Amazing location lots of places to eat, shop and hangout. Apartments are small and old but how much time do you really spend inside? The amenities (pool, workout facility and game room) are amazing. The staff is all super nice.

We just move here 3 weeks ago. The area is beautiful no doubt. However, the management is horrible! I understand that it takes time to coordinate things with maintenance crew but we have been asking the office and also went online to req repair. Nothing is done. Our toilet at master bath still leaks and noise from the leak; our oven vent is not installed; I have been asking for repair for 6 days now and I was promised today and again each day it will be done today! The elevator stink so bad because of dog pee, and the trash chute is full of trash on the floor.It’s supposed to be a classy place here in boca but very disappointed!

It’s the most wonderful area in Boca, for sure! Beautiful and walkable, lots of restaurants, spas and other activities. And the beach is only 1 mile away. The community is under renovation, it looks even more fantastic! The apartment is very bright and spacious. And the staff is awesome, they are always there to help you with anything.

I love how friendly/dog friendly everyone is and how convenient everything has been (beach, town, dining, shopping). There is so much beauty surrounding this area and spectacular views. Our floor is friendly and quiet.

I absolutely love living in Mizner Park. My husband and I work in restaurants right downstairs, and it doesnt get any better than taking an elevator to work every day for the commute! It is so much fun being able to live where all the action happens, and it is so beautiful.

The Mizner Park Apartment Staff is by far the best! when ever there has been an issues the building staff has always solved the issues in a timely manor.The building maintenance staff is efficient, responsible, caring and most importantly gives quality service.The front desk concierge staff is quite pleasant, responsible and always willing to be of help.The leasing office staff has always been topnotch in every way. The staff is always helpful, pleasant, responsible, caring and available at a moments notice.The Mizner staff demonstrates great care for the residences comfort, building condition, safety, environmental issues, as well as for creating a unique Boca life style.Hats off to you all!Thank youBB

I love living here! Great location, lots of amenities and walkable to everything in East Boca. Gables staff have all been SUPER!!! Looking forward to our new Gym and Clubroom to open!

I was excited to be moving into these apartments, however after living here for the past six months I cannot wait to move out. Im not sure where to begin so here is a list of pros and cons. Pros: The location is great, and the view from the pool is nice BUT thats about it. Cons: I have been living here for six months and the leasing office still has not given me access to the phone system to buzz anyone up though I have asked repeatedly. The trash chute is backed up past my floor regularly and residents leave their trash in the trash room on the floor. Sometimes the lobby reeks of rotten garbage for days. If your room is on the east side of the building be prepared to be kept awake by cars in the garage passing by and trucks making deliveries below. If you have ever been to Mizner you know parking can be a problem. The leasing office only gives one parking spot per apartment even though there are plenty open on the 1st floor. If you have two cars one has to hope there is still parking available on the 3rd floor. I had high expectations when I moved in but unfortunately I have been let down and I would not recommend living here.

We have lived here for 4 years I have always been happy with the LOCATION you cant beat going down the elevator and being in the middle of mizner. Our unit is updated one of the best in the community. A lot of units are old style carpet throughout old 1990 “Euro” cabinetry and Formica style counter tops along with old appliances. It’s a shame they can’t bring the whole property up to task since we have so many newer properties to chose from. We are leaving going to a new place but we will miss the location along with Levon and Robert they are the 2 people that make living here special besides the location. Move here you will enjoy the location along with the things to do the negatives are no real amenities besides Mizner park.

Im a tenant on this place for 4 years, always paid my rentals on time with auto withdraw. Last month, the office made a mistake and overcharged me. Promised to fix this month and surprisingly, the auto withdraw was expired and now they are trying to charge me a 200 late fee. Thats insane and ridiculous. I spoke with Karen, The manager at the office, and the issue was not resolved. Im very disappointed and Im having second thoughts on renewing my lease. What a shame!!!!! SR

We have been here at Mizner Park for over a year now and overall have been happy in living here. We really enjoy being close to all of the activities the Mizner Park area has to offer. The concierges are very helpful and friendly.

I dont normally write reviews, but i would feel like a horrible person if i didnt in this case. I will not be a silent victim. I feel a moral obligation to let everyone know that the mizner park apartments are in the business of scamming you out of your hard earned money. The apartment will be advertised as a beautiful working unit, but as soon as you move in you will find yourself up at 2 am because it is 2 am and your air-conditioning is out, your apartment is flooded, you have been bitten by hundreds of bed bugs, the spotlight is blinding you in your sleep, or youre lucky and maybe it is just the bar bumping down stairs. The leasing office will not help you! You are screwed! Everything is on you! If you find yourself in this situation BREAK THE LEASE! To avoid it all together DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT BE FOOLED! ASK THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE! If you are reading this you are doing some research. So please let it pay off and move anywhere else.

My brother lives there. The Apartment has free rental bikes for residentials. At the top of building there are clubhouse room which is very quiet, a gym and sauna in good comditions and an outdoor pool has really fantastic ocean view.

First off...the leasing agents and doormen are wonderful. Friendly, courteous and professional. Unfortunately thats where the goodness ends. Dont be fooled by the grand exterior and the upscale location. The entire building interior is tired and shabby and in need of a remodel (or a lowering of the rents to compensate). In our apartment the carpet is fraying at the thresholds. Refrigerator trays are cracked. Icemaker does not function. Dishwasher is not attached to the underside of the cabinet so it falls out whenever we try to load it. And ants! Lots of ants. One apartment occupier on our floor is a prodigious smoker to the point the entire floor often reeks of smoke. Unfortunately he/she is next to the trash shute so there is no way to avoid the stench. The pool area is under construction. While the pool itself is clean and nice, the bathrooms are shut down and the pre-rinse showers do not work. The door is open to one to one the bathrooms and all the rust, standing water, and torn walls make it look like it has been this way for months if not years. Gym equipment is at least 10 years old. And again, the walls, carpets, flooring are tired. Rent payment. Everyone has auto-pay functionality today. Not Mizner. Know why? It is a revenue generator for them. Late one day past grace period (yeah, I know, thats on me) and you are hit with a 10% penalty! Over $200 for a first time late payment. Bottomline is the location cannot be beat and the support personnel are great. But do not expect your living conditions to match. You will be paying premium rents with average to below average conditions.

It is too bad there isnt a zero star option. My boyfriend and I have lived in the mizner park apartments now for almost a year. We have given the apartment complex the benefit of the doubt for too long. It is completely clear that these apartments are the most horrific in all of Boca Raton and most probably the surrounding area. They took us in for a tour of a model apartment which looked nice enough, but we were shocked on move in day when we realized that we had signed a lease that locked us in to this hell hole for an entire year. The general appearance of the place is enough to send most running, but we had no idea the horrible conditions we were about to endure. The first night in our apartment we woke up with bedbugs bites covering our entire bodies. The next day we called to inform the leasing office and told our neighbors about the infestation. The neighbors informed us that the bed bugs were why the last tenant had moved out. After two weeks of the apartments bug man coming and not spraying our apartment we had to hire our own pest control guy. He claims this was one of the worst cases that he had ever seen. The bug infestation had been growing for a long period of time. As we spoke with our neighbors most told us to move out immediately, and looking back I wish we had taken their advice and bit the bullet that is paying an extra two months to break the lease. Since the first night we have seen the maintenance man on a consistent basis. There were the little things like the ice machine and the garbage disposal, but then there were the things that our tougher to live with. These included the bed bugs, the washer pipes flooding our apartment, the giant spot light that illuminated our apartment through the night, and the constantly broken air conditioning unit. It seems as though everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I thought it was our own bad luck until we found most of these things had happened to residents that were locked in around us. As if there wasnt already enough to worry about, we were constantly having to attempt to employ the help of the leasing office. This is its own problem as the staff is not only useless, but they choose to be rude to you as well. Perhaps it is all the calls for help that set them off. They are tolerable until you put your signature on the lease. Your essentially signing what feels like a prison sentence. This is why I am taking the time to write this review and warn everyone who comes to see these apartments. Please do not be fooled, and do not move here!

Not worth the price. I was unfortunate enough to have very loud next door neighbors who would stay up all night partying. Me and other neighbors complained multiple times but management did not intervene. The situation did not improve until my neighbors moved out on their own will.

From the first time we were here, we fell in love. Until one day, our dream came true, today my family and I live in Mizner Park Apartaments and we are very happy.

The property management is aweful in this property. Amongst all the issue we already is having, from the appliances to how old everything is in the units...ceiling fan on one of the bedroom would not turn off. Our recent issue is something I cant ignore which is the smell of a cigarette smoke in the secondary bathroom. The maintenance manager came yesterday and stated that they need a hard proof as far as lighting that cigarette to us smelling the cigarette smell in our unit then they cant do anything about it....any right minded individual would not even say that since they dont have a clue of where the smell is coming from and as resident we can not knocked on the other units door where the cigarette smoke smell could possibly coming from and ask if they are smoking inside their units and hopefully they dont have cameras inside the units. This morning my husband woke up with the cigarette smoke smell and my 3 children are still sleeping and as advised by property management to call them. The maintenance manager came and smelt the cigarette smoke then went out to invistigate and comeback stating that it could be any of the resident in the pipeline. The most ridiculous accusation is that unless we are the one who are smoking...I replied trying to hold my laughter saying then if its us then we wouldnt be complaining...the maintenance manager also shared a story like he always rumbled some stories that in the past its the teen child was cought smoking...I thought it was offensive since I know that my children are bothered when they smell anything especially cigarette smoke smell. (My children are 3, 9 and a girl who just turned 12 years old...my 12 years old rather stay with us than go out with friends...never closes the bathroom door in the house when she uses that bathroom or never close her bedroom door also since she shares room with her 9 yrs. old sister. They mostly use my bathroom since the cigarette smell smoke could happened at anytime. When they smell the cigarette smoke smell and they need to brush their teeth they would be holding their breath while grabbing everything they need to brush their teeth in my bathroom.) Thats when I cant hold my laughter anymore and thankfully my husband came to take over the conversation. Think twice before you look at this property. I hope the owner of this property actually looks at the reviews or the head of gables since the management so far has been handling this complaint in ridiculous, brainless and unprofessional manner.
