We looked at a few apartments in the Boca Raton area and decided upon Bell at Broken Sound for our family of four. My husband had to relocate for work. Raul was the person we first communicated with via email, but it was very brief correspondence. Sofia gave us the tour and showed us our options. She was very informative and friendly. After the visit she followed up and has been an important part of our process to choose Bell.The apartments themselves are very well thought out and make great use of the space. Modern appliances, although we do not have a water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator, but everything was visually pleasing and well taken care of. I love that we have ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the apartment we got the washer and dryer are upstairs, making my life much easier. Having garage and driveway is invaluable. The school district is amazing. The balcony in our master has an amazing lake view and we are walking distance from a playground for the kids. Not to mention access to two beautiful pools.Bethany helped us move in, which with Covid precautions was very quick and simple. She was also extremely friendly and informative as well. I am very impressed with the management. And I am looking forward to staying in this beautiful oasis........After being here a few months.... still loving it. Kenique is our maintenance man and he’s the best!!!!
Just moved in and have to admit that management here has been nothing less than spectacular! Laura and Ashley really do have a true desire to go above and beyond for all the residents. Overall, the property has great amenities, the community is modern and beautiful and each apartment home has private entrances that make it stand out from other local communities. I would highly recommend The Lumin to anyone looking to lease a luxury apartment home in the local area. Special thanks to the Lumin management team for the outstanding service!
Visited this place a couple weeks ago. The apartments are nice and the location is above all else the best! Too rich for my wallet and the lady showing me around knew that but still took the time and gave me her full attention. The pool area was amazing!!!! The office seemed a little unorganized but the lady from the office explained the new takeover with new management but was very happy about the change. Seems like a nice place and I just really liked how well I was treated.
Stephanie has been so helpful through the whole process! Relocating to Florida from a different state, it is difficult to truly get a feel for an apartment without being able to see it in person, but Stephanie eased all my concerns. She took the time to not only show me the entire unit and every detail of it virtually, but also took the time to walk around the entire development to show me the grounds and all of the amenities they have to offer, and answer every question I had. I cant say enough good things!

I absolutely love living at Cade. I have been a resident at Cade for almost 2 years and it has been an amazing experience.The community is small, quiet, beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The apartments are modern and feel like a home.The entire team is exceptional! The maintenance team is always prompt and available for any issues that may arise and the property manager Youlande Moore and Stephanie Jimenez are absolutely remarkable. The Lumin is like resort style living! I have lived here for four months now and I am so happy with everyone and everything! The office team....Laura, Ashley, Jasmine and last, but certainly not least, Erwin who maintains the property are all amazing people and extremely helpful in any circumstance. They have each gone above and beyond the call of duty. If I have had any questions they are on it IMMEDIATELY!This community is quiet and very well maintained. The units are all new so they are clean and very up to date in style.The gym is a nice size and kept very clean.The pool is gorgeous. They have a business center with flat screen Mac computers and free Wi-Fi.Most importantly, as a single woman I feel extremely safe living here. You need a key fab to get into anything so that not just anyone can have access to things on the property. The parking lot is so well lit up at night. I lived at another rental community in Boca and I regretted it. Moving to the Lumin was the right choice for me. The amazing staff and how well this property is maintained will keep me living here for a long time! The only way I will not re-new my lease is if I decide to buy a home.
We have lived here for 3 months now and have loved it. Everything works great and have no issues with maintenance. The office workers are wonderful and very nice. You can’t hear the neighbors through the walls which is a problem in a lot of apartments. Parking is no issue either. We love living here!
I have lived here for a year and a half. When I moved in, it was called The Lumin and ran by Bozzuto. They had their small issues but were always so friendly inside the office and while out in the community. Everyone in the office knew all the tenants by name and were very quick to respond to any issue.With the new ownership I’m extremely disappointed. First, when they bought out The Lumin the community was never given any notice until the entrance sign was changed. The new management never reached out to the community to introduce themselves. Even during covid, the old management would do at your door happy-hours, virtual yoga, and many other at home activités. The only thing this new team has done is an extremely annoying daily email about when trash can and cannot be taken out.When you try to call the office, good luck trying to get someone to pick up. Even leaving a message it’s 50/50 wether they call back. Maintenance requests have taken over 2 weeks to respond to, unless you leave numerous voicemails to get it fixed. The landscaping has begun to take a significant toll and getting over-grown.The 9pm curfew at the pool and grill is rarely enforced with huge loud parties going on. The cops seem to be constantly called by residents to break these gathering up. There’s been new tenants with “sports-cars” that rev their engines in the neighborhood at all hours of the night, and they’ve begun to make donuts in the road outside the community. I am extremely disappointed with the Bell take-over and really miss the Bozzuto management.Disclaimer: I have lived at Bell communities prior to here and they were great communicators and overall a great management team. This is not the case here.
I lived at Bell at Broken Sound (formerly the Lumin) for two years.When I first moved in the apartments were brand new, they are spacious and the swimming pool is beautiful. The gym is nicely equipped and even if its not the biggest Ive seen it was never full to a point where you couldnt train - except a couple of times during covid.On the negative side... well the apartment - like the totality of Florida maybe - was terribly humid and I also had mold at one point.The neighbors - when they started giving out free months - were 99% college students. I hope you are ok with loud music at the weirdest hours and trash being left outside of their door for days in the heat. Also, having the stairs is a big pain, especially when you have to move out. Not sure if I would recommend.

Cade has the most spacious housing and great location. I have never had and issue living here. Stephanie has always been helpful and nice. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a nice and quiet location.
Stephanie is great, but missing the old mgmt team prior to the Bell purchase. Communication was better, maintenance requests were taken care of within a timely manner, and we had access to the team via the onsite office. We have no idea when leaks from the roof will be taken care of, you have to call for any follow up’s, and let’s see how quickly they’ll get to recent maintenance requests which includes drain flies which has been a problem since moving here over a year ago. For what we pay in this townhouse community, we should expect better service. Very disappointed.
I loved living here. Stephanie is such a professional and helped me with every aspect from move in to move out ! I highly recommend this neighborhood for anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful life.
This community is really good. The leasing office managers and Lumin management team are so professional and friendly. The environment and facilities are perfect. I am happy to be part of this community.
My wife and I have lived here for a few months, and we could not be happier! The property is maintained superbly, and everyone is super friendly. Ashley and Laura in the leasing office are equally as amazing. They are so always so helpful whenever we need something. I cannot say enough good things about The Lumin, and I encourage anyone searching for a new home in Boca to put it on the top of their list.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! I dont even know where to begin to explain my experience with the Lumin at Boca Raton for the past year. I was one of the first to join this amazing complex and as it has increased in tenants, the experience hasnt changed a bit - its still amazing as it was the first day! I rented this apartment for my son while he is in school there and it was the best decision I could have made. I knew it the second I walked in that this place was the ONE! This management company knows how to run an apartment complex and they do it superbly! I am so impressed with the responsiveness of management and staff at all times. They treat myself and my son so well. The apartments are just beautiful and the property is stunning and impeccably maintained! I couldnt be happier and I would recommend to everyone 100 times over!

Really have enjoyed living here so far. Very clean throughout the community. The pool area is always spotless clean pool etc. the girls are super helpful and so is maintenance also there when you need something. I highly recommended living at The Lumin
Wonderful place to live. The team at Cade is amazing! Youlande, The Property Manager has helped me every step of the way during the leasing process and during move-in . Being in a different state, never seeing my new townhome was a gamble. But working with Youlande, I knew I was in good hands. She kept constant communication, and I could always count on her and Stephanie ( the Leasing Manager ) for help if I had any questions. Moving from another state can be really stressful, but it really wasnt thanks to the team at Cade. As soon as I arrived Youlande and Stephanie greeted me and truly felt welcomed, and knew right then I had made the right choice. Within a few minutes of stepping into my home for the first time, the Maintenance Manager Jose, introduced himself . The facilities are pristine, I love the landscaping; the palm trees and the beautiful yellow flowers that match the happy yellow hues of the buildings are gorgeous. Coming from a busy city in the Northeast, I in awe at how quiet it is here. Best of all I love my new home and as a bonus I feel like I also made 3 new friends.
The new management refuses to answer the phone and are never at the front desk. Very disappointed. The old manager would always email me back or call back right away.
Wonderful, family-friendly development. Everyone who lives here is approachable and friendly. The services provided by the team are awesome and range from free yoga sessions, to free evening drinks to getting to know you personally and saying hi!
Its great to be a Cade resident! My apartment is perfectly setup to accommodate all the needs for our growing family. The facility is always well groomed and the maintenance staff, lead by Jose, knows how to get get the job done. Shika and Stephanie masterfully managed this property and tirelessly works to ensure we enjoy and experience the best Cade has to offer. Most importantly, were treated like family and glad we renewed for 2nd year.

I moved in a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier. The quality of the apartments, the amenities, the cleanliness, the staff... all top notch. I hardly ever write reviews, but wanted to acknowlege them for a job well done.
Over the past year, our experience at the Lumin has been amazing. Ashley and the rest of the managment team have been so helpful, friendly, and professional. The property is always clean and well lit at night. The gym and pool are amazing! No loud noise at night and great neightbors all around.

Super modern, really quiet and private hybrid between an apartment/townhome/loft. Easy move in and the community has been nothing but nice.
I havent lived in apartments since the 80s. Things have certainly changed. Bozzuto seems to have captured the essentials needed for living in a small space and has put together some great floor plans here.The Lumin is located within 10 minutes or less to everything. Malls, iPic movies, Fresh Market, Morikami.I worked in this office park in the 90s and always admired the landscaping. The Lumin manages to blend nicely with its surroundings. There must be 50 different species of trees and shrubs here!It was easy to apply for and begin renting here. The staff is ultra responsive and goes out of its way to ensure that everyone feels part of the community.The Lumin is pet-friendly as there are pet waste bags and receptacles around the property. Pets are not allowed in the pool enclosure.Did I mention the pool? Its not deep, but plenty big and well set up for sunning and socializing. Its cleaned each day, and I can usually be found out there at some point during the day. There are 3 grills that are cleaned daily. Most of my meals are cooked at the poolI was only planning to stay here the minimum rental period while I search for a house, but The Lumin has taken some of the urgency away.

I called today because I wanted to see an apartment.When I called I spoke to jasmin. She was very short and quick with her responses. I felt that she was getting annoyed on the phone with my questions.I told her I would head over. She said ok. When I got to the leasing office, she was on the phone. When she was done, she looked up very cold and said how can I help you? I told her I had just called her, and wanted to see a 1/1 apartment. I told her the ones I wanted to see. She asked for our licenses, but never took them and I said do u need them, she said no!Never asked me to sit down, was not friendly at all. Seemed liked she didn’t even want to show us the apartments. As we were walking to the apartment it was a 5 min walk. I could have taken my car, but she made us walk in the heat. She even walked about 30 feet in front of me and my husband. Was talking to us with her back toward us, was walking way ahead of us, never walked with us, never asked us questions, at one point I had to tell her that I almost felt I was yelling to ask her questions because she was so far ahead of us and was walking so fast, we couldn’t catch up. That alone was very unprofessional and rude speaking to us as we are looking at the back of her. When we saw the apartment, I really liked it. It is modern and new. Clean. The grounds seemed cleaned and nice. Reasonable on price. She then showed us a 2nd apartment, and my husband who is a plumber happen to see a wet leak on the ceiling, from the floor above us. We showed her, didn’t seem surprised, and said oh I have to get maintenance on this. So that apartment to me was out! The last one was already lived in, didn’t seem to clean, and again I felt rushed and the questions I had, I felt she was getting annoyed and didn’t want to be there. At one point she said, ok we need to go back to the leasing office. Like I still had questions. But ok. So because of her unprofessionalism and how cold and unfriendly she was, I won’t be leasing here. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. Sorry we came in on a Sunday. Sorry your not happy with your job, maybe you should find something that you actual enjoy doing. It’s to bad because I liked the apartment, but if I have to deal with her on a day to day basis living there, I rather not!!

I have been living in Cade for a couple of months now and everything has been going good not much to complain about. I moved into Cade thinking that i would have the flexibility to use my garage for either storage or maybe even small workshop tools etc. Now they are implementing rules that i feel are ridiculous and basically telling all the residents how to use our own garage space which we all pay for and most of us use just for storage or anything else. i thought i would have to freedom to use my space/garage as i please. They stated that we cannot use our garages for anything else but to park our vehicles and that they will be conducting an onsite audit into our own garage space and if they find that the garage is being used for anything else but for our cars you will receive a 7 day violation to cure and also you will receive i fine, Basically the developer did not do his math when it came to parking in such a small development instead they over build and left us with no parking. I think its maybe about 15-16 parking spot and with townhomes with 3bedroom apts which only have 2 spots in the garage i wonder what they are going to do? They didnt take into consideration that most people use there garages for storage which is very common, So we cannot park in parking space in the front of our homes or by the mailbox, Which was never explained to me and Im sure wasnt explained to the rest of the residents at Cade. Instead the management company keep trying to refer us to a storage company for residents to use, yeah like we want to now pay a storage company fees every month when we have a huge garage, According to them they need to make sure our visitors have parking but hello what about your residents we are the ones paying every month rent and fees but yet lets worry about visitors not our clients/residents who are paying HELLO WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE???, doesnt make sense just ridiculous. Oh ya and here comes the tow company to cash in on everyone in Cade, There is no possible way that all the residents will be able to park there cars in there garage and Im sure the management company will be receiving plenty of complaints about this. If your moving here take this into consideration or budget that youre going to have to now pay storage fee plus your rent !!

There’s a lot of little problems in the apartment I didn’t noticed till I moved in, but experience is getting better. I’m glad they put a camera on the trash because it was getting messy.
They dont pick up the phone. They dont properly respond to emails. How are you supposed to rent an apartment/townhome when these leasing professionals cant even pick up the phone or return a call? Ridiculous.
