I drive a Nissan Altima. I simply just want to get a oil change and get the tires rotated. I usually always get everything done at the Nissan dealership in Springfield, but just for an oil change and a tire rotation? Grant Ford is absolutely fantastic. What makes it fantastic is that you can simply bring in your own oil and youre just charged for the labor which is $11.80 plus tax. I also get my tires rotated for free (I had purchased a road Force tire balance a few months ago which gives you lifetime tire rotation). Now thats saving money and thats what its all about. Simple and easy.

I’ve been coming to Bill Grant Ford for many years. I recently purchased a Ford EcoSport, and it is a fantastic car! Shane, the salesman, was excellent and took time to explain everything to me. The assistants behind the counter who processed all my paperwork were all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I’m grateful for such an awesome experience! Will definitely return. 🚙😎

Psa... Stay away from Bill Grant Ford in Bolivar. Crooks!! The wifes power steering went out in it is electronic! I went in there and ask them to reprogram it they called me and said its not fixable it would cost $1400 for a new part plus $600 in labour almost 2000 plus dollars to fix her car I went to another shop a plus automotive and got it fixed for 80 just needed reprogrammed like I originally said. Not to mention they still never fix the recall issues said that I had to have the power steering fixed 1st also not true. I went in there and specifically ask them to reprogram my power steering and they told me that they guaranteed me that that would not work that I would have to replace the whole Power steering. Also the park does have a recall on it and I tried to get them to recall it in they refused. They also told me was gonna be $55 then when I got my bill for diagnostics they tried charging me 75 of course I wasnt having that so I only paid 55 but I like how they try to up charge anyway they can. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with the dealership I mean I know there usually worse than the small-time shops but my GodDecent honest mechanics are hard to find these days.

I have had my vehicles serviced there for years with great service until recently. My f150 was being checked out because the service light was on. After being there one day the service dept. Called and said they needed to remove the valve covers to find the problem. After talking to me then my extended warranty agents they said they couldnt pinpoint the problem but that I needed a whole new engine for $7,000.00. Really! After 141,000 miles. They called my warranty agent then called me. My warranty wouldnt cover the replacement without knowing why. Is that so hard for professionals to figure out! Needless to say, warranty agent called me then I called Taylor at Fords service bay. His response was look I am too busy to deal with you and your warranty guy. Really! I called back and told them to put my truck back together for pickup. Within 2 hours I traveled back to Bolivar, picked up my truck and now it is in a local auto shop with a master certified mechanic. Positive side to all this: Im replacing all three of my Fords next year for new ones, but now Im going Chevy instead of Fords. Thanks for making my decision clear.

I called Bill Grand Ford Service because I had a recall notice regarding the airbags. I was told that they would have to order the parts and they would call me when they were in. I finally got the call and scheduled to drop off the car to have the airbag recall service done. Got a call in the afternoon that it was done and went to pick it up at the end of the day. I was told that they could not finish the job because they needed parts! I asked what still needed to be done, but they didn’t know because the service manager was gone for the day. So, months later, I got the call that the parts are in again and I repeated the process. Again, when I went to pick up the car, they needed more parts and would call me! I have not received a call months later and I’m still getting notices from Ford and Bill Grant that I have an outstanding recall on the airbags. Take note that the recall is for the airbags possibly shooting hot metal shrapnel into the occupants if they go off. During that same period of time, I noticed that the pinion seal was dripping. I contacted Bill Grant to fix this issue and they said they could replace the seal and top off the gear oil. I told them that I wanted the rear cover pulled off, the rear end checked out, and all new gear oil installed (I paid a lot extra for this because I wanted to be sure it was ok after losing some gear oil). That repair seemed fine until months later when I happened to get caught in a rain and had to put the convertible top up. I heard a whine coming from the rear differential starting around 60mph. I explained to them that I didn’t hear this sound at the time of service because I couldn’t hear it with the convertible top down (it’s always down) and I had them check it out again while it was in for the airbags for the SECOND time. They said that they found nothing and weren’t concerned about it. Recently, that sound turned into a grinding sound. When I checked it out, the pinion gear was binding because the pinion nut was too tight and I also found that the ring gear is scarred up. So, this ring gear damage either happened before they worked on it (never been taken apart before) and they didn’t catch it when I told them to take off the rear cover and check it OR it was caused because the pinion nut was too tight and caused pinion bearing failure after they replaced the pinion seal. Take note that this car had less than 30 thousand miles on it when this service was done. Bill Grant Ford owes me ring + pinion gears with bearings etc. I guess its not possible to get the airbag parts in as there is still no call from them for the THIRD time.

Best Customer Service after the sale! Service Department, Parts Department and Body Shop are great to deal with. And there is no pressure in the Sales Department! I have purchased 4 new trucks since 1997 on just a handshake! Once I cut a lower radiator hose on a pickup out of warranty and it was on a Friday night. They didnt have a hose in stock. And the Parts Manager contacted OReilly automotive parts store and found the correct hose for me! And even arranged for OReilly Automotive to deliver the hose to me! Now thats Great Customer Service!!!

Will NEVER go to this dealership again. Tried to buy a car from this dealership today. Salesman was rude and very disrespectful to us. He didnt shake our hand, didnt tell us his name, didnt ask for our name. Was not offered a seat to even discuss the purchase. Spent less than ten minutes with us, offered us $5,000 lower than trade in value, (without test driving our car, or even looking at it). When I questioned his price he Roughly shoved my keys in my hand and rudely walked off. I have bought many many cars over my years and I have never been treated so horribly in my life. We did not deserve to be treated so badly. What happened to good customer service?????

After taking my car in for repairs I spent a considerable amount of money and had to take it back in two days later for the same issue and be told it would be $1000 more to get it fixed. The cars cruise control also stopped working after having the other work done.The only positive was getting a decent price on a car Id purchased a few years ago.

Convinced this dealership does not want to sell used trucks! If you can get someone to give you keys to look at a vehicle they will expect you to come back later with cash!I went in today with pre-approval of $40,000 to buy a 2011 v10 truck. This was my second visit to this dealership today and both times the salesman couldnt be bothered while he ate lunch to walk out and show us the truck. The second time my wife and I had to go inside to ask for the keys. The salesman appeared to be put out by the fact that he had to actually move to give us the keys. As my wife and I went out to look at the vehicle he stayed inside eating his lunch. After my wife and I decided this was the truck for us we went back inside make a deal. This really put out the salesman because he had to actually stand up and walk outside to look at our 2006 Mustang to assess trade value. After looking at the Mustang we negotiated a deal for 12,500 plus the trade in. We went back inside to start the buying process and the salesman asked so you gonna pay with cash or check?. We told him we had a pre-approval and he said well I dont even know how these work and again seemed put out by having to walk to the back to talk with someone. When he came back he told us Heres the problem, we arent authorized dealers for Capital One. We only finance through Ford credit or one other bank, then he plopped back down in his beloved his chair. There was prolonged silence and I finally said if you dont want to sell the truck give me the copy of my title back, to which he did. When my wife asked about getting finance she was told we dont even have anyone here today that can do that. Even though there were 2 other people in the building.Not once during this experience did anyone offer to look at financing, show us the vehicle, or seem even remotely interesting in selling a truck. Instead several comments were made about how the dealership wouldnt even be able to get it inspected today. I have lived in the Bolivar area for over 20 years and never once have had someone in sales be so stand offish. I will never go back to Bill Grants dealership!

Bill Roberts Chevrolet has the best sales & service in Bolivar. If you must have a Ford GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Ive lived around the United States (go Army) and I know how customers should be treated at a dealership.

The price was good but the product was defective. Never had a car that the heater went completely katputzed at about 50,000 miles. At almost the same time the drivers side window went out as well the night before a rainstorm was to hit.... I got wet the next day. To just find out what was wrong with the heater the service dept wanted to hook it up to their computer and charge me just to begin $60. I went to another shop for both repairs and I am thinking that that $60 would have been about $750 in the end. Not happy with Ford products!! And not happy with Bill Grant Service Dept!!
