I just walked out of this place. I had an appointment here with Lisa upon the recommendation of a friend. Upon arriving, Lisa acted as if she knew nothing about the appointment and kept going on about her 3:00 appointment. Once seated, the horror began. My hands were placed in a bag of acetone which was contained in a plastic bowl of hot water (acetone conforms to the temperature of the water), thus, burning me. I have dipped nails and the old powder needed removing. My real nails were long and perfectly shaped as I’d been very deliberate about growing them to that length. Bottom line: she messed up the shape, she shortened them, I had to tell her that I needed to wash the debris off my hands, and they looked like press on nails. Then, as if that weren’t enough, without warning, Lisa gets some smelly, oily lotion and slathers it on my arms and hands, messing up the not-yet-dry nails, thereby, messing them up. The manager offered to put the “shine” on them. I was left paying for my nails to look a hot mess. I drove two hours for this hot mess. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. And as if my experience weren’t bad enough, prior to my sitting in the chair, she stopped working on another customer by telling her she had to do my nails because of the appointment. When the young lady protested,Lisa told her she couldn’t do her nails and that someone else would. The young lady stormed out (as she should have). I went in to get nails, pedicure, and brows for my daughters and me. They lost three new customers today. I noted that to the manager who stated that it did not matter if I returned—only that I left happy. Really??!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I dont want to even give this place 1 star, extremely disappointed!! This place was very unprofessional when I needed answers and resolution to a problem they caused. They drilled a hole into my daughters actual nail causing her pain, at which she had to pull her hand away because of the pain it caused. She completed the full set and paid her $60. After coming home and showing me the hole and telling how bad it hurt, I called up there to ask for a refund or even just a partial refund for the damage to her real nail. He said he needed to see her nails first, so we went back up there to show him her nails. His first words was I dont see anything, and said that could be just her real nail and how it looks. I told him none of her other nails looked like that and it was very obvious that there was a puncture under the acrylic. I also explained she had told the tech she was hurting her and pulled away, and her nail was on FIRE and very red. He preceded to tell me they have to do that sometimes to some spots on the nail. He, and Im sorry I dont know his name but his station is the first on the right, said the only way he could give us a refund would be to take the nails off!! And then he could issue us a refund. Okay people!! Who in their right mind would let someone soak a wounded nail in acetone and let someone who had already caused the problem try and pull that nail off. No way that was about to happen. That would only cause more damage. He wouldnt even offer a partial refund for her to even keep the nails for the damage they caused. He, also would not speak to me, the adult, the paying adult, he only spoke to my daughter asking her questions. They have a MAJOR customer service issue and obviously do not know how to handle their business. I will never return and will never recommend this place to anyone. I have never dealt with someone in any customer service business unwilling to acknowledge a problem and rectify their mistake. Im in complete shock still!! Shame on them!!

They were rude unprofessional. Made comments when he had repolish a nail. Then had no remorse for an accident cause by them. They didnt nor do they want to put on my real shoes. I walked out the nail shop with their slippers on. The slipper broke, causing me to fall and skin my knee. When I walked back into the shop let know what had happen one of the nail tech. Spoke to me has if I was slow and didnt know how walk and why I had fallen. I given the wrong number to speak with owner. After everything was said and done it was my fault I walked outside with those slippers.

Absolutely terrible. Employees are super nice don’t get me wrong, but the lady who did my nails WAS RUSHING and didn’t listen to what i wanted. my nails i paid over $60 for look terrible and rushed. The paint was not dry all the way and she acted like it was MY fault. will never be going back

One of the techs was vey kind, but the lady, really rude. Pedi was average, polish was smelly and old, they cut me on both my toes and fingers while cutting cuticles, overall not impressed. I brought in my own tools and they acted like I have four heads b/c I didn’t want them using nasty files on me … also … one of the other ppl in there getting a pedi across from me was vaping! In the salon! Very inconsiderate of the other clients that don’t want to be around that!! For $110 plus tip, I would have expected MUCH better service!

I went Saturday with my daughter and let me tell you I will never go back again. Flag 1 no prices anywhere then the lady that did my pedicure said she could do a “design” that me and daughter wanted only For us to go to someone else that couldn’t do anything. Then she glued the nails tips to my skin and said I didn’t have any nails that’s why she did that. No ma’am I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years and never has that happen. Oh by Monday and Tuesday nails start to pop off. I didn’t get the design my nail shape was bad I was mad for $185 for me and my daughter. SMH I wouldn’t waste my time if I was you

Great love love love it, told her what I wanted and how I wanted my pedicure with polish done and she done it completely awesome just as I asked, and my daughter was very overwhelmed with her nails we are definitely come back🤗

The whole time I sat in there they only spoke in their language never spoke a word to me. I had my dip removed and gel put on and all she would do would tap when she wanted me to change hands. She asked me what color I wanted without showing me the colors they had like I would know the color I like to look at the colors. And my nails look like my granddaughter did them.

I told her what I wanted and she matched it perfect and was very polite and professional

My eyebrows look like they were shaved off and drawn back on in uneven pencil. Literally will never go back to this place.

I heard such good things about this nail salon and was super disappointed. I was rushed the whole time and felt like I was a burden even though I made an appointment a week in advance. My dip nails broke within the first week and were not shaped the way I like them. I realized later on that I was never even asked how I like them shapes. I will not be going back.

I have been going here for about 2 years love it!I am very picky when it comes to my nails. Halana does mine and Lisa does my daughters. If we aren’t happy they will re do them. Highly recommended

This is the second time I have gone in and I won’t be back! An older lady did my nails, and she did a shawty lazy job. My 4 year old could’ve painted them better than she did and as I politely told her they weren’t even completely covered she just blotched them more and acted like I was a bother. I will take my money and service elsewhere, places where the customer is acknowledged and appreciated.

Love this place! I had a manicure and pedicure done. My nails looked fantastic and it lasted for weeks without any peeling, chips, or weaken my nails. Ive been to a few other nail salons and after a week or so the Polish just peeled right off. Yes it was the gel Polish. Definitely will only being here from now on.

My nail lady was very unwelcoming, cold and just kind of downright rude. She did a decent job on my nails but clipped them all off and then got mad at me because I asked her to make them long again... I never wanted them cut...

My nails look great. The guy took his time and made sure they were perfect. I got lucky and picked a time when they werent busy. I will definitely be back. (Natural nails with gel manicure)

Let me just start by saying I have come here for a while. All the nail technicians I have dealt with were incredible and very cordial. I have always had a great experience, however, today was a different story. I went in for a pedicure and nail dip. My technicians name was Halena. To start off with, Halena seemed to be in a rush, and very distracted. A quarter of the way through my pedicure she cut my toe, and after I tried to tell her what she had done so that she could avoid the area, she proceeded to deny what had happened. Next, during my nail dip she seemed annoyed and rushed once again. During the filing she was very rough and my nails are crooked as sin. After applying the dip, my nails look like sand dunes rested atop my fingers and got a nice lumpy gloss added to the top. I had her redo a few, only to have them turn out just as bad. I recommend this salon because of the other great technicians, but please avoid Halena at all costs, unless you like bloody toes and cat litter lump nails.

Pricing is great. They are a little slow.

I paid for dollars for the white tips only to only have them for a week and the tips were falling apart the lady did not property glue my tips she was in a rush I advise no body go to them!! 👌

Toenails were not smoothed and buffed. Rough skin around the toes not removed. No massage of feet or legs. Felt like a partial pedicure.
