtown Bothell next to QFC. The staff and owner are very friendly. Grand opening price is a $12 haircut, $10 for Seniors and Children under 12. Best haircuts in town for men and women!

Prices are going up and so are wait times. If this trend continues I may decide to look elsewhere. That being said, the service and staff are wonderful and I get what I pay for.

They can get you in fairly quick and the gal that a nice job for me cosme 23 bucks for a mans haircut hand wash and the hot towel she understood the way I wanted it cut and she did that it was fairly quick about 30 minutes and I did not have an appointment I just walked in

I have avoided places like this in the past because they have never done a good job even on simple cuts. I went against that fear and I took my messed up hair to the salon. Samantha was amazing. I think she could tell I had some stress and anxiety about getting my hair cut as the last place I went left bleach in my hair way to long and now I have extremely bad breakage. She took her time and really did a nice job. My hair looks way better as she did a style that would help to hide my breakage. Would definitely recommend.

I went to this supercut place to get my son a haircut. If I had an option I would rate it in negative. I had the worst experience. The Indiana lady who was giving my son a haircut shaved half of his eyebrow. Then she goes that he was looking down and Thats why she didnt see it and shaved my sons eyebrow. Very very unprofessional and how she kept on making excuses after excuses after doing a terrible job.
