A mess on the shelves, stock carts blocking aisles. Things laying on the floor like a 4 year old had a temper tantrum. When you go to check out the clerk is either no where to be found and you ring the bell or the clerk that is working (usually 1 it seems) doesnt know how to use the register and you wait in line with multiple people in it for longer than you spent picking up the item or two

Nice little dollar general, a good variety, nice employees, and of course the price is always decent (on most things).

The Google Maps directions are NOT correct. The actual store is much further east and on the opposite side of 40.

I dont like the way my phone fixed up and thinks Ive been places I have not been. I was at the gas station close to Dollar general. I have only been to the new Dollar general one time. I think its very crowded and I dont like it. I love the old Dollar general in White oak and went there frequently even though it was very dirty and trashy. Anyway I do not go to this place anymore theres too many other options to not really like the way the store set up.

This store is clean and the employees have been kind and helpful when i have a question. There are two or three things i shop there for and they are always in stock. On the downside; they really need to keep the aisles free of unpacked stock.

No complaints about the products, but when I go shopping I would love to be able to feel comfortable and the employees here do not allow that. I had to listen to two employees talk about how ugly one of their employees girlfriends were and that she was scaring away all their customers how am i to shop there and not expect them to criticize my appearance in front of other costumers now?It is unprofessional and honestly disgusting.

This is a brand new store in Blue Springs. Its always got lots of stock in the aisles. Its clean ish, I do like the prices at Dollar General so I will walk through the aisles past the Overstock!

The building or website needs to have that the entrance is on 19th street not 40 hwy. Very misleading. Make a clearer sign. Its a new store.

Could be cleaner but staff is kind so we will continue shopping here for snacks and last minute toys because of that kindness

Since Im not fond of large stores like Walmart or Price Chopper, I really like the convenience of a smaller store. Yes the aisles are often crowded because they are sadly understaffed, but the employees are always very friendly.

The isles are so tight I feel claustrophobic shopping there. The workers were nice though and I found what I needed.

Very rare did you ever find everything youre looking for here theyre mostly out of stock on everything so its a good thing if you find something on the Shelf

The people are great but only one employee thier usually any given day. Store is a wreck worse then 4yr old quintuplets room after a week of no cleaning its just ridiculous

Pretty messy, not fully stocked and customer service is severely lacking. Granted, I will still go there because it is convenient, but I an not exactly excited to go.

Overly crowded, messy, one person running store..poor lady.Trying to work in the back of the store and accommodate patrons. Constantly running. More help needed. Not a fan.

Place was an absolute mess. Isles were cluttered and stuff not in it’s appropriate place. Staff were unprofessional as well, not rude but loud and inappropriate with each other.

Been here 3 times. Its always bad. Way long lines, people arguing with cashiers, creepy druggie looking customers in store and parking lot.

Store was messy. They didnt have as much as when they were in the older location. Cashier was very friendly. But it was hunky so I dont think Ill go back to this place.

Asked for windshield washer fluid two people said dont have any there about 20 stacked by door on way out

Isles blocked w overstock, but what you need is not on the shelf. Employees are friendly. EBT transactions are often troublesome, causing buyers to hold up the line while every item has to be re-scanned a second and sometimes a third time.

This store was short on employees as well as product on the shelf and there was no one around to ask for help.
