I recently signed a lease at Mizner court. Izzy was so helpful with showing me different floor plans, helping me with the application process and moving process. I have a beautiful and spacious one bedroom apartment and I couldn’t be happier! I can’t thank Izzy enough for her assistance with the whole moving process. This was the easiest move I have ever had and the leasing office, especially Izzy, has been extremely helpful. I was even welcomed with a “welcome home” bag filled with some household essentials like soap, paper towels, and even a handwritten letter from Izzy. I highly recommend leasing at Mizner court!

I lived at Mizner Court for two years and had such a positive experience. The neighborhood is quiet, economical, family & pet friendly. I absolutely loved my apartment. Maintenance was responsive and any issue I had was solved that day. Concierge trash was picked up on the days posted. Leasing staff was so friendly, especially Linda. She helped me move and and eventually move out. No complaints. I would absolutely recommend living here.

The apartment complex is laid out and maintained very well including the buildings and the foliage. Amy helped us with our move and the rest of the office team also provided some assistance. The team is very responsive and communicates very clearly and efficiently with the residents. We like that there are community events such as food trucks and such as well as the existing amenities. The maintenance team (especially Julio) is spectacular. We put in some service requests on Saturday morning that were not too urgent, and they came to fix it not even 2 hours after. Both issues were fixed within 20 minutes and maintenance was very friendly and polite. We really like this apartment complex so far and would recommend it to other families.

I have been living in Mizner Court Apartments since late March, and I have enjoyed my experience. The staff is professional and responsive, particularly Elle, who has been wonderful in helping us feel at home. The maintenance crew handles issues quickly and with attention to quality and detail. Mizner Court Apartments has an exceptional location in Boca - plenty to do and see nearby. As someone who moved from out of state, I could not have asked for a better place to live. I have had the pleasure of living at Mizner Court now for almost 4 years. Having said that, I can personally attest to the high quality and standard of living to be had as a resident of Mizner Court!. Whether it be the cleanliness and well kept grounds, common areas, pool or the rapid and polite service of the on sight maintenance. My residency at Mizner Court consists of both the previous and current property management I can without hesitation applaud the current property management over the previous. I was looking for an apartment for my daughter Close to her college .I called the office from ny and spoke to Izzy, she schedule an appointment the same day with my daughter and went through the apartment. my daughter fell in love with the apartment and we start the process. izzy made every step of the way so easy and we feel so comfortable working with her. My Daughter moved in and in the end when she got to the apartment Izzy left her a warming welcome gift for with an amazing sweet note m. I can’t thank Izzy Enough for all the help throughout the process. I was in ny and she Assured me that everything will be OK and not to worry so thank you easy for being an amazing person.

I must admit, I am impressed with the Maintenance staff. I have lived in a fair share of rental communities in Florida, but there is no other Maintenance staff like this. When I put a service request for anything that has to do with my AC, refrigerator, etc., they will be at my apartment so fast to address my situation and take care of it. The Maintenance supervisor Ronnie is the best, always taking care of my repairs. He is so compasionate and attentive to my to my needs, and I here the same from my neighbors. There is so many places to live in Boca, but there is only one Ronnie. That is why I chose to renew my lease for another term!

My roommates and I love living in Mizner Court! Very clean neighborhood and all of our neighbors are so friendly. Our experience applying and going through the entire process of moving in was smooth and a great experience because Elle was helping us! She made every thing so easy and is probably the most friendly leasing professional we have worked with! Absolutely astonished by Mizner Court, not only is it a magnificent property with great landscaping and walking areas but also the office staff is absolutely. They are quick to respond and are always willing to go beyond with their service. Santiago was immensely helpful he is one of a kind! He walked me through on how to schedule a self-guided tour which I loved! I am in the process of relocating from out of state and having someone who responds to your emails and calls makes everything so much better!

I’ve been talking to Santiago at the leasing office & he’s amazing! He quickly responds to my emails & answers all of my questions. He also explained the application and move-in process very clearly! The two times I have been there for a self-guided tour, the property was nicely maintained and very clean. I had so many questions, comments, and concerns and he really went above and beyond on everything to make sure all of my points were addressed to the finest detail. The world needs more Santiago’s in the service industry.

From the first conversation I had with Elle in the leasing office I knew Mizner Court would end up being my new home. Elle went above and beyond in helping my family and I feel as comfortable as possible during our relocation process from CT to FL. She gave us so much information about the community and took the time out of her day to do a property tour over FaceTime since we were renting site unseen. Her kindness, understanding, and thoughtfulness were demonstrated during the 4 month long process. I would highly recommend anyone interested in learning more about Mizner Court to work with Elle because she will no doubt give you a wonderful customer service experience. We have been living here for a few weeks now and it’s even more amazing than we anticipated. The community is very quiet, family friendly, and safe. There are amazing lake views and tons of wildlife. This complex is incredible shape and very comfortable to live in. Santiago and the entire leasing office are very professional and helpful throughout the leasing process, and the events the office puts on make being a resident of Mizner Court fun.

The community appears to be wonderful, until you actually start living there. The floor in my apt was so uneven there were literal gaps between the floor and walls, some where you could see OUTSIDE. A couple months after move in door knobs started coming loose, door stoppers and drawer knobs were falling off, and even the closet doors got stuck and I could never close them again. The landscapers only show up when the grass is well past your ankles. The pools are always dirty and ice cold. Police roam around the complex almost everyday, and in the year and a half I lived here there were at least 2 incidents of someone breaking into cars at night. Not something I expected considering location and the fact that this is a gated community. And just wait until move out. What a nightmare it was to deal with the leasing office. I cleaned the apartment professionally before moving out, there were no stains on the carpet, I filled in all the holes on the walls, etc. I asked them to do a final walk through with me present and they said they didn’t have time... now I know why. I had to chase them to send me the final statement for my security deposit, and they “forgot” to send me the check. I moved out 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. But don’t expect to get much of that deposit back, they make up charges “at their discretion” so you end up only getting as little as $50 back from that original $500 deposit (that’s why they tell you they can’t do the final walk through with you). So this was overall a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

I would like to thank Julio one of our Mizner Court kind, professional, compassionate and amazing maintenance men. I had a flood cause by the apartment above mine and he patiently worked to keep me calm during COVID and followed all the COVID precautions and then some. I then had an issue with my dryer and he first fixed it and when he saw it couldnt be repaired he asked Ronnie to please replace it for me. All during this time he followed all the precautions to keep himself and to keep me safe.I appreciate the kindness Julio, Nestor, Ronnie, Amy and the team showed me. Their Professionalism went a long way especially all Julio did with the Flood and then the dryer. Thank you for all of this and I greatly appreciate this :-).

Office staff is great! Always being quick to answer my phone calls and emails about any questions I have. Maintnece team are amazing! Always getting the work orders done the same day!

I moved into Mizner Court last week. I am very happy with every aspect of the process and the apartment. Santiago, Linda, Amy, and Elle were incredibly responsive and attentive to all my questions and needs as we moved from the initial contact through the leasing process. I cannot stress enough how helpful, kind, patient and professional the whole staff was throughout the whole process. The apartment is everything represented to me and actually more. I highly recommend the Seville model and in one week already feel like I am at home. Truly a Five Star experience from beginning to end. Also the location is mint with Park Place right across the street, a 4 minute walk from the front gate. I am grateful and beyond satisfied with the entire experience!!!

Santiago has done an amazing job with scheduling and conducting the tour, discussing the available options, explaining the documentation criteria and answering any questions we had in a timely and caring manner. He is very responsive and always goes an extra mile to help. I have been a resident here for about 6 months and I have to say that Santiago is one of the most professional workers that they have on staff. He tends to your needs even when they’re minuscule and insignificant. I couldn’t imagine having living in a neighborhood without him.

The apartments are nice, we enjoy the amenities like the dog park and pool. Second pool and gym are still closed because of COVID. The front office is OK- Chris is the best. He helped with our lease and has been really wonderful, I recommend working with him if youre interested in being here. He runs the ship, so without him im not sure if the office would run smoothly. You see him moving around all day, giving tours and getting other various things done. Hes very responsive, reaches out and wants the residents to be as comfortable as possible. They need more of him around here!Maintenance is good too. Easy to submit the request once your account is set up and they are responsive. Wished they called before they entered but I understand how it can get chaotic with a big community.The older ladies in the office need to step it up. We submitted an emergency service request when we first moved in and one of the women we spoke with wasnt very nice or willing to help us out as we hadnt yet created our resident account. We also never got a response about the emergency service request- so she never submitted it for us. Definitely rubbed us the wrong way as our toilet was overflowing. Luckily my boyfriend is handy.The people in the neighborhood are hit or miss- some great people weve made friends with, some not so great people. A few families in particular are out of control and so are their children. Not managements fault- but they should crack down on them or put pressure to get them out of here. Lots of activity at night, people walking and enjoying the weather. Might bother some but doesnt bother me.Overall a good place to live. I love the views and the location is great. Well see how the rest of the year goes!

Chris was amazing when showing the property, he was so helpful and responded quickly! I work in the healthcare field and during this pandemic trying to look for a residence for myself and my sons was difficult! Chris was so welcoming and professional and made the entire move process so easy and effortless. The apartment that I am renting is wonderful and spacious with TONS of storage space, which with two kids comes in hand. We have been here for a little over a month and love it, maintenance was also quick and efficient with the small request I had about outside lighting. I have already recommended Mizner Court to a few friends of mine and definitely will keep doing so as this is a great community to live in.

Let’s just start by saying that I’m not the easiest because I know what I want and although I might be on a budget I expect the Best!And Chris is the BEST!Looking at new places is not easy because of the Pandemic so although I appreciate the Virtual Tours or the walk alone tours offered by many other Communities, it was not very conducive to actually experiencing the space I was interested in.Chris was so kind and energetic when calling for updates and when it came to the actual tour he walked me through not just one but 2 others To give me the feel of the community and others spaces they had availableNever pushy and very considerate to my needs and wishesI now have been in my new spacious, well lit apartment for about 3 weeks and I adore itThank you Chris and Team for all you have done to make my move pleasant and easyWill definitely been letting friends know about Mizner Court

After about a month of looking for a nice place to live I had the pleasure to meet Chris who not only was extremely honest but also professional and prompt. Chris was able to do every thing very fast and well done. Chris made the process of leasing easy, fast and perfect.

Moved in at the end of January and so far I am more than pleased with the apartment community. The buildings, grounds and landscaping are all very well maintained and the entry fountain (a personal favorite) is an elegant added touch. Francisco in particular has been professional and attentive to every question or inquiry I have had. My dogs love it too! 10/27/10 - The maintenance staff is always pleasant and timely. 1/2/21 - Had a maintenance issue on NYE and Nestor arrived first thing on 1/2 to correct the issue. Whenever I place a service request, I am always glad to see Nestor at my door. Hes friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Plus, my dogs love him!

Chris went out of his way to facetime me and show me an apartment since I am unable to come see it before I move, and he made the experience easy and amazing! He kept in good contact with me throughout the whole thing and made the apartment even more appealing. No other complexes answered my calls, and one took my information and said they would call me and never did, so he stood out even more. Everyone in the office is super friendly. The maintenance workers are rockstars. Me and my husband decided to stay in the same community after his lease expired and Santiago REALLY helped us out!! Answering all of my questions or just going above and beyond when it came down to my paper work and or any concerns I had with transferring and viewing the rental. I seriously love the community and coming from nyc, its refreshing to see people being a little more friendlier down here.

Upon my visit, I was met by Christopher. I had been looking at apartments in the area. However, Chris spent the time to learn what I was looking for and took into consideration all of my needs. After spending a lot of time over two visits I felt like I had a friend in the leasing office. I chose Mizner Court for the apartment value and the professional service!

Everyone here was very professional and helpful. I went through Chris, who was incredibly helpful in finding me a great apartment. Despite the pandemic, he setup a virtual tour and took a lot of time to show me everything and help me find the right apartment. He was also very kind and friendly. I have been here for two months and love my new home.

Moving from NYC to South Florida during a pandemic was a bit daunting, but Chris made it so easy! We were able to see the apartment via Facetime and he politely and patiently answered the 1,000 follow up questions my husband and I had as we prepared to move our family somewhere wed never been to. Wow where can I start, we moved here in mid September and have been very pleased with the community. Chris showed us our dream apartment and made the process really easy and the transition extremely smooth! He is fantastic and we are extremely grateful for Chris! It’s extremely safe community right in the center of boca raton. The community itself is very well maintained and our apartment always gets compliments that inside is very new. You’ll see people of every age here walking during the day and the dog park seems like a hot spot in the afternoon. I love that we’re close to a Starbucks, fresh kitchen and fresh market. Our neighbors are really nice, the culture here is friendly which I appreciate. But the most amazing gem of this community is Santiago at the leasing office. He helped us with maintenance issues and has continued to follow up with us to make sure everything was done and was perfect! He is compassionate, punctual, professional and an amazing part of mizner court. We are so thankful for Santiago. In addition, we are SO extremely happy living here!

I have lived here about 4 years and would like to say if you haven’t met Amy in the office, you should. She is one of our friendliest Leasing Manager and always is one of the kindest people, you will ever speak with. She always speaks as if she is smiling and happy which makes us very comfortable and we then know she listens and cares.She resolves every situation quickly and also gives great advice.I would rent any time from Amy or contact her with any situation. She is extremely Professional and very smart, works very hard and really helps and resolves so much.During these times, it is always nice to get a kind word and have someone like Amy to listen and help.You can live anywhere in Boca but come here and stop in the office and meet Amy and look around and you just might want to live here.

The staff is very friendly and professional! Theyve been a huge help throughout our moving process and were always there to answer any questions we had. The apartment is spectacular looks just like the pictures its very clean and in great shape! Me and my wife love it here, needless to say we are definitely satisfied.

The COVID virus has changed many things but you can always count on the management of Mizner Court. I placed service requests last night and they were here first thing this am to take care of what we needed. Also, they wore masks and cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Very few management teams are as professional and caring as the team here at Mizner. Thank you!

Finding Mizner Court has been such a relief after being met with so much unprofessionalism and miscommunication from other local complexes. Chris was very responsive, helpful, patient, and uplifting to work with! The application process was much easier than I expected. I was lucky to receive an in person tour right before they were shut down. I couldn’t be happier with my place. It is the perfect size for me and has beautiful wood floors and a renovated Kitchen/bathroom. So far, everything has been wonderful and has exceeded my expectations. Thank you chris for making this process so smooth and enjoyable!

This place is just a joke in a nice wrapper. Over the 2 years we have been here has been nothing but interesting issues. They fix things decently fast but it’s never with a new product EVER. Our entire shower wall collapsed and instead of doing a new shower or atleast new tiles they glued it back together and said that’s all they can do. Now we have to make sure we are careful so it doesn’t happen again. It’s shocking for the price to deal with this rather pay more and live somewhere much nicer or spend less and leave boca.

When you leave the apartment you are practically robbed! the pool is a trash

My husband and I moved here from NC a little over a week ago. I had to set EVERYTHING up from NC and was super nervous because I had read some terrible reviews of other apartments in the Boca/Delray area...I stumbled across the Mizner Court Apartments when I was preparing to settle for an apartment that had a less than appealing star review rating :( ... and was overjoyed to see the pleasant reviews of Mizner!I immediately called to talk over my options and was met with Chris on the phone. He, and Ellie (on a different phone call), helped me get the apartment we currently live in now and we couldnt be happier! :D (We have a Valencia)Doing everything online was daunting at first, but turned out to be a BREEZE! I called with a million questions for about a week straight and was met with nothing but understanding and politeness.Chris was nice enough to give me not only one, but TWO virtual tours of the apartment just so I could prepare for what to bring on the move!The appliances are everything they described, and make a beautiful difference in the atmosphere/aesthetics of the apartment.Overall, the move in was smooth, with no issues, and we are loving it! Mizner Court Apartments is where you want to be!(I didnt get paid/rewarded for any of this haha I just wish I had had a review like this to read while I was searching for apartments.)

Very nice place and close to everything. Maintenance personnel are EXCEPTIONAL!!! Friendly and courteous. Responded to a service call within a couple of hours. Very pleased with my new apartment and community.

I had some work done by maintenance man Julio at Mizner Court In my kitchen. He did a great job fixing my sink. He was professional, and did excellent work.

“A great place to call home” The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend any problems that arise. The ground and facilities are kept clean everyday by friendly courteous workers.the workout rooms are open 24/7 and rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely and good schools around

Ive lived here for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about the overall experience with special thanks to the staff. The property manager, Francisco, has done an outstanding job of keeping the property well maintained and managing resident expectations. Each staff member from admin to maintenance clearly takes pride in their efforts to keep people happy, and each request is treated promptly with a smile. Very quick to fix any problem. If we have any issue with our apartment, they are here later that day or the next day. The maintenance guys are vey professional and polite. Great neighborhood. People are friendly. We love it!

I had a good experience with them. My daughter goes to Lynn University and the leasing agent was very professional and patient with her questions. He even stayed past closing hours to accommodate her requests. She says its a really nice, safe community and the neighbors so far have been pretty decent. Good maintenance. So far a really smooth experience.

Moved in April 2019 and so far so good. Very clean and nice apartments. The front office have been very accommodating so far. Would recommend.

Mizner Court is a Very nice place to live! I have lived here for three years and plan to renew! The grounds are well kept, people are friendly, the leasing office is extremely helpful and they are quick and responsive with maintenance duties. The community has great amenities and it even has a dog park! Mizner Court is by far the best rental community I have lived in South Florida!

Moving during a pandemic is stressful enough, but Mizner Court made it so easy! Chris was super great to work with and made the application process and move in a breeze!

If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming community come and meet the residents and teams of Mizer Court. :-) I love our community because of the people who work here and because of my good neighbors. The best part of our community is the Maintenance and Front Office Team. Sandro comes the most often to my apartment and does Professional, quality work. He is polite, kind and works hard to solve the issues and does it quickly and correctly the very first time. Carlos is the same and is also very good at what he does. They are always very clean, neat and Professional. The others who round out the maintenance team, Manager Ronnie, Jose and Nestor are all very good at their jobs. We are lucky to have such a quality team.As for the office team, we were all concerned when we had change of Management, but we got very lucky because Francisco and Anissa came on and took over as Manager and Ass’t. I was fortunate to know Francisco when living at San Marco at Broken Sound, where I lived for almost 6 years. He did a great job there and everyone really liked him a lot. They already make a good team. Also, the rest of our office team is very Professional, helpful and kind. WE have enjoyed getting to know Jennifer, Linda and Chris..Francisco came right in and had a brunch for all and it was fun and delicious. I am looking forward to more activities as our community lacked in activities and now they are planning more. They came in and are trying hard to make positive changes. A monthly brunch like we had at San Marco my first 5 years would be great and other activities but we have heard they are coming. We have a clean and beautiful environment, where we can walk at night and enjoy the many amenities that are offered to us. We just had our many pool and community roads resurfaced in time for the summer.I am looking forward to seeing what other changes come to our community. But, I can tell you so far I have a good feeling Francisco will do more for us.Also, as mentioned our maintenance team is the best. Ronnie, Francisco, Sandro, Carlos, Jose, Nestor and the Francisco and his team very hard for us. On a side note, when my AC blew they didnt just nurse it along the next day I had a brand new AC and a temporary window unit to keep me cool. Now, that is A+ service.

Very nice property. Pet friendly community. Centrally located- very convenient area next to work place, shops, entertainment. Its a well managed community with a great staff, It could have been best if there could be kids play area.

At the beginning, there were some issues regarding to my international qualifications to prove my income. It took two weeks to solve it, but actually Megan was really helpful, patient and supportive as well as the manager Teresa to find flexible solutions for me. Its a nice, gated(sometimes) community.

If I could I would give this place no stars. Stay clear of this place. They will charge you for every little thing, trust me. Go down the street to Delray and find apartments for much cheaper. Over priced dump, my apartment there had cracks in the flooring, neighbors always in your business cause the apartments are so close. Total wreck

Horrible experience. The day we were supposed to move in we were told to come back the next day because the apartment wasn’t ready. I lost time form work and we had to pay the movers double. I wasn’t even offered any type of compensation for this. When we did move in the next day there was no ac or hot water and the apartment was infested with lizards and insects. The office assistant manager is rude and helps with nothing. As for the community itself there is nothing special. The police are on the property every day. There is no place for children to play but there is a dog park. I also found out that there was a murder a few years ago. I can’t wait to move out I only moved here because it was across the street from work, but I’d rather commute 20 miles than live here.

Nice safe place! Peaceful and on the water. Sidewalks all around the community for walking!

I recently just pick Mizner for my new home for me and my family couldnt have pick a better place Im so happy . Beautiful views and a beautiful apartment. Our leasing professional Megan B. was extremely helpful throughout the whole process . Anybody whos ever moved knows that its a stressful time specially if youre moving from another state I cant thank Megan B. enough for making this so easy we are truly excited . She answered all our questions communicating was 100% she definitely made this experience phenomenal and seamless . I would highly recommend working with Megan B. If your looking into Mizner!! Thank you !!

Great experience so far - Great amenities, safe, good location.Had some issues that they are working on fixing. Hopefully will get that resolved asap :)Edit: All my issues were promptly resolved by Ashley and Megyn, excellent team - am in the process of renewing. Couldnt be happier.

I recently moved into this complex, and Im loving it! The service from the start was great, very efficient and professional. Even when my apartment had some minor issues when we moved in the team came immediately to solve, everyone is very friendly from the staff to the neighbors. Plus they were recently renovated! If you are looking to move in be sure to ask for Yaad in the leasing office!

I see a lot of negativity from other people, but I love this place even if I have to pay for water ($10-$15). The front desk people are very friendly, and repairs are done in no time. I also enjoy paying the rent through their website.The abundance of lizards outside the apartment means its extremely rare to see a roach, and they have reliable pest control. The apartments feature full-size washers and dryers, I like the marble counter-tops, and the location is pretty good.The construction has been annoying, replacing all those ceiling tiles? Come on! I also wish the lawnmowers didnt mow the lawn at 7am or 8am on a weekday, not all of us work 9-6, I work from home and like sleeping during the day.Another thing is the blinds, they do not shut down the sun the way blinds do in Las Vegas. I had to buy a sleeping mask for this.But other than that, its a good place.
