Very amazing company to work for. They offer great benefits and an opportunity for everyone to grow. They also treat the residents with the utmost respect and they offer community events for everyone.

Their apartment complexes are like the third world. This is the park at east ponce in Georgia.They do not clean up trash and just let it pile up.This is what it currently looks like.This is daily situation in this apartment complex. This company is total scum. Do not live here if you value cleanliness and your sanity.

Theres a reason I DONT apply to apts online and this company among others are the reason why. And the only reason I did apply is because of the current situation going on. They are quick to take your money without doing things the correct way. When you do call them (corporate and the apt complex) they dont answer the phone. I guess thieving people out of money is the way these companies make their money.

Have not returned any of my emails or my calls concerning my deposit that their company took and has not returned! But that is fine cause I hope they keep the same energy when my lawyer contacts them on everything!!! I got my proof and receipts!

Ive worked in the industry for 10 years now with 5 different Management Companies. I musssssssttttt state, working for Ventron within the past 2 years was/is awesome. When you give 100% passion in your performance, you are truly appreciated and recognize. They are very open minded to leadership and taking control in your own position. The owner of the company is very involved physically on every property. The senior team very, very supportive. Ventron is less blue color traditional and more family supportive. I highly recommend Ventron as a career than just a job.

I have been in the Real Estate industry for the past 15 years and worked with several companies. Ive been working with Ventron Management for the past 5 years and one of the things that stood out the most from the first few days with company, is the support that I received from upper management and the owner himself and also the superior customer service and professionalism everyone in the company offers. They go above and beyond to make sure that the employees have all the tools they need to be successful and rewarded for their work. We have several communities throughout metro Atlanta and they all are very in sink with each other and work together as a whole so that everybodys job is made easier. Ventron is a very good solid management company, I have worked for them for 4 years now and have always received a lot of support from Senior Management team. The owner is very hands on and involved in day to day operations of his entire portfolio. He values your opinion and takes it in consideration in decisions making. Pay is good too, which helps a lot you know?? I would recommend this company to anyone.

I moved into my first Ventron property last year and loved it. The staff was so amazing from the first day that I went in to take my first property tour. I immediately submitted my application and moved in 2 weeks later. The apartment was beautiful and newly renovated. Every promise they made to me was delivered. Each time I would go into the leasing office, I was greeted with a smile and they attended to my every need.After a year my job transferred me to a different part of town, I dreaded leaving my home but had no choice. The office advised me of other Ventron properties, closer to my new job location. I immediately made arrangements to move. I received the same customer service with my new Ventron property as I did with my first !Until I buy my own home, I will remain a Ventron resident!

Ive lived in apartments for 10 years after losing my home during the recession. Ive lived at several different apartment communities and sometimes the management team acts like they do not care. The way Ventron ensures their residents are taken care of is like no other. I really appreciate the staff at my rental office and my beautiful apartment home.

Ive been with Ventron Management for 7 years now and counting. The property that I am currently at was under different management when I first started, but then taken over by Ventron, and I must say Im happy that I became part of the Ventron family. Yes I said family because that is how Ventron makes you feel. From the owner down through HR everyone is on the same team trying to win and always working together, and for that I couldnt imagine working for another company.

Please dont ever move into any of their properties!!!! Please run. They. Dont fix anything and the hire the most unprofessional people. I stay in a property in Atlanta and this has been the worst experience. Now I have to consider legal action against them because they are slim lords! The properties are not safe and if you call corporate nobody is available. I spoke with Amanda Davis and thought my issues were resolved but they were not. I would not recommend living in any of their properties!

Welcome Home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have been working at Ventron Management for 2 months and I am working at my second property. I have never seen a company do so much to try to help people. The extreme measures that they go to to allow applicants and currents residents to have a wonderful place to live is commendable. I learned about Ventron while I was out doing Uber. The person I dropped off at home told me I would be a great fit for the company where they lived. I dropped her off and went into he leasing office and was told about a open house, I came to the open house and I was wowed by Amber and Mira. I felt like I was finally home. Similar to how the residents feel when they visit and move on to a Ventron property.I truly feel welcome here and I not only have co workers, I have family.

I was recently hired with Ventron, and I must say this has been one of my favorite places to work. Ventron has a customer service standard that exceeds all expectations. Everyone goes above and beyond theyre calling to continue to make this company one of the best to be with. If I had to describe the work enviroment I would describe it as being family orinentated because whenever you need something there is always someone there to help.

Bao, the property manager at the Park at East Ponce, is very outstanding. When there is a problem he and his team are on top of it ASAP .Not many apartments take care of their people.. I highly recommend.

Former employee and resident. Because of this experience, I dreaded getting back into leasing. They procrastinate on a lot of things that don’t cost much to address and it causes more problems long term. I hate that because it’s not cool KNOWING that you are lying to the residents that trust you. They were mad at me not knowing VENTRON and my manager were the problem. What’s also funny is that I had major problems with my own apartment thinking that because I worked for them, it’s would get addressed promptly but I had a leak in my bed room directly over my bed that lasted almost 2 weeks and it took another 3 weeks for them to fix the damage.. so why would they handle a regular resident any after? They have a “work for rent” or “marketing ambassador” program which is slavery and it’s hard to get out of once you’re there. I also NEVER got the “$100 commission” on any of my move-ins, my manager and asst pocketed that. I also worked overtime and never got paid. When I asked my manager, she ignored me.. I have screen shots but I won’t post them for now. I wish they didn’t cut so many corners on their residents AND employees, maybe things would have been better. 👎🏽

This is my third year here and .im afraid of place i lived because people run to the office and complain about thing... there gun shots all the time .some one was shot to death in building 600s.. Ive had both car broke into at difference time. then there this that pains me to know end . there are some of us who have fed the stray cats .some hate themselves so they take IT OUT ON THE CATS. IF PEOPLE KNEW WHAT IT LIKE TO GO HUNGRY MAYBE THEY WOULD LEARN TO SHARE. ITS A SHAME YOU HAVE FIXED THIS UP VERY NICE BUT AT 72 YEARS I DO NOT FEEL SAFE. I HAVE THINGS IN MY PLACE THAT NEEDS FIXING AND NO ONE HAS COME .THE HOT WATER IS STARTING TO LEAK . OH WELL ITS THE WAY IT IS.

Crooked!! I am about to email their investors, president, vice president of the company right along with cfpb. They havent given me back my deposit on a place I never moved into like 6 months ago... Tried to call flordia ext 116 and dude wants to play then I will tell the truth! The manager here is nasty and Im about to olapit with her... The laws in GA on a deposit is 30 days... Less than that if I didnt move in orsame amount of time. Im not waiting on an overdue check.. I am telling them to wire my overdue money in my account today!! Lets playRick Bellamy

I was introduced to Ventron Management in 2016 when I was a prospect at P.E.P. My leasing agent at the time was Brandee Rankins. I had just been rail roaded from my 1st career opportunity and had moved back to Atlanta job hopping trying to find my way. Somewhere during the midst of my application process I was venting about my professional life & my agent told me that she thought despite of my everyday where, if I could clean up and land a successful interview that I would be in a small but lucrative industry. She said she felt that I would do well as long as I remained humble & diligent. Since Ive taken this job I have been happy with work, my peers, my higher ups and the company as a whole. I see that Ventron takes care of their employees. Especially the loyal vested ones. I have been trying to get someone who I feel would be appreciative and would rock the position; however, I have not got that far yet. Ventron is a great company to work for !!! Im sooooooooooo thankful for the opportunity !!!

I would never move into a site this company is over again. I have been living here since August. When I moved here I was told the gates would be fixed by the end of the month. That never happened. This past weekend my apartment was the 4th apartment that I know of to be broken into in the middle of the day in four weeks. Its crazy because I live in the front of the complex behind the leasing office. The leasing off does nothing to help residents feel safe. Currently looking for a safer place to live. Reall wanting to call the news and do a story about how unsafe this place is and poor customer service.

I have called the office many times to get issues resolved and I never get a call back. Theres crime in my neighborhood, drugs, gangs, and my truck has been broken into twice. I have been trying to get out my lease and they wont let me. I have been a resident for 2 years, but after I renewed my last lease I started seeing police in my complex everyday. They are approving everyone to stay here recently and the quality of the residents has diminished. ALL I WANT IS TO BE OUT MY LEASE AND TO MOVE!!! VENTRON DO YOUR JOB AND MAKE IT HAPPEN.

I have had NOTHING but issues this place is a fkn nightmare. Stay away from any property managed by them. Carpenter bees burrowing in dead wood are just the tip of the iceberg. The worst part of all is the customer service or lack there of that YOu will surely receive when dealing with their properties.I have had some of the nastiest interactions with these women they are all trifling as hell. I am so glad to be done with Ventron management they can suck it. I opened a complaint with the BBB on them and I will do my due diligence to ensure that NO ONE I know personally will ever rent with them, not in the state of GA. Too many trifling black women in their offices. TRIFLING self hating black women who have nothing but ego to give absolutely no self respect, or courtesy at all. I hated every moment of dealing with them. Sharmeekia AT THE WALK THROUGH told me a story about how she went out to some party with Powder Thats the kind of leasing professionals they have their. She was too lazy to walk to the front of my unit to perform the walk through bc the trolley cart wasnt there. lazy nasty women, I will never live at one of their units again.I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS. Your agent was too lazy to walk to the front of the complex to perform the walk through, but she happily told me about the cocaine party she attended. DISPICABLE AND DISGUSTING. NEVER AGAIN. THE MOST TRIFFLING BLACK WOMEN I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. KIPPIE INCLUDED.

I have been without ac in apt for going on 3days tomorrow will make 4. I have been complaining about this issue for 5-6 months. I am never late on my rent a good tenant. Why cant the air be fix. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IB THE WORLD TO STAY IF U ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO STAY THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Rent to extremely high and not will ever be fix unless u show your ass literary. ... I have been calling corporate for 2days no response, i have alsi been emailing and leaving voicemails and nothing. BULLSHIT COMPANY, BULLSHIT PROPERTY. BULLSHIT STAFF

If you value you and your loved ones saftey and property you might not want to move into a apartment this company is over. There is at least three onsite officers and my apt was still broken into in the middle of the day. A 55 inch tv, two 40 inch tvs, two video gaming systems, huge jewlery box and countless other things were taken. They came in the backdoor and took their time getting the stuff. Obviously it was someone living in our building who watched us and knew how we worked. Before moving here I asked the agent if something like this happened that we didnt cause or something that makes us feel unsafe could we change apartments because I had something simular happen so to make sure I asked upfront. The Apartment manager gave me and my fiance alot of attitude and tried to tell us nothing else was available. I corrected her because I checked before we got there and they have two that are ready to move into today. She then went on to say well something must have changed even tho I had just called 10 minutes before getting in the office. After that she says its a $500 transfer fee to change apartments even tho the apartment is clearly an unsafe apartment and even if our jobs transfer us to a diffrent city we would still have to pay a fee. She said we could find all this information in the lease which we have looked over 5 times and cant find it anywhere. I have contacted the managment company and my lawyer about this because this is ridiculous. After three weekes of being told by Ventron someone would contact us we spoke to the apartment manager and nothing changed and we were told rent would go up by $200. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to apartments.

I have emailed and called the main corporate office about unresolved issues and have never received a response. I just moved out of a Ventron property because of...well...a pest infestation. The place is disgusting. Im thinking about sending out a Code Enforcement Officer.
