I just moved in and love it. The complex is quiet and clean. The staff always waves and speaks to me and my child. Centrally located for grocery shopping. I moved here from Texas and I feel like Im at home. Thank you.

This place is great and quiet. I love it but we are moving due to the covid restrictions here. If you’re not here for the amenities, don’t worry about it but if you are and plan on having people over to the pool and gym, don’t count on it happening. They are very strict on it and I haven’t been able to have guest over to go to the pool or gym because they’ve restricted all guest from it. When calling to see when they thought this rule would change and letting them know it is a deciding factor on if we move or not, the front desk didn’t really care and basically said they didn’t know.

This place is good for Boca Raton standards, but not 5 stars.When you first move in its all great. Maintenance is timely and guys are nice. Steel doors and fixtures are rotten. Paint is cheap and water based with tons of overspray. Car wash station is broken. Iguana infested. No cockroaches/rodents in my unit. Good neighborhood. In unit washing machines are tiny.When you have some issue to resolve they throw rules and policy at you, and are indifferent. Not as nice as when they’re selling you. When they raise the rent or you leave, it’s purely business. Just have realistic expectations.

Have friends who live there and I go fishing there!

I lived here for almost two years and half when i was pursuing my M.A. The place is friendly, quiet, and clean. Workers are so friendly and usually ready to help and assist you with any need. Amenities, such as pool, GYM, an area to clean and vacuum the car, and tennis court are very well. Also, it is a gated access which i liked to. Everything is around within 5 minutes or less. if i go back, i would never hesitate to lease one again.all best for those who work there.

My boyfriend and I only moved in a few weeks ago, but I have to say were really happy so far. The staff, especially Kurt and Jacqueline have been a pleasure to work with. Our upgraded apartment is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance calls are handled quickly. This is definitely a family and big dog friendly community. Only complaint we have is our downstairs neighbor is chain smoker, so theres a constant cigarette stench lingering by our front door. Unfortunately, you cant choose your neighbors. Overall, very happy so far.UPDATE 3/10/21****The situation with our neighbor below us has only gotten worse. The cigarettes stench now lingers into our apartment even with all the doors and windows shut. There’s no escape from it. We’ve tried speaking with management multiple times and their “solutions” are laughable. Even one of our other neighbors went to management about a completely different issue and nothing was done about it. They’re wonderful in helping with anything maintenance related, but if you have any real issues going on with neighbors etc, good luck getting help from management. They just want their apartments taken care of and their money every month, they don’t care about your overall well being.

My husband and I have been living here for 2 months and we are completely in love with our apartment. The apartment is beautiful, well finished and painted and the view is wonderful, very private. It is a gated community with swimming pool, tennis court, gym, walking trail and an incredible lake. Safe, quiet and clean neighborhood, very well maintained. Maintenance is extremely fast and effective, fixing it your apartment issue in a few hours. The leasing Office is amazing, attentive and helpful. Specially Kurt, who helped us since the beginning, making sure everything would be perfect for our move in day.Its been a good experience to live in a community where the management cares about the resident and is always looking for ways to improve, making you feel that this is your home. For us, Boca Arbor Club is one of the best places to live in Boca Raton.

I’ve been living here since March and I absolutely love it. It’s clean and quiet and whenever I have an issue maintenance is so quick to show up and fix it! Everyone at the leasing office is so nice and very helpful! Me and my husband really enjoy living here and hope it’ll be where we reside for a while!

Our home at Boca Arbor Club has been a pleasure to stay at. We love our apartment. We are in our second year and the complex is always clean. Parking has gotten much better since they have patrol at night to boot illegal cars. The leasing team are all nice especially Kurt he goes above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of. Best place to live! Staff was welcoming and helpful when I first called (and still is.) I love my apartment. Great views from each home. Maintenance comes quick no matter the day of the week. Everyone is helpful and easy to reach. Clean gated community. Warm and inviting. I have lived in Boca for 19 years and never knew this neighborhood was here! Very quiet. Clean landscaping. Gym. Pool. Tennis courts. No crime. Most of my neighbors have lived here several years and I hope I am able to do the same. Even have dog stations for my pups! I have recommended this neighborhood to all my friends. They love coming over knowing there is plenty of parking (register over night) and they know they’re in a safe area. Big rooms. Big living space. Big kitchens! The ONLY thing I would change is the shower whistling while it’s on, but I get up so early for work that it wakes me up! I love calling Boca Arbor home.

My living experience at Boca Arbor Club has been extremely positive. The Office Management Staff has always been professional and helpful in every situation. The Maintenance Team are always friendly and very efficient toward any problem or concern I may have with the apartment. The pool and grounds are impeccably maintained. I have been here for about seven months now and I have loved it all. The office staff is such a pleasure to deal with all of the time. The maintenance crew is amazing, they are at my place very quickly if I report anything and always with a smile. The rent is a bit high for the amenities offered, but you get what you get pay for. The neighborhood is amazing, my apartment is beautiful, and I feel safe in this community.

I am in my 4th year at Boca Arbor Club and just renewed my lease. The office staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The maintenance team is outstanding . Parking used to be a sore point with me as there seemed to be an increasing number of vehicles on the property which did not belong here. The solution was to retain a company to oversee the resident parking areas and boot vehicles that didnt belong here. Now that resident vehicles are registered and carry a decal specific to each tenant, the parking problem is GONE!In summary overall this is the place that cares about the renters and our quality of life- reason why I choose to renew.

My wife and I have lived at Boca Arbor Club for over one year while our condo in Boca was being renovated. Boca Arbor Club is well maintained, the management onsite is outstanding and friendly, the facilities are very nice. The property is spread out and roomy with ample parking, walking trail, spacious swimming pool, gas bbq and workout gym. When you have an issue, the front office is there for you and on-call maintenance responds in a timely manner after hours. Close to the heart of Boca Raton, the beaches, highways, and airports, Boca Arbor Club is a good place to “hang your hat” for a one time rental or as a permanent residence. Thank you Boca Arbor Club management for making our stay in this community a pleasure.

The worst place I had to deal with took my security deposit did not return it I never even got the keys to the apartment crooks stay away. Apartments are nasty no renovation is done!!!!

Its pretty great, I have everything that I need, however, the gym needs work, there is no recycling option, and its too dark at night, people cant read the signs and get lost. Other than that it is a great community to live in. Regardless of it being super dark at night I still feel pretty safe.

I just moved in late December. The staff was courteous and helpful. I have never seen a rat here. Some of these reviews are obviously from very angry people. It is a nice place to live, and after 2 1/2 months I have never witnessed anything out of the ordinary.My AC works fine and all the appliances work. The grounds seem well kept. I have not yet had occasion to call maintenance. If even a small portion of what I read in one of the reviews was accurate, I would run in a heartbeat. I am staying put.

If you are looking for a new home, Id like to share the following with you.When I visited, my initial impression was that the staff at admin. office was extremely friendly, helpful, polite, and happy.JC took me around the grounds, which seemed well kept, peaceful, and pretty.The apartment was in pristine conditions, and had a lot of light, while the club house has a comfortable lounge and modern computer room.With a lakeside view, the pool area is relaxing and has two large grills and a vending machine.After being here a few months already, I am impressed.The maintenance crew (from painters, to groundskeepers, and trash service) is top-notch. The administrative staff gives out popsicles on sunny days! The residents are extremely nice. Families, retirees, young adults, all make a very tranquil and friendly community.Most importantly though, as the first day, the administrative staff at Boca Arbor Club is amazing!

Sounds great until you move in. Then you are locked into a contract of control. welcome to apartment living is an understatement. Management is no help, there are always new rules and regulation coming out that just make life difficult. Takes way too long to get anything fixed, ( I will say, Louie in maintenance is amazing and once he is called out, will do everything to rectify it) and you will get complaints attached to your door for things like having a potted plant on YOUR patio. Im in LE, I understand rules and order...this is just a luxurious prison..a very expensive prison.

Some issues when I lived here but overall it was pretty good. Rent was low compared to nearby communities. The gate is a joke though, half the time the code can be guessed or it was broken. They were quick to resolve issues, they were pretty flexible. I wouldnt say theyre the best but theyre definitely not the worst. The apartment did smell funny when I first moved in and they didnt seem very eager to keep my business. But overall I cant complain. Its a beautiful community, a great location and the apartments are well designed.

I have lived in Boca Arbor Club three separate times since 2004. My latest time there started in June of this year. I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone is. any time I have ever needed something done it is taken care of immediately. The location is the best, the grounds and pool are immaculate, and Louie the maintenance man, is always around to say hi too.

My husband, 2 dogs and I have lived in Boca Arbor Club for almost one year and have enjoyed living here. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and pups love taking walks around the pond several times a day. The even have Doggy Stations around the neighborhood so the grounds stay nice and clean. The staff in the office as well as the maintenance crew are very personable and even know me by name! Any issues you may have get addressed quickly. I especially enjoy the $5 pizza nights that they offer! That means I dont have to plan dinner for that night! LOLMy building is quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. The grounds in the front of the neighborhood always look manicured however the only thing I think they can work on is keeping up the grounds around the apartment buildings not near the office, i.e. more mulch, more lighting and better maintenance of the areas behind the buildings that are located on the pond. They have begun to renovate the inside of the apartments, which is great. The kitchen cabinets in my apartment could use a facelift- but overall the kitchen was fine. I have never used the pool so I cant comment on that.Overall, we have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone interested in apartment living.

Disappointment; I moved from out of state, not what I saw on line. The apartments are not all upgrade per the pictures. The prices they give you DO NOT include OTHER fees (like trash pick-up from your door step- not an option they just charge) even if you never use the service, two water fees, regular trash ect… The staff nice with the except the office manager (RUDE). NOT a family-oriented community, other than the pool there’s no other area for kids (if you have pets is perfect everything there for your pet). They just renovated the club house/office (seen in perfect condition) instead of adding a playground. Was question who comes in and out of my apartment (felt discriminated for sure). I advise that you do go see the apartments before you move in the pictures are NOT truly how they look. Unfraternally NOT feeling like home ☹ very disappointment…

To begin, the people that are supposed to help you at the front office are pretty lazy, careless, and generally terrible at their jobs. Expect a headache if you have to deal with them in any way after moving in. I cant stress that enough... they just dont care.Our apartment has been remodeled, but the painting is sloppy and very lazily done. Drip marks, uneven paint, uneven baseboards. The works.A/C units are old and inefficient as heck. Our back patio is right by a group of six A/C units so we cant sit outside, its too loud. Not that theres anything to look at out there besides an extremely overgrown abandoned golf course.We have had an ant and roach problem ever since moving in.The washer/dryer stack combo is TINY. Smaller than any other washer/dryer stack combo Ive seen AND its SO LOUD. Did I mention theyre placed in the living room? Yup. Right there next to the stacked-AC-Water-Heater (fire waiting to happen), in your living room.Please shop around and get a better value. If I could go back I would definitely not have moved in here.-Jeff

Expect for sprinkler system to damage your vehicle in every spot, high electrical because of old insulation and old-school appliances. Add $70 to base rent for trash water and sewer. At two dollars dollars per square foot this place is overpriced you could do much better!

Shout out to our maintenance crew (especially Lou, Frank and Manny)!They are the most friendly maintenance crew I have ever dealt with! They are always concerned and come within a reasonable time frame to tend to your needs. i give them an A++.Lou came, while it was raining very hard at the end of the day to check up on our A/C. Despite the rain, he got soaking wet just to ask, Hows it working, everything alright? A Great Place to call Home. Office staff and maintenance are outstanding. The pool looks over the lake. They have gas grills at the pool. I can work out in the gym which is open 24 hours. I dont play tennis but they have two courts. They even have a car vacuum and pressure washer for the car. The clubhouse has a internet cafe with mac computers and printer. Although i dont own a dog, its nice they have pet stations throughout the grounds. The office even has a cappuccino and espresso machine for Residents. Im here 4 years and really like the community.

The staff does their best to accommodate to the needs of the community and they are always creating events that help bring energy to the complex. Grounds crew and maintenance crew are always friendly and the community looks and feels great.

Complex is nice, but they started updating some empty apartments in the complex so they raised the price of everybody’s apartment so I’m paying the new apartment move in rate while my apartment is falling apart. Final straw was this morning I come out to find my work truck with a boot on it, because I forgot to take a magnet that is 1x1ft off of my door. I even have the sticker that everyone else has saying I can park in here. So thanks for the upcharge.. glad you guys are so thoughtful about your hard working tenants that you re helping me out by taking my $100 and making me late to work. Also had a bike stolen here about 3 weeks after I bought it, while it was locked up in a designated bike area. A woman was moving out when we were moving in and she warned us, but it was too late at the time. We will not be renewing our lease.

Worst community Boca Raton this is Scam company. Force tenants to pay same time utilities plus lease. with this arguments they sent to you complaints with high penalties even if you send your payments on cashier check. Apartments give you chance to community to put answer but tenants who complaint can not do it nothing this is not a fair website to clarify customer behaviors from owners. I go court thy loose but later 18 months they file on credit report i OWN money, Can you belived that. how a company can sue a person twice for same. this is a really scam company. be carefully when you leave or dont renew lease. Question for Boca Arbors how you delete my reviews ? only fakes goods ones??
