All i did was go there to get my nails painted. no tips nothing special, just paint. the guy i got was super rude he didn’t talk wasn’t friendly and didn’t tell me anything. he left me sitting there while he went to another customer who was waiting and brought her over to my seat and just stood there. he didn’t tell me that i could go or anything. i didn’t even know they were wanting me to get up until i heard the other costumer laugh. it was so rude and they overpacked the whole place. i’m very unhappy. and then when i left my nails chipped.

I have been coming here for two years now - Tina is the absolute best! She always makes sure my shape is perfect and when I give her crazy designs, she crushes it. She helps me pick out colors that compliment my skin tone and she is so sweet! I always leave in love with my nails.

Tammy, Tina, and Hannah ...are the best. Ive been going here for 2 years now and absolutely love it. If you want any of those 3 ladys I would call in and set an appointment. They are super sweet and friendly. Youre getting exactly what you pay for.

They were all amazing! Tina even massaged my sons hands and clipped his nails while I was getting my nails done! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be doing back!

Nail tech was rude and did not provide what she said she would deliver on the nails. When confronted, her response was, “too late!”

Definitely light on the details. Messy floor. TV or phone call on speaker in the back in another language while staff up front are playing music videos out loud on their phones. No spa experience here. They just dont do the nice, customer service touches that you can expect from most nail salons. Dont recommend.

My daughter had her nails done there on Friday, and I was very disappointed. I paid WAY too much, and they werent done correctly. One of the nails were on crooked, but the guy didnt want to fix it because they were about to close. One of the fake nails split down the middle after less than a day and tore off part of her real nail. Her toenails were supposed to be French tips, and they looked like whiteout with a clear coat on top. I stopped by today to get them fixed, but they had apparently closed forty-five minutes before the time on their sign. Never ever going back.

This is the most unprofessional spa that I’ve ever been to. I heard conversations from the nail techs regarding relationships that were shared with a new client as well. Text messages were even shown to that client. There was cussing and inappropriate comments made. The girl who did my nails was on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time. They came out crooked, rough, and overall just bad. I brought it to the owners attention and she did offer to have them fixed but I was already running late to a rehearsal dinner that point. I will not be going back.

Yesterday was my first time ever there I received a pedicure which was lovely Ms. Lei was so nice & took her time while making sure i was comfortable while getting my pedi done. I also received a full set of pink and white ombré which I hated I continuously told the guy who were doing my nails that I didn’t like the way he was doing them they wasn’t shaped right there were messy & the acrylic was too thick I even told him I didn’t want him to finish .. Afterwards once he got done my nails looked like trash and I said I wasn’t going to pay for nothing that looks like somebody played over them. My first time ever there and I won’t be returning.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever received I wish I could give them a negative. 1st, as I attempted to get a pedicure, the water was freezing cold. I asked the lady to change the temperature. Then the water was boiling hot. As I sat and waited on a tech, the water went completely out of the station. I complained. Another tech refilled it. The water went out of the station AGAIN. Everyone else in the salon was being acknowledged and attended to. I then got up to leave. The lady at the front stopped me and begged me to let them try it again because the bag was faulty or something. (I wish I wouldve kept walking.) They then sent the worst tech I have ever seen to do my pedicure. Not only did he complain about my toe nails being too black, but he did a horrible job polishing them. On top of that, my feet feel cut up because he poorly used the apparatus that looks like a cheese shredder. I was also getting a gel refill on my nails. Initially I was getting a take off and new set, but, I had been in this salon for app. 2 hours already and I was getting very agitated. After the phase in my pedicure where he wrapped the towel around my legs, the tech went and took a smoke break for app. 15 minutes!!! MEANWHILE, this cold towel sat on my legs. I asked another tech to find someone to finish my pedi. He finally came back in and stated that he was letting the cool towel open up my pores. He poorly finiahed my pedi with a polish job that my 5 year old couldve done on my toesAs I sat down to get my nails done, I asked the lady who I thought was the owner to do my nails because I was not pleased with his work. However, she said he would do my nails better than my toes and I was basically ignored. I only stayed because I am going on vacation and I wanted my toenails and fingernails to be the same color. He cut my cuticles constantly with the drill to the point they were bleeding and sore. I told them I no longer wanted the eyebrow wax because I could not stay in this nail salon any longer.. After 3 hours, I was finally checking out, and he told me my total for this horrible service was $90. I asked why. He said my pedi was $45 and a gel refill was $45. I asked how much was a full set. He said only $10 more. If I wouldve known that, I wouldve just gotten a full set. Again, this is the worst customer service I have ever received and I have been patronizing nail salons since I was a child. I am truly disappointed and will NEVER visit Black and White Nails in Bossier CITY, LA again!!!!!!!!!

Okay so I never do reviews but it was literally so horrible I have to leave a review. Usually I go to attraction nails and spa on Stockwell road, (amazing!) my nail lady was busy so I thought I would make the drive to try black n white, worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. So I get there, I tell them I want a full set of acrylics. I am the only person in there other than a few pedicures going on in the back, so I was like yes! Fast service! But I was wrong. A nice man put the plastic tips on and sat me back down in the waiting area, and said A nail tech will finish up shortly. soon after loads of other women come flooding in and they start taking these other ladies before they finish mine! I literally sat with half finished nails for an hour and 13Minutes AND COUNTING. finally a lady says she will take me. She puts on the acrylic, files them to a shape that was more oval than stiletto and when asked to file them sharper, she only filed one nail!!! Afterwards she paints them, two coats of paint, no glossy top coat at all. Earlier I had asked the man how much acrylics were as he was putting on the tips an hour before, and he told me 30, the lady charged me 35. I was like whatever, f*** it I just want to get out of here. Day 2 of having my nails and the pinky nail pops off. I called them demanding a refund and they offered to fix it, no new set, just to fix the one nail. Literally don’t go here it’s the worst.

They fixed a hack job ser from another salon and gave me such a good experience.

I think there are more nail places then gas stations, but most are the same ole same old. ive been to black and white twice.the better way they do things and the things they can do that others dont make them my choice.
