We moved to Avalon 850 Boca 2 months ago, after living in Bay Harbor Islands, FL. We wanted to live in Boca Proper and decided that we wanted an apartment complex that was pet friendly, had great floor plans and amenities and seemed well maintained. After taking tours at several complexes downtown and in West Boca, we made an appointment to tour a 2 bedroom at Avalon 850 Boca.Our first impressions when driving through the complex to the leasing office were that the grounds were well manicured and the buildings looked well maintained with at least two maintenance golf-carts driving around (thats good sign of responsiveness to us).We were kindly greeted by a Sandy E. who was doing an excellent job of efficiently multi-tasking to greet us, take care of a current resident who came in to make a service request (whom she seemed to recognize and greet even more kindly), all while she was helping a couple get more information on the complex and getting another ready for a self-guided tour. Sandys professionalism, efficiency and kindness was already creating differentiation from the leasing agents we met at the other complexes.To contrast this, it just so happened that on the very same day at another prominent Boca apartment complex, we went into the leasing office where the assistant manager (name badge) and another employee were sitting around a computer in the office and when we interrupted them because no one was acknowledging our entry, the assistant manager said, there is no-one here who can tell you about the apartments today, youll need to come back. No-one?, I said, Arent you the manager? Yes, we just left. Not a great experience and guess what...we didnt go back! So, watching Sandy courteously and efficient handle 6 people (2 couples and 2 individuals) when the other complexs manager couldnt pull herself or the other person away to gives us a brochure, made a huge positive impression on us right out of the gate.After our tour we decided that we had found our new home and Sandy seemed as excited for us, as we were, even introducing us to one of the maintenance guys, when he came in. We really appreciated the warm welcome, before we had even finished any paperwork.Longer story short, weve lived here now for 2 months (signed a 14 month lease). We love the location (tree-covered sidewalks in a safe, quite area), weve met several neighbors and their pets. Our apartment has a great design and layout (2 bed corner with large balconies) and it sometimes feels like a resort just sitting around the pool area and walking the grounds - the pool area is huge, with great sitting areas, a clubhouse and grills - absolutely the best in Boca). As well, all of the employees that weve met have been friendly (Thank you, Sandy for making us feel at home, even checking in on us after we moved in). Any maintence request has been taken care of extremely quickly and to our satisfaction (Thanks Henry for explaining how you were repairing/adjusting the items that we requested & for giving me some great tips about places to ride on my motorcycle!). Our only wish is that the COVID pandemic would end, because we have heard that the social events put on by the staff prior to COVID were some of the best events for the community. Looking forward to those in the future. :-) We also love the improvements that the community keeps adding, like the Latch locks on the doors and buildings (use your phone or digital watch to open). The gym is well appointed and while I think it is the 2nd best Apartment complex gym behind Uptown Boca, it just adds to the complete package of amenities at Avalon 850.We believe you find what you expect to find anywhere you live, but people make the difference when amenities are the same or a trade-off between one property or another. So thank you to the people at Avalon 850 Boca for making us feel at home and a special thank you to Sandy E. for the great first impression that invited us in to learn more!

I absolutely hate leaving this apartment. Avalon 850 is a pristine, beautiful, resort-like community. The apartments are large, spacious and beautiful appointed with tile, stone and natural wood textures. The bathrooms are like 5star hotels. The staff is fantastic, especially Jen who has been incredibly patient and helpful.

Our first time renting and we absolutely picked an amazing location for our family. We have lived here for a year and just signed a renewal for another. The apartment itself is beautiful and luxurious, spacious and has the perfect amount of natural light. The spa like pool complete with cabanas a bar and grills, is beautifully maintained and makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The parking is plentiful, they are super dog friendly with a dog grooming room, waste bag stations and a dog park too! I can’t say enough about how great of an experience it has been to live to here but I will say that the staff in the office are fantastic and absolutely add to the experience. They go above and beyond to help with any of your needs and have excellent follow through. A special shout out to Sandy who truly is a gem! She’s not only professional and efficient but one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Lastly but also importantly the maintenance staff! From Marco the Maintenance manager to each of the Techs, they are always neat and helpful as well as friendly and courteous, always lending a hand or just a wave hello. If you are interested in resort type living with friendly neighbors, beautiful clean surroundings and a staff that is caring and trustworthy, this is the place to be!

We moved to Avalon 850 Boca in December 2020 and since then the experience of living here has been very good. When we were looking for a place to live in Boca, we found Avalon and Sandy (lease assistant) showed us the community and always did an excellent job helping us during lease closing, during the move, and after the move when necessary. Also, maintenance works well when needed. A few days ago we renewed our lease agreement and Feroze, the lease manager, was very friendly and helpful in providing all the necessary information on time. The community is surrounded by greenery and the location is excellent. Definitely recommend it for people looking for residential options in Boca.

We have been living at Avalon for 4 months and are extremely pleased with our spacious, well equipped and modern apartment, beautifully maintained grounds and facilities, well lit and safe parking area and most importantly, exceptional staff!! As we have always been home owners, this is our first rental experience and we are so pleased we chose Avalon after looking at other properties in Boca Raton.Special thanks to Sandy for her fantastic guidance and friendly assistance as well as her professionalism upon our sign up and move in!! Sandy always responded to our concerns in a timely and patient manner!! The entire maintenance crew works diligently to keep everything in excellent order. An excellent complex, safe and comfortable for me and my children. It has a very good gym with a childrens area, a large swimming pool and lots of parking spaces (which is very important). I would also like to note the staff of the complex, they are always polite and everything is done on time and professionally. Special thanks to Sandy for a job well and professionally done, thanks to her we made the choice in favor of Avalon.

Believe the one star reviews. Management has raised saying no to a high art. No matter what youre looking for, the answer is no. Many extra charges - you have to pay each month for storm water drainage! Ill bet thats a first. Constant turnover of residents. The absolute dregs of big corporate apartment complexes. Go somewhere else, you will be glad you did.

This place is absolutely amazing! Move-in was easy and I was able to move in quickly! Sandy helped me with everything and made it super easy and efficient! The staff here are quick with maintenance requests and get the job done right away! I highly recommend this place and the location is perfect. :)

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Avalon 850. Last week I had the pleasure of interacting with Peter, one of the maintenance personnel new to the development. He was beyond professional, took time to address my issues, and arranged a time that was convenient to fix a problem within my apartment.Today, I had the pleasure of interacting with Brittani due to some missing package issues. She went beyond expectations in trying to help me locate packages that appear to have gone missing this week. She searched the entire mail room and opened all the lockers and worked diligently attempting to assist.Because of my recent interactions with Peter and Brittani, and the professionalism and apparent willingness from both of these staff to take time to listen, not only did I renew my lease for 15 months instead of the 10 months I originally planned; but I took some time and provided feedback on some minor concerns (specifically with package issues) simple because Brittani showed genuine concern in finding resolutions. Brittani took the time to take notes, acknowledge my concerns and express genuine interest in helping.While I cannot say I have necessarily experienced the same level of professionalism and courteousness with all staff at Avalon 850, as someone in sales and customer service, both Peter and Brittani are people I would hire on my team in a heartbeat!Thank you both for helping restore some faith that people with your level of kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond still exist. Avalon is certainly blessed to have you!

LOVE living here! My boyfriend and I have been living in this community for 3 years and we just switched units. We worked with Brittani from the leasing office, she is the BEST! Always so understanding and made the whole transition super smooth and stress-free! Everyone in the leasing office is friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys are the best. Place is good with updated features. However not the most quiet of places…the top floor is highly recommended because I am stuck with hearing footsteps constantly on the floor above me, and also in between two units, both with dogs barking on a daily basis. other than that the amenities are amazing.. the pool is a must see.

Great place with a team who cares about their residents.All of the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to say hello. Maintenance is quick and trustworthy. Management wants residents to be happy- their newest addition we love is occasional food trucks brought in. The upkeep on the property has been great.

850 is an amazing place to live! I lived there for over 3 years and my friends and I continued to tell other friends and colleagues to move there as well. The game changer at 850 is Brittani in the Management Office. She was the only consistent member of this team over the years and really became our 850 Mom & Friend. She made our experience flawless and made sure we were always taken care of. She helped when my friend needed to move from a single to a double AND THEN AGAIN when we needed to move into a triple. If I was Avalon, Id be doing whatever I could to keep her there because I know a lot of residents feel the same way. She gets the job done! Thank you Brittani for all that you do and I hope you will continue to make 850 a better place to live each and every day. P.S. They throw STELLAR Christmas parties and building 10 facing the back entrance has the best sunset views around.

I absolutely LOVE living here! This is by far the nicest community Ive ever lived in! The property management is top notch, Ive never experienced such amazing service before! Britney, Sandy and Jonathan have been so wonderful! Anything I ever need theyre always there for me! They are constantly improving the community and making life easier for all of us! They have different food trucks and dessert trucks that come weekly which is amazing if we just get home from work and were tired and dont want to cook anything! I have nothing but good things to say about Avalon 850 Boca! The management is amazing, the residents are amazing, the amenities are amazing, the apartments are clean and updated.. if you can find an available apartment jump on it right away!

I have been a resident at Avalon 850 Boca for 2+ years. The community is well maintained, the staffgoes above and beyond if any small issue should arise. We just moved with the family to this wonderful community.I can’t speak highly enough about the property itself and the office management team. Jonnathan made it so easy for us from application process to move in to the maintenance issues. He is always on it. Everything gets take care of right away. It definitely feels like home. Amenities are amazing, apartments are spacious, common areas are clean and well maintained, lots of families. We love it here.

Avalon is a great place to live. What makes it great besides being very well taken care of community with great amenities is the staff. Jonnathan made the moving- in process so easy. He is also always there if any questions/concerns arise and all the issues get resolved almost immediately. The maintenance team is pretty good too. Definitely recommend it.

Ive lived at 850 Boca for almost two years now and I have nothing but great things to say about it. Great facilities, pool, gym, awesome apartments and the best part is the staff. Between the front office and the maintenance staff, everyone is always so friendly and happy to help, cant picture myself living anywhere else!!

All in all, the amenities at Avalon bay 850 are wonderful and the units are superb. The staff is usually very helpful, though some issues have arisen at the pool. I think they need to take it down a notch as far as pool regulations go. As I said though, my interactions with the staff are usually quite good, especially with Jonathan and Adan. They are very nice guys.

We moved to Boca Raton from Naples and looked at 5 different apartments and this was the one. We were looking for a 3 bedroom. I love the style of the apartment and the pool area is absolutely beautiful. The move in process went so smooth with Sandy and Jonathan, they were so helpful. The apartments are set up with different color schemes depending on the building and Sandy went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. When moving in anything I found that needed to be fixed or looked at the maintenance team was on it and they call to set up a good time to come to the apartment. I had a lot of boxes to check for what I was looking for and this place checked those. The apartment complex is very dog friendly and they area feels really safe.

Weve had a great experience here so far here at Avalon. Coordinating move in was super easy with Sandy one of the community consultants! She went above and beyond even staying a few minutes after close to deliver our keys when we were running a little late. The property is very clean and staff is attentive to repairs. Totally recommend!

Have been living at Avalon apartments for a few months and couldnt be happier. I think everything started off on the right foot thanks to Sandy in the local sales office. We need to move very quickly into an apartment and Sandy was super helpful in expediting all of the things we needed to get the apartment we wanted. Sandy is not only helpful, but friendly and responsive to phone calls and emails.The 2 bed 2 bath apartment is very comfortable with amble closet space and a good sized kitchen. The common spaces around the apartment building are well maintained, the garbage cans are always emptied, the hand sanitizer stations are always full and the general garbage and recycling is easy to access. Unlike other places we considered before selecting Avalon, the parking at Avalon is abundant with plenty of guest parking too.There is a nice walking/jogging trail around the lake which measures exactly 0.25 miles, so good for running specific distances. The dog park is clean and not too busy (would be nice if the fence was higher).A few amenities are closed now due to the pandemic, but should be opening back up soon, like meeting rooms, pool tables, etc.Dont need to ask if I would recommend this place to friends, because I already have.

I love this place since day 1, Sandy helped us with everything, she is always there when we need her and she made us feel very welcome. Besides, she is a very kind and patient person. Avalon is an incredible community, not only we are happy, our puppy is happy too, the dog park and spa is always in good condition and very clean, very few communities offer what Avalon offers. This is the perfect place to live!

This community is wonderful and the people here are truly what makes it what it is! The entire property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. I moved in a month and a half ago and couldnt be happier! There were extenuating circumstances surrounding my move and each individual I came in contact with, every step of the way, went out of their way to help ease the transition. Sandy is so sweet, kind and patient. When it came to choosing the right apartment she couldnt have been more amazing! Marco is so kind and resourceful and has gone so far out of his way to be as helpful as he can be. I have had communications and interactions with Jonnathan, Jenn and Henry as well and they too are top notch, quality individuals who deserve to be recognized as such. Everyone who works here really takes the time to go above and beyond and ensure every detail is tended to. From identifying where I would love to live, tour of the place and making sure I have all the documents and paperwork needed for a smooth transition. This is Dennis Lerner just wanted to leave a little message about how wonderful my experience Ive had here at Avalon 850 Boca Florida I moved in about a month ago and it was Smooth and Silk everybody here was terrific. Jonathan bent over backwards Sandy was a big help and so was Brittani, Jenn is new but she just swept me off my feet, these people are terrific and I dont mind telling people when they come here and I see somebody that wants to move in or potential move in I tell him right away the kind of experience I had. Ive had only good experiences the people that came around to do repairs were wonderful. I dont know what else to say I mean if anybody ever wanted to get or find out about my experience they can call me at any time I dont mind, thank you.

I’ve lived in Avalon now for more than 9 months and have had nothing short of a great experience. Even through a management change and pandemic social distancing enforcement, the management team has been supportive and excellent. Of course you’ll have an occasional tenant issue (noise from inconsiderate people) but that’s apartment life. It’s relatively quiet and safe and Jonnathan in the management office is incredibly accommodating and kind. The maintenance team is very good and responsive and the grounds are well kept. I’m certainly proud to call it our temporary home and we absolutely plan on renewing our lease.

I moved to the new apartment across the way. The staff doesn’t work with you when you need help they just read you the rules.

I had a very heavy package in package room. MARCO too the rescue. He took me and my package to my building and and my room. He refused any rewards. Thank you again Marco

I moved into the community in Fall of 2020. The property managers made the process so smooth and easy for me. After signing the lease, I was almost immediately cleared to move in. After my move in, the managers checked in on me and made sure the transition went well.

I have lived at Avalon 850 Boca for three years now, and absolutely love it. Its a beautiful complex, well maintained and landscaped, and the pool area is gorgeous. The clubhouse is well appointed with amenities, and the gym is well equipped. Elizabeth and her team are professional, and very responsive; they are also a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend living here.

Amazing apartment, beautiful pool and super nice management!

I recently moved to Florida from NY. The staff at 850 Boca Apartments were top notch! They patiently walked me though the application process, and made my life so easy. When I arrived they were ready to greet me with a welcome package that helped moving in easy. My apartment was in beautiful condition and prepared for my welcome. What a great experience for this beautiful luxury community. I give this my highest recommendation

Mold. We were an original renters and mold took over so many of our belonging from the ground up. Many residents on our floor experienced the same thing. After many tests and having to throw away at least 25% of our belonging 850 Boca waited until we were on vacation to enter our apartment and do a micro cleanse WITHOUT our permission. This means a third party went through every inch of our belongings looking for mold. It was incredibly invasive and without permission. They bagged 8 extremely large bags of things we needed to throw away that had mold spores on them.After no conclusion and my son being tested positive to an allergy with mold, we packed up and left. 850 took no responsibility and we were just one of many experiencing this. They even went after us for the months we left.Not worth your health.

On April 28, 2020 I submitted my rental application and paid all fees due ($575). The next day I called in to get the results and inquire about a specific apartment that I was interested in. The leasing manager, Elizabeth notified me that I was denied due to unsatisfactory rental history. I then asked her when I should expect my refund. She then explained to me that the refund would come in the form of a check, in the mail within the next 2 weeks. That information sounded strange to me, but I respectfully waited patiently. I called the rental office on May 29, 2020 at 4pm to inform Elizabeth that I still had not received the check. Heather Patten answered the phone. After explaining to her the situation, in a very rude and disrespectful manner, she told me that she could not help, and instructed me to call back Monday morning (June 1, 2020) when the accounting department was open. When I stated to Heather that, that information was unexceptionable, she then proceeded to hang up in my face. At 4:26pm I then called Boca police department to meet me in front of the 850 Boca leasing office to handle the dispute that way. After being verbal assaulted by Heather Patten, Johnathan (leasing office staff) then proceeded to physical assault me. When the police arrived 12 minutes later, Jonathan proceeded to falsely accuse me of assault with the hopes of getting me falsely arrested. After the police found no evidence of me assaulting anyone, I then asked them to watch the video of Johnathan assaulting myself, but they quickly informed me that the video simply showed him “protecting” his co workers and acting as a “barrier” between the leasing staff and myself. After I asked to watch the video myself, I was quickly denied access to it. I am very disappointed in the Boca police department for ignoring my claims and making me feel as though my voice was not heard. They then informed me that I was being issued a no trespassing order and that I could no longer step foot on 850 property. I currently live in the neighborhood and frequently walk the grounds, Elizabeth is aware of this. After being informed by many neighbors that Elizabeth is a racist, this situation definitely proved it to be true.I proceed to explain the money situation to the police. They agree with me and see my point of view. They are finally able to make Elizabeth give myself information in regards to the whereabouts of the check owed to me. After the police and I FINALLY thought that we had rectified the situation, I then proceeded to dial the contact number given to us by the leasing manager Elizabeth....ONLY to get a disconnection notification. SHE PLAYED US. Now the police are upset. They then force Elizabeth to call her corporate office in front of them as proof that she is truthfully trying to assist. Corporate acts “surprised” by the situation and what’s going on. They then inform the police that they will be CUTTING my check at that very moment and would be overnighting it, and that I should expect it early next week sometime. I was told that I would be provided with a tracking number, but it’s May 31, 2020 and I haven’t received one yet from 850 Boca or the Boca police department. PLEASE HELP.Sincerely,An Exhausted Black Woman

We relocated to Florida 13 months ago and were not happy with the apartment we had. We researched many apartment communities and fell in love with Avalon 850. The complex is beautiful, well maintained and amenities are great! The personnel in the management office are really nice and professional. Jonnathan and Sandy have been very helpful. We have dealt the most with Jonnathan, he is always accessible, helpful, friendly and so polite. Its really a pleasure dealing with him. Marco and Raymon from Maintenance are also great. Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. All in all, we are happy with our apartment and are enjoying our stay at the Avalon!

850 Boca is a great place to live. It is well maintained and close to every amenity available. The staff, including Elizabeth and Jonathon are always there to help out. They are courteous and a pleasure to do business with. The community is pet friendly and sports a dog park and a pet grooming station. Who could ask for anything more? - Marlene

This is a gorgeous place to live. Like any apartment, the walls are thin. But the neighbors are great, everybody is super nice and the staff is awesome. Any issues I’ve had (which have been few) were resolved quickly. The locker room for packages has been a huge benefit with my busy schedule. This pool looks like a resort and I absolutely love the gym and the neighborhood to run in.

Great property, staff is very friendly and professional. Grounds are clean. The building maintenance crew, Adan and Marco are especially top notch, very fast, knowledgeable and very responsive. Pleasure to work with all of these people. We love our apartment, our ammenities, etc. We recommend this place highly to anyone looking for a nice, quiet and safe community.

My wife and I came to look at the property about a week ago the property was very nice and the staff was very nice. However when he were about to apply for the apartment we wanted Jonathan put tremendous pressure on us which he were turned off by. In addition Jonathan was all to eager for us us to apply and Sign the lease right away and when we asked if we could have more time to review the lease once we got approved Jonathan had a attitude. They only give you 48 hours to review the lease. Also the terrible reviews about the property turned us off. We Will not lease here. There there are much nicer properties here in boca.

I have lived @ 850 Boca for one year and just recently renewed my lease. I am proud to have friends and family to my home; as the grounds and property are well maintained. The amenities are AWESOME; and I feel safe living here. All of the office staff are welcoming and willing to accommodate your requests. Brittani, the assistant manager is very professional and takes great pride in her work.

I have been a resident for three weeks now and my experience has been nothing but positive. This complex is absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend and I moved in shortly after 850 had opened and we absolutely love it here. The amenities are fabulous, and people always comment that we live at a resort. The apartments are spacious and modern with updated flooring, appliances, and counter spaces. Management is always on top of community issues and does their best to accommodate all residences. Brittani and Jean are always very helpful and nice when we go to speak to them (thank you for all that you do).Maintenance is always helpful in correcting whatever issues we may run into. The community also has monthly activities which is nice to interact with staff and other members of the community.

My fiancé and I came in looking for a place for my dad after his divorce. We live in Michigan, so this was a very last minute thing and was not only stressful on my father but on us as well — I had been emailing back and forth with Elizabeth for a week or so prior to coming in to view the apartments and she was amazing and very attentive even from thousands of miles away. My dad just moved in and the staff made it a breeze for him. Five stars all around for this beautiful community!

Weve lived at 850 Boca for a year, and our experience here has met all expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone apartment hunting in the area. The location is centrally located in the heart of Boca.The open hallways are a breath of fresh air.The beautiful pool area can be compared to any 5 star hotel where my wife and I have stayed .Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has exceptional closet space! The appliances are top notch.The very upscale clubhouse is beautifully decorated.The office management has worked as a team to ensure excellent communication and satisfaction. Any calls for maintenance were always timely, and resolved.A pleasant experience overall.

I have lived in Boca for most of my life. For the price, you cannot beat 850 compared to other higher end apartment complexes. My girlfriend and I absolutely love it here. Jeanne, Brittani and Nina have been very friendly and accommodating. Residents are all very friendly and we have had very good experiences with the community. The amenities are top notch. I use the gym almost everyday and even do laps in the pool. I have to say that Ive read some of the one star reviews which I found interesting. To my knowledge, management has taken action to address a lot of the concerns. Construction next door causing noise seems to be almost complete. You now have to register guests cars for overnight parking and our parking lot is now at most half full. The dog park was recently renovated. We personally have never been able to hear our neighbors but understand there are some FAU students here.To my knowledge, they have enacted rules that seemed to quiet down any rowdiness.

FUTURE RESIDENCE BEWARE: This place is nice until you sign here. The manger Nina and John will not care about any concerns you might have when living here. They are not welcoming and rude when you walk into the leasing office. They put all these rules in place after you sign that are not in your lease. The Maintenance will walk into your apartment anytime they feel like it. Will not give you heads up before they just walk right in. The safety here is a joke with the construction men whistling at me when I get out of my car. The management will promise you everything until they give your keys and your stuck here until you can move out. This was such a huge mistake. Take it from a resident here now don’t do the same stupid mistake I have made. Look somewhere else.. so many better apartments around. I will not be resigning my lease here. I can’t wait to leave and be happy somewhere else.

Make sure you request or do a walkthrough when you vacate. They said to leave the keys on the kitchen counter and that’s what I did. 4 weeks later I received my refund check minus $650. I asked why and they said “damages”. Everything was perfect when I left. I even cleaned the refrigerator and patched a couple of holes on walls from art work. I have requested pictures of the damages. They say management changed and there’s nothing that they can do about it (in a very rude manner). They’re not replying anymore and I moved to another city. I was basically robbed of $650 and I’m so disappointed that I trusted them by leaving the keys on the kitchen counter because of “covid”. Again, make sure you get a walkthrough before you hand them the keys because otherwise they’re going to keep your money. Shame on them! Lesson learned!

They are scheduling tours by phone and when you arrive at the property they say they are not touring and just close the door in your face .Please don’t waist anyone’s time with your unprofessional management .Local office make sure to be on the same page with your central office from Texas and let them know also that you are not touring. Disappointing!!!

We were invited as guests by someone that lives at the apartment complex because we were thinking about leasing an apartment there when our lease was over. We were interested in 850 and were looking around the pool and suddenly the manager who has blonde hair came over screaming at us telling us to leave in a very rude manner and made us all feel very uncomfortable and we left immediately of course. But the way she handled the situation was very aggressive and unprofessional and we will not be signing a lease at the 850 because of this woman.

Hi All,I moved from NJ approximately year and half ago. Going to be honest for this review, never lived in a apartment complex before but have to say the following:The apartments are beautiful and so are the common areas. The rooms are very spacious and all the appliances in the kitchen are good quality. Although it took some time to straighten some amenities and tenants out, management was under fire for a few things, but in order to make a perfect place it takes time to build.I could not thank management for being patient and working with tenants in making 850 Boca a great place to live.The grills are phenomenal! the parking took some time to adjust, but if you go online and follow the rules you should not have a problem. My brother has been coming to my place since I moved always enter his plates in the the system and ask him to park in visitors parking until this day he never got a boot on his car.Paper thing walls?, maybe but honestly never had any issues with my neighbors and had not experience any of that, I have to accept I live in apartment complex and is part of living in a apartment vs owning your own house.850 Boca is a great place to live! I will recommend this place to my friends and family, its not 100% perfect because we are not perfect, but a phenomenal place to live and I honestly love the place and could not ask to live in a better place!

I absolutely love this community. Not only are the amenities are amazing, such as the gym, pool, and clubhouse, but the apartment themselves are gorgeous. Also, I love the community and people themselves who either reside here or work here. I would recommend this building for sure.

I have been really happy with my stay at 850 Boca. I am a Townhouse renter on property for almost a year and could not be more happy with the town home we rent, the grounds, Staff and amenities. The town homes met my families needs for space and comfort as well as having a 2 car garage attached, this was very beneficial to us. Schools in the area are all A schools and the area is very safe and super accessible to I95. Plenty of restaurants and upscale shopping. The pool is like a 5 star resort, with a new BBQ area, outdoor bar and covered lounge for your use. The property is only about a year old so everything is state of the art as well as a fantastic GYM that is inclusive. Cant say enough about the property and staff. 5 stars !

Usually I do not write reviews but b/c I received world class customer service, I feel compelled. I wasnt even looking to move and visited this place with a friend who was looking. Needless to say, the tour was amazing. Brenda and the staff were all very attentive and very knowledgeable. I decided to move in and it was the best decision I have made in a while. The move-in process was seamless. The maintenance crew is very attentive, friendly, talks through whatever issues you may be experiencing as well as advises on preventative maintenance. Everyone in the community is super friendly. But what makes this place great is the support we receive from the management staff.

All management is VERY helpful, Jonnathan at the front desk is exceptional!Issues are handled promptly! Terrific!

I moved into 850 Boca in the fall of 2017. I am so very happy here - so many things to love! The location is great, the apartments are beautiful, and I love all the amenities- pool, gym, landscaping, clubhouse- plus all the events! There are ample options to socialize, and the events are always great.I love the staff, they are always attentive and incredibly helpful.

What a lovely place to live! The apartments are spacious--I dont own enough stuff to fill all the closets and cabinets, and I have a lot of stuff. The grounds are well maintained and, unless I saw them in the hallway, I would never know I have neighbors. The construction is great.

This is an awesome place to live! The apartments are in brand new condition, the leasing staff is really friendly, and the amenities are to die for. Tons of parking, maintenance is on the ball, and it is really one of the nicest rental communities i have ever lived in South Florida.

If you care about resting at night, AVOID this place, I had the worst nights of my life in this apartment.At least, 15 times the fire alarm went off and mostly each time at midnight. Once went off 4 times the same night for like 20 minutes each time and of course, we had to move out of the building while it was raining.On top of that, the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERY single noise from your neighbors. For example:- When they flush the bathroom,- Their cell phone is vibrating,- If they snore at night,- If the guy on top of your apartment likes to move the furniture every night for fun or if they like to dance at midnight,- When the dogs bark,- When the elevator stops on your floor.You are going to be charged for inexpensive stuff. For example:- If you fail to pay on time. Even if you ask them for a bill to know the exact day that your payment is due and they never give it to you,- If you dont return your parking decal,- If you fail to move out before 5 pm (It doesnt matter if you already paid that day.)- They charged me a $100 bucks because I forgot to remove a fan, even when they refused to walk through the apartment with me before I moved out to avoid this kind of charges.Of course, they never said anything about a refund for all those nights that we couldnt sleep for the freaking fire alarm.Several times we found poop or vomit around the building on the sidewalk.You can only have two guests at the pool at any given time.And finally, there are some grills close to the pool... nice touch BUT seems they never clean it, we tried to use it a couple of times and they were full of cockroaches, that is disgusting.Pool and gym are cool, though.Summarizing, you can get a way better deal in other places.

Relocating to 850 Boca was a great move! The amenities are spectacular and the staff are fabulous as well as accommodating. Very Pet friendly. Love the dog park and dog grooming area. Very happy to reside at 850 Boca! Great community. Neighbors are friendly. Great place to network. The pool is breathtaking. The gym overlooks the pool. Can’t go wrong with 850 Boca. Highly recommend it!

I just moved to 850 Boca from New Jersey back in October and its been nothing short of perfect. The location is incredible as its tucked away in an industrial park, so its extremely quiet (no highway or train noise). Its also extremely convenient to everything (95, the beach, downtown Delray, the Boca tri-rail station is in walking distance). The pool is something you would see at a 5 star hotel and its never crowded. The gym is beautiful as well. As for the apartments, they are extremely spacious and I rarely hear my neighbors (I know this is a common complaint of living in an apartment complex). Ive only had one maintenance request and it was fixed within 24 hours. The people at the front office, especially Jonnathan, are very hard working and are always there when you need them. I know its pricier than other apartments in the area, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I really do not recommend living here. You can easily get sucked in by what appears to be a serene paradise....DON’T BE FOOLED...They (the leasing office and the manager (Jean) in particular, will be lovely until you sign on the dotted line and then they don’t remember a thing: who you are, what car you drive, but they are good at lying, and fining you for doing anything and everything. You should plan on your rent being a few hundred dollars more per year just due to fines. They will threaten you if you challenge them and they will be nasty to you for any reason. I work lonf days, the last thing that I need is any drama related to where I live. It’s so noisy here, the brand new appliances break, it’s dirty, people drive their souped up Mustangs at 50 mph through the entrance. This place is a disaster. Thank you 850 for such a great experience. So glad I am out of that place. Greystar really needs to make drastic changes.P.S. Jean - I will save you from your response. Yes I was an actual tenant (building 4 for a year) so don’t bother trying to discredit me.

On move-in, the apartment was newly painted and extremely clean. All appliances and other appointments are first-rate. The other tenants I have met have been cordial; most seem to be working professionals like myself. I have heard almost no sounds from persons in the hallway, and none at all from other apartments.The management at 850 Boca is fantastic. Jonnathan Murrieta, who assisted me throughout the leasing and move-in process, is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional, as is Julie Miller, who joined 850 Boca more recently. Both of them have made the move-in as pleasant as such a process could be.The buildings and grounds at 850 Boca, as well as the surrounding area, are beautiful. The neighborhood is the former Arvida Park of Commerce, where the trees and other plantings have had decades to mature. Probably as a result of Arvida-created maintenance requirements and use restrictions, the entire area is in fact like a park.

I love living at 850 Boca. I feel at home in my apartment. The pool is amazing. The managers Jeanne and Nina are wonderful. My apartment is small but adorable and brand new.

Don’t waste your time or money here.Maintenance of the complex and area are nonexistent.Construction is lousy, had a flood within the first week due to rain and had to have floors replaced. Elevators are constantly broken in the buildings.Security is a joke, the gates are always broken so anyone can enter the building at any time.Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything happening around you in adjacent apartments.Management is unprofessional.We were charged bogus fees and when asked to see proof of the claims and were never provided with any evidence.Get as far away from 850 Boca as you can!Great website, terrible place to live.

Poor management.- Constant booting and towing- Parking fines- Broken elevator 3 times in 2 months (I lived on 5th floor)- Pool Closed at sundown (well lit area)- High cost to rent the clubhouse (rarely available)- Constant policing and harassment by management driving around ongolfcarts- Will keep your entire $500 security deposit when apartment is left inexcellent condition (single woman; no kids, no pets, rarely in theapartment)- Boca natural scrub area was torn down to build these apartments 3 years agoManagement is atrocious. They have nothing to do with their time but berate tenants and charge fines and fees. No real use of amenities exist. Look else where.

The apartments are beautiful and so are the common areas. The rooms are very spacious and all the appliances in the kitchen are good quality. The pool is beautiful. All my guest that come over always comment on how it feels like they are at a high end resort when they see the pool area. However, the walls are paper thin. The noise is constant. I constantly hear the tenants upstairs running around before 8am on the weekends and the construction site next door starts at 7am on the weekdays and 8am on the weekends. I can hear the elevator ding when I am in my room. I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors next door are doing. Showering, TV, private conversations, etc. There is no such thing as sleep. I am currently writing this at midnight because I can’t sleep due to my neighbors watching TV. There is absolutely no peace in your own home. There is constant littering of beer cans and trash by the elevators and in the parking lot. Its frustrating to pay such a high monthly rent and feel like youre living in a college campus. The management is another story. We had damage since the hurricane in September. It took them three months to fix. The dog park is a complete disaster. Not maintained at all. It’s all dirt with massive holes everywhere. Bottom line is I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Can’t wait to move out!

This is a great place to live, especially if you work in the area. The amenities are great, it is family friendly, and you are close to food, shopping, and the beach.

Very bad experience visiting this place today. Drove 1 hr (56miles) to see this complex and the property manager, Jean told me that her leasing agent Johnathan couldn’t tour me because he had already started drinking at their “Tenants’ Pool Party?! Their office had closed by 12:30pm”. Johnathan had told me earlier that morning(11am) that if I got there a few mins past closing or before 1pm, he’d be willing to tour me even if their office had closed for the event since they’re posted online as closing at 5pm on Saturdays. I got there 15 mins past but she denied any assistance. If that’s the way they handle “business” and/or renting their apts, I wouldn’t want to see how they handle their tenants’ concerns or problems within the property. As a business owner, the way this situation was “managed” was totally unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable. Great moment to rem’ that ALL things work for good to those who love the Lord...HUGE RED FLAG and lesson learned!

An Oasis in the middle of everything in Boca. The grounds are impeccable and the staff is young and energetic. The cabanas at the pool make you feel like you are in South Beach.

They advertise to realtors, then they take (i am on 10 weeks) vert long to pay out the commission. Terrible, unfair and never again!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Where to begin.. You pay 2.5k-3.5k and receive no hot water. The walls are paper thin, you can here anything and everything from your neighbors. Maintenance comes in whenever they want without a warning or a note. BEST OF ALL.. the fire alarm goes off whenever it rains. Last night it went off 4 times, for at least 15 minutes at a time. Once at 12:30 am, again at 2 am, 2:40 am and finally at 4 am. Keep this in mind when deciding to live here because they havent done a single thing to resolve this issue. This has happened at least 15-20 times since living here. After speaking with the firemen who have to come each time to shut it off.. They let me know the issue is 850 Bocas cheap fire alarms. Flies get into the alarm and trigger it each time. This has been going on for 11 months. Why have they not resolved this issue? Because the management could care less and GREYSTAR is cheap. This is no way to live.ALSO-They have plenty of fake 5 star reviews here. Everyone I have spoken to in this complex has complained about their ridiculous experiences at this Luxury Complex.
