Kim has been cutting my short hair and coloring it for about a year.since she works alone I always call and ask what time is best to come in and she can do haircuts between my treatments. This amazing woman is just trying to make a living and if you are impatient please go somewhere else. She is so kind and tries her best to keep everyone happy. I love supporting a local business😀

Ive had high end cuts costing hundreds of dollars and quick cuts done by friends, and Kims was the best of the all! She was super efficient and did a great job and you cant beat the price. She has excellent customer service and a good rapport. While I was waiting for my cut I saw her do a kids cut for a little guy maybe 3 years old and she did a great job as well, so next time I plan to take my kids with me.

Kim listened to my issues that I had from another stylist and then looked for herself. She knew exactly what to do to fix the problems, and did it in a 10 minute period. Ive been so pleased with it. Bad haircut; didnt even bother to ask if I was okay with the cut. I spent about 10 min on the chair before I was told that my hair look so much better. It doesnt. My hair looks uneven. I didnt find anything friendly about this place. Only silver lining is that I didnt break the bank to get a bad haircut.

Ms. Kim was great. She was honest and didnt try to up-sell me at all. I told her what I was looking to do to my hair and she advised a more appropriate choice that wouldnt damage or make me lose my hair more. She couldve made a lot more money out of me if she just did what I asked her to, but it would not have lasted and couldve been disastrous. Im glad I listened because my hair turned out great and it looks so natural and saved me money. I finally found my hairdresser!!

PLEASE... do yourself a favor and do NOT come here. I got the worst haircut of my life. I just moved to the area and decided to give this place a try, and it should honestly be named Kims UNFRIENDLY Cuts because thats what my experience was. She didnt let me finish a single sentence and told me its wrong and wouldnt look good. She is extremely condescending, and I left the place feeling extremely unhappy. The haircut probably lasted 5 minutes, and I feel like it barely got cut. This is my first bad review I have written in my life and first time I left a 0$ tip. Again. DONT GO HERE!

I can’t say enough about how patient she is with young children. My child had a terrible cut from Bella and Max. They completely traumatized him. Kim was very helpful. We called to make an appointment. They dont take appointments. We show up at 2pm on a Saturday. They are closed. The sign on the door says they are are open today. No one inside and the place is dark. They might cut hair well, but I have no way of knowing since their hours are apparently not at all whats posted.

There is always only one, older Asian woman working when I go. Walk-ins only but never had to wait longer than fifteen minutes. This woman knows what shes doing! A quick ten second explanation of what Id like as best as I can explain and within ten minutes I have a great, symmetrical cut with texture that looks sharp! Not expensive either. Other places would charge me double! I always make sure to tip at least ten dollars. This is my hair cutter.

The name says it all here. Kim runs this place all on her own and is as friendly as can be. With small touches like a warm spray bottle and eye brow trimming(that was a nice surprise), she goes the extra mile. Come support this local business! Kim will make you feel right at home.

During the weekdays, I understand she tends to do a lot of perms and coloring (things that take more time). Other customers have been going to get for years. We went there initially aggregate getting tired of the situation at Great Clips and similar establishments.

This place is probably a perfect definition of UNfriendly cuts. Yesterday I had probably one of the worst experiences getting my hair trimmed. I am fairly new to the area, so I am still in a process of finding a good hairdresser. I got intrigued by the name of this place so I decided to give it a try. Contrary to my expectations, it was the opposite of a friendly cut advertised. I just needed a quick trim, wash and a blow dry. However, I was informed that since she works by herself a wash and a blow dry will cost me extra. Plus, it was the fist time I got my hair cut while standing! The hairdresser even didnt offer me a chair. So the whole experience lasted for about 3-5 mins for which I paid $20. I even have no idea why I still left a tip. I guess I was just to shocked to realize what I was doing.

Im glad I stopped by to Kims, I called 10 minutes before closing and she happily said shed accept another walk-in. She was very friendly, and professional. Her shop is very clean. Tucked away behind Applebees and Wendys has plenty of parking.I almost went the usual route of well-known-chain-haircut-place, where the results vary wildly upon which day you happen to need a haircut. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot.

Asked for a certain haircut and got something completely different. Basically its cut straight across which left a weird thick edge at the bottom. Ugh now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Horrible horrible place. Run away from this rude, unfriendly old lady. I had asked for a layered cut she gave a straight cut and it was so short that I couldnt do anything about it. And she says I should have asked for a v cut.. really??? Even after showing you a picture of what I wanted???. I am not a professional, I can only show you a picture of what I want.. its your responsibility to pay attention as to what a customer expects. Such a lousy place. Dont even think about going here.

The haircut was cheap, but besides that it was the most rushed, inattentive haircut I have ever received. If you want a mediocre cut for a decent price youre better off going to great clips or some other chain that hires people who have at least witnessed someone who knows how to give a nice haircut.

03/17/2016 I just called this place 11.15am & asked them if they could cut/channel a shamrock in the back of my head? the girl that answered the phone said she had no idea what a shamrock was!! I then said you do no its St Patricks day? Not a clue i just said I would try somewhere else that understood English!!!
