I’m not one to write many reviews but I was compelled to from my experience. I’m new to the area and have looked at a number of apartment complexes in the last week plus. I was blown away and super impressed by how clean this entire complex and community is! The location cannot be beat but what I was most impressed by was the young woman who helped myself and my fiancé. Her name was Carly and she was not only knowledgeable about the area and helping us compare options, but she was extremely personable. We were treated as if we were family and to me you can’t teach fantastic customer service like that! If you go, ask for Carly!”

I’ve been living at Camden since 2016. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Jen always goes the extra mile to help me whether it was regarding my lease or any service I may have needed!

Crystal was a true professional throughout the process. She was very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. Camden is lucky to have her. She is a true asset to the company.

We signed our lease in June 2021 and from the beginning, Carly and the management staff have been more than helpful and have gone out of their way for every request we have had so far. We highly recommend The Camden.

My boyfriend and I will be relocating next month. We loved our time living at Camden Boca Raton. Jennifer was so kind and helpful processing our paperwork. The entire office staff and maintenance are wonderful. The building is absolutely beautiful and kept spotless. We definitely recommend Camden Boca Raton!

I have only resided here for only a few months and I must say that this place is the best apartment community I could have found! It’s clean, perfectly located, and I love the parking garage! The entire staff is amazing! I especially want to thank Jen Dase for all the assistance she’s provided me in selecting the perfect apartment and helping me getting settled in. FYI- POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY STAFF!!!Building isn’t safe, gates always broken for everyone to come in. Security cameras not working. Packages stolen constantly in the mail room. Holes in the ceilings with wires sticking out. After living here for a few years I am moving out at the end of the month after they raised my rent 400.00. They don’t care about their tenants and won’t negotiate and LIE! Units are very cheap. Do yourself a favor and look at the REAL LUXURY rentals near by!

I have lived at Camden Living Boca Raton for two years now. This community building is one of the elite places where I have lived in my life. Aside of the amenities the building offers, and the pristine condition of the complex, the staff is incredible!From the Building Manager Meghan Troxel, and Agents Jennifer Dase, Carly Oplaka, and Crystal Perez-Colon. They have been so helpful and catered to my needs like the Four Seasons Hotel!Anytime there was an issue, it took one phone call to maintenance, and things were resolved within a short period of time!I cannot say enough about the people who run this building!

The management at Camden Apartments in Boca is first class. They are very supportive, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They are very attentive to their residents needs. Carley, Jennifer and Anthony are kind, caring, and professional. The rest of the support staff is equally great as they always take care of the building and its residents. Could not have asked for a better group of people!

Really well maintained community, was very impressed with how they turned the unit over from the last tenant everything looked great. I highly recommend that you speak to Carly if you are considering moving to Camden. She is super friendly and takes her time going over all of the available units. I mention her specifically because you will find that at other communities, staff members are fake nice, or act like they are doing you a favor. She seemed so genuine and happy working there that I knew it had to be a great place to live.

I absolutely love this property. My brother loves here and it’s so much fun to visit. The staff is super friendly and the property is beautiful. I met Jen and Carly in the office and they are so sweet

This place keeps going down by the minute. And the rent is extremely overpriced for the low quality.Parking garage is not free, and at your own risk as spaces are very small first come first serve. Gates always down so it isn’t safe.Floors in the units is sticker vinyl on cement, appliances are super cheap. It’s very noisy, mailroom is a dump and packages are stolen on a regular basis and cameras not working. Check the new buildings within a few blocks and you’ll find so much better for the same money and save yourself the hassle! FYI Technology package isn’t included as stated on their website, it’s another 100/month added to your rent!

I love the Camden. My kids have lives at a few and the one in Boca is great. I love the sky terrace and the bbq by the pool. Very well kept and lovely staff

I just renewed my lease at Camden Boca Raton for the 4th year in a row! I love living here! Camden has set the bar very high. They have a beautiful property and it is maintained very well. If you ever need anything, maintenance is there right away to fix any issues, 24/7! Chris and Orlando are top notch. Very responsive and extremely helpful. If you are looking to move here, ask for Carly Opalka! She’s amazing and will take great care of you! I highly recommended living here!!

I enjoy every aspect of living here at Camden Boca including all the ladies in the office, the maintenance team, and all of the amenities! My dog loves the dog park too so the entire family couldn’t be happier here!

I am a current resident and wanted to share my experience with with the Community Manager, Megan Troxel. Recently, extensive damage was done to the exterior of my patio by a third party, it was just an accident, non-criminal in nature, but there were a number of items that needed to be fixed following the incident including fence, landscaping etc. It required the coordination of a number of people, insurance companies, and contractors. Despite the complexity of the matter, Megan and her Camden team worked extremely hard to get the work completed as quickly as possible and the patio now looks beautiful. The reason I wanted to do a review is because Megan and the Camden team could have easily taken their time, dragged their feet or made this process very difficult for me. I was so impressed particularly with Megans follow through, communication during the process and overall attitude during this unfortunate situation. It was obvious to me that she and her team really care about the residents and integrity of the community. Thanks again!!

I was able to view the apartments and since I am looking to attend FAU, its really close. The price for a 2/2 is on the high end, but since I am getting a roommate, its worth being so close to campus.Everything looked very nice and clean.. People were friendly and nice dog park area.

Jen and her staff were a breath of fresh air everytime I dealt with them. Jen’s over all attitude, professionalism ans honestly sold me on the Camden Comminuty immediately. I actually signed a lease at another property due it being a little cheaper; within 48 hours I knew I made a mistake, cancelled the lease and went back to Camden Boca. I officially move in April 15th and couldn’t be happier.I couldn’t recommend Jen and her office staff enough, just straight wonderful.Also, due to the current Pandemic, they took and take the neccessary requirements to make it a pleasurable experience. My husband and I love living at the Camden Apartments in Boca Raton! Luxury apartment living close to everything! We walk everywhere - to the grocery store, to dinner (so many amazing restaurants to choose from), and the BEACH! We have done our research in the area and this complex is THE BEST! Closets are spacious, nice in apartment finishes make it feel very contemporary, clean, and upscale, and I can’t forget to mention the garden style tub - it is awesome! We have lived here for one year in a 1/1 w/ DEN and will be upgrading to a 2/2 the beginning of March.The staff here at Camden are always polite and professional. Carly is amazing and super helpful. She is our go to girl for everything! And Chris is on any request we have as soon as we submit it! The rest of the on-site team does an excellent job of keeping the grounds clean and homey. We literally feel like we live at a resort (It does help that our current and future apartment balcony area overlook the pool area 😍).We are so grateful and happy to call Camden our home!

Just wanted to post a quick note about my experiance at Camden Boca Raton, I looked at 2 properties ( Boca Raton ) - I was really impressed with the staff at Camden Boca Raton - and wanted to thank Jennifer for putting up with all my questions as I am looking to move in a month or 2 and wanted to see what my options were/are.There are a couple other Apartment buildings around the mizner park area, and its the simple things (staff) that will set the properties apart.

Recently stayed at Camden apartments with a family member. We loved the layout of the apartment. Couldn’t believe how The grounds were so pretty and clean. Anthony had told us where to go to eat shop and Relax all within walking distance! He is definitely an asset to your Company!! Can’t wait to visit again !!

This apartment building is extremely unsafe. Internally, there have been incidents of narcotics, Baker Acts, elder abuse, larceny, battery, break-in, suicide, domestic disturbances, harassment, noise. There is only 1 elevator bank which services the entire building, so delays are consistently endless. You will never be able to reach management. This building is horribly managed and critically unsafe. We broke our lease less than 1 year after moving in. Do the research yourself, dont take my word for it. Call the Boca Police Department and ask for the police records; its all public information here. Unfortunately we found out too late (after moving in) A word to the wise is sufficient.

I have been living at Camden Boca Raton for almost 3 years! I moved from a one bed to a two last October and was stressed about all the small details. Then I met Jen Dase in the leasing office and all my worries went away. She was attentive, accommodating, caring and made me feel like I knew her my whole life. Even after signing your lease they are always there to help with anything g. The building is constantly evolving for the better including new technology for safety. Thank you Camden for making me feel at home!

Ive been apartment hunting for nearly two weeks and this is, without a doubt, the place I will move into. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by a leasing agent named Carly. She was not pushy in anyway, but rather super professional, asking questions pertaining to my needs. Beautiful apartments, great amenities and a nice and friendly leasing agent. Great location to boot. I highly recommend.

During this very stressful time (COVID-19) I needed to search for an apartment... Carly in the leasing office made the process a painless one! Despite ultimately not moving forward with Camden (it was a very tough decision) I just had to write a review, complimenting the loveliness that is Carly. She’s incredibly nice, helpful, easy to work with, and most importantly, always follows up! Anyone would be lucky to work with her. :)

30 Days after I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment, advertised rates, for the same floor plan, dropped $500 per month compared to what I was paying. I tried every avenue to restructure my lease. I wasn’t asking for my price to be reduced by the whole $500, but I did expect a little help. Again this wasn’t 9 months after move in, this was 30 days. I was told that my only option was to transfer to another unit to get a lower rate. So 60 days after moving in, I’m moving again. Repainting walls, getting rid of furniture that I just purchased (the new unit I’m taking is a different floor plan), and having people come into my home and touch all my stuff during a global health pandemic. The people taking my unit are going to pay exactly $490 less per month than I was.I want this to be clear: The staff here is great. But Camden, as a company, appears to value new tenants over current residents.

I have lived here for nine months now. Couldn’t be happier. The building is always well maintained, staff is very friendly and professional, and the grounds well groomed. The maintenance team is top notch and gets things done when they say they will. I feel very safe here and love the pet friendly community. No complaints at all!!!!!

My mom and I transferred from Camden Aventura where we also highly recommend living. The transferring process between both locations was so easy and simple. Camden Boca is everything we expected and more! Jennifer and Carly are very helpful, professional and nice.

I have to say that while not everything is always perfect, I am so grateful for the staff at Camden! A huge shout out to maintenance and the leasing staff! I would give 10 stars if I could! I am so thankful that Camden has a presence throughout the country because if I ever relocate, Id only want to transfer to a Camden property! Today, Camden exceeded and far surpassed my expectations! Thank you for being so attentive and awesome! This truly is luxury living at its finest. No doubt we are in a prime location and the building has some of the best amenities to offer, but it is the personal touches that really makes the community stand out! Drain clogged??? No worries, Jhonny is here to fix it. By the pool and thirsty??? No worries, here comes Princess or Hailey with some cold bottled water! Well done!

SUPER awesome staff, especially Carly! Very clean and stylish and by far the easiest and best move Ive ever made. The Camden is located in walking distance from all the best shops, bars, and restaurants and if you dont feel like leaving home, the general amenities make staying around home fun and just about everyone delivers here too. Also, if you have a dog, they are extremely pet friendly!

I lived at Camden earlier this year in Boca before I had to leave to LA for work and career opportunities, but I will tell you now I loved living at Camden. It was clean, luxury and I had no issues while I was there for 4-5 months. I lived in a unit with a den and working from home, I recommend that floor plan. Moving in was a breeze online and any questions I had, Princess was amazing with emails and phone calls. I am a gym rat and living so close to the LIFETIME was ideal. Being walking distance to mizner and the restaurants off palmetto was gold to me being a single man. I honestly know if I do decide to move back to South Florida, which is a real possibility soon, I will definitely apply at Camden Boca Raton and finish a lease this time. Perfect area in Boca being so close to everything, including the beach a mile away.

I am grateful for the way the staff treated me. Exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager was so kind, hospitable, and detail in explaining things. I like the amenities. The community is modern, nice, and apartments are . It’s close to the beach and everything you need. Parking is not compact and the amount of space makes it so you don’t have to worry about people scratching your car. I definitely recommend anyone needing an apartment to check this community out.

I lived at Camden for over 2 years and it was the best! From the leasing/ management staff to maintenance, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I had minimal issues but when I did, they were resolved in no time. This place is in a prime location and is clearly run very well. Would highly recommend living here.

I love Camden! Princess and Cristie are so sweet and extremely helpful! They really bend over backwards to provide the best customer service. No matter how busy they are, they always make me feel like they have time. The maintenance team is also fabulous, both extremely reliable and thorough! Recently visited Camden Boca Raton and not only was it aesthetically beautiful, but the staff was very warm and inviting. They were genuinely interested in helping me find the right apt home for me. The resident lounge, gym, pool and rooftop terrace were all impeccable. Ive visited many rental communities and this was by far the best experience ever.

The property was clean, and the leasing agent was very professional, her name was Jennifer. she was terrific showed us everything about the apartment, and got right back with us By the end of the day, Beautiful property centrally located in the heart of Boca .

I went to tour Camden Boca Raton while i was in south Florida and had a wonderful experience. Hailey was our leasing consultant and really sold the product. The community was clean and very chic. The location is perfect and I will definitely be leasing here when I officially make my move. This place was amazing!

Im moving out soon and after living here for years, Im very happy to be moving. The staff do a good job of leasing the apartments and spend most of their time doing just that. As a resident, you are either bothering them or making them work when you have a problem, which I guarantee you will have. Never returning to a Camden property again! Be careful once you are in here, the stories are endless

Camden is an amazing place to live. The staff always puts in requests when Maintence is needed . Super friendly and clean here. I’ve been a resident for two year and haven’t ever had such a great, and professional staff run the building. For any leasing needs you’re in good hands here😊

This place looks great but there is absolutely no leadership whatsoever! The management and the employees need to have more experience in how to make decisions and treat the residence like humans. Please train your employees and management better on life skills and people skills. Seriously the worst....no clue on how to deal with humans. Management, PLEASE use common sense... and your brain! The obvious just goes out the window!

Camden Boca Raton is a place that can lease apartments with an amazing experience. This experience is something they cant maintain once you finally move in. Their custom service and maintenance of the building is far below what youd expect for the price. One of many examples is the grills are barley in working order as the starters dont work. Despite multiple request to fix the starters and a leak in the burners nothing has been done. Camden Boca Raton is a beautiful community that has nice amenities/living spaces but you simply dont get what you pay for.

Elevator always broken. Kids hanging out all night. Always some sort of inconvenience! Been here a few months and elevator is always out. If I knew it was all kids living here I would never have come here. Ages 18 to 20’s mostly. Never expected that. Especially with such high rents. Didn’t know children could afford over $2000 a month!!!!!

The apartments were absolutely gorgeous. The environment is lovely. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Princess, in particular, was very understanding and answered all of my questions about the leasing with such patience. I have never been treated with such devine kindness by a staff member.

Recently toured the property and what a beautiful place! The staff answered all my questions for when Im ready to move in in spring!

The location speaks for itself and the complex is awesome. Most people typically only write when something is bad but these reviews helped me narrow down my search so I figured Id try to help someone else and post this on a few sites. I was hesitant to move into a big apartment complex but from my very first visit I was hooked. Donnie and the entire staff were awesome to work with. They showed me so many different apartments I started feeling bad. I ended up in the perfect one for me. The grounds are immaculate and amenities are great. Ive had a couple of little things that needed fixing (lights etc) and my maintenance requests are handled virtually immediately! When I get home from work, whatever it was is fixed. From first visit to move in, nothing went wrong. It was super easy, everyone is friendly and I recommend it to anyone looking in the area.ScottA

I have been looking for apartments in Boca Raton for the past month. After looking at tons of different apartments, I came across Camden apartments and I fell in love. Within minutes they found a apartment for me that was perfect! I move in next week and Im excited! This would not of been possible if I hadnt met Hailey and Princess! They made everything perfect for me, and went above and beyond with everything for me to move in! After living in other apartment building in the area I would recommend looking at Camden!

I moved into the Camden one year ago and have enjoyed my time living there. My time at the Camden Boca Raton is sadly coming to an end only because my family has grown and we purchased a home. My children who are 4 and 7 will miss Anna the property manager so much words cant describe she has treated them as if they were one of her own, we will miss her tremendously!!!!!Thank You for everything

Everything Camden Boca Raton offers is first class. The apartments, along with being new, are very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is wonderful. They make everyone feel very special, and this includes your dog. The building is located close to Royal Palm Plaza, Mizner Park and is a nice walk from the beach.

Princess was very helpful, polite and enthusiastic when I called inquiring about the property. She was also very knowledgeable and answered my questions very effectively. Great customer service experience.

Camden Boca Raton gave me the most memorable first impression when I visited the Community today! Jacline, the Community Director, was warm and friendly, as was the rest of the staff! The reception area and resident lounge are very tastefully laid out, so as not to interfere with guests touring the community and residents mingling... the modern decor and beautiful artwork make you feel like your in a palace for the wealthy and famous! The location couldnt be more perfect if you enjoy good dining restaurants as well as shopping! All within walking distance, and who wouldnt want to take a stroll through gorgeous Boca Raton?! I couldnt help but to feel excited to have encountered a great experience in reference to the level of customer service that I received from the moment I was introduced to the luxury lifestyle that Camden Boca has to offer!!

In September, 2016, I sold my home in Boca and moved to Camden Boca Raton.After almost 2 1/2 years, I figured it was time to let the world know how much I love living here . . .My house had become a depressing burden. There wasnt a month I didnt have to get some major repair or maintenance done. It wasnt just the cost (which was growing impossible to manage); it was the stress.Finally, Id had enough. Put the house on the market. It sold quickly. Id spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect apartment. And I did. What a difference living at Camden has made. Life here is so easy. And cheerful. Perfect. For me, at least. No heavy lifting.Im not exaggerating when I say that living here has changed my life in important ways. All positively.The building has lots of terrific amenities. A Sky Lounge with panoramic views, a beautiful (and large) street-level lounge (which - incredibly- includes a coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine and a gift-wrapping station. The pool area is lovely. (You can see photos of all this and more on the Camden Boca Raton website. If you visit the site, I think youll sense why Im so enthusiastic about living here.)But theres more . . .My apartment is well-designed. More closet space than Id expected in an apartment in this price range. Appliances that work. Powerful A/C, etc. I was very nervous about noise being an issue . . . noise from surrounding adjacent to and above mine. Itd been a long time since Id lived in an apartment. My memories of those years were tempered with sleep-interruption and unheeded complaints to management etc., caused by loud footsteps/music/conversations from nearby apartments None of that has happened here. The quietness alone helps make living here so peaceful.But the happiest surprise Ive gotten from living here has been the remarkable quality of the staff. On the rare occasions Ive submitted service requests (for minor things like a clogged sink), it has NEVER taken more than an hour for one of the maintenance folks to come to the apartment to make the repair/adjustment. And every repair and/or adjustment has been done correctly. (They even change light bulbs and A.C filters . . . at no charge!)The maintenance people are friendly, helpful and professional. This same can-do attitude is apparent every time I talk with anyone on the CBR management staff.Okay, you catch my drift. One last thing: There is no financial incentive for me to write all this. If reading it has helped you consider living here, thats enough compensation for me

We moved to Camden Boca Raton 8 months ago and we love our home :). We visited a lot of options but we chose Camden for two reasons. First, the location is perfect in downtown Boca. You can walk to grab a meal on Royal Palm Place and you can easily walk to Mizner Park too (when it isnt too hot). Youre closed to the beach. The second reason, its a new building so the apartments and amenities are in excellent condition. On this 8 months the staff have always been very helpful and prompt to solve any problem you have.

My friend lives here, great place with amenities that are designed for actual use! Very pleasant atmosphere in the common areas, really good coffee complimentary to the tenants and their guests . Pool table, tv room, gym, pool... amazing grilling area on top of the building!

I very much enjoy living at Camden and enjoy the extras offered to us but I never expected Dale from Camden to come and change my light bulbs. He wasnt feeling well and still made sure it was done. Very impressed

My wife and I recently moved to Boca due to a job change and were looking for places to rent in the area. Camden came up and we had a pleasant experience visiting the property. We received a quote and after several days of thinking it over we decided we wanted to move forward with renting here.When I went to fill out the application the rent for the unit we were shown and quoted was $120 more per month than it had been 6 days prior. I called to inquire about the change and this is where the experience went sideways.I was told our prices are like airline prices, do you know how an airline ticket works? They change twice a day. Yes, thank you, I do know how an airline works. I didnt think I was buying a ticket to Orlando, I thought I was renting an apartment. The next thing I was told well its not my problem you didnt apply right away, so uh, sorry about that. The entire tone of the conversation was condescending and combative.Honestly, I didnt even care about the $120, I just wanted context. If youre willing to spend $2000+ a month renting, there are a ton of options in Boca. Instead of context I got a condescending attitude and a we dont need you response from this female employee. In less than 24 hours, my wife and I found a bigger unit, in a newer building a block away at The Mark for a comparable price. Wow, that was really tough.My warning if you are thinking about renting here- if the experience when they are SELLING to you is this bad, imagine when youre moving out.

I moved to Camden 6 months ago and absolutely love it. The property is immaculate and the staff are always very helpful. The location is amazing, its great to be able to walk everywhere (which is rare in south Florida)!

Had an opportunity to stay in the guest suite at Camden Boca Raton. The place is very inviting and the staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Also in a great location in south Florida.

All the reviews were apart of a scam to have people review so they could boost their reviews by offering them $100 of their rent. I give it two stars because it was brand new when we moved here. Other than that they messed up numerous times when it came to billing processing. Then offered us lower rates after a year stay to surprise us with a $400 rent increase. Also failed miserably getting back to us when it came to understandable concerns.For what your paying your simply not getting your value back. Which is the basic concept to a successful business operation
