****UPDATE ****Since this post I have broke 3 nails 2 after only 5 days the other after 13. The first 2 Linda fixed free of charge . They all cracked, broke off then the remaining just peeled right off my nail. Ive never had this happen to me before! Im sad I really thought I had found my new nail tech, but I guess I have to keep looking.This was my first time visiting Twin Nail, I will definitely be back! I showed Linda a picture and she created exactly what I wanted. I cant wait to have her do my Halloween nails!

I had an fantastic experience i always do when i go when i get the chance to go i had Linda this morning and she did such a fantastic job she is just the sweetest and most caring and she talked and joked with me and i enjoyed it so much.. p.s. it wont let me add a photo of my nails but she did blue and white tips for me becuz my son loves blue and the bkue changes from dark blue to light blue amazing just amazing

After being turned away by my local nail salon for the inability to do my nail design someone recommended Twin nails. I called they got me right in and she did an amazing job amd exactly what I wanted. This is my new nail salon

Prices are too high for okay work. My last 2 visits I did not appreciate the service or the outcome of my nails. Highly recommend high tech nails or galaxy.

They take appointments but still have people sitting side by side. A bit counterproductive in my opinion. The work is decent quality. The staff is pleasant.

Usually I won’t write any reviews until I felt bad today it was worse ! I saw good reviews and I tried nails here I was not happy and I was so disappointed with the staff especially who did my nails she was so rash and not being good she don’t have patience and she looks very angry and handling my hand with some aggressive behavior I am not at all happy I am so sad ! I am not going here again !

My girlfriends and I love coming here. We can always book our appointments at the same time.

I had called Twins Nail to ask how much it would cost to have a Shellac (no-chip) polish change, making very clear to include that I did not want the manicure. The gentleman on the phone had stated that it was going to cost $22 for just a polish change, and I had scheduled my appointment for approximately one hour post-phone call. Upon arrival, they were very quick to help me and started right away. Bob had done a wonderful job on my nails, and he was very patient and careful with his work. However, once the appointment had ended he had stated that my total for the day was going to be $45 dollars. Not having my nails done often, I wasnt sure what was included in a manicure. He soaked my hands in a bowl, which I assumed was to remove the previous shellac from my nails. He then cut my cuticles, which I assumed was typically included in the polish change as it is back in my home town. He finalized with a massage on ONE arm, which I thought was just strange but ignored it. When I notified the gentleman I spoke with on the phone about the price difference, he simply said sorry, I forgot. Being a non-confrontational person, I just said its fine and walked out the door. Keep on your toes with them and make sure they dont overcharge you.

In town for work and I saw the sign for the salon. Read the reviews and thought Id treat myself. Kim was awesome!!! Literally half of the time I was in the pedicure chair was the massage (which as we all know is the best part!!!). On more than one occasion, I was offered a beverage and all the staff seemed really nice and friendly with everyone there. Also welcomed the regulars by name.

This place is amazing. I went Saturday to get my nails done. Maria is a doll, she so polite and kind. I suffer from severe eczema on my hands. I was tired of my hands looking so ugly. So I decided to get my nails done. Well the eczema has ruined parts of my nails. Maria did what I asked and she was so gentle on my hands. She took the time to make sure she wasn’t hurting me. I highly recommend Maria.

I have been a client of Myle since before they opened the Twins Nails nail salon. She has always done superior work for me. Everyone who works there seem to have satisfied clients as well. I recommend Twins Nails to everyone who will listen to me. Ill continue to have my nails and pedicures done there as long as Im able and theyll have me. Havent been there in about a year.but the times I was going very nice

I went to twins nails because my feet were atrocious and my recommended that I get a pedicure, because she gets her nails done like every two weeks. 5 star experience. My nails look better than they ever have. I will be coming back, hopefully before they get so bad again.

Everything is clean and organized. I especially like Tina who does a very good manicure.

I don’t usually write reviews- in fact I don’t know if I ever have, but this place deserves all of the credit in the world! It’s the cheapest place I’ve been to in BloNo, while simultaneously being the fastest. It took my technician MAYBE 25 minutes to do an acrylic fill, and it’s the best looking one I’ve ever had. (no ugly fill rings!!)

I’ve been going to Twins for years! Services are fabulous. I recommend the lavender pedicure. The people are even better!

The place was clean and efficient and this was my first time going here so it seemed okay. I got a gel manicure and 3 days after I got it the polish started chipping. I went back in the get those nails redone. They didn’t charge me so I really appreciate it. Now it’s been only a week since I got the nails done originally and big chunks of the polish are coming off. Super disappointed. These are supposed to be gel and not chip or come off so quickly/easily. Never going back here again.

Staff is very friendly. I really could remember the mans name who did my mani-pedi he was gentle using the tools but still go the job done.

They did a great job on my nails. I also liked the fact that they brought me a margarita to sip on while getting my nails done.

My friend and I made an appointment for pedicures. We asked the manager if there was any time for someone to change out our Shellacs...BIG MISTAKE! It was near end of day and it was a total rush job. I had a broken nail and instead of initially wanting to fix it the nail tech was trying to cut it off. This is after she made the tear worse with using the dremel tool over it. Ladies shellacs should be soaked off not sanded that is the healthy way, we got the cheap way! I don’t normally complain, but my nails are soft enough I don’t need anything to damage them more! I’ll be going back to my regular salon from now on....Lesson Learned!

Service was good but 2 if the 3 times I have been there to get my nails dipped they were out of the color I wanted.

My friend and I made an appointment and both received great pedicures for a decent price! The girls were very thorough and friendly.

Seems like a family business. Owner always checks on me and works hard to fit me in since I never make a appointment. They work long hours but dont complain and are the most professional of nail salons I have used.

Usually never have to wait for more than 10 minutes. They serve margaritas offer other beverages. Cant tip on credit/debit card... pedi are nice.

Very happy with this salon, had acrylic powder dip. Kristin was very accommodating with my requests, Ill definitely be back.

Toxic smell — they do acrylic nails here and even on a 50-degree winter evening wouldn’t/couldn’t open a window — the toxicity of the air was intolerable... definitely unhealthy— bad for the employees especially, and bad for customers. We had to walk out. They were understanding about our leaving, but can’t recommend anyone spend any time inside this shop.

Walked in with my 9yr old daughter, asked for a couple mani/pedis and was told, We dont have anything. I asked how long the wait would be and was told simply, Nothing today before he turned back to his customer. No offer to schedule an appointment or anything. As Im sitting here in the parking lot, at least 3 other women have walked in... now, maybe they all had appointments, but I dont see any of them being sent back out...

I think it was the owner, was very rude about my child who was sitting and behaving so good, but happened to put his feet in a clean foot bath area. Oops.. My child has autism, and cannot be trusted in the sitting area alone, and sadly him sitting in a chair next to me while I was getting my feet done was considered unacceptable..It made me very uncomfortable the way it was handled. Probably wont be back because of that. .. But everything else was top and professional.

Came in today to salvage my nails after picking off most of my shellac from a different salon that did a horrible job. The gentleman who helped me out was super friendly and informative, will definitely be back!

Had a pedicure and shellac manicure on Thursday, I paid $70 and my shellac bus peeling. She didnt do my cuticles and painted over the top of them and now theyre all pulling up

I dont usually write bad reviews but since I dont usually spoil myself like I did yesterday I thought I would share my experience. I was so excited to go and get a pedi with my friend since we never spend money on ourselves like this. Made a appointment for us and had to wait a little but it wasnt too big of a deal. Got to the tubs for our feet and the water was comfortable. Everyone there was very nice and asked if we wanted anything to drink. All pluses for the business until the pedi started. While the girl I had started scrubbing my feet to get the dead skin on my heel she went up way to high up where there is no dead skin and scrapped way to hard and it hurt really bad. Then she got up and came back with a plastic bag to set my foot on top of. Well this was because she knew she made a mistake and I was bleeding and didnt want it on her towel. Then she had me put my feet back into the water and that stung really bad with whatever they but into the bath. As I said I never spoil myself and thought since I saw good reviews on this place that it was going to be well worth the money I spend. I am defiantly not happy with what happened to me and I never got a apology for it either. Plus with the amount of money I spent on the service which I felt like I should have gotten a discount on due to me getting cut. Now tomorrow at work will not be fun because my sore is right where you feet rub and I am on my feet all day. I was too nice and ended up still giving her a tip even though I shouldnt have.

I did not like this place at all. I do not know the quality of their polishes, but I wouldnt rate them highly. I had one messed up nail before I walked out and another one less than an hour later. I wont use them again.
