Love this place. Was super nice when we walked in. Funny and very kind people. Honestly I would go again. Im very sensitive about my eyebrows and they fix them up perfectly how I wanted.

Best Nail service you could ever get and the women are so nice

I wouldn’t ask for anything too difficult here. Nice people, but I was very disappointed in my nails. Barely executed a medium length coffin nail, all of my nails lack volume and are bumpy or flat. Some of them aren’t even straight. And you better not ask for a design with straight lines. I will not be returning.

This place is the worst I was recommended this place by a shopper. She did tell me to call ahead of time because they are always busy. I called and set an appointment.When I got there I was told to wait even after my appointment I arrived 15 minutes prior.I noticed several other people came in and got turned around. Customers were complainingabout their nail. Its obvious that only one person does nails in this shop, even though they have about 4 nail techs. Everyone was coming to see one lady and the others customers that saw the other nail tech was complaining about how poorly their nails look. I never saw them clean anything or wash hands nor disinfect anything.. You would think by us just coming out of a pandemic they would clean but not one time did they clean. Every one looked at me as if I was crazy because I took our my wipes and started to wipe off my seat. Ill never return the wait was completely too long she needs to learn how to manage time and/or get more help in her shop. To me its very selfish greedy act to want to keep all the money to yourself. Shes doesnt appreciate her company nor the customers. Please be aware if you should go here you have definitely been warned. Plus I was quoted a different amount once they were finish she charged me $10 more and obvious nothing was different and they are short nails. I feel I should of been compensate for the time I had to wait instead of being over charged.

This is the best nail shop on town. I love the salon the people are so nice respectful and explain everu9you need and the price is so reasonable. Been going here for years now wont go anywhere else. Top shelf service.

I would not recommend. The lady who did my nails was very friendly, but she did not get the shape of my nails correct. I had acrylic residue all around my nails on my skin. I asked for almond shape nails and ended up getting stiletto shaped. I also received a pedicure with white gel polish. The lady who did my pedicure did not shape my toe nails correctly. They were different lengths and oval shaped. I actually went to a different nail salon so they could redo my toe nails. They also tax. My total was $45 before the taxes and ended up being $49 and some change after. I had to ask the lady if they taxed because Ive never had a nail salon tax me before. She told me that they did.

Been looking for new nail salon...Ive found it! Nancy was so sweet and gentle...Gave me exactly what I asked for and was quick!

Do not go the male nail tech. The first time i went it was okay. I wanted a design so he goes to the other lady to ask her what to use. He moves very slow. I went to the shop at 4 didnt leave til closing which was 8. The other lady had to help him shape my nails into the coffin shape. 2nd time i went it almost was as if they was telling him in their language that hes moving to slow. He put the acrylic on my nails too thick, he was rushing and the other lady once again came and had to help him file my nails. Before the lady came to help him my nails werent even and they were crooked. I feel like if he doesnt know how to do designs or different shape of nails he shouldnt be doing nails or taking on customers who want acrylic nails. As a result I had to cut my nails off because they were hurting so badly from the nails displacement and the thick acrylic. He didnt place the nail on my actual nail he was placing them past the nails if that makes sense. And my pinky finger had a slight fungus growing on it after I took the nail off. I wont be going back to them. And to be honest im not sure he can actually see too good. They really should keep him from doing nails

I’ve been going to superior for about a year straight now & this has been some of the best service i’ve gotten from ANY nail salon i’ve ever been too. lyn is very professional, friendly, nice, & kind. she takes her time to make sure what you want is executed to her best ability. i’ve never felt rushed or like they didn’t have time for me. superior feels more like a family than just a nail shop.

I went to get my toes done, very rushed water cold people don’t care never will come again not paying full price and dats dat on dat .

Im visiting from out of town for engagement photos and had one of my nails chip so I needed to find someone here last minute that could do them. I went in nervous but everyone was so nice and gave me exactly what I asked for. My dip nails look so good and they werent too expensive. If I need to get them done next time Im here visiting, I would come back to this nail salon in a heartbeat!

They are fairly inexpensive and for the most part their customer service is good. TWICE I’ve came and waited for them to do my nails and at the last minute they come and ask me if I can come back. I understand that you’re busy but at least be a little considerate of me and my time. Each time I’ve been asked to come back I was not able to come back because I had other things planned to where I couldn’t come back the next day. I would have respected them more if when I FIRST arrived they ask me to come back other time and not after sitting there for a while. At least that would have given me more time to go some where else because I needed my nails. I would NEVER come back again!!!

Lyn is my technician, but the entire staff is friendly and professional! They are excellent at their craft and the environment is fun and also very clean. When I set an appointment I am seen almost immediately and I’m pleased every time.

I would have given it 5 stars however these people have no clue how to put a design on your nails. My friend was getting the equivalent of a French manicure and the lines looked like kid drew it. We had them paint over it with a solid color. My nails looked wonderful but I got a full solid color. I will say the massage part was awesome and if you only want a solid color and no design this place is wonderful.

Just moved here in March, and now I come here quite often now. :) Everyone is very friendly, very polite. Very professional. I’ve loved my nails every time. And even if something wasn’t right with my nail, they very happily fix it. 💝 I love this little place!

I just recently moved to bossier and I pass by this place everyday for work. And today I decided to stop by to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax and I love the atmosphere and everyone was so nice and respectful. They did an awesome job and I’m going to make this my permanent spot. I am very pleased with the service I received today !

I got my nails down for the first time ever (yes I’m a 22 year old girl that never got them done til now) but it was so relaxing. These people were so sweet and always made me laugh. Did a perfect job on my nails! Highly recommend them!!!

I made 2 appointments at 3:00pm. 1 for my sister & I, she only needed a fresh full set while I need to soak old set and start a new one. They started my sister at 3:30. I was done soaking by 3:20, and it’s currently almost 4:00pm and no one started my new set yet. I understand the concept of hustling in between clients while others are “processing”. But I believe that making appointment clients a priority is important - ESP when it’s someone’s first time in your salon. Why would you take on 2 pedicure walks in when you KNOW I am waiting to begin my fresh set? Why take on more then you can handle out of greed. When you can tell customers to come back in a hour or so to begin their walk in service? Making an appointment is useless. Shame, they have amazing nail options.

There was an older lady that did my pedicure today. I couldn’t get her name, but all of her tools were dirty and obviously not sanitized. She couldn’t paint very well but I was very patient. My toe nail polish looked very sloppy and bumpy after 45 minutes of her trying to paint my toes. Kim did my “dip powder” manicure that turned out well. $80 later and that was that.

Tried the dip finish. Love it!

Overpriced . $145 for 2 pedicures and the do stuff without your consent then add it on to the price. I hate deceptive business owners

POOR CUSTOMER CARE. Soooo...made an appointment for 5pm, we called ahead and ask for an earlier opening if possible, they agreed to 430pm. Mind you were on a schedule to leave town. My girl was helped around 440(10min late) and the staff were talkative and energetic, but this also lead to them being distracted. Meanwhile I waited til 530! An hour past our actual time and 30 min past our original scheduled time, with NO APOLOGY and then when I said I getting a discount for this wait right they chuckled. My girl was done almost 30 minutes before me mind you she had two ppl working her nails and feet at the same D@MN time. My pedicure was not great and I hesitate to say it was okay. My girls finger nails were subpar compared to other local shops but her feet are nice(thats the one star they got). AND THE TOTAL CAME UP TO BE $164...NO DISCOUNT. NEVER AGAIN FAM.

The dip is all over my fingers, uneven, cut my nails way to short I dont like them asked for them to be changed and they said no. DONT GO!
