I would not recommend this center for those interested in Botox. I went as a new patient and will not be returning. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told the doctor was 5-10 minutes late. He was 45 minutes late and not sympathetic. The experience was also not ideal (e.g., no ice, no pre-treatment advice / consultation, rushed, shady building / office). Also not set up with the Alle loyalty program.

Hello. If you would like to get Botox in this place DON’T do THAT. I have got botox in my chin simply because I wanted to stop moving it upwards, so the shot was done unprofessional in the wrong spot and made my mouth freeze one sided. I was literally with the crooked mouth for 3 months and still i see a little sideway. When I tried to contact that person, I was refused to be helped. So if something gonna go wrong with that place don’t expect they will help you out,as promised.

Ive been coming here for years to have laser hair removal - first underarms, then bikini+ and am now coming back for my legs. Laser has made a big difference in my life, saving me lots of time that I would otherwise spend shaving and also no more stubble!The whole staff is great, and easy to deal with. I love Lana! She does great work and is really sweet, talks to me the whole time to distract me when its a little painful. But its totally worth it and I wish I started years sooner!My only complaint is that the newer, less painful laser has been broken for many months and the owners still have not gotten the part to fix it. It was hard going back to the older laser after getting used to the smooth new one. Ive been surprised at how long its taken them to address it.

So far Ive had two sessions of laser hair removal on my lower legs, and Im very satisfied. Lana is great to work with, and scheduling is clear and easy. If youre the type of person who has thick hair (Im Turkish-American so this is definitely me) - if its painful to shave, you get a lot of ingrown hairs, etc. - then PLEASE give yourself the gift of laser hair removal. After just two sessions the ingrown hairs I had a huge problem with - even though I used a chemical exfoliant several times a week - have become much less of a problem, and hair growth in general has greatly decreased. Im excited to see continued good results in the future.

Ive been getting treatments at this Medical spa for a few years and absolutely love it. Ive done laser facials and Botox, both with noticeable improvements. Get compliments all the time from friends and colleagues at work. I highly recommend Olga, the nurse practitioner, she is very thorough, personable, cares about her patients, and seems to take pride in her work. I like to discuss innovations and science behind professional skincare with Olga because she is well informed on the subject. Friendly warm atmosphere at this place makes you feel at ease before your procedure.

Lana is such a sweet lady. She made me feel comfortable right from the start, and walked me through every step of the laser process while also finding me the best possible deal. It’s been 3 treatments and I’m already seeing amazing results. I couldn’t be happier! She always informs me of deals and promos they are running but I never feel pressure to sign up for anything.

This is my second visit to Cosmetic and laser center with Marina Keller, the results have been amazing, during my consultation Marina was very honest and open about the various possibilities depending on skin, hormones and other factors. I had tried laser treatment at a separate location and I saw no results. Just after two visits and I can really see the difference.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got 6 treatments for my face and there was no noticeable difference - maybe 10% reduction. I wasted 1200 at this place. I would never suggest this place to anyone - I believe that they have bought the reviews and thus, there are so many of these five star reviews. In reality, thats definitely not the case. Even after getting these many treatments and seeing no noticeable difference, I started to think that maybe I am one of those people on whom laser doesnt work or take way more treatments (especially since face is hormonal). However, I decided to try this another place and I am shocked after seeing the result from just one appointment. This definitely proved that the services provided here are not adequate and the five star reviews are mostly fake. I would highly suggest to talk to these five star review people personally to know if their results were genuine. Please dont fall for this trap like I did. I ended up wasting 1200 so please be careful of companies like these. You can msg me further to verify any of this information.

Boston Cosmetic and Laser Center is a nice place, but what makes any place nicer and welcoming are people who work in that place. My review is especially about Marina Keller a laser specialist. This sweet girl who makes you feel that you are in good hands. She is so calm and well tempered. What I like mostly about her is that she cares about the person in front of her as she answers all the questions extensively till she makes you feel comfortable through every laser process. I learned so much from her. The other thing about her is that she is very patient and does not rush you through the process. She is Also confident and she knows what she is doing. I strongly recommend her for anyone who is looking for laser treatment. Again it is not usually about the place, but about people who worrk in that place. This establishment is one that I would never reccomend. For example, I was getting my laser done and another employee came in without knocking and started talking to the esthistician. High prices and no results. Also, I called about canceling my service and get products instead of a refund. It has been over two months and never received my items. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ive completed 6 sessions in various areas and found 70-90% improvement depending on the area. Marina has been very transparent and takes the time to walk through each treatment. It is not permanent hair removal, since hair growth is subject to hormones etc and depends largely on each person. They have been very clear with this from the start. However I am satisfied with my results and really appreciate their honesty with regards to their treatments as well as the care they give to patients.

First the most important part: the results! I was surprised by the difference after just the first treatment. It has made a huge difference already in how often I need to shave my legs, when I do they feel much smoother. As for the pain, its about on par with waxing...but with much better and more permanent results.The location is convenient, and they are always professional and on time. It can seem like a lot of money, but in my experience it has been worth it.

Lana is the best!! I had my legs, bikini, and underarms done here and they all look amazing. Every few months I go in for touch-ups to get rid of any persistent hairs, but even the ones that grow back are smooth and soft. Trading my razor for the laser was one of the best decisions Ive made!!

I went to this place to get laser treatment for underarms. This lady, convinced me to get treatment for my legs and arms saying theres a discount going on. So I agreed and I specifically asked her how may treatments its gonna take. She said 6 treatments so I went ahead and did the payment for legs, arms and underarms laser treatment. After 3 treatments she asked to make a payment again. I was shocked because I already made the payment. Turns out first payment I made was just for 3 treatments, which she never ever mentioned and she let me think all along that Im getting 6 treatments with the discount she gave me. So disappointed because its too expensive and I had to got through this. Would never ever return to this place. Please confirm the treatments and payments before you get started.

I had skin tightening procedure 10 days ago in February. Lana was the laser specialist who performed that procedure. She explained me the very procedure and what result should i expect after series of it. I received local anesthesia on the area and did not fill any pain. Everything was done on the highest level. And i can see the result even after first treatment. I am planning to continue this procedure for several more times until i will get desire result. I just left here without having anything done. As he was drawing up the botox, the doctor asked me if I believe in evolution. (??) I said of course, and he all-too-proudly told me that he did not. Not sure where this was going, I asked if that means he doesnt believe in antibiotic resistance? He said that was different, and then launched into peppering me with asinine questions, like, How can you get a lion from an elephant? How can you get a human from a monkey?Im sitting there, about to have this man inject toxins into my face, and arguing with him does not seem like a good idea. I felt completely disrespected and was shocked at how utterly bizarre and really unnecessary the whole interaction was.I dont love the idea of a guy who doesnt understand science injecting me with medications. But even more, I dont want to support a business with such terrible customer service. Why on earth did he need to do this?Look, I can hold my own in discussions about science and evolution. But it was clear he didnt want to have a discussion; he wanted to ramrod me with his beliefs. Additionally, there is a time and place for such things. About to have a procedure is neither.I would never go back.

I ordered a verify specific skincare product through them that they were happy to order for me. They told me it would arrive in a month. Everytime I called back after the month was up they told me it would arrive a week later. Every week I called back they’d give me the same “we’ll call you when it gets here in a week”. Here we are two months later and I have nothing. Do not order products through them. They are unreliable and do not communicate longer than anticipated timeframes with their customers. Super disappointed because now I’m out of product and time. :(

I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I have received here. I purchased a package of 6 visits for underarms and I saw only 30% hair reduction. I would not recommended this place at all. Also, the staff is extremely rude - especially Lana. She was very pushy and forced me to purchase the package. She claimed things like -We have a discount right now but when my friend went to their place for consultation, she gave her a totally different quote. The original prices quoted to both of us was different. They tend to give different quotes to everyone which is extremely shady. I do not recommend this place - You are better off somewhere else.

This was the worst experience I ever had getting Botox. There is no bedside manner - so cold - didn’t ask me what I was looking for out of the Botox or look - I never got more than 20 units in my forehead and Dr. Andrews was trying to tell me I needed almost 40. And he wasn’t even telling me what he was objecting - usually I’m given a consult of what they suggest and he just asked me what I got previously. They also do not participate in Brilliant Distinctions. Will NEVER go back here

Im excited because Cosmetic & Laser Center finally got new Cutera machines. This is a most welcome development, as the new machines have a copper cooling tip that significantly decreases the pain factor. It is used in conjunction with a cooling gel as well. I had asked about these machines when I came in for my first visit, as I lived in NYC prior and the last laser treatment center I went to had all Cutera machines (and the results were great).Lana is also fantastic. She is friendly and tries to make the sessions go as quickly and effectively as possible. She will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. I am very pleased with the results thus far.

I have done a packet of six sessions and I did see great results, but I was disappointed because there was not one session where I got attended on time. Each time I reached there for my sessions, I either got re-scheduled, the machine broke down, or I was asked to come a second time to do the second half of my body. Very unhappy with the service. I could not even withdraw because I had to pay for the 6 sessions upfront.

This place is great! When I was a little, I foolishly shaved my sideburn-area, as well as my neck. As a result, Ive always had very thick, dark hair growing in those areas which, as a teenage girl, is something quite embarrassing. I tried waxing and threading for many years and, while they deliver good results, theyre expensive, hard to maintain, and not a permanent solution. When I came to Boston for college, my mother and I finally decided it was time to do something more about it, and I would up here! Lana and all of the staff members are all so nice and willing to help you. I even got some deals for being a student! I saw very nice results after only one treatment, though I definitely recommend at least 5 or 6 to see the best results. Im almost done with my treatment and Im so happy that I no longer have to deal with this awful facial hair!

Made laser appointment a month in advance, (as I simply moved and am halfway through laser removal), but I only received consultation and a quote for $850 for just 3 treatments of face & neck. (!!!!!!) Even after doing research on the laser theyre using, the whole thing felt extremeeely salesy, especially as they pushed hard to get me to commit right there an then, and $850 really felt ridiculous for just 3 treatments of laser...and this is on top of coming in being told it would only be $200 for 3 sessions after speaking with them on the phone to make the appointment and asking for pricing. Told the treatment specialist this, and she brushed it off. Really felt like a bait and switch or something. Tried to write down the prices at the end of my visit on their business card and they literally said I wasnt allowed to, so Im pretty sure this was extremely marked up. I was paying full price at my last laser treatment center, and it was less than $80 per session, so I was shocked. Dont know if I was deemed and easy target or what for a quick commission, but I was extremely disappointed since every other review is 5 stars.

I took prp hair treatment from Cosmetic aand Laser Center and my God Im so happy. After the first treatment I wasnt really happy becasue my hair were still falling but after the seconf treatment a miracle happened and now I could see a signifiicant reduction in my hair fall. Cant wait for my third session. Overall it was a great experienc, the staff was exceptional and humble. I would recommend to take this treatment from Lana Dzhura. She is very gentle with the treatment and know what she is doing.

I’m totally smitten by the laser used at the Boston Cosmetic & Laser Center; I could’ve see results after the second treatment! And trust me it’s not my first try with hair laser removal, the previous experience wasnt successful at all, so I had to look for another place. I feel confident to recommend the Boston Cosmetic & Laser Center to anyone who need laser treatment.

The staff are amazingly nice and knowledgeable; the laser hair removal treatments I did there had excellent results!
