I just moved in two weeks ago. The experience has been exceptional. Looking for an apartment, I found several unprofessional places. Some examples are: not answering phone at all, not being there during office hours, not wanting my business, not honoring advertised prices, specious income qualification rules, specious fees ( i.e. credit reporting fee). Cynthia Gardens had none of those. In fact, I was so surprised by the absence of these things that I wondered if they were for real. I committed, sight unseen because I was out of state and needed a quick decision. The reviews being so great and the fact that my personal experience matched the reviews made this place the obvious choice once I decided on Boca Raton as my preferred location. Once I got here, most everything was as expected. The things that were not as expected were worked out. One of those was the a/c in the unit which was quickly responded to and is now working. These people clearly value customer service. It has only been two weeks but they have had several opprtunities to disappoint and are doing great so far.

My wife and I stayed here for over 2.5 years. We loved the amazing location and also price compared to other Boca rentals. We would have probably stayed another year or two if it wasn’t for the baby needing more room! Cyndi and Bruna were always so fast to help and always got anything fixed or resolved within a day. Clean and well groomed

Cynthia Gardens is fantastic, easily one of the best apartments Ive rented. The units are spacious and well maintained. Maintenance is quick, courteous, and very friendly. The staff at the office are also amazing to work with, will answer all of your questions and take care of you! The grounds are well kept and the neighbors are nice. It is a quiet neighborhood close to FAU with some nice walking trails nearby and a quick drive from a number of stores. I highly recommend this place!

I am an international student who attended Florida Atlantic University and Cynthia Gardens is truly a place to make you feel like you’re home! The school is within walking or riding distance. The staff are amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Cindy (a god sent), Bruna ( the sweetest angel), Felix (the jovial painter), Sam from maintenance and Frank. They made my transition as smooth as possible and nothing was ever too much to ask for. The grounds are kept clean and the entire neighborhood is just welcoming. If I ever moved back to Boca I would not hesitate to rent there as it was the most affordable in this area. I will surely recommend Cynthia Gardens.Thank you guys for making my experience there a memorable one!

Lived at Cynthia Gardens for two years. Very clean and spacious. Staff is always very respectful and helpful. Fast response time for the two or three maintenance calls I had. Excellent location, everything is less than 10 minutes away. Ill miss my place there. If I wasnt moving to another state, I would still be living there!

Cynthia Gardens is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have been here for a year and plan to stay here years. Heres why: the apartments are BEAUTIFUL with an art deco design scheme; I cant hear my neighbors and they cant hear me because the walls are actually well insulated; I have never had any parking issues; the environment is quite yet comfy; the location is fantastic; a running trail is right behind the complex; it is in realistic walking distance to FAU; the two minor maintenance requests I submitted the past year were fixed within a day; the staff is SO nice and genuinely cares, I could go on. I completely disagree with the negative comment below. This place does not look cheap - it is beautiful and well maintained. It is safe, which is important. The culture here is respectful, diverse, comfortable, and inclusive. If you are looking for a responsibly well-managed, well-maintained and luxurious apartment complex that values their tenants, Cynthia Gardens is the place to call home. See for yourself. The walks along the pathways here with the pretty landscaping are such a lovely way to decompress after a long days work. One last item - the stairs are wide with a large landing halfway up. This made moving in so much easier and cheaper because it took the moving crew half the time than they had expected. If you need a cane to walk, the stairway handrails are very sturdy. This is much appreciated when a few relatives, who need such structures, come visit. Other apartment complexes do not provide this mobility assistance. This is an all-around great place to live.

My husband and I have been the residents of Cynthia Gardens Rental Community for a little over a year now. What initially drew us to this place was its great location -- close to FAU, 8 minutes away from Mizner Park, 10 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes away from Publix and a few other stores and restaurants (+ its a walking distance to a corner store, which is VERY rare in America!). However, there are several places that offer great location, but a few have such amazing property management team. I will run out of superlatives if I try to describe Bruna and Cindy, so to get straight to the point: they are THE BEST! Every single time I need help with something they are ready to assist and Sam does an amazing job as the handyman. The community is well taken care of, quiet, and green. The neighbors are nice, I mostly see seniors, young families, or students. The only issue we had was the lack of washer&dryer inside the apartment, but we fixed it with a portable washing machine that plugs to the kitchen sink :). Same goes for the dishwasher -- our unit does not have one but we could easily install a portable, countertop one if we really wanted to. I recommend this place to anyone looking to rent an apartment in Boca.

I lived there for one year and only moved out to move closer to work. This is an older location but maintained extremely well. It is fairly priced and quiet with well kept grounds. What really sets this location apart is the staff. Everyone is very kind and friendly and maintenance requests are processed extremely fast and efficiently. If I could I would bring the staff with me to my new apartment.

Are you familiar with the phrase “you don’t know what you have until it’s gone”?Well, I had to move from Cynthia Gardens for work, and that summarizes exactly how I feel about this beautiful rental community.I lived there for two years and would move back in an instant. The community is well kept, and it’s peacefully silent.The Administration staff is AMAZING. They will literally strive to solve your problems in a day. If you even have any, because their apartments are beautiful and well taken care of so stuff rarely breaks or malfunctions.The location of this place is also fantastic. Walking/biking distance from FAU, very close to Mizner Park where you can enjoy a nice dinner or drinks, and not far from Delray or Fort Lauderdale if what you’re looking for is night life.Perfect place to live in!!

When my daughter decided to move off campus, we chose Cynthia Gardens and could not have been more pleased with our decision. My friend owns a property management company and he was extremely impressed with the level of attention in this development - extremely well-cared for and management is always responsive to any and all requests for maintenance. Cynthia and Bruna are genuinely great people and I always felt my daughter, as a young, single-woman who lived here for 2 years, was in a safe environment!

I lived in Cynthia Gardens for 7 years and I loved it. Its a quiet, clean, and very well maintained complex. The customer service is excellent. They have an amazing full-time maintenance crew.Also, the strength of these buildings is incredible. They are made of concrete inside and out, and have hurricane impact windows. While living there I went through hurricane Irma, and bunch of smaller storms before that, and I got to tell you, it felt like a breeze.We moved only because my family outgrew the place, but I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and quiet one-bedroom in a well managed community.

I lived here for two years before leaving to pursue a job out of state. The ground here are beautifully kept, the apartments are clean and airy, the master bedroom is spacious and the office staff are the sweetest and most helpful I have ever met. They routinely go above and beyond for the tenets. Had I not had to leave Florida, I definitely would still be there.

My wife and I cant say enough about Cynthia Gardens, we found this hidden gem only during our last year in Florida and really wish we had heard of it sooner! Great location, near all the traffic connections you might like for work and travel, conveniences such as Costco just to the north, and even dining or boutique shopping with Mizner Park just to the south. Despite transport links, no noise! It is in a quiet neighborhood bordering the FAU campus (they really do have owls there!) and enjoys easy access to a bike trail along the canal to the rear. Our unit was well-priced and fairly modern, a good space for a pair of newly-weds. My wife loved the flooring they had installed just prior to our move-in. We both loved the friendly management and their team. We never had to wait long for any of the sparing few maintenance needs which arose. The office team was always beyond helpful, making it a pleasure to pop in and say hello or to pick up parcels. The common areas enjoyed a number of small but welcome upgrades during our tenancy, people dont think about it but it is really nice to live in a place where the management is constantly spending money on making the complex a better place to live!

Its a pretty clean and quiet place to live. Rent is reasonable. Doesnt have dish washers or washer/dryer in unit but water is included in the rent and there are washer/dryer units available for each group of buildings.

Nice place too live. Excellent customer service, and reliable maintenance. Just a little bit too quiet for me, but I guess that would be plus for others.

I went here last week to check out an apartment and I can tell you that the images that are posted by Cynthia Gardens are fake. The apartment looks nothing like these images, it is the most misleading thing I have ever seen. The place looks like a cheap motel. I just believe that they are using bait and switch tactics the pictures are not the ones of these apartments

Love living here so far. Of course the place is smaller than anyone would prefer but adding storage helps a lot! The bed rom and bathroom are unexpectantly spacious, too! Cindy and Bruna are the sweetest and most caring people to deal with. I havent had any bug problems and the surrounding area and atmosphere overall is calm and clean :)

They just remodeled their units. Good for students. Close to FAU, PBSC, beach, mall, I-95, and 2 mosques. They just added a 5G tower right across from it.
