I got a new set of acrylic nails the other day and Ive included pictures. I asked for medium long coffin shaved black and white alternating color nails. I always go to the salon and theyre nice enough but always just a little bit messed up. The nails arent exactly the same length across both hands, it looks sort of misshapen from the side on some of the nails, and theres black smeared on the White on One nail. this cost $57 dollars. (First pic shows the smear. Second pic is both my pinkie fingers next to each other. Third pic is shape from the side, and last pic is my left hand)

Fin gave me a pedicure today, he is so detailed and works for perfection. He always does a wonderful job. Everyone at the nail club is always so nice too. They are very cautious about keeping everything clean and sterile.

This was my first time at this nail salon and it didn’t disappoint! Teo did a wonderful job and took his time to make sure everything looked good. I called ahead and made an appointment and did not have to wait too long even though they were super busy. All of the staff were super friendly. I will definitely be back!

Very low fuss and low drama experience. I got a plain manicure, cost about $20 so pricing is on the lower end. If you are looking for conversational nail artists, it may not be the place. If youre looking for a quiet place to relax and listen to calming music, its definitely the place! I did think it was weird they asked me to pay before my nails were done, but that was not too big of a problem.ALSO they had a wine glass chandelier. It was fun.

Prices are great. We hardly ever have to wait when we have an appointment. The staff is friendly and they like to have a good time. Sometimes at your expense...lol. Especially if you are super ticklish on your feet! But it’s all in good fun!!! Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. I heard great things and I was very excited to go here. I made an apt the day before and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Why take appointments then? I showed the tech a picture of the color I wanted and she matched it but she did not put enough coats and it was patchy and very see through. She also did not clean up underneath the nail it had pieces of filed nail hanging on 4 of the nails. When the owner did paint my nails over he said my nails are too dark for the color mind u i paint my nails w gel all the time I know if u put enough coats it WILL cover completely or the majority of it and I am no professional. I got no apologies or discount for my wait and as i got my cover up color they were def talking about me its obvious he also rushed it and it looks bad.. sad Im a paying customer who was respectful. I do not like my nails or my experience. I was actually not acknowledged as I gave the tip! Which i totally regret giving the tip Im way too nice. Just beware I am never going back here again.

We called at 1 and they told us to come back at 4. We made an apt. We came at 4 and they tell us they can not take us. Very rude to us while we were there. Another customer actually came and told us a few other places to go. Every time Ive come here I can never get in and there is always an issue.

I go here all the time fo my nails. I always get the full set long and sharp with a point like cat nails. One day a newer girl did my nails and she messed up on them a few times but she would always correct her mistake on my nails and I didnt catch her name but I did wanna give her a good review for not only correcting my nails but for also apologizing for it. And I wanted to give a shout out to the guy who did my nails last time I went, he did them absolutely perfect like u wanted them.

Theo is the best! The establishment is so clean. Love hearing the owners little family in the back. Theo is a true artist, takes his time and is a perfectionist. He’s the acrylic Doctor.

I went to Teo for a full set the first time and the second time I had a fill in. BOTH TIMES TEO ROCKED IT!!! I have never smiled so much and hard about my nails. He took his time and made sure I got exactly what I asked for. I refuse to go anywhere else.. PS: my nails are the dark smoke nails in the main pictures. I usually don’t have a problem but it seemed like he was rushing to get my nails done. My nails already look lifted by my cuticle after not even a full day .

I’m obsessed with Nail Club. It’s the best place in town to get your nails done, but especially on the west side. Today, I came in with just an idea of what color nails I wanted for my wedding, and Teo said “no, you need wedding nails.” And they are better than I could have imagined. Honestly I’ve been scared to do anything from Pinterest, because usually it’s a fail anywhere else you go. But Teo can make your Pinterest nails a reality! Also, my nails stay on for at least a week longer here than anywhere else and I use my hands a lot! 10/10 recommend.

I love this place! The staff is awesome and it is always great quality and attentionto detail! They make a lot of their own creative designs for acrylics too, so if you are adventurous with your nails is the place for you!

Every time I go in I come out in amazement at the quality, service, and attention to detail of whatever I request!

Been there 3 times. 1st time I had to wait 40 mins to be taken care of. Thought it was really clean but that’s about it. The 2nd & 3rd time, I was turned away. 2nd time I had my friend with me and they could have had double the money but told come back tomorrow. 3rd time was asked if I could come back two hours later when there wasn’t even anyone waiting. So no, I won’t be back tomorrow or in two hours as a matter of fact won’t be back at all.

They are good. I go every 2 weeks. Im a man my nails take longer than expected to grow. I can go 3 weeks. They are professional and except everyone

Vee Vee and her husband (owners) have been doing my nails for years. This was my first visit to Nails Club since they sold T&T on the east side. Oh, my. It is the same spotless salon, much larger though, and the service was perfect. Appointments are a good way to keep from having to wait, and I know they appreciate a call especially if you want a certain technician. I wish them only the best......and this from a crazy lady who drives all the way from east of College Mall to the west side just because they are that good!

I’ve tried several of the nails shops around Bloomington and this place is by far the best. I get acrylic nails and I’m very particular about my shape. This is the only place that gets it right. But... the owner can be very arrogant and rude sometimes. Such a bummer, since he’s the best nail tech there. I’ve been on the search for another nail shop that actually appreciates their customers but until then this will do.

The staff is very rude other than the one English speaking person there. (She was very kind and stepped In to do my sisters nails for prom).We were yelled at when they realized we were wanting two acrylics and one dip. They never asked us what we wanted beforehand.One of the guys working actually walked out of the salon while working on another customer. Angry because she also wanted acrylics and he didn’t have time. Leaving the customer just sitting there. Unbelievable!We will never return.

I never leave reviews because I feel they are biased, however I need do one under the circumstances. I went in yesterday for a pedicure and a fullset. I would like to mentioned I had ZERO hang nails and I will explain why I brought that up. As the guy was doing my pedicure I told him several times he was hurting me as he was using the nipers around my toes. At one point is was horrible paid I said ow he popped off that didn’t hurt, 🙄 I look down and I’m bleeding, which he QUICKLY tried to cover up. My toes were extremely sore after, but I was like whatever I’ll just not have that done here again. The same man does my fullset and as he’s doing then he’s hitting my skin with the drill and I’m telling him this hurts and he says nothing. 7 of my 10 fingers are swollen, red, and hurting today because of how badly he cut my skin with the drill. On my right hand ring finger he sliced my finger open with the nail file and it bled. My nails looked HORRIBLE! I honestly don’t k ow how this main is a certified nail tech and I’m not trying to be rude. This morning I wake up and my big toe is swollen, red, and in pretty bad pain to the point I can’t wear socks or closed toed shoes. I had a drs appointment for today already so I figured I would check with my doctor and my toe is intact infected. I have to have it drained and on an antibiotic. I went in for them to remove the hideous nails and I wanted to let them j ow about my toe being infected, because my doctor said it could have been avoided but the tech was careless. When I went in I was trying to be respectful and discrete because there were a bunch of people in the salon and I didn’t want to be like .. I got an infection here yesterday. The guy who did my nails was like why and then his little friend came over and I was like I need I speak with your manager pls. They finally get him and I showed him my toe and he said you didn’t get that here... I was in utter shock because I was fine had no damage, no hangnails, and no abrasions when I went in yesterday. I told him it most certainly did and he agreed with me so I eventually said I was a full refund and the nails removed. He did issue a full refund, however while he was removing the nails the tech that did my nails and his friend were talking about me and at one point the lady came over in front of her manager and said how dare you, he spent so much time and now he’s losing money how dare you. I was out money for an antibiotic and for my toe to be drainined I could careless if he’s losing money. He’s Unexpiered, unskilled, and rude. I would give this no stars if possible. Go at your own risk, my family and I will be going else where.

The owner does amazing on my nails I use to go to TNT but this is closer to home thanks for taking your time and assuring the job is correctly.

Completely awful! Good place to go if you want to be angered and offended in an awkwardly tense setting.The last three times I’ve been in there have been a nightmare. They speak very poorly about & directly to customers, and think speaking a language other than English allows them a free pass to trash talk. They will even call over other employees to have a group chat & make fun a customer. I’ve never felt more awkward in a nail salon.Also, the caucasian female worker will take the most obnoxious phone calls with her husband then hang up & speak down about him to the customers. Apparently, she thinks customers go there to hear her marital issues.Each experience has been “ehh ok” regarding the quality and look of my nails; mix mediocre work with an angry or awkward feeling that has me running out of there ASAP #neveragainThere are too many better places in town where you won’t walk away angry or judged, and your nails look fabulous.
