Vie Villas is an amazing place to stay. I joined the Vie Villas community back in 2018 and they have always worked with me to ensure that my stay was pleasant and always exceeded expectations. I loved communicating with the staff and they were always on time when it came to maintenance repairs. I truly have enjoyed my stay at Vie Villas and Johnny and Yvette are amazing people who always has exceeded expectations. I highly recommend that if you are searching for a place to stay, VIE VILLAS SHOULD BE YOUR #1 OPTION!!!!!!!

This community is very well run and the staff are incredible. Would really recommend this place as a great place to live especially for college students.

Vie Villas is in a great location and the townhomes are well maintained. Our sons love the proximity to their schools and amenities. Perfect for college students. Yvette who is the General Manager deserves a raise! Our initial admin experience was not great which is the reason for the 4 star review, but once we got in touch with Yvette she made sure she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and get any outstanding administrative issues resolved. She is the reason for the 4 stars!

Yvette the office manager is extremely helpful on anything needed. She calls you immediately back and helps out with anything needed. 5 stars all the way!!

I love this place a lot because the shuttle service is fantastic and the maintenance is on top of everything. So, if anyone is looking for a place to live I highly recommend this place.

The new manager Yvette was very helpful in resolving the situation we had before moving into Vie Villas. She answered every e-mail and phone call. She truly is looking out for the tenants of the property. The location is great for FAU students.

After searching for many months we finally chose a student housing complex in Boca Raton. We visited Vie Villas Twice and kept going back there. It’s there we felt The most comfortable to sign a lease for our son.One of the most important reasons was our interaction with The new property manager Yvette Smith. She was so kind and informative and the most sincere of any of the property managers we met at other locations. We highly recommend this property to any student and worry parents.

At the beginning of my lease I never received the apt even clean, If you are looking for privacy don’t move here, I always had problems with their lack of organization they grabbed my roomates personal things and moved it to another apartment without his consent, Bad management, they will go in the house just to find excuses to charge you a fine and if you are international they won’t care to try to work things out with you, they say they have the right to go in your house when ever they want, they will try to get your money from your deposit in any way possible not worth for the price of rent. If you think of moving here think twice.

Johnny is one of the reasons I renewed! He is very helpful and quick about fixing anything that you need! He makes living here a good experience because he gets to know all of the residents and accommodates all their needs.

If you value safety AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. There was a squatter/criminal living on the premises for 3 months. She stole a washer dryer as well as bedding from a model home. Nothing could be done because of the covid moratorium. Security here is terrible. No cameras and no guard at night. They also never answer their phones, even during an emergency.

I love it here at vie villas, Johnny the Maintenence guy is awesome and helps me anytime I need it ! Literally even when he’s off work, he’s constantly busting his butt to get things done and just over all a super cool guy! Thanks Johnny for all your hard work!

The houses are fine, the items break but the maintenance guy is super good and fixing them and being on track. The security personnel are really friendly and nice. Overall the facilities are ok but the people are nice.

A few hiccups when we first moved in, but the office team made an excellent recovery in getting things right and communicating effectively. This has been an excellent spot for our needs as we were in-between a long-distance move and needed a large townhome to rent during the pandemic. We are happy with the property, location and school system (albeit temporary) and easy access to all points Boca—we have recommended Vie Villas to other families in a similar situation as ours. Special attention must be made to Johnny and Mike who head up maintenance and transportation on property. Both of these gentlemen have gone above and beyond in assisting us with multiple questions, concerns, texts, etc., we are glad to have met them both and appreciate their help and hard work.

A great community to live in overall! The staff and amenities are great especially Johnny. He is always out and will help you with anything you need!

I wish i could give no stars. This is the worst place ever. Josie and Johnny are probably the only helpful and understanding ppl there. The rent is ridiculous especially for college students. You’re better off just renting out a regular apartment not student. I read another review about how horrible it is and how money hungry they are and i completely agree. I never was notified about a “$1000 in concessions”. They only stopped the late fees for about 2 months. They threatened to mess up my credit if i didn’t pay in full my balance for rent and this was the beginning of when COVID hit. Just totally don’t care about you just money. I would never recommend anyone to live here honestly.

I’ve never had a harder time trying to get a hold of a place. You would think since I pay over $1300 a month to live in a subpar community such as this, I would be able to get a hold of the people I’m renting from, but no! I’ve had to leave my apartment unlocked before because their electric locks poop out quite often, it’s already happened to me twice in the span of a few months, and I was not able to get in contact with anyone for days, I had to track down the maintenance guy cause I just so happened to see him walk past. On top of that my garage stopped closing and I also had to leave it open because once again I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I went to the office multiple times and there’s never anyone there, even during office hours, and don’t even bother using their phone number because it may as well be out of service. To see the very least, they are extremely unprofessional in how they handle their business and you’re paying all this money to deal with endless problems that you can’t get fixed because you can’t contact anyone! Let me save you the trouble and tell you before you even look into living in this place, DON’T!!!!!

I enjoy living here. The people who work here, especially Johnny (maintenance guy) are really nice. However, there have been soo many problems with my unit since moving in. Johnny is always super fast to address our issues but I feel like no matter how many times things are fixed more things continue to break. Overall I think it’s nice but I wish the appliances in the units were better quality.

I am so excited to move in to one of these beautiful townhouses. The renovations of they did on this community are incredible. I am so excited for the gym to be finished, and to take a swim in the pool. They offer a shuttle to and from campus which is free to use! Tons of community events month to month. This is a student community, so keep that in mind. Us students will be doing our student stuff, dont mind us.

Avoid this community by all means. They try to make you pay twice or triple (even quadrupled sometimes) for the utilities and when you ask for a proof, they dont send it to you. During the coronavirus quarantine, they say that you can pay later and after they charge you for late fees. All they are interested in is money, they dont care about their residents. They threaten you to demolish your credit score when you dont want to pay for something that you already paid for. Also, the prices are outrageous (1350$ + utilities of more than a 100$) to share a house with two other roommates.The house are full of mold and dusts. During the time that I was living there I had a lot of skin issues, spent so much money seeing dermatologists and buying skin treatments. When I moved to my new appartement in Miami, a week and a half later my skin was back to normal, I have no issues at all anymore (even if I still have some scars from my stay at Vie Villas).To conclude, avoid this place for your own well-being. It will save you from being depressed because of your skin appearance, from getting health issues, from being stressed because they threaten you to destroy your credit line, and from spending a lot of time and money (which are both valuable when you are a student) trying to defend yourself against their scams and their immorality.

I recently relocated to Boca Raton from New England and in preparation of the big move, I spent quite a bit of time scouring local apartment communities to try to find the perfect fit. I’m pleased to say I found it at Vie Villas.I always make it a habit to read the reviews as part of my due diligence, but sometimes I wonder what people are thinking. I mean, do these people even live on the same planet as I do - much less the same apartment community? I have NOTHING but good things to say about the way I have been treated. The management team has been extremely helpful and attentive and quick to answer any questions. (They even told me about their favorite place nearby to sing karaoke! Neil Diamond eat your heart out!!!)The facilities themselves are outstanding. If there was any problems before, there are no sign of them now. I urge everyone to come see for themselves and fight the urge to buy into the nonsense you might read elsewhere in the comments.Come call Vie Villas your home. You won’t regret it.P.S. I’ll see you in the karaoke line!

An amazing group of people to work with! Everyone I have met with Vie Villas Boca Raton has been professional, polite and super friendly. Took a tour of the complex and was really impressed by how clean and comfortable it all is.

My girlfriend lives here and I love helping her workout at the really nice workout facility. After meeting her and being introduced to the community, I might possibly move into my own apartment here. The workout facility is much nicer than the apartment I stay at in boca right now.

First of all this is by far the best place to live in Fl. Vie Villas has the best property manager of all the places that we looked at for our new home. Louisa is as an absolute charm to work with, her southern hospitality and charm is what made our decision. We couldn’t say more about how awesome she is!!! If you are looking for a place to live in this area this is where you want to call home. We love everything about Vie Villas especially the accommodating staff. I would give this 11 stars if possible!!!!

This place is awesome. The new management team is great and always quick to help with any issues that might arise. Honestly I’ve never had any issues come up but other tenants sing there praise.

These villas are beautiful, I have a friend who lives there and i am always there to visit her and i absolute love the place. I was going to move-in myself but its crazy expensive and unaffordable for students. I wouldve happily moved in but now i have to search for a cheaper place. Im not sure how anyone who has to pay their own bills can afford this place.

Would definitely come back if I returned to the state. No issues at all, new management is seriously improving. Sad i won’t stay to see the rest of the changes but for now I’m back home in Iowa no more school :)

New management is great! They are committed to making resident life enjoyable and are willing to help anyway they can! They are constantly doing things for residents like free breakfast, and give aways.

The new management has done a great job listening to the residents and working on improvements to making this community a great place to live! It looks like there will be some exciting upgrades in the months to come! Great location and truly is living in paradise.

This is the worst apartment with the worst service I have ever experienced. I have lived here for 3 months and still do not have a working key for my room. Also, while renovating they gave us the wrong days and threw all my stuff in my closet and broke my TV (which they are refusing to replace). When I moved into the place it was completely dirty and looked nothing like the models they show everyone. They are incompetent at best and I would not advise anyone to live here!

Just like anything else - look a little deeper!! This is a really great place at a fantastic location with one of the best staffs you will ever come across. One tenant did not follow the rules and could not understand why there might be consequences to their action/inaction. Please notice the one star reviews are most ALL 1 week ago - a few 3-4 days ago. This rule breaker recruited friends to post bad reviews with low ratings!! So now they are a dishonest rule breaker!! Rules are for all of us!! Your mama dont work here!

Since new management has taken over I have seen a lot of improvement. You can tell they really care. It’s a great layout and price for being on a student budget.

Signed my lease for the upcoming school year! I’m looking forward to living here despite some of the questionable reviews. I’ve talked to some people on campus and they said they haven’t actually heard of mold ever at this community - which is a relief. From visiting and talking to everyone it really seems like the new company that took over during last semester has done a good job and brought some positive changes! I look forward to the student life in the community and the area in general! Yay for move in day!!!

Old management was trash but new management completely turned everything around! New upgrades on everything coming soon, great location, peaceful environment. The new management listens and tries to do everything they can to resolve problems.

I just signed my second lease here at Vie. Not only do I love my home and the layout but the leasing department is amazing. They’re quick to respond to maintenance requests, are responsible with my packages, and on top of all that my property manager is beyond great at what she does and never fails to make my brother and I feel at home.

BEWARE! They are the worst! For starters, their guest gate closed on and scratched the entire drivers side of my car, windows included, while I was coming in the resident side and they not only claimed it was not their fault as per the lease, but also not one person even apologized for it happening and they argued with me saying it was all my fault. There were many many more things about the place that were upsetting but the final straw for me was that they charged me for electricity after I had moved out and paid up my last rent and electric charges. They charged me for about 10 days or so that were all AFTER the end of my lease. I paid it to avoid any trouble but for anyone else looking to rent here, I strongly advise you to be careful before you sign that lease. Look, the house wasnt bad aside from the maintenance issues we constantly had and the community was nice enough but dont let all these new upgrades fool you. Its the administration thats the problem!

Parents and students beware. If you were hoping a change in management would end with a change in how things are handled at this complex - dont. Deceit and lies abound at this place - management will tell you something but never put it in writing so they can turn around and change whatever they agreed to. They will not respond to your emails and will avoid all calls. All the five star reviews are fake - ask yourself why they sound so generic. My roommate has had many issues with management as well. It is evident that there is no regulation here. I have already moved out and left the place exactly as I found it - absolutely ecstatic to not have to deal with these people anymore. All of my peers at the surrounding colleges and universities are already aware of how much students hate living here and will not be signing a lease at Vie Villas in Boca Raton.

Vie Villas is a great option for students, especially those attending FAU. If you do not have a car, vie villas is within walking distance from FAU and has their own shuttle service (Perf for PBSC and Lynn). The newly redesigned gym and pool area is great.

I really like the management staff. They are genuine people who care about they’re residents. I didn’t give them a three because I feel like parking can be a bit of an inconvenience for someone that would like guest to visit them.

Best management team hands down, I can’t even believe they have any bad reviews. If you follow the rules in your lease, you’ll be good to go!

Thought the new management would be better but renters beware. The new management looks for ways to add fees by “unannounced” maintenance checks, excuses to fix washing machines, airconditioning etc The charges they assess can be hundreds of dollars. Parents beware before you commit
